Jay was heading down the hall with Edie and Zara after reporting to Zed and telling him what they knew about the situation when he spotted one of the worms racing down the hall.

"What's got him all worked up?" Jay said. He hoped the worms weren't out of coffee and in need of him to make a supply run for them.

"Breakout! There was a breakout!" The worm cried as soon as he spotted them. "I was taking coffee and cake around and there were only two of Kay's brother's teams in there, and then…."

"Only two? There are supposed to be three of them." Not that Jay had encountered them yet, but he was pretty sure there were three.

"Right. So I went back to recount and there were none!" The worm exclaimed. "They escaped!"

"Great. Go and let Zed and Kay know. We'll see about rounding them up." Jay told the worm.

"I looked up the US Marshals service." Zara said. "They're supposed to chase down escapees, right? Have they been learning from them too, because Agent Kay's brother's already pulled an escape act."

"This batch, probably, from what I've read." Jay said with a shake of his head. "Let's go and see about finding them before something happens." The last thing they needed was them wondering into some of the more dangerous or sensitive areas of the building.

"Any ideas of where to look?" Edie asked. "Do we need to get more people on it? This place is pretty big."

Jay shook his head. "Think I have an idea on where they're heading. They're a team, and right now they have two missing members. I would bet anything that they're trying to find them."

"The garage. They would be heading for the garage." Zara said.

"That's what I'm thinking." Jay said. "Come on. I know a shortcut. Hopefully we can get in front of them and cut them off."

"Cos, are you sure your shoulder's okay?" Vannah asked as they come out of the stairway and all sighed in relief when they realized they were in the garage they had been trying to find. She really didn't like how Cosmo seemed to be wincing more and more the longer they had been going. If he had really hurt himself….

"It hurts, but not bad enough to be dislocated or broken, I think." Cosmo told her. "I can manage it." With Noah and Sam missing and Noah hurt, he would have to manage it. "Okay." He looked around the garage, searching for the entryway for a moment before spotting it. "Okay, we came in over there, so we must have stopped somwhere over here." He crossed the floor to where he thought the vehicle they had been loaded into had parked.

"Which means that they took Noah down that way." Vannah said as she pointed towards a set of doors.

"Okay, so we have a way to go." Bobby said. "Let's get going and get the kid back."

The trio hurried over to the door that they hoped would lead them to their missing friend, and pushed it open.

"Going somewhere?" They heard a voice say as soon as they stepped through, and they stopped short at the sight of the group standing in front" of them blocking their way, a young black man in a black suit and more alarming, two aliens, a tall blue skinned woman who looked basically human except for her skin tone, and then another woman who definitely didn't look human.

"Not nice, tricking one of the worms like that." Jay said with a shake of his head. They had done exactly what he had thought they were going to do, going after Kay's nephew.

"We have two friends missing, and if you think you're going to stop us from helping them…." Noah was hurt, and something had happened to Sam and if these people thought they were going to stop them from getting to them, then they were about to learn a hard lesson. Cosmo didn't care that two of them were aliens, and even bigger than Bobby.

"Did it ever occur to you to ask the worm about your friends?" Zara said with an exasperated look at Cosmo as she noticed how he was holding his shoulder. "Or ask about medical attention, perhaps?" What was with this particular group of humans? First their leader had escaped when he was well on his way to getting pneumonia and now another one of them had somehow injured a shoulder. "What did you do?" She demanded as she moved around Cosmo with her scanner. "And could I ask why you thought it was a wonderful idea not to say anything to someone? Especially since you seem to be trying to find your friends, and they both happen to be in the medlab at the moment."

Okay, this was an alien, and the odder looking out of the two aliens they were currently facing, with large three pupilled eyes, green skin and large pointy ears with ribbons looped around them, but the exasperated way she was talking to Cosmo, Vannah suddenly felt slightly more comfortable. "He was in a car that got hit." She said. "I don't think he even noticed he was hurt until a little while ago."

"It looks like soft tissue, but we should lag him down to the medab." Zara said. "I don't like some of the swelling I'm seeing in there."

"Wait just a minute here." Cosmo said. Going to where Noah was, he was fine with that, but having an alien do who knows what to him…. "It's fine!"

"That's the same thing your leader said and he was about to come down with a nasty case of pneumonia. Forgive me if I don't take your opinion into account." Zara said. "Edie?"

"Got him." Edie said as she snagged Cosmo's collar and lifted him off his feet.

"We'll be walking, thank you very much." Vannah said before she or Bobby could get themselves grabbed. "Cosmo, behave!" Okay, he was heading for letting an alien poke at him, but they were also heading for Noah, and the alien in question seemed to be offering medical care. Maybe that was a good sign that they had been able to do something for Noah? Please let it be a good sign.
