Chapter 3: Adversity and Affection

Review Replies

Knightmare Lord: I'm so glad to see stories for all seven of the Sins. This is so much fun!

ThermalsniperN7: It is definitely a milestone to be proud of, that's true.

Dragon Emperor0: Yeah.

Yami Luna Kitsune: pretty great chapter

ThermalsniperN7: Thanks.

wow, katsuki, just like her male canon counterpart, does what she wants. and, at the moment, she wants MORE. it's like she's close to insatiable

yeah. HOPEFULLY.

enji needs to be MORE better

was I right with my earlier statement? is katsumi insatiable?

wasn't 'satsuki' taken by one of tsuyu's siblings? if so, might wanna change the name of katsumi's baby sister, to avoid confusion.

yeah, NEVER mess with the family of a dragon, and a demon dragon is WORSE when angered

hoping for more, soon

ThermalsniperN7: Okay, breaking this down. 1. Yeah, Katsumi wants a LOT more. 2. Enji really does need to be better. 3. You were kinda right. 4. You may be right on Satsuki's name. 5. Pissing of a demon dragon is a literal death sentence, you're right.

Dragon Emperor0: I doubt the name will be that big an issue.

MonkeyKing12: for Kagasutchi you could do a fire breathing quirk that works like the breathing styles from demon slayer and have it be fire at first then later on have it become sun breathing and for Satsuki how about Jet impact? with this quirk the user can boost any movement to absurd speeds or impacts. like say a punch would move incredibly fast and have what looks like a jet flame at the elbow or a knee strike would have the flame at there heel

Dragon Emperor0: Personally I was thinking that Kagatsuchi could have a quirk that either made him like a fire version of Iida or similar to Genos from OPM. Or him having a quirk that gave him pyrokinetic powers similar to Shinra from Fire Force. And as for Satsuki… I was personally thinking that her quirk could make her into the MHA equivalent of Jubilee from X-Men, where she can create firecrackers rather than full on explosions.

ThermalsniperN7: We have a few possibilities here.

Silent Zephyrus: I'm familiar with SDS, so I did nothing more than consider how Izuku is mixed with the respective sin and then think of if any MHA details would affect it since not all of the Izuku Sin stories have been 1:1 with the Sin that story focuses on. Makes me happy to see that I was so spot on though!

ThermalsniperN7: Well there you go.

Dragon Emperor0: It helps that there are What if series for us to draw inspiration from. So what you laid out was also in one such series, so we decided to try that out. I'd say it worked.

-UA Campus-

As Izuku and Katsumi entered the halls of UA together for the entrance exam, they seemed to certainly turn some heads given the fact that they gave off clear couple vibes whilst walking together.

Particularly with how the blonde was laying her head on the green haired boy's shoulder and holding his hand.

"We have gawkers." Izuku chuckled as they neared their destination.

"Let 'em gawk. We're on a level they envy." Katsumi snickered.

What she didn't realize was that the majority of the gawkers were all gushing about them as a couple, rather than being envious.

Well, except one individual.

"Oh man, look at her boobs! I wanna squeeze them!" A purple ball mohawked goblin exclaimed, leaping at Katsumi.

WHAM!

And was promptly punted into the wall rather violently by an angry Izuku, who was glaring at the little shit.

"And stay down!" He barked as he kept walking, his girlfriend kinda peeved he took that opportunity from her.

At least until she wasn't taken out of her thoughts when she bumped into someone.

"Oof!" She grunted before looking at who she bumped into. It was a round faced brunette girl with a perma-blush and was wearing some winter clothes. "Hey, you okay?" She asked, helping her up.

"Yeah, I'm fine." The girl nodded as she dusted herself off, before she couldn't help but stare for a moment. "Wow, your skin looks so shiny, it's gorgeous." She noted in surprise.

"I picked some advice up from my mom." The red eyed girl chuckled. "Name's Katsumi Bakugo, by the way. You?" She prompted.

"I'm Ochako Uraraka." The brunette smiled. "Isn't this way nerve wracking?" She chuckled nervously as the two girls walked together.

"Nah. This feels like a normal walk on Saturday." Katsumi shrugged before she noticed that Izuku was gone. "Son of a bitch, where is he?!" She questioned as she looked around.

"Who?" Ochako questioned, confused.

