Chapter 11: The Great Gorlockian Battle
-Into the planet Gorlock's atmosphere-
The Astro-car and McSpanky spaceships landed right on safe ground. Everyone got off their spaceships.
"Hello, Earthy boy. Glad to see you here," April greeted as she saw Team Neutron and Space Bandits. "I want to tell you something about Meldar Prime and Gortox the Irritable planned to track down you guys, and they're plotting to destroy our planet. Plus, you have to get off this planet right now!"
"Destroy the planet?!" Everybody else shouted in unison.
"How are they going to do that?" Cindy asked.
"Look yourself," April replied as she pointed to the sky.
Team Neutron, Space Bandits, and Gorlockian people looked up into the sky and saw some bright, flashing ball.
"What's that?" Carl asked.
"Goddard, deploy telescope," Jimmy said.
"Bark!" Goddard barked as he activated his high-resolution zoom, and a monitor appeared out of his back. Everybody started looking at it and saw a giant asteroid with golden yellow flames.
"Puking Pluto!" Jimmy shockingly said. "That's an enormous asteroid, and it's headed right for Gorlock! That could take out all life on the planet's face."
"Jimmy, isn't it like that time your juicer almost made that meteor hit the town last several years?" Carl asked.
"An asteroid is much worse than ever, Carl," Jimmy explained. "The meteor was going to take out Retroville, but an asteroid can take out an entire planet. Those magnetic plates aren't strong enough to repel the asteroid. We're all screwing up!"
"Shoot!" Sheen deadpanned as he fell onto the floor. "It's going to explode on all this planet!"
"Uh, Jimmy..." Cindy said as she tapped on Jimmy's shoulders. "If you're done considering, WE HAVE A SITUATION HERE!"
"Cindy, don't worry about that, so I've already devised a plan," Jimmy said. "But initially, we need the rocket!"
"Wait a minute, this rocket doesn't fly because we don't have any fuel," Papa Gorlock remarked.
"I know where we can get some," Jimmy remarked. "However, we'll find my Astro-car."
"Lead the way, Earthy boy," April said.
"Yeah, Jimmy," Cindy said as she held Jimmy's arm. "Lead the way."
"Now, you guys wait here," Jimmy told everyone. "Goddard and I will be right back with some things we need. Come on, boy."
"Bark, bark!" Goddard agreeably barked.
Jimmy and Goddard walked right into the ship to get one bucket of rubies that he had left behind in the backseat of the Astro-car spaceship. They came back with these things, and Goddard used his extension hand to show everyone the bucket.
"Okay, guys," Jimmy said. "I found it. Here's what we need."
"Moreover, he got one bucket left," Libby added.
"Gina, here's your tennis racket; you left it behind in the backseat," Jimmy said as he handed Gina the racket.
"Thank you, Jimmy," Gina said as she took her racket. "I forget where I put it last time."
"No problem," Jimmy said. "It's all right."
"Jimmy, are you sure Gina can whack those balls?" April asked.
"Yeah, I think so..." Jimmy replied. "She's a tennis player. I recognized she could dodge anything when we played dodgeball and flag tag at the gym class."
"Ohh, okay, I see..." April stated.
"Hey, Jimmy, this is no time to blow all these rubies," Zix explained. "We have a situation here. It's the end of Gorlock, and Meldar could press that plunger now."
"No, Zix," Jimmy said. "We need to power the rocket! Plus, we will have to give our empire for the sake of Gorlock. I'm not going to let this planet be demolished! Guys, you have to trust me."
"I think Earthy boy's right," Mama Gorlock said. "Our lives are more important than materialism."
"Please, we have to trust him," Cindy added.
Everybody looked at each other, and they finally agreed with Jimmy.
"Cindy, thanks for sticking up for me," Jimmy said.
"No problem," Cindy smiled.
"Jimmy, how are we going to stop this asteroid?" Sheen asked.
"Hmm, the trailing off and walking when we get the rocket," Jimmy replied.
"Don't you want us to help?" Cindy wondered.
"Yeah, but I'll tell you guys-" Jimmy stopped mid-sentence due to April telling him.
"Everyone, let's go to my village," April told everyone. "For our safety."
Everyone finally walked over to April's village.
"All right, guys," Jimmy said. "Here's the plan! Carl and I will use the rocket to fly up to the asteroid and divert it. Pulling it right off course and sending it back into space."
"Hmm, I'm convinced it's the craziest plan I've ever heard," Nick remarked.
"Yeah, Jimmy!" Libby placed her hands on her hips. "You could get killed yourself!"
