Exhaling deeply, Carlos lamented, "Why must Kendall always be so brutally honest? I understand that SpongeBob isn't real, but it's delightful to let my imagination run wild with the idea. If I could choose any world to live in, it would be SpongeBob's."

Raising an eyebrow in confusion, Logan retorted, "You want to reside in a place made of random fruits and navigate a boat underwater?"

"Yes, and converse with all the intriguing sea creatures that inhabit it," Carlos replied enthusiastically.

Chuckling and shaking his head, Logan said, "I'll never understand you, but keep dreaming those dreams, buddy. Goodnight."

Expressing her concerns, Katie whispered, "The thought of sleeping somewhere other than home is a bit frightening."

"Are you afraid of going to sleep? Anxious about being in an unfamiliar place?" Logan inquired.

"Yes," Katie admitted.

"It's completely understandable. Don't worry, I'll make sure you feel safe and comfortable enough to sleep soundly through the night," Logan assured her.

"Thank you, Logan," Katie replied gratefully.

"You're welcome, Katie-Bear," Logan said affectionately.

James and Carlos discover separate bedrooms to rest in. Meanwhile, Logan escorts Katie to a different bedroom due to the abundance of beds in the house.

As Katie settles in under the covers, she gazes around the room and lets out a sigh. "I miss the Palm Woods, but I also enjoy being here in this beach house mansion. I'm torn," she confesses.

"Don't worry. Tomorrow is a fresh start with plenty of surprises and adventures for us to embrace. Sweet dreams," Logan reassures her, giving her a hug before turning off the lights and exiting the room.

Sunday morning, all individuals convene in the kitchen for breakfast.

"Indeed, the quality of the beds is truly remarkable. Personally, I found mine to be akin to resting upon a fluffy cloud of marshmallows, suspended over a vast rainbow," Carlos remarks. "Upon attempting to rouse James, I was met with the symphony of his resonant snores. Subsequently, we encountered Kendall, who curiously found himself positioned halfway off the bed, inverted, and in a state of somnolent drooling. Katie, on the other hand, slumbered peacefully, resembling the epitome of a serene and angelic princess. As for you, Logan, you were already engaged in conversation with Camille."

"Have you spent the night in her company?" Katie inquires, fully aware of the provocative nature of her question.

Logan, taken aback, inadvertently expels his orange juice in astonishment. James and Carlos erupt in laughter, while Kendall, with a resigned sigh, shakes his head. Camille, uncertain of her emotions, and Ms. Knight, visibly dismayed, are left to contemplate the unfolding scene.

Logan, still in a state of shock from the unexpected question, inquires, "Why would you ask me that, Katie?"

Katie, unable to contain her laughter, responds, "Because I knew you would react in a hilarious way, and the expression on your face right before you spewed your orange juice was absolutely priceless. I was just teasing you, Logan. I know that you and Camille slept in separate rooms, and you were only in her room to have a conversation."

Logan, initially upset by the question, expresses his frustration, "You nearly gave me a heart attack." However, upon realizing that Katie believes he is angry, his mood softens. "Asking such a crazy question was quite unexpected. I suppose you inherited that wicked sense of humor from Kendall, didn't you?"

"He's not that funny," Katie retorts, smirking mischievously, knowing that her words will irritate her older brother.

Kendall groans in response, causing James and Carlos to burst into another fit of uncontrollable laughter. This time, even Camille finds the situation amusing and lets out a chuckle.

"Katie, you are aware that you and Kendall possess many similar characteristics. Let's relax. This morning meal was intended to be tranquil and soothing," Ms. Knight remarks.

"Life was calm and soothing until she entered the world," Kendall mutters.

"Oh, really? Like pursuing hockey as your preferred sport was a simple task for Mom to manage, taking you to practices and games! Trudging through the snow and ice. Driving in blizzards! That's completely calm and soothing!" Katie retaliates.

"I didn't opt for hockey, hockey chose me!" Kendall responds.

"That doesn't make any sense!" Katie exclaims.

"Your expression doesn't make any sense!" Kendall retorts.

"You're a silly doofus!" Katie remarks.

"You're a bratty troublemaker!" Kendall remarks.

Logan observes their exchange and sighs, placing a hand on his face.

"Hey, guys, you should cease arguing. It's bothering Logan," Camille suggests.

"Apologies, Logan," Kendall and Katie apologize.

"No problem. Let's finish our meal so I can reveal the surprise I mentioned last night," Logan states.