"My boyfriend, the asshole fucking left without me!" The blonde hissed.

"Well, you shouldn't have much trouble finding him if you know him so well." Ochako pointed out.

"That's assuming I don't punt his ass to the moon when I get my hands on him…" Katsumi growled, her palms sparking.

(Later)

The kids were now in the auditorium and right as Katsumi found and sat next to Izuku, she smacked him upside the head.

"Oof! Yeah, I deserved that." He admitted, already knowing why she did that.

"Fuckin' A ya did, asshat." The blonde snapped as the presentation started. "Hold up, is that Present Mic?" She questioned.

"Aw yeah, I still tune into his radio show." Izuku chuckled. "What about you?" He asked.

"You know it." His girlfriend grinned back.

"Okay okay, as your cards will have told you all of you will be performing urban battles with faux villains. Each villain has a different point value and your goal is to shred these villains like a mid song guitar solo!" Mic explained.

"So like a video game, basically." Izuku nodded. "Damn, this means it's gonna be difficult for me to use my quirk effectively since these robots won't have projectiles on them…" He muttered.

"Excuse me!" One of the other applicants, who had blue hair and wore glasses, exclaimed as he stood up. "I have only seen three robots shown, but the form says there are four! If this is a mistake from a prestigious institution, then I'm greatly disappointed!" He declared.

"Jeez, what crawled up his tailpipe and died?" Katsumi whispered, getting a shrug in response from the Sin of Wrath.

"And you, with the green hair!" The applicant continued, turning to address Izuku.

'This should be good.' Izuku chuckled mentally. "Yeah? What about me?" He questioned.

"You've been talking this entire time. Stop that. If you can't take this seriously then leave, you're disturbing the rest of us." The bespectacled teen glared.

"Yeah, no thanks. If you wanna be a hero, ya gotta learn to filter out distractions. Think about that in your spare time." Izuku deadpanned.

"Okay okay! Examinee 7111, thanks for calling in with your request!" The Voice Hero smiled. "The fourth villain is worth zero points. Just think of it as an obstacle you should avoid. It's not that it can't be beaten, there's just… kinda no point." He explained.

"Ah, I see. Thank you for clarifying." The blue haired teen bowed before sitting back down.

As the kids got up to get to the area they were assigned to for the practical exam (they had taken the written exam earlier that morning), Katsumi waited until they reached the locker rooms before she grabbed Izuku by the collar and kissed him right in front of the other students.

"You better pass, sweetie." She told him with a purr, kissing him again for good luck.

"Oh you know I will." The Dragon Sin smirked in reply.

(Later)

Izuku sighed as he stretched in his green and black track shirt, pants and shoes, trying to get himself limber for the exam he was about to undergo.

'I'm gonna have to get creative on this, due to the lack of projectiles.' He thought. 'Though as long as they attack first I can use Physical Full Counter I could do that as well.' He thought to himself before he started to look around to see if he recognized anyone in his group.

Then he spotted the goblin that tried to grab his girlfriend, causing him to scowl.

'Oh goody, he's here.' He thought distastefully. 'I think I'll use the exam just to show how much of a power gap there is between us.' He thought, smirking to himself as he stalked towards the gate.

Though before he could reach it, someone placed a hand on his shoulder.

"And where do you think you're going?" The blue haired teen from before questioned.

"To wait for the exam to start." Izuku replied, shrugging off his hand. "So if you want to keep that hand of yours, I suggest you keep it to yourself." He hissed.

This caused the teen to back up, as well as notice Izuku's Dragon Sin tattoo on his shoulder, along with the other examinees.

"Hey, does that tattoo remind you of anything?" One asked another.

"Got me. I'm drawing blanks." The second one shrugged.

"I swear I've seen that guy before." A third said to themselves.

"Hold on, isn't that the kid from the Tatooine incident?" A kid with what looked like a corkscrew haircut of red and white in the shape of a drill noted.

"Oh crap, I think it is!" Another nodded.

"I heard he reacted that way after some villain killed his mom in front of him." A girl with hair that looked like it was made of water noted. "I actually feel bad for him." She added sadly.

"The Dragon Sin of Wrath…" The bespectacled teen uttered as he finally realized who Izuku was, causing the Sin of Wrath to turn towards him with an agitated look on his face.

"What?" He hissed, his hand grazing the Tanto he had on hand.