"Don't worry, so I'm sure Carl is going to help me," Jimmy explained before turning to Carl. "Carl, I need your help."
"What? I can't do it because I'm too afraid," Carl deadpanned.
"Come on, Carl," April begged. "You need to be strong, so you could potentially save us from a deadly asteroid. I don't want to destroy our planet. Plus, you must've overcome your fears. Okay?"
"Carl, you heard Gorlockian girl what she says," Cindy bluntly said. "You'd better put a hurting on this darn asteroid."
"Hmm, okay...," Carl nodded. "I'll handle it."
"Carl, what would Llama Boy do?" Jimmy asked his best friend.
Carl got seriousness in his eyes and saluted, "I accepted it, my captain!"
"Alright," Jimmy said as he reached into his Hyper-Cube and took Carl's llama mask. Carl stared at the mask in awe, boldly put it back on, and saluted Jimmy again.
"Llama Boy, reporting for duty!" Carl courageously exclaimed.
Just then, Gortox saw Jimmy, Carl, and others preparing to implement their plan.
"No, you won't be here, scum life forms!" Gortox evilly grinned, then walked back to the crystal ball to inform Meldar Prime of Team Neutron and the others' excellent plans. "Meldar!"
"What's it, Gortox?" Meldar asked. "Can't you see while I'm setting these charges?"
"Never mind that!" Gortox hissed. "It's time to press the darn plunger."
"Why didn't you say that?" Meldar requested as he picked up the plunger. "Ready to join me in the big countdown?"
"I agree with you!" Gortox sadistically grinned.
Tee wordlessly thought and angrily glared at Gortox while he repeatedly punched his fist into his hand, (GORTOX! HOW COULD YOU, FOOL?! YOU KILLED MY COUSIN! NOW, I'M GONNA FRICKING BEAT YOU BAD! BEAT YA LIKE A DOG!)
"Tee, please don't be revenge on him," Travoltron assured. "I'm sure that he's a dangerous murderer ever."
"THREE! TWO! ONE!" Meldar and Gortox shouted in unison as Meldar pressed the plunger, causing the asteroid to speed up and get closer to Gorlock.
"Look, guys! This asteroid's approaching us!" Gina gasped.
"It's not going to be good," Britney added.
"Everyone, go to hide in our village immediately!" Papa Gorlock declared.
"Makes sure jellybag and his pathetic life form friends don't set foot off this stupid planet," Meldar snickered.
"Ooh, this is going to be so great!" Gortox evilly grinned.
"Certainly," Meldar snapped his fingers.
Recently, Jimmy finished dumping the rubies into the rocket's fuel tank. "Okay, Carl. Let's go!"
Before they could be anything, a whole army of robots appeared right.
"AAAHHHH!" Gina and Britney screamed.
"Oh, no! Robot soldiers!" Jimmy shockingly said. "It's Meldar's not too long!"
"And it resembles he's been busy," Travoltron said. "Look!"
Team Neutron, Space Bandits, and Gorlockian people looked up and saw the asteroid was getting much larger and closer to Gorlock.
"DAMMIT!" Jimmy angrily exclaimed. "The asteroid's getting closer to Gorlock's atmosphere! Guys, keep the robots busy. Carl and I will take care of the asteroid!"
"You got it, Jimmy!" Tee said as he gave a thumbs up.
"Anytime, Earthy boy," April added. "You could do it! And think positive!"
"Nobody is hurting my friends unless I say so," Nick remarked.
"Jimmy, we'll do it," Britney said.
"Alright, my friends!" Papa Gorlock yelled as he raised his clubs. "Let's smash these darn robots!"
"Nuh-uh," Cindy hesitated as she moved her head from left to right. "There's no way what I'm working with Ms. Space Viking over there!"
"I heard that, Hot-Headed!" April shouted.
"Will you both stop it?!" Libby demanded. "You two will have to work together if you really do care."
Cindy and April looked at each other and finally agreed to work together. They shook their hands and began to battle.
"Come on, Carl!" Jimmy said. "Goddard! You come with us!"
"Right behind you, genius boy," Carl agreeably said as he put on his Llama mask.
"Bark, bark!" Goddard agreeably barked.
Meantime, the others were battling the robots. Jimmy, Carl, and Goddard ran to the rocket to reach the asteroid. However, a giant ball of energy appeared between Meldar and Gortox from nowhere.
"We meet again, Neutron!" Meldar evilly grinned.
"You!" Jimmy angrily glared at two villains. "What are you bastards doing here?!"
"You may have gotten my show permanently canceled and destroyed my original matrix generators, but that doesn't mean you'll live to tell anyone about it," Meldar snickered.
