Vol.2, Ch.13:

Weiss: *looks at papers* So you were keeping secrets from me. Understandable though, he did say he was worried something would happen to me.

Willow: It was very hard when so many articles and news reports of what he did at Beacon were circulating around.

Weiss: *giggles* That's the Doctor for ya. Always doing his best to save people.

It had been 2 days since the incident and her short reunion with the Doctor. Willow has maintained Weiss from Jacques, which he didn't care and from Whitley as he found it ridiculous. Weiss was able to explain her side of the story the day the Weeping Angels took over and killed almost everyone. She also explained the reason her memories of the Doctor were erased, which hurt Willow in the heart. Since that night, Weiss hasn't removed the necklace the Doctor gave her the night of the dance.

Weiss: You have so many files about aliens and creatures mom. Are these some that you encountered?

Willow: A few, yes. As for others, they have been witnesses who reported seeing unusual creatures and activity. I took the information since the public would clarify it as a new Grimm. I've been doing it since I was 18 years old. Your grandfather and I since the day we met the Doctor, knew there would be so much more than we know, and he was also intrigued by what were being reported. And so, during a good time before my father fell ill, he created the small organization for scientists and believers of the outer world. We keep eyes all over Remnant on the aliens that were around us but once father entered his final months of life, he disbanded the organization before Jacques would figure anything out.

Weiss: Have you ever...considered bringing it back?

Willow: I wish my dear, but it has become very difficult to find people and how to even kickstart again...fortunately Klein has been of good help in retrieving more reports.

Weiss: Hmm. I'm sure the Doctor has mentioned it already but by the looks of it, creatures aren't just arriving in the present time. Some are arriving in the past and perhaps others in the future. The crack of the universe is letting so many creatures enter our universe yet not all of time during this time and day. *blinks* H-How did I just know that...

Willow: Could be that regaining your memories also made you remember information the Doctor must've given you.

Weiss: But he never mentioned any of what I said from what I can remember. Wonder what he's up to?

Willow: Before the whole incident happened, we were going over footage I've gathered from Beacon's port...it's terrifying to watch especially after what he explained to Klein and me. I think you might need to look.

Weiss put the files down and walked to her mother as she played the footage once again of the Cybermen attacking Atlas soldiers and hijacking the ship. Weiss's eyes widened because she knew very well these were Cybermen from the Doctor explaining a few times.

Weiss: Cybermen! The Doctor mentioned them as one of the deadliest beings alongside the Weeping Angels and the Daleks. What worries me are the 5 Cybermen different from the one leading the group. *thinks* Mom, have you uncovered any recent missing reports of people, specifically soldiers.

Willow: I have actually. There were 5 Atlas soldiers exploring the woods when they suddenly...*looks up shocked*

Weiss: *sighs and looks at the screen* Looks like we saw them. Soulless, emotionless, and their life full of wonderful things stripped away to become human machines.

Willow: The Doctor mentioned that he was going to track the ship and prevent it from reaching its next destination. Haven.

Weiss: *eyes widened* That's on Mistral. Mom! Winter is in Mistral!

Willow covered her mouth in fear and shock at the sudden realization. Weiss wasted no time in thinking what to do. She knew her mom wouldn't approve but there wasn't a better choice.

Weiss: New plan. I'm going to Mistral.

Willow: You What?! No! No! I don't agree with this Weiss! I know I said you don't deserve to be in a place like this but to leave and go to Mistral where those Cybermen are heading is too dangerous! W-What if they kill you o-or...

Weiss: Don't even think about that mom! *Grabs her hand* I am not going to Mistral to face them. I am going to get Winter out of there. Plus, not only could I get her out of there, the three of us can end this problem with father.

Willow: But even if you don't face them, what if they find you?...I can't!...I lost two children...I don't want to lose my only one left...

Weiss teared up a bit before hugging her mom in which she returned the hug. Weiss understood her mother's reaction. Like every mother, if they hear about their children going off somewhere where it's dangerous and they are on their own, they would be freaking out to death because to every child whether they are grown up or still growing, they are all still their mother's babies. Weiss didn't have any plans to let go of hugging her mother and she thought back to when she saved her little self from Dr. Pavel. Same scared reaction but for a different reason.