"U-Uh, nothing!" The blue haired boy gulped, backing up.

"Alright kids! Let's get this exam on the road!" Present Mic exclaimed, getting rid of the tension. Discreetly, he opened the gate just a bit, which Izuku noticed. He immediately charged into the fake city, throwing the gates open as he did, much to the surprise of the others.

This caused everyone to start running in as well, and sure enough, Izuku was the first to come across a robot.

Glaring at the mechanical problem facing him, the boy waited for the robot to strike him, before he drew and swung his short sword upwards—causing the force of the blow to be reflected back and added to his slash—bisecting the bot diagonally in two.

"Full Counter." The boy uttered levely.

Then he moved on, using his quirk on any robot that tried their nonexistent luck against him—and others he destroyed through sheer brute force via his demon strength.

"This year's batch has some promise." A woman remarked as she looked at the screens showing the exam.

"They are doing quite well." Another teacher noted. "They have limited time, much cover a vast area and have no idea how many targets are around." He continued. "Some use surveillance, others speed, some keep calm under pressure…" He mused before seeing Katsumi panting with a psychotic grin atop a pile of scrap as she wiped the sweat from her cheek, while Izuku caught a three pointer's arm from behind and shattered it like glass with just a gentle squeeze. "And others still rely on only brute force and raw combat ability." He added.

"But it's a combination of these traits that will make them excel." An intelligent member of the group stated.

"It's not over yet, though." A western voice hummed.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile in Katsumi's area, she was looking for more robots to destroy when she found herself in the middle of a four way intersection with all manner of bots closing in on her, and soon backed into someone else's back.

"Huh? Wait, Ochako?" The Pomeranian questioned as she saw her new acquaintance. "When'd you get here?" She questioned as the brunette looked over her shoulder.

"Just a few seconds ago." The brunette replied. "But what are we gonna do about these robots?" She questioned. "We're completely outnumbered and surrounded." She added.

"Ha! Those poor bastards!" The blonde laughed, slamming her fists together with a grin.

"... You're gonna go ham on them, aren't you?" Ochako questioned flatly.

"Oh yeah." The pomeranian haired girl grinned even more savagely.

Meanwhile with Izuku, the boy was now trying to catch his breath and getting a minimum of 23 hero points thus far.

"Okay… That should hopefully be enough here." He breathed, winded, but not much.

That was when the ground started to shake and gravel started to either bounce around or straight up float.

Something was coming, something big.

"The fuck is–?" He started to ask before a giant shadow covered him, causing him to look and see a giant robot that must've been the size of Godzilla. "Fuck me sideways, this is the Zero Pointer?!" He shouted in shock as other applicants started running in fear.

"Ahhhhh!" A shrill voice screamed as a familiar shorty started running away from the robot like a chicken with its head cut off. "Heeeelp! I'm too young to die!" He begged.

"Oh for fuck's sake…" Izuku groaned in exasperation. "Well, better do something about this thing." He sighed before he started rushing at the giant robot.

He had his reservations about the guy, but that heroic side he was proud of just couldn't let him sit idly by while someone was unceremoniously flattened by a giant robot.

So, he leapt into action—a familiar dark aura surrounding his body.

"Time to release the dragon!" He growled, leaping in the robot's face as he felt a new power that he could only know as One for All surge through his right arm.

The darkness that came as a trait from his demon side soon covered those same arms, causing it to morph into a giant claw as he drew the limb back, winding up for a single blow.

Then he threw his fist forward and…

KABOOM!

The force was so great it caused it to fall apart and explode. However, this did have the cost of Izuku's arm being badly mangled.

Luckily though, due to his demonic physicality, it began to heal just as rapidly as it had been broken, the bones twisting back into place, ligaments regenerating, muscles growing back tougher and thicker, and skin regrowing at an alarming rate.

Panting, Izuku saw that everyone was looking at him in a mixture of horror and amazement, not noticing that his eyes were now a dark reddish purple and that there was now a demon mark on his forehead.

"What?" He uttered before grasping his head. "Oh boy, here comes a headrush." He groaned, falling to the ground in a heap.

As he collapsed, his face returned to normal, but the glare he was sporting still unnerved the other applicants, like if they made any sudden movements, he might attack them.

Apparently he also exerted enough energy for him to pass out, because he could feel himself falling asleep.