"Indeed," Gortox said. "You also ruined my soldiers and weapons, shut down the whole system, and destroyed my fortress! Now, Meldar and I can finally eliminate you and your stupid friends once and for all!"
Carl stammered, "G-Gortox, why are you doing this?"
"Never mind that, fat boy!" Gortox shouted, insulting. "Once the asteroid hits, we'll be out of the star system!"
"I agree with Gortox!" Meldar said. "Now, it's time for us to send you to commercial... permanently!"
Meldar charged up his matrix generations and started to create a ball of energy bent right on demolishing Jimmy, Carl, and Goddard.
"Now, it's time to die, pathetic life forms!" Gortox evilly laughed. "Mwah! Ha! Ha! Ha!"
"Twerp, you think you're so fricking smart, well nobody beats Meldar Prime!" Meldar snickered as he formed a sphere of energy in his hands, courtesy of his matrix generations. "Adios, Jellybags!"
Meldar finished forming the energy sphere in his hands and began to shoot it right at Jimmy and Carl.
"AAAHHHH!" Jimmy and Carl screamed as the energy got bigger.
Jimmy came up with an idea, then told his robot dog, "Goddard! Play dead!"
"Bark, bark!" Goddard barked as he self-destructed, which caused the hardened stuff to explode and some of his parts to scatter until they hit Meldar and Gortox, protecting the sphere ball from hitting them.
"Nice try, jellybags!" Meldar mockingly said.
Just then, Goddard rebuilt himself and got back in tip-top shape. Unfortunately, his voice chip got exploded as well.
"Good boy, Goddard!" Jimmy hugged his robot dog and started petting him. "You're such a great boy!"
"Come on, boss!" Carl said. "We've gotta stop that asteroid!"
"Correct!" Jimmy nodded, coming back to actuality. "Goddard, you go back and help the others finish Meldar's robots!"
"Bark, bark!" Goddard agreeably barked as his ears used to salute.
Instantly, Goddard ran back to the others. Jimmy and Carl ran over to the rocket. All of a sudden, these villains appeared right in front of them.
"NOT SO FAST, JIMMY GEEK-TRON!" Meldar angrily yelled. "You and your stupid pathetic life form sidekicks won't be going anywhere!"
"You may have escaped our concrete, and you'll all be doomed!" Gortox added. "But fortunately, I have lost my weapons because of you!"
"I don't think so!" Jimmy proclaimed as he pressed the button on his watch. The watch shot out an anti-gravity bubble, which caught these villains inside and caused them to float back out of Planet Gorlock's atmosphere and into space, where the asteroid was approaching the planet.
"That was too close, bro," Carl sighed.
"Quick! Into the rocket!" Jimmy declared, and then he and Carl got into the rocket. He set the controls to where the asteroid was. "Prepare for lift-off! Okay, Carl! Let me count, 3... 2... 1... BLAST OFF!"
Jimmy and Carl started to blast off the planet's atmosphere and towards the deadly asteroid. For the moment, Goddard finally made it back to the others, who were battling the robots.
"Goddard! Where are Jimmy and Carl?" Cindy asked the robot dog.
"Bark, bark!" Goddard barked as he pointed to the glowing sky.
"I hope Neutron realizes what he's doing because we're not gonna die as a space waffle," Nick said.
April continued battling the robots, "Guys? Some help?"
Team Neutron, Space Bandits, and Gorlockian people were in an extensive, epic battle fighting against Meldar's robots. At the same time, Gorlockian people viciously smashed and bashed those robots with their large clubs. Space Bandits shot to blast some robots using those sci-fi alien assault rifles. Cindy used her impressive martial arts skills to give those robots an actual breakdown, not to mention her Triple Mid-Air Axel Betsy Flip and some help with April the Gorlock. Nick and Sheen used their brand-new weapons and fighting skills to shatter those robots. Libby, Gina, and Britney shattered and bashed those baddies with some rocks and sticks they found anywhere.
"Yeah," Sheen exclaimed as he held the katana swords. "Nobody beats UltraLord!"
"Gina, are you ready?" April asked before throwing those small rustic tennis balls up.
"Yes!" Gina exclaimed as she began swinging to whack those balls like a baseball with her tennis racket against some robots. At the same time, a robot started ramming toward her, and then she dodged jumping side-to-side about 10 inches from the robot, and it struck another robot.
"Wonderful job, Earthy girl!" April smiled as she gave Gina a thumbs-up, and then she beat some robots with her club again.
"Thank y-" Gina smiled but stopped mid-sentence because another robot rammed, pushed her, and fell onto the ground. "OW! My knee!"