Weiss: Mom...I am never in this universe going to leave you. I learned so much how to become a better huntress, protecting myself and others at Beacon, even more with the Doctor. Next time you see me, it'll be me and Winter together. I need you to be strong just like you told me when I was little kid. Remember what grandpa would call you, Strongheart.

Willow remembered very well Nicholas calling her that nickname because of her big heart. She tried to pass on that same big heart to her three kids but only Winter and Weiss took it but mostly Weiss. She saw her daughter giving that same confident look her father would display when he was still around. She knows Weiss can protect herself, but she did hope at the same time the Doctor or any of her teammates would be around to assist.

Willow: *breathes* Okay. When do you want to leave?

Weiss: Tonight.

Weiss wouldn't be the only one making her leave today because back in Patch, Yang Xiao Long had pulled out her motorcycle named Bumblebee and just recently painted her new arm into bright yellow as well as Ember Celica. As she was preparing to make her leave, she felt a presence behind her but didn't turn around.

Taiyang: I don't remember saying that you were ready.

Yang: Oh yeah? You're gonna try and stop me?

Taiyang: *chuckles* No. I think I'm still too sore after our last fight. I just wanted a better goodbye than a letter. And, I also have a question for you. Where are you going?

Yang: *turns around and looks at him* What do you mean?

Taiyang: Well, despite asking him numerous times not to, I know that Qrow told you where your mother's been these days. I know how much you wanna see her. I've stopped you in the past, but I won't anymore. And we both read the note. We know your sister's headed to Mistral. So, where are you going?

Yang had a determined look as she had her decision made and returned a confident smile to her father. Within the small ghost town, Ruby and Jaune continued to find any medicine left behind to treat the poison but there was nothing and time was running out for Qrow as the poison grew. Without Dalek Khan, they couldn't tell how much time was left. All that guilt, blame, fear was hitting Ruby in the heart.

Ruby: I'm sorry.

Jaune: Huh?

Ruby: *looks down* This is all my fault. I should have never dragged you guys into this.

Jaune: You didn't drag us in. We wanted to come.

Ruby: But you didn't know about Tyrian, about—

Jaune: Ruby. We lost... We lost Pyrrha. You lost her, too. And Penny, and your team, and in a way... your sister. But you're still here, despite everything you've lost, everything you could still lose, you chose to come out here.

Ruby finally got the courage to look up at Jaune but with an emotional look as Jaune placed his arm on her shoulder.

Jaune: I've heard people during our long journey why The Doctor is never around or hasn't shown up every time to kill the Grimm. And you know, I thought of the same thing. All of this could have been different if he was around...but then I think back to his speech to us when Beacon fell. It then came to me that The Doctor will be here when all of Remnant needs saving, but he left his mark here for all of us to continue his path. To fight along and save as many people as possible. To make a difference. That's why we followed you, why we believed in you even in the toughest times; Because you felt like you could make a difference.

Ruby: J-Jaune...

Jaune: You didn't drag us along. You gave us the courage to follow you.

Ruby still emotional, smiles back at her close friend as Jaune gives her a reassuring smile that no matter how long or difficult things can be, there is always a solution in the end. Jaune went into thinking about something and looked at his hands.

Jaune: I may have an idea. It won't cure your uncle, but it can extend his time from the poison until we can find help.

Both ran back to Qrow who was laying back on a tree, pale and weak from the effects of the poison. Time was running out but perhaps there was a way to push time longer. Jaune placed his hands on the wound of Qrow and tried to pass aura onto him. He only used it twice and they were during his times at Beacon. He doesn't know how much this can extend but at least hopes that it's enough to give them time. Ruby watched on with her hands together, hoping and praying that Jaune could save her uncle. Frustration was growing as not much was working.

Jaune: COME ON! PLEASE! JUST THIS ONCE!...I can't lose more people...