(Elsewhere)

Right around the same time…

Katsuki was still tearing into robots one by one while Ochako made hers drop like flies after making them float—right until the zero point robot showed up.

That was when things got really outta hand.

"... Ignore the big guy and focus on the small ones?" Ochako offered.

"Sounds like a plan!" Katsumi smirked.

With that, the two got to work.

(Later)

Groaning, Izuku opened his eyes as he looked around and saw that he was in a clinic.

"Urg, what the fuck? What hit me?" The boy groaned as he clutched his head, which roared in protest of his sudden movements.

"Easy, sonny. You overdid yourself back in the exam." An elderly voice chided.

"Huh?" The teen growled as he focused his glare at the source of the voice, where he saw Recovery Girl sitting. "… I'm not some soft brain." He muttered as he got up, still pretty ticked off.

"No, but you are an overworked one." The old medic shot back easily. "I can't use my quirk since you're low on stamina right now, so I'll just give you some medicine to help your head not feel like it's made of iron." She added, pulling out a bottle of pills before taking two out and handing them to her patient.

"… Thanks." He muttered reluctantly.

"Something the matter? Normally you kids aren't this snappy." The nurse noted.

"I just wanna get home and lay in my own bed at this point." Izuku sighed in exhaustion despite his impromptu nap. "You wouldn't understand." He sighed.

"Oh I know emotional pain when I see it." Recovery girl told him. "Just give it time, son. I'm sure whatever it is will pass." She added.

"Right…" The Dragon Sin sighed, laying back on his bed.

(Timeskip)

A week later, Izuku was relaxing at home and waiting for his results to come in. All Might had gone quiet the whole time too, so he didn't know what was up with him presently.

What was more, he also hadn't heard a peep from Katsumi either, which did little to improve his mood.

It wasn't until his stepmother came into his room with his little brother that he even started to feel better.

"Hey, Izuku, you busy?" Kaina asked as she and Kagatsuchi entered his room.

The infant was now home and Izuku could tell that he took after their mother the most, having Kaina's hair and eyes while having Hisashi's freckles and fair skinned complexion.

Additionally, the young tyke also seemed to have a very grumpy expression most of the time, which was likely because he got annoyed very easily—though regardless of the context—it made him look adorable.

"Just wondering what's up, since I haven't gotten my results yet." The teen sighed in reply.

"I get that, but something else is clearly bothering you." The former assassin said, sitting down while Izuku held his little brother. "Did something happen in the exam?" She asked.

"... My demon side came out, and a few people recognized me from the Tatooine incident." Izuku sighed, his shoulders slumping.

"Oh no…" The woman sighed, Kaga looking at her, then his big brother, then back again. His normally grumpy expression now was showing confusion.

Kaina knew that every time something like this happened, it would cause Izuku to immediately go into a really dark place, letting himself be consumed by his worst fears and anxieties.

Instinctively, the ex-assassin held Izuku close, trying to comfort him and keep his mind from going too far down that rabbit hole.

"Easy, Izuku. Don't think too hard about it." She told him softly. "Just try your best and people will come around, I promise." She told him as the boy rested his head on her ample chest while his younger sibling did the same to him.

This group hug continued for a while before it was briefly interrupted by Hisashi entering… before he decided to join in as well.

As the Midoriya family separated, Hisashi then handed Izuku something.

"Your results just came in." He explained.

"Oh, well, let's see what I got." The boy hummed as he opened the envelope… And pulled out a holo-projector. "Huh?" He blinked before pressing a button and turning it on. In the projection was…

"BOOYAH! I am here as a projection!" All Might exclaimed, much to the family's surprise.

"Wait, All Might's working at UA now?!" Hizashi gasped.

"Okay, this is new." Kaina nodded.

Kagatsuchi seemed confused at first before he started clapping.

"I know it's been awhile but with great power comes an enormous amount of paperwork!" The No. 1 hero laughed before coughing. "My apologies, young man." He continued. "Now, onto the good news! You passed both the written and the practical exams, placing second overall." He explained.

"Second? That can't be right." Izuku muttered. "I only got 23 points." He added.

"Looks like something went unnoticed by you." Hizashi noted, wondering what his son missed.

"You scored 23 villain points, that's true, but there's more to being a hero than just bashing in a villain's head. With this in mind, a hidden system was implemented. Introducing: Rescue points!" The man exclaimed, pressing a button and causing a new scoreboard section to appear.