Meanwhile, Jimmy and Carl blast off to finish the asteroid while the others still battle the robots. Unfortunately, there was one little problem.
"There are too many of them," April kept trying to hold them out with her club. "We can't handle them off much longer."
The others finished defeating Meldar's robots with help from their folks. Tee walked towards a Korean teenage human girl. "Hey! You alright? Lemme get you up."
"Y-Yes, I'm okay," Gina stammered as Tee helped lift her up off the ground, then she stood up. "Thank you."
"No problem," Tee said as he patted Gina on the back.
For now, in the sky, the asteroid was almost to Planet Gorlock's atmosphere, and everyone was practically there. Unfortunately, that didn't protect the asteroid from getting closer to the planet.
"Guys!" Cindy shockingly said. "The asteroid!"
Everybody turned up and saw the sky becoming more flashy and bright as the asteroid began approaching more and more than ever. A golden yellow and smoke started spewing from the oncoming asteroid. Since it was those final moments together, everyone embraced their loved ones.
April embraced her parents and held each other in their arms. "Our planet will probably end or not..."
Cindy embraced her best friend, Gina. "I'm anxious about Jimmy when he could be killed himself. And he's with Carl, too."
"Don't worry about that, Cindy, so I'm sure they'll save from the asteroid and those bad guys sooner. I realized Jimmy is a genius; what he could do," Gina assured despite crying.
"Hmm, you're probably right," Cindy tearfully said.
"Oh man, I'll miss you and even my friends!" Nick tearfully said as he hugged Britney.
"I know how you feel," Britney tearfully said as she hugged Nick back.
Sheen embraced his girlfriend, Libby. "Babe, I'm sorry for being a liar to you when I was too stupid. I still love you."
"Well, Sheen..." Libby sniffled. "Next time, you won't be doing it again! Love ya too!"
Tee also wrapped his arms around his colleagues in a tight hug as well, crying. "I love you guys!"
-Back into space, Meldar and Gortox managed to escape the anti-gravity bubble and go back into Meldar's ship-
"Those scum life forms think they have won, but the asteroid's about to hit the planet," Gortox remarked. "By the way, I'll finally be able to get rid of Neutron and his stupid friends."
"Well, all right," Meldar said. "Who wants to join me in the big countdown till it hits?!"
"Yes, we shall!" Gortox hissed.
At the same time, Jimmy and Carl were in the rocket on their way to the asteroid. Jimmy thought for a moment, then came up with something. "Brain Blast!" Okay, Carl! We've only got one shot at that!" he showed Carl his shrink ray.
"Jimmy, what are you doing?" Carl concernedly asked.
"Trust me, close your eyes!" Jimmy said. "Activate Shrink Ray... NOW!"
-The asteroid was about to hit Team Neutron, Space Bandits, and Gorlockian people. Jimmy activated his Shrink Ray and zapped the asteroid, which started to shrink down to the size of a tiny meteorite slowly-
"Carl, you can open your eyes now," Jimmy said.
Carl opened his eyes and saw the asteroid shrink to a tiny size.
"Ready, Carl?" Jimmy asked.
Jimmy and Carl blew onto the asteroid, which began to fly right toward Meldar's ship. Despite its size, the asteroid was still quite powerful. Meldar stared at it blankly.
"What's the hell?!" Meldar shockingly said.
"Shoot!" Gortox grumbled.
The asteroid hit the ship, exploding into a million pieces Meldar left floating into space.
"NO! NO! MY SHIP!" Meldar exclaimed; then he looked at his wrists and noticed his cufflinks were missing. "My matrix generators! They're gone!"
"They must've been in the explosion," Gortox said. "Now, it resembles we're stuck here."
"DAMMIT! I hate being floating into space!" Meldar shouted, then turned to Planet Gorlock. "Screw you, Jimmy Neutron! I'll get you!"
"I'll kill you and your stupid friends afterward!" Gortox added, hissing. "Ssssss!"
-A few minutes later-
An alien cop spaceship with red flashing lights came up behind Meldar and Gortox.
"What's that?" Meldar wondered.
"It seems we're rescued," Gortox replied.
"Halt! Now, you both are getting arrested for attempting to destroy the Planet Gorlock with a massive asteroid and detonate your ship!" one of the alien cops declared as he held a gun while pointing at these villains. "Lock them up, NOW!"
These alien cops locked these villains up to throw them into the spaceship.
"You both are extremely trouble and taking to the jailhouse!" one of the alien cops proclaimed.
"Oh, shoot!" Gortox sighed.