As if the brothers heard his response, a bright glow came out from where the wound was being treated as Jaune continued to amplify aura onto Qrow. His semblance has never reached this much which meant he has yet to reach his full semblance. Both noticed the poison reducing small which meant it was working until Jaune fell back from exhaustion.

Ruby: JAUNE! *Catches him* Stay with me.

Jaune: *groans* Did it work?...

Ruby looked over to her uncle and she couldn't believe it. The wound shrunk and the poison was reduced as well. She knew very well Qrow wasn't back to 100% cured but Jaune managed to pour enough to heal Qrow up and give them enough time to find medical help.

Ruby: It worked...*tears up* You did it!

Jaune sighed in relief as Qrow stopped coughing and was able to breathe normally but still felt weak. Ruby and Jaune help him out again as they begin their walk back to find Ren and Nora but hear a loud screech that sounds very much Grimm.

Ruby: That's Grimm. But I never heard of such thing like that before.

Jaune: *sighs* I think I have a pretty good idea...why Ren didn't want to come.

Jaune and Ruby would speed up a bit and hoped to reunite with Ren and Nora and get out of here before whatever that was approaches them as the screeches continue from afar. Minutes passed as the two with a poisoned Qrow reached back into town and found Ren and Nora looking for them.

Ruby: GUYS!

Nora: Thank goodness you're okay! Did you find anything for Qrow?

Jaune: No but there isn't time ti explain everything. Did you hear that noise? What was that?!

Ren: *eyes widened* No...

Ruby: Ren! What is it?!

The sound of plodding footsteps can be heard coming closer. Ren fell onto his knees not daring to look at what was approaching, and Nora knew very well what it was as well.

Jaune: Wait, you guys hear that?

Ren: No...

Nora: Ren?

The footsteps stopped as everyone turned around and saw what was in front of them. A horror unlike anything they have faced before. A Grimm horse that breathes out black smoke, a horned, humanoid body attached to it with weapons latched onto its back. Twitching its head, it roars back at everyone. This was no ordinary Grimm.

This was the Nuckelavee.

The flight to Haven was near as Ashad, Dr. Merlot, and the Cybermen prepared to land soon. Dr. Merlot informed the lone Cyberman about someone who may have access to the Cyberium to head there straight and not waste time. Suddenly, an alarm went off as the screen showed an unknown aircraft approaching them.

Ashad: REPORT!

Dr. Merlot: Y-Yes! *Looks at the screen* It would seem that there's an unknown aircraft approaching us!

Ashad: You pathetic inferiors. OPEN THE HATCH!

The Cybermen followed as one of them opened the hatch and all 5 Cybermen including Ashad prepared their weapons at the aircraft but it was no aircraft, it was Dalek Khan.

Ashad: A Dalek? HERE?

Dalek Khan: SURRENDER! OR YOU WILL BE EXTERMINATED!

Ashad: DESTROY IT!

All Cybermen began to fire at Dalek Khan but had little to no effect as he had his shield activated this whole time. Seeing that did not wish to surrender and are soon to approach Mistral, Khan began firing back as well but couldn't get the direct hits due to the aircraft moving as well. Looking for alternative hits, Khan aims for the engines of the aircraft and prepares for fire.

Ashad: THE ENGINES!

Dalek Khan sends two blasts towards the engine of the aircraft causing an explosion and for the plane to begin to go down. Knowing there's no way to save this, Ashad grabs Dr. Merlot and prepares to make the jump as the other Cybermen continue to fire back at the Dalek. Dalek Khan finds an opening and blasts one of the Cyberman causing it to blow up in front of the others, sending them back as Dalek Khan watched the plane crash into the forest of Mistral and a huge explosion is seen. As the explosion toned down, Dalek Khan flew over to sight to track if any of the Cybermen or Dr. Merlot survived. As he inspected the area, he found another Cyberman in pieces confirming two of them were down and hoped the souls that were shelled in these machines were free. Activating his thermal vision, he uncovered three tracks on the ground which meant Ashad and two other Cyberman had survived. Sending a coded message to Ruby, Khan began his pursuit for the Cybermen through Mistral before any more harm is caused.