"Wait, does that mean…?" Izuku gasped.

"You passed the exam. Izuku Midoriya, you are now part of the hero Academia!" His idol smiled.

"… YES!" The Dragon Sin cheered, his family embracing him in pure joy.

(Later)

It wasn't long after this that Izuku finally got a call back from Katsumi, telling him to come to her house.

'Knowing Katsumi, she definitely passed. She's too tough to just up and fail.' He thought, having faith in his girlfriend's abilities.

As he knocked on the door, Mitsuki opened the door and was notably carrying an infant girl who had her skin and eyes but Masaru's brown hair.

If izuku had to guess, this was the new arrival, Satsuki.

"Hey, Izuku. Katsumi is up in her room waiting for you." Mitsuki told him as she let him in.

"Thanks." The boy nodded. "She's been silent all week, what gives?" He asked.

"She's been spending time with her sister while I had her watch her." The blonde replied, the infant laying on her mother to rest her head.

"Well, I can't say I blame her. I've been spending time with my little bro, too." Izuku shrugged.

"We still need to let them meet each other." The woman hummed.

"Yeah." Izuku nodded as he went upstairs to see his girlfriend, opening the door to see her dressed in just a pair of green panties and one of her skull t-shirts.

"My results came in. I passed. What about you?" She questioned, beckoning him to sit next to her.

"Got second place due to those surprise rescue points." The Dragon Sin replied. "... Some people recognized me from the Tatooine incident, though." He sighed.

"Ah shit…" Katsumi sighed, pulling him into a hug. Much like his family, she knew how he got when that happened.

"I… I just wanted to start my high school years without people looking at me and seeing me as a monster." The boy muttered, tears threatening to fall, which he tried to force back.

"Hey, hey. Don't start thinking like that." The bomber told him, tightening her embrace. "I'll be right there with you, to keep you from giving into those awful emotions." She cooed, trying to lift his spirits.

"How did I ever do to deserve you?" The Dragon Sin questioned as he buried himself into her ample bosom, his tears flowing into her shirt.

"By being the lovable pervert you are at heart." Katsumi smiled, rubbing his back. This caused Izuku to look at her as he pulled away from her. "I love you, Izuku. What you are doesn't matter to me. I don't give a rat's ass what people say or think. I have always and will always love you and you alone. Nothing will ever change that." She declared, stroking his hair.

Izuku, moved by her devotion to their relationship, leaned in and kissed her, both of them falling to the girl's bed. Then things started getting heated as their clothes went everywhere.

"I love you." Izuku gasped, pulling away.

"I know." Katsumi smiled, leaning into his ear. "So why don't you show me?" She purred, her chest pressing against his.

"H-How?" He gasped, feeling her naked breasts on him.

"Breed me." She whispered like a serpent in his head.

You guys know what happened from there.

(Timeskip)

It was finally the first day of school and Izuku was packing up his things to head off while Hisashi was in the process of putting on his hero costume for the day.

"You ready for school today, green bean?" The man smiled as his eldest son.

"You know it." Izuku smirked. "Have you applied for any UA positions, or are you still busy with your agency?" He asked.

"The latter, so you won't be seeing me at UA unless Nezu reaches out to me for something in particular." The man replied.

"Oh. OK." The Dragon Sin nodded.

"You sure you got everything?" Kaina questioned, carrying his little brother.

"Yeah. I made sure to double check." The boy nodded as he went out the door. "See you later!" He called as he burst onto the street, hightailing it to the train station.

(Later)

"Phew, made it." The greenette sighed as he jogged through the hall—before skidding to a halt. "Class 1-A. Here it is!" He grinned as he opened the door, a beaming smile on his usual baudy face. "Hey everyone, how's—." He began.

"Get your feet off that desk this instant!" The blue haired teen Izuku remembered from the exams exclaimed as he tried to (futilely) get Katsumi to stop using her desk as a leg rest.

"What crawled up your tailpipe and died?" The blonde snapped back, unimpressed at the guy's attitude.

"These desks were used by past heroes, and I refuse to let them be defiled by the likes of you!" The teen retorted.

"Oh piss off!" The girl snapped as she flipped the teen off, before noticing that Izuku was at the door. "Well it's about time you got here!" She barked, causing every head in the classroom to turn and see the Dragon Sin of Wrath in the flesh.

