Ryo helped the boy out of his shirt and hung it up then said, "Okay, finish getting changed and wait here for me." He didn't want the boy hearing what he was about to discuss with Seto and Yami. He went to the desk and tried to remember where the tailor was. Then he remembered it was several doors down from Reinette's shop. So he drew the toy store. Then a line to Reinette's place then indicated that the tailor was several doors down.

He took the map and went back to the family room. "Here's the map. But I have to say I'm disappointed in you Yami. You set Mokuba's progress back so much."

Seto frowned, "Why, what happened?"

"I thought it was weird but it wasn't until the toy shop that I truly noticed that he refused to touch anything all day. Even in the toy shop he seemed interested in one toy but refused to touch or ask for it."

"What does that have to do with me?" Yami asked.

Ryo told them what Mokuba told him of his castle tour with Yami.

Seto frowned, "Mokuba left things out of his telling me the story."

"I didn't mean to upset him. But the things were breakable."

"And if he had broken one or all so what? How often does anyone go into that wing muchless any of those rooms."

"There's no sense in breaking things for the hell of it."

"There's also no sense in yelling at a kid that's been beaten for the slightest break in the rules over some trinkets." Seto argued.

"They could be valuable. They were also dragons." Yami said, hoping to convince Seto.

"I don't care if it was a bust of my mother and he broke it. He's suffered so much and you want to put him back in the shell he's slowly climbing out of."

"I do not. I didn't mean to upset him that bad."

"Just like you didn't want to get to know him." Seto said.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"Mokuba told me obviously not everything that happened. You looked around and explored. But you didn't want to take time and explain anything. You didn't want to. So it was more like you looked around."

"That's not true. I did talk to him. I even made jokes about some of the old pictures in the room."

"It went right over his head and he didn't understand a word you said." Ryo said.

"He's right. Why do you think he invited Maura?"

"I assumed he just wanted the three of us to bond more."

"No, he just wanted to make you happy and be with someone you could bond with. Someone who could understand everything. He knew he was right when you paid more attention to her than him."

"You also let her do things you didn't allow him to do." Ryo said.

Seto frowned, "Something else he neglected to mention."

"He wanted to look at some of the books but you wouldn't let him."

"He can barely read." Yami protested.

"So that means he can't at least look at a book?" Ryo questioned.

"Ryo's right. There's no reason to deny him the right to at least look at it. Hell you could have looked at the one he was interested in and looked at it with him. Maybe even read it to him. Now I understand why he decided to ditch you. Which since you didn't bother to come back for him after he invited Maura, she did and then later during the tour he hid to see if you cared enough to look for him. You didn't go back for him, he knew you didn't care."

Ryo decided to just skip the rest of the argument. It was getting them nowhere and getting late. He decided to change the subject before Yami could argue. "On the map I started from the toy store for easier reference. I'd also like you to check out the new shop 'Sweet Treats.' The girl who runs it is new in town and trying to get her shop off the ground. I was hoping if you liked her desserts you'd consider letting her set up a table at the ball and if popular enough amongst the staff she could get more business. She said her grandmother used to own a bread store there."

"It was probably Mrs. Harrington's old shop 'It was called Bread's World'. It's a shame she couldn't find any good help to keep the shop going and was forced to close. She had the best bread." Yami said.

"If those cupcakes are any indication of what she can do then I'll let her set up if she wants to. Make sure to stop by her place on your way Yami."

Yami made his way into town and went to a farmers market stand that was closing up for the night. Normally they would turn away a customer that late with them shutting down for the night especially with the snow keeping customers away. But seeing as it was Yami they were more than happy and eager to help out the royal family. They sell a lot to the castle so they weren't about to turn away a request and risk them choosing a new supplier or hiring someone to set up their own farm outside the castle grounds. Gozaburo had been furious that they were forced to raise prices when crops were bad one year and had said that they should just cut into the forest and create their own crops. Of course he didn't as the cost to do so was too high.

Yami got his basket with an assortment of fruits and nuts. After getting the basket of goodies he made his way to the tailor and knocked.

Masumi opened the door and was shocked and surprised. She quickly curtseyed, "Master Atemu, to what do I owe such a great honor?"

"Ms. Masumi, I presume?"

She quickly stood and looked at him, "Yes, I am. Oh don't tell me you hated Master Mokuba's uniform! Oh I knew I should have gone a different way with it."

Yami smiled and said, "No not at all. He and Maura love the outfits. Maura's was a little big but she will get it fixed soon. Seto and I also loved the outfits. This is for you to show our appreciation." He had stuck the money down in the basket for fear she was one of these people that wouldn't accept it. "We actually wish you had said something as we could have used new outfits ourselves."

The woman graciously accepted the basket and put it on a nearby table. "I am so happy to hear you loved the outfits so much. I actually do have many different sketches of possible outfits. Perhaps I could make an appointment sometime next month and take measurements. Then discuss with you both what you'd like in an outfit or perhaps a uniform. I could even bring sketches of current thoughts."

'This is my chance.' Yami thought. "I would enjoy taking a glance at some sketches."

The woman was overjoyed. While she was gone Yami took the chance to grab two small scraps of material in different colors. A light blue for Seto and a purple one for himself. This would give him something to magically create the outfits from.

She returned and showed him the sketches and to his disappointment they weren't that great. He was surprised considering Mokuba's. Despite her claims that the late queen made the sketches they had a hard time believing it. But he got an idea of what he wanted and what he felt Seto would like based on all the sketches. However he didn't want to insult her. He just smiled at her and said, "These are very nice. I look forward to seeing you soon and working with you."

"Thank you, Master Atemu. I'll make an appointment as soon as I can."

Yami bowed and said, "I will see you then, Farewell."
