"Hiya, Lurch, I brought my friends to meet the family."

"Family room." He intoned. "Follow me,"

"Looks like they're already fixing it up." Xander observed, as they passed a wall with a shark head on it. And a leg sticking out of it. Cordelia ignored it, the other three girls stared at it and moved a little closer to each other.

"Fun."

"Yeah, Auntie Tish must really be looking forward to putting her special decorating talents to work. She always loves a new project."

"Xander!" An excited voice called out.

"Uncle Fester!" Xander hugged the tall, oversized bald man wearing a black outfit. "Did you bring your toys?"

"Of course I did, nephew. Blasting caps are ready to be wired, just say the word, I've got a sweet setup."

"Tempting but tonight after I introduce my friends to the family I thought I'd take the kids out to play their favorite game. Sunnydale is a great place to play it. We have 13 cemeteries that never get full."

"Ooh, that does sound like fun. I might just come with you. Come on, everyone's in the family room. Cordelia, dear, it's so good to see you again. I'm was so glad to hear your father agreed to Gomez' terms."

"Daddy finally saw things my way." Cordelia nodded. "And agreed that Xander and I are absolutely perfect for each other."

"It's against all the laws of god and man." Willow muttered.

"Well, of course it is." Fester agreed. "That's what makes them so perfect." He led them into the living room where the family was gathered.

"Old man!" A man in a pinstriped suit with a cigar in his mouth called out. He threw a dagger at Xander, before Buffy could move to intercept it, it hit Xander in his chest, but only the tip and oddly, it vibrated. Xander calmly pulled it out.

"I was being polite, Uncle Gomez, it's your house, you get first shot." He raised his hand and triggered a stake thrower. Gomez deftly caught it.

"Nicely done, nephew." He congratulated Xander. "Cordelia, my dear, so lovely to see you again."

"You too. Morticia, I wanted to thank you for the gift you sent me. Xander and I have been making excellent use of it."

"Oh, that's so good to hear. Iron Maidens are not for everyone, that's for sure."

"Especially since Xander's hide is so tough, he bent some of the spikes. Doesn't mean we aren't getting lots of enjoyment out of it. We'll probably end up wearing it out, we have so much fun with it."

"Than I'll get you a rack next time, just wait until he stretches you on it. Such exquisite pain."

"Looking forward to it." Cordelia grinned as Xander began introducing everyone.

"Okay, people. This is Uncle Gomez Addams, he's my Mom's cousin and his wife Morticia." The lovely ageless woman with a body woman envied and men desired was wearing a black, form fitting, floor length dress with octopus tentacles trim trailing from the hem. "These are the kids, Wednesday, she's fourteen and her brother Pugsley and the little squirt is Pubert." He pointed to them each in turn and then introduced the girls to them. Buffy was doing everything she could not to give in to the urge to slay and Willow was intimidated by the power she could feel in the room. Faith was wondering if she was being pranked. "And the lady with the battle-ax is Grandmama, my favorite grandma."

"This battle ax is for you, Xander. I heard your last one was damaged. This one has been in the family for several generations and has been used in many beheadings."

"Oh, sweet, thank you, Grandmama. I can hardly wait to take some vamp's head off."

"Xander was just saying Sunnydale has 13 cemeteries that never fill and that he'd like to take the kids out to play their favorite game." Fester told them.

"Can we, Mother?" Pugsley asked excitedly. She smiled indulgently at them.

"Get your shovels, dears. Xander, it's so nice of you to show them the sights."

"I want them to see the good things about Sunnydale, Auntie. All too soon they'll find the bad things."

"Too true, I'm afraid. I hear there's an actual beach here for sun worshipers."

"There is."

"Oh dear. Well, at least there's the Hellmouth." As the children, including the youngest, returned with shovels.

"Alrighty everyone." Xander said, tucking his new battle ax into the crook of his arm and clapping his hands together. "Nearest cemetery is only two blocks away. Let's go have some fun!"

The three girls dazedly followed Fester, Xander and Cordelia as they led the three children out and down the block to the cemetery. The children ran into it and started banging on the headstones.

"What are they doing?!" Willow exclaimed, horrified.

"They're playing their favorite game." Xander replied. "Wake the dead." As a vampire crawled up out of its grave and the children began to chase it.