"It's him." The blue haired teen muttered before walking up to Izuku. "My name is Tenya Iida from the Somei private academy, and… I would like to apologize for my prior behavior. It was rude of me to act like I did back then." He told him apologetically.

"Izuku Midoriya. But you may already know me as the Dragon Sin of Wrath." The boy nodded. "And don't worry about before, trust me… I'm used to it." He amended.

"For some reason, I feel like you shouldn't be." Iida commented with a small frown.

"That's one thing we can agree on, four eyes!" Katsumi called.

"Don't mind her." Izuku told Iida, raising a placating hand in his girlfriend's defense. "She's just… A hardcore punk." He added with a sweat drop.

"One might say "too hardcore" in some people's cases." The bespectacled teen remarked. "I assume you know her well?" Iida asked.

"Yeah. She's my girlfriend." Izuku nodded before he noticed someone familiar in the back. "What the-? Hey, Shoto! What's up, cuz?" He called with a smiling wave at the two toned boy.

This caused Shoto to crack the smallest of smiles as he waved at his cousin, especially since he hadn't seen him since they were kids.

"Oh yeah, I forgot you two were cousins for a second." Katsumi chuckled. "Why do you guys never talk?" She asked as Izuku sat on her desk.

"My uncle is the main reason, I think. I dunno, dad and mom never really elaborated on it much." The dragon sin shrugged. "But at least we can reconnect at school." He mused, right as a familiar brunette entered the picture.

"Oh, I know that green hair! You're Katsumi's boyfriend, right?" Ochako smiled as she walked up to him.

"Hey, pink cheeks." The Pomeranian waved next to her boyfriend.

"What are the odds that we'd be in the same class?" The brunette chuckled, still smiling.

"Higher than the chance of me and my cousin over there being in the same class, that's for sure." Izuku remarked, jutting a thumb at Shoto.

"Whoa! That's your cousin? Huh! Small world!" Ochako uttered in surprise. "So what do you guys think orientation will be like?" She asked.

"Who knows. I just hope it's better than the grouch laying on the ground." The Dragon Sin replied.

"At least one of you is aware of your surroundings." A man with long black hair remarked from inside his yellow sleeping bag, startling the others minus Izuku and Katsumi.

'What is that thing?!' Iida and Ochako thought, creeped out.

"Welcome to the UA hero course." The man said as he stood up. "Hello, I'm Shota Aizawa, your teacher." He told them.

"Oh great, here we go…" Izuku sighed.

"Right, put these on and head outside." Aizawa told them as he pulled out track uniforms from his sleeping bag.

"... Uh, where did you get a sleeping bag of holding?" Izuku questioned with a blink, causing everyone else to wonder the same thing.

"That's not important." Aizawa deflected.

'I wanna say that's sus, but I don't know how it is.' Katsumi thought with a sweatdrop.

(Later)

"What? A quirk assessment test?" The kids questioned as they found themselves on the track field.

"But orientation! We're gonna miss it!" Ochako protested.

"That doesn't matter. If you want to be heroes, then you can't waste time on pointless ceremonies." The man rebuked. "Here at UA, we're not tethered to tradition. That means I can run my class however I see fit." He added.

"Why do I get the feeling that I don't like where this is going…?" Katsumi muttered.

"Now, you've been taking standardized tests most of your lives. But you've never been able to use your quirks in physical exams before." Aizawa stated. "The schools are trying to make us think we're all still equal by not letting those with the most power excel. It's not rational. One day the board of education will learn." He continued. "Bakugo, you placed first in the entrance exam. What was your farthest softball throw in middle school?" He questioned.

"Sixty-seven meters." The blonde replied.

"Throw it, but use your quirk this time." He instructed, throwing her a softball. "Anything goes, just stay inside the circle." He added.

"Alright man, you asked for it." The punk girl shrugged as she stepped up. 'I'll add a little heat to it and drop their jaws.' She chuckled mentally as she wound up her throw. "DIE!" She yelled, sending the ball flying with an explosion.

'Of course she'd say that…' Izuku thought in exasperation as he watched the ball soar through the air before it hit the ground.

"This is the purpose behind these tests: To find your limits, and through that, your potential as a pro." Aizawa stated as he showed them Katsumi's score.