Hours had passed in Atlas, it was already nighttime and soon, things were about to set into motion. Weiss held Myrtenaster as she stepped back, making a few moves as a stream of blue-white light coming from the tip of her sword and striking the tip to the floor. A summoning glyph appears with the Arma Gigas' sword slowly emerging. Weiss continues to concentrate until a voice is heard which disrupts everything and her training, an annoying voice as well.

Whitley: Hello, sister.

Weiss: *grunts* Ugh, leave.

Whitley: How hurtful. And here I am, about to offer you a favor. Father's taking me to town to introduce me to some of his business partners before needing to have a meeting back here. I'd thought I'd see if you wanted me to pick up anything since you're... well, stuck here.

Weiss: Are you jealous? Is that it?

Whitley: Whatever do you mean?

Weiss: Is that why you hate me? Are you jealous of my abilities? Of Winter's?

Whitley: Hmm... no, not really. Honestly, I find it barbaric. It's beneath people like me. Like Father. What can a single Huntsman possibly do that an army cannot? That's why we have one, even if it is run by a fool. *smirks* Like him, The Doctor

Weiss: Leave.

Whitley: Hmm, couldn't quite hear you.

Weiss: I said, leave.

Whitley: Fine, fine. I've got better things to do. *Opens the door* Enjoy your... training, however pointless it is. What is your plan, anyway? What do you hope to accomplish while trapped in your own bedroom?

What he hoped would be a little more of his cat and mouse game came to an end when he saw Weiss's eyes. They weren't her natural pale blue eyes but instead they were glowing yellow with flame-like mist as well. Using her hand, she slammed the door right in front of him leaving Whitley surprised. Taking a breather, Weiss walked to the mirror and saw her eyes as well before they reverted to her normal eyes. She looked at reflection before looking at her hand clenching it with one thought in mind:

Weiss: What's going on with me?

Her thoughts were interrupted when her butler Klein entered the room very concerned. Confused at first, Weiss turned around to see her room messy as if something huge was here. She noticed a burned glyph mark on the floor.

Klein: Miss Schnee! Are you alright?!

Weiss: Yeah...I'm fine Klein.

Klein: Seems like a mess in here but I take it that it's from your improvement in your skills. *whispers* I shall have you know that what you asked for is ready in 2 hours so be ready.

Weiss nodded and thanked her butler as he left the room, leaving her alone again. There were so many things happening and she had so many questions as well. But there wasn't time for that, she needed to get focused on her main priorities first. She walked to the window and looked into the dark night, holding her necklace, thinking about him.

Weiss: Where are you now Doctor?

Flying through space the Doctor was, and time was starting to run out as more planets and stars were disappearing, which was worrying the timelord even more. He was afraid that he had never gone through something like this before, he was only here to keep the universe in peace. He tried travelling towards the closest planet but saw nothing surrounding the aquatic planet. He opened the door for further inspection.

The Doctor: Where are you?...What are you?

It wouldn't be long until he got his answer and he wished he never saw it. A clouded void that resembled a three headed serpent appearing from the darkness as it erased the stars into dust and absorbed it in. The horror in the Doctor's eyes when he saw the void destroy the planet into ashes until there was nothing left in front of him. Unbeknownst to him, he is being watched as the mysterious watcher motioned something which caused the void to go towards the TARDIS.

The Doctor: SHIT! *Slams the doors*

Pulling the lever, the TARDIS sped off, but the void wasn't far from them. The Doctor tried to avert it from approaching other stars and planets as it flies back into the nothingness that once had life. The void followed but he noticed something off the corner of his eyes in what appeared to be like a structure behind the void. He pulled the same maneuver once again to successfully get behind the void and there he saw it: a large, ship-like structure.

The Doctor: So you're the one pushing the buttons to destroy everything that is life.

Activating the cloaking device, the TARDIS turns completely invisible and flies towards the ship as the doctor continues to observe how all of this works. He notices the ship making direct contact with the void but no sign of damage or being sucked in by the storm. Whoever oversaw this ship found a way to play God and he needed to bring this to an end. He was beginning to have second thoughts as they were landing undetected and decided on doing something.

