Chapter 33
"You seeing this?"
Suguru was walking about, when one of the fields was suddenly covered in a good three feet of snow. Satoru was just walking by as well when he saw the snow, then everyone else got curious.
"What's with the snow?" asked Junpei.
"Looks like some father son bonding time is happening," Suguru said offhandedly. After all, he saw them making their way on to the snowfield. Sukuna on one side, Ryoto on the other.
"I think Sukuna is enjoying this…" Suguru said offhandedly.
"Still, why is he doing this now? With Ryoto of all people?"
"You mean his son?" Suguru asked bluntly, Satoru's question is… questionable. "If anything, I think he is trying to bond with his child… what's your excuse?"
Satoru froze as he glared at Suguru. "What do you mean…"
"You know what I mean, the fact remains that the five children YOU were trusted to take care of, won't even look at Yua. They are slowly, very slowly warming up to her, due to Rook's efforts. You don't see it do you?" Suguru tried to get in his line of sight as Satoru peered away. "Only ONE of our kids has a name from the five of them… the other four need names!"
Satoru said nothing as he focused back on the snowfield.
Sukuna and Ryoto went to war in the snow, but they were both having fun. Ryoto was able to manipulate the snow nearly as well as Kiyoshi, Kiyoshi was watching and even taught Ryoto how to make snow golems. It was cute to see Ryoto do so the first time and bore a wicked grin to his father.
Sukuna however, bore a rather smug look of his own as he made his own just as fast as Ryoto did.
My God, that look in Ryoto's eyes. A true war was about to break out!

"Okay little sibs, let's go see!"
Rook was with the five once more, more recently, Shin has stepped up to help out. The five were okay with him, yet, when Shin tried to speak well of mom, they tuned him out.
"Let it go big bro, we cannot force them to accept nor change their mind that easily." Rook said gently.
Shin nodded in agreement. They just got word of a snow battle happening, Rook quickly texted Kiyoshi asking who challenged him. But he was surprised to the answer. "The snow battle happening right now… it's Oji and Ryoto!"
"Ooo that sounds like fun, let's go see!" Shin said.
"What's a snow battle?" Saitama asked.
"We're about to see for ourselves, it's like a snowball fight but one on one, using jujutsu." Rook explained.
The five sounded excited. "Okay! Let's go watch!" they cheered.
Rook and Shin brought them to the area where everyone who was interested, watched on as the battle took place. Sukuna was holding his own well, but since he lacked a set of arms at the moment, the match came to be more even. He had the experience, Ryoto on the other hand has the imagination.
They played for about four hours until Ryoto called for a truce. "Time out! I'm starving!" he called.
Oji laughed aloud. "I could eat too, let's have a meal and get back to this after!" he called back.
"Wow, they are good, that's playing in the snow?" asked Saitama.
"That looks like a lot of fun" said dad's other son.
"Indeed, when they are done, could we play in it too?" asked Suguru's daughter.
"I don't see why not." Rook said gently.
"I'll play with you!"
Their faces soured instantly. Rook sighed as his father decided to try and cash in on their good mood.
"On second thought, maybe not" Saitama said bitterly.
"Yeah," the other chimed in. "Big brother Shin, can we got get some lunch now?"
"I think it's best you do, I need to have words with our old man…" Rook said.
Yet, as he turned to his brother, Shin appeared a little disturbed. "You sure?" he asked in a concerned tone.
"Yeah…" Rook replied. "Take care of the sibs for me…" Rook passed his siblings to Shin who was quick to take them away. Rook then turned and glared at his father. But like his father… he quickly vanished before being confronted.
"I swear dad, you are going to answer me…" Rook muttered.