"Whoa, 706 meters are you kidding me?!" A boy, Kaminari, exclaimed in surprise.

"I wanna go, that looks like fun!" Mina, pink girl with horns, smiled.

"This is what I'm talking about! Using our quirks as much as we want!" Sero, a tape armed teen, grinned.

"Fun, you say?" Their teacher interjected coldly, causing them all to clam up. "You're training to go up against lethal villains, natural disasters, murderers and a lot of other things. You have three years to train to combat all of these. "Fun" is the last thing this should be." He continued in the same tone. "So, these tests will determine your potential, and the person in last place will have none, thus being expelled immediately." He added.

Needless to say, this did not sit well with either Izuku or Katsumi. They weren't worried about it, more infuriated that this man had the gall to even propose this.

'What a sham.' They thought, finding the whole thing to be a joke.

"Now, let's begin." Aizawa said as the tests began.

50 Meter Dash

The first test was one of speed, specifically a 50 meter dash to test how fast the students were.

When it came time for Izuku to do his run, he had an idea of what to do.

'Just gotta channel some demon energy into my legs to enhance my speed. That should do the job.' He thought to himself as he got ready.

"Burst Speed!" Katsumi exclaimed as she blasted down the track first, zooming across the air.

Izuku managed to catch up with her, his legs glowing with his demon energy. After a moment, he even overtook her.

As they stopped, Izuku could feel his legs knitting themselves back together due to the overclocking.

"Shit…" The boy groaned as they moved to the next test.

Standing Long Jump

The next test was the standing long jump, and using his already enhanced physicality, Izuku leapt clear across the field, landing in the same spot as Katsumi.

"Whoa!" The green haired teen yelped as he was about to fall over, only for his girlfriend to catch him in a rather dramatic fashion.

"Don't worry. I got you." She told him.

"Heh. Thanks." The Dragon Sin smiled.

"Yep, definitely a thing." Kaminari noted.

"No shit, captain obvious." Jiro said, eyes rolling.

Grip Strength Test

The next test was the grip strength test, and just like before, Izuku let his demon strength take over for it.

Problem was…

CRUNCH!

He let it take over too much.

"... Damn it, I hate it when I do that." Izuku groaned in exasperation.

"I fail to see how that was accidental." Aizawa remarked.

"I'd go into detail, but this isn't the time for that." The teen shrugged in response.

"That is insane…" The other kids muttered.

"You should see what he can do with that strength when he's horny." Katsumi chuckled.

"TMI!" Ochako yelped, an actual blush on her face.

"Okay, details!" Mina exclaimed.

"Get in line." The blonde chuckled.

Repeated Side Steps

"Oh you have got to be kidding me…" Izuku groaned as he watched the same goblin from the exam completely outclass everyone.

How the hell did he not expect the little fucker to be able to use the balls on his head like that?!

"This little prick…!" Katsumi growled.

"I take it she hasn't changed?" Shoto questioned, getting Izuku to look at him.

"Not a whole lot, no." He confirmed with a nod. "Hey, how come you guys never got in touch with us over the years?" He questioned.

"It's a… Long story." Shoto explained. "I'll tell you later. I promise." He added.

Softball Toss

After everyone else (sans Katsumi for obvious reasons) had done their toss—Ochako getting a jaw dropping Infinity—Izuku was up for his own.

It was at this point that the boy realized that just basic demon strength wasn't gonna cut it—he was gonna need to go all out. And that meant using One For All… and his darkness powers.

The Dragon Sin's eyes darkened as darkness cloaked his entire right arm, morphing around the ball in the shape of a giant claw.

"Man, that looks scary!" Kaminari gulped.

Izuku immediately went to swing and send the ball flying, but before he could properly channel one for all—a brown cloth grabbed his demonic arm and yanked it down—causing him to face plant into the dirt.

"What the hell?!" He grunted as he got back up. "Okay, who's the wise guy who did that?!" He snarled as he got up, the darkness from his arm slowly overtaking his entire body in odd patterns.

"I did." Aizawa responded, and sure enough, he was using his scarf. "The judges were too irrational if they let you in here, especially after the Tatooine incident." He added, and unseen to him, Katsumi and Shoto's bodies tensed.

"He better not do what I think he's gearing up to do…!" The blonde growled, clenching her fists.