The Doctor: This is Emergency Programme One. Team RWBY, now listen, this is important.

They did it. The horror, the guilt, the trauma, all that was inside of Ren and Nora longing nightmare is over. They were able to defeat the Nuckelavee. Ren was on his knees looking up at the sky knowing the souls of his town, his home was now at peace, especially his mother and father. He was then tackled by a happy Nora as Jaune recovered and Ruby went to check on her uncle to see him alive and well. Whatever Jaune semblance did, it worked well to give them enough time to heal Qrow.

Qrow: It's quiet. Good job, kiddo.

Before she could reply back, they all heard what sounded like loud engines from the skies. None of them could believe it when they saw two airships landing in the area as the captain and a few aids ran out and approached Qrow.

Jaune: How did you find us out here?

Mistral Pilot: We were on patrol and saw the smoke. Nobody's been out here for years, thought something might be wrong.

Ruby: *closes eyes sand holds Qrow's hand* What if we don't make it in time?

Jaune: Ruby.

Ruby: We made it, Uncle Qrow.

The soft smile from her uncle as he gets carted onto the plane as the others follow and soon, they were off. Ruby remained close to her uncle as the medical workers continued to treat him, Jaune finally getting some proper rest that he felt hasn't happened in such a long time, and Ren and Nora stand on the edge of the airship watching the view of the next city they'll be arriving as they held hands together and looked at each other with soft smiles. While their biggest battle has yet to come, their longtime war is over.

Back in Atlas, it was finally time. The plan was in motion and Weiss had everything ready to go. A luggage of dust, her Myrtenaster, and her new Sonic Screwdriver. She grabbed the jacket that belonged to the Doctor when they went to Fallswell Bay and placed it on herself as she quietly looked around then headed out of her room. She looked around for any sights of her mom or Klein until she was startled by the sudden appearance of her butler.

Klein: Shh. *whispers* Let's go.

They moved fast to where Weiss was needed as they approached the main room and headed downstairs until Klein's scroll began to buzz, which startled both of them. Klein pulled it out to see Whitley calling him and they both hoped it wasn't they were spotted.

Klein: Master Whitley! I... um... yes, of course. I'll be just a moment. *Hangs up* Head to the first floor library. Your mother is there waiting and I'll meet you there.

Weiss nodded and followed her route to the library as Klein went on to go to Whitley. As she continued to walk, she approached her father's office and was startled by shouting coming from his office room. She quietly approached and tried to listen.

Ironwood: You need to control yourself!

Jacques: You're talking to me about control? Do you even hear what you're saying?

Ironwood: I am basing everything on my reports from your daughter.

Jacques: A daughter you stole!

Ironwood: Oh, we are not getting into that again.

Jacques: Oh, yes, we have far more pressing matters to discuss, starting with your apparent lunacy!

Ironwood: Jacques! *Sighs and stands up* Winter is one of my best. If she's telling me there's a threat in Mistral then I am not going to take that news lightly. She's been there for weeks, people are mobilizing, sudden spikes in weapons and Dust trades. Not to mention, I just got a report of a hijacked ship that crashed on Mistral! Someone is about to make a play and I do not trust Leo to stop them.

Jacques: You've never trusted anyone other than yourself!

Ironwood: AND FOR GOOD REASON!

The Cyberman. Weiss eyes widened hearing the ship crashed but she knows very well that one simple crash did not kill them all. But now it was only a matter of time before a Cyberman caused havoc in Haven which meant Winter would be there to fight.

Ironwood: If Oz had just listened to me from the start...

Jacques: You need to get a grip.

Ironwood: That's exactly what I'm doing. Our people need protection. By this time next week, the Kingdom of Atlas will be officially closing its borders. No one in; no one out. Without the council's permission.

Jacques: You mean, without your permission?

Ironwood: And if that becomes the case, I would think you'd want to be on my good side.

She heard a little bit more of their conversation before hearing footsteps approaching from behind the door which meant he was coming and fast. She pulled out her Sonic and activated it to jam the locks of the door completely and made a run for it. Ironwood tried to open it but noticed it was locked as he struggled.

