The longer chapter will be in Immortal Moon S Motoki and Reika

Motoki walked Reika home after everything that had happened at the shrine. Their dinner date hadn't happened yet, but it was still early. While they walked, he asked, "How are you doing after all that?"

"Processing. But when it comes down to it, I witnessed something that shouldn't be possible." She then paused and asked, "It was a bigger deal for Rei to remove that spirit from me than I realized, wasn't it?"

"For her, no. But for any other witch? Nine out of ten couldn't even have attempted it and survived, let alone succeeded."

She solemnly nodded her head. "That's a bit scary to think about."

"Or amazing," he countered. "I'm going to give you a bit of an emotional survival tip with this group. Don't focus on what could have been. There isn't a stronger group out there. And Usagi, and now, because of her blood, Mamoru, are the strongest vampires in the world."

"And he's a hybrid," Reika asked, trying to sort it all out in her head.

"Yes."

"Why does that name, Usagi, sound familiar?"

"The Order has a strong interest in her. Your dad probably mentioned her. She's almost five centuries old, and like I said, there wasn't a vampire her equal in strength until she made him."

"I have another question," she asked tentatively. "Why do I feel so safe around them? I mean, I know they wouldn't attack me. Why save me if they were just going to destroy me? But I feel comforted around them."

"I don't know the answer to that," Motoki admitted. "But if I were to guess, I would say it had to do with Rei's magic protecting you."

"That makes sense," she said, making the turn to her apartment from the sidewalk. She noticed Motoki paused as she asked, "Coming?"

"Normally, the gentlemanly thing to do would be to walk you to your door, making sure you made it home safely. Problem is, I'm not feeling like a gentleman right now." He raked his eyes over her body. "Nope. I can't conjure up being a gentleman."

She grabbed his wrist and pulled him after her as she walked up the front steps. "Don't worry about dinner. I'm not hungry."

He chuckled and went along with her willingly. "No date first?"

She paused and spun to look at him. "I'm just going to count the times you didn't charge me for coffee at the arcade as dates."

"You're sure?" He pressed. "I'm not being playful here. You took all that crazy in, and while it was a lot, it didn't scare you away. I already found you sexy. After that, you're irresistible."

"So I'm warned," Reika said, leading him to the elevator. "And relieved," she added.

Once they got to her door and she was unlocking it with her key, he pressed his hard cock against her ass and grabbed her breast. "You're positive?"

"Yes, I'm sure," she replied, wiggling her ass and pushing open the door.