"What the fuck are you talking about? I was a child back then. I was two years old! Until that point I didn't even know I was capable of that kind of power. I saw my mother murdered right in front of me—you can't decide that I'm not hero material based on that!" He snapped.

"Exactly!" Shoto spoke up. "If you expected Izuku to stay calm after that, then you're the irrational one here, sensei!" He added firmly, sticking up for his cousin.

"And what if you lost control again?" The Erasure hero questioned. "Would you make those same excuses for the people who're caught in the crossfire then too?" He questioned.

"No I fucking wouldn't!" The Dragon Sin snapped back with a glare. "Because I'm striving to get control to ensure such a thing never happens again!" He added.

"Even with that drive, you're a liability if you can't even keep your temper in check in moments like this." Aizawa retorted.

This caused Katsumi to snarl.

"THAT'S IT!" She shouted as she was about to rush Aizawa, only for Shoto to freeze her in place.

"Don't. You'll only make things worse." He told her, even though he felt the urge to rush in and clock their teacher on the head himself.

"You're wasting time now. Take your final throw." Aizawa told Izuku. "Prove it, if you think I'm wrong." He added.

"Fine!" Izuku snapped as he restarted the process for his throw. Deciding to do the same thing, he conjured more darkness, but this time compressed it to where his arm was now a dark umbra—condensing and compacting all that power into said arm… before he started charging it with One for All.

Then…

BOOM!

The force behind his throw sounded like the equal of a Mk. 3 Battleship turret firing, sending it flying through the air. The ball actually caught fire a little from the friction in the air. This feat actually shocked everyone, especially Katsumi, who Shoto had released from the ice he made.

The dust settled and Izuku was still standing, and his arm was completely unharmed by the exertion—and he didn't lose control of his darkness!

"Still think I'm a liability?!" He shouted with a shit-eating grin, looking at Aizawa.

"… I reserve the right to withhold judgment." The man replied.

"Whatever." The Dragon Sin shrugged, deciding not to give a shit.

(Later)

The rest of the tests were done pretty uneventfully and now the kids were all just ready to be done with it.

Izuku, in particular, felt like he had done okay overall.

"Alright. I'm just going to show the whole list, there's no point in going over each individual score." The erasure hero sighed as he revealed the list.

He was in fourth place behind Katsumi, with Shoto and Momo Yaoyorozu beating both of them overall.

The purple haired shortie– who's name was apparently Minoru Mineta– was, unsurprisingly, in last.

This made the kid seemingly become catatonic with fear before he eventually passed out.

Yeah, more than likely, they weren't seeing him again.

(Later)

Izuku sighed as he began his walk home after school, when Shoto came running beside him.

"Hey, think you'd be okay with stopping by our house before you go home?" He asked.

"Sure. We do need to talk about what's happened with you over the years, anyway." The Dragon Sin shrugged in reply.

"Yeah… It's a lot." Shoto nodded with a sigh. "Come on, it's this way." He said as he led his cousin to the train station he took home.

"On your left." The Dragon Sin said as he went to catch up.

Dragon Emperor0: Hey guys. Things were kinda slow with the backlog today so we decided to do a different story rather than just postpone the backlog while also not getting anything done… Again. So, here's the third chapter of Dragon Sin. And before anyone asks, no this story is not on Hiatus or being abandoned, we just have other stories to do and can't focus on just this one. So please, people, be patient. [Looking at you Narusakulover1]. As constantly asking is not only generally annoying but it also hinders rather than helps our writing process and motivations to do the story you're asking about. So please, if you feel the urge to review or PM about when another update is happening—don't, just don't… OK. Rant over. Let's move on.

ThermalsniperN7: I was gonna say a few things, but okay. So… Iida decided to make up for what he did back at the practical exams, Aizawa singled out Izuku because of the Tatooine incident (dick move, since he was a kid), and Mineta got the boot. That last one is going to be the setup for a vote on who should replace him, so keep an eye out for that.

Dragon Emperor0: You guys get to choose between replacing Mineta with Shinso or an OC that you'd like to submit for us to deliberate on and choose from.

ThermalsniperN7: I think an appropriate number would be with 5 or 6 OCs at max. Don't be disappointed if yours doesn't get picked. It's like how sweepstakes work; the odds of winning one are low. Anyway, see you guys next time.