Ironwood: It's locked.

Jacques: What are you talking about?

Ironwood moved back and tried to slam the door down but no luck. It was enough time for Weiss to make her leave before it opened. She approached the library in the first floor but saw no sight of Klein or her mother.

Weiss: Mom! Klein! Are any of you here?

Willow: *whispers and waves* Weiss!

Klein: Keep your voice down, I told you we be here.

Willow: I was going to ask if you have everything...but it certainly seems you are over prepared.

Weiss: T-This was something he told me to keep...when we went to the beach. As for weapons, I got my Myrtenaster and the Sonic screwdriver he gave me.

Willow: Weiss, please remember that if anything goes wrong or it's too much for you, let us know.

Klein: Are you sure Mistral is safe?

Weiss: *sighs and closes eyes* No, but it's where I'll find Winter.

Klein: I suppose she'd be the only family you have left after tonight.

Weiss: Never. I'll always have you two.

Klein: You most certainly will.

Before Weiss could say anything to both of them, they all heard the door slam open, which meant Jacques and Ironwood were finally released from the office room.

Jacques: Klein?! Klein, get down here this instant!

Klein: Go, now.

Weiss: *nods and hugs him* Thank you Klein.

If there was someone here who became a father to her, it would never be Jacques but Klein. He cared for all three siblings since they were little and did his best to be there. Weiss will always be grateful for that and that he was given the role of a father figure to her. She looked at him one last time before he closed the secret door as Willow led Weiss to the secret passage to leave.

Weiss: Mom...

Willow: Yes Weiss?

Weiss: I may not...remember everything of you in this current timeline but...*tears up* I...

Willow: *looks at her and smiles softly* Weiss. *Wipes her tears* I know. I know you can only remember who I was in the previous time and it wasn't anything good. I don't know anything about who I was before but if there is one thing I will always remember is being your mother. The smile I felt when the three of you came to my world and I knew that I would do my absolute best to be there and love you all. Of course, it didn't work out so well but I'm glad I didn't lose you. You are my daughter, a piece of my heart, and I always be so grateful to have you.

Weiss shed more tears before hugging her mom tight. She sobbed quietly as Willow returned the hug. Whatever happened in the previous time no longer exists, Weiss would no longer feel alone or hurt. After a few more seconds, Weiss was able to calm down and continue their walk to see an Atlas cargo airship ready to deploy.

Willow: It's a Cargo airship that will take you to Mistral. Be careful, be strong, find your sister, and remember to show them who you truly are. Not what your father is but who you are.

Atlas Pilot: Okay, you can hide out back in the cargo hold. I'll take you as far as I can, but if we get caught, you're on your own. Understand?

Weiss: *nods* Got it! *Looks at Willow* Thank you Mom. I love you! *Hugs her again*

Willow returned this bittersweet hug not knowing when she'd see Weiss again but had faith that they'd be reunited very soon. After letting go, Weiss waved at Willow and ran into the cargo airship as Willow watched with a smile. Weiss watched from the window as the airship began to take off.

Weiss: Off We Go.

Ruby Rose was finally able to rest at a comfortable place and stay there for more than a day. She heads to the room to see her uncle resting and recovering well thanks to Jaune's semblance and the medical team that treated the wound. She just saw Team JNR up to their usual shenanigans which made her smile but also brought back memories of her team, her friends. Grabbing a pen and sheet of paper, she began to write a letter to her sister Yang.

Ruby: "Hey sis, I hope my letters have been reaching you and Dad. Hand-written stuff's never been super reliable, but I guess it's all we've got these days. Anyway, in case you haven't been getting them, I want to say I'm sorry for leaving the way I did. I know you told me it was a reckless idea, and after everything I've been through, I can definitely say you were right. It's been hard, on all of us, and I'm not just talking about the monsters we fought out here. Every step we made took us further and further from the things we knew. And every morning we woke up wondering, if just over the next hill would be something good or something terrible.

Yang watches the beautiful sea as she stands on a ship heading to where she needs to be. She looks over at the picture of Team RWBY with a bittersweet smile. In Menagerie, Blake pulls out a small chest and opens it to reveal various stuff including the flag of the White Fang with its new emblem as she looks outside as well.

Ruby: It's scary not knowing what's going to happen next. And the things we do know now—just how bad it can get—it almost makes it all worse. You told me once that bad things just happen. You were angry when you said it, and I didn't want to listen. But you were right, bad things do happen, all the time, every day. Which is why I'm out here, to do whatever I can, wherever I can, and hopefully do some good. We've all lost something, and I've seen what loss can do to people. But if we gave up every time we lost, then we'd never be able to move forward. We'd never have a chance to see what beautiful things the future might have waiting for us. We'd never have the strength to change; whether it's ourselves, or the world around us. It's like the Doctor once said, we stand for what is right, doing what is best, and what it means for us. And we'd never be there for other people who might one day be lost without us. This is what we were training for, Yang, to become Huntresses, to be the ones to stand up and do something about all the bad in the world.

Blake looks back at her chest and pulls out the old White Fang flag that brings her a small smile and glimpse of hope as she looks over to Sun in which he returns a smile to her. Yang has arrived at the port of Mistral and drives off in Bumblebee off to her main pinpoint. Weiss slowly wakes up and looks at the sun rising as she smiles confidently on her upcoming task. Dalek Khan continued going through the forest looking for any remaining Cyberman in hopes of ending this all. For a Dalek that was born with hatred and conquer, that was no longer him because he now wanted peace and hope for this world, a place he's beginning to call home.

Ruby: Because there are plenty of people out there who are still lost and even more who will try to gain everything they can from their sorrow. Believe me when I say, I know it can feel impossible, like every single day is a struggle against some unstoppable monster we can never hope to beat.

In the Land of Darkness, having two Beowolves defeated and killed, Cinder snaps her fingers signaling Emerald to participate in her next part of training. Concentrating, Emerald creates an illusion of Ruby pleading to her but it wasn't enough for her. Walking to Emerald and whispering in her ear, Emerald looked shocked but seeing Cinder's face said she was serious. Alongside the illusion of Ruby, an illusion of Cinder defeated appears as well confusing Mercury and Emerald as Cinder burns both illusions while Salem watches on confused and pleased. If only the people in that room knew that Cinder was not there at the moment but her true self who continues to crawl out. The Time Lord that is Cinder Fall.

Ruby: But we have to try, if not for us, then for the people we've already— Then for the people we haven't lost yet. I miss you so much. I miss Weiss and Blake too. But I think you'd all be proud to know that I made it to Mistral. All of us did, and we even ran into Uncle Qrow along the way. He's going to take us to see Professor Lionheart, the Headmaster of Haven Academy. And he told us some things that you're gonna wanna hear, things I can't trust will make it to you in this letter. But maybe, if you join us, he could tell you himself. With Beacon gone they'll need Dad at Signal more than ever, and I know you need to focus on yourself before I can expect you to come out with me. But it sure would be great to get Team RWBY back together again. One last thing, you won't believe as well who I ran into, Dalek Khan and the Doctor! Until next time, your loving sister, Ruby Rose. Oh! Uh, PS. I'll be sure to give you the address of where we're staying in Mistral! I'd love to hear back from you and Dad, and I can't wait to fill you in on whatever's going to happen next! Now that we've made it across Anima I really think things are gonna start going our way."

Yang drives right into a crossroads that points to two different directions: Mistral and Kuroyuri. She did notice Kuroyuri having been sprayed over with red that writes "BANDITS" as Yang gives a small chuckle.

Yang: You are in so much trouble when I find you.

The team is all scattered and across different points of Remnant, but it won't be long until faith brings them together once again. And they will need to because of what is coming, in a small farm town that is under a huge rainstorm where it's dark and silent night lays the TARDIS in nearby woods. All alone and unresponsive with only a repeated message being played from inside.

The Doctor: This is Emergency Programme One. Team RWBY, now listen, this is important. If this message is activated, then it can only mean one thing. We must be in danger. And I mean fatal. I'm dead or about to die any second with no chance of escape.
