"Princesà, where are you?!" Carlos exclaims, darting off in a random direction.

"Wait, Carlos! You don't even know where to begin searching for her! Slow down!" Mason pleads, turning to the others. "Is he always like this? Acting recklessly and ignoring common sense?"

"When it comes to Katie, yeah. She's his entire world, aside from his dad," Logan explains. "I'm the only one who can calm him down. Come on, we need to find him before he ends up hurting himself. My injury is bad enough. I don't want him to sprain his ankle or break a leg." He heads in the direction Carlos went, and the others follow suit.

"Where could she have possibly gone? She's never been here before. None of us, except Mason, have," Camille wonders aloud.

"We just need to figure out why she ran off," Logan states.

"How?" James asks.

"I'm not sure yet," Logan admits.

Sighing, Kendall remarks, "We're doomed. Katie is lost, and even the smartest person we know isn't being helpful."

Offended by Kendall's words, Logan retorts, "Listen up, Kendall. I'm just as worried about Katie as the rest of us, and I'm doing my best to figure out why she ran away. But I can't do that if you doubt my ability to do so."

Logan's words hang in the air, tension thickening between him and Kendall. The rest of the group exchanges uneasy glances, unsure of how to diffuse the growing conflict. Mason steps forward, placing a hand on Logan's shoulder.

"Hey, guys, let's not fight amongst ourselves. We need to focus on finding Katie," Mason interjects, his voice calm but firm. "Kendall, Logan is right. We all trust him, and we need to work together right now."

Kendall's expression softens, realizing the weight of his words. "You're right, Mason. I'm sorry, Logan. I'm just scared for Katie."

Logan nods, accepting the apology. "I understand, Kendall. We're all scared. But we can't let fear cloud our judgment. We need to stay level-headed and think logically."

As the tension eases, the group resumes their search, their determination renewed. They comb through the unfamiliar surroundings, calling out Katie's name in hopes of catching her attention. The forest echoes their desperate cries, but there is no response.

Hours pass, and fatigue begins to set in. The group takes a moment to rest, huddled together in a small clearing. Carlos, who had been tirelessly searching, collapses onto the ground, his face etched with worry.

"I can't believe we still haven't found her," Carlos mutters, his voice filled with exhaustion. "What if something happened to her?"

Mason places a comforting hand on Carlos' shoulder. "We won't give up, Carlos. We'll keep searching until we find her. We just need to stay strong."

Suddenly, a rustling sound interrupts their conversation. The group's heads snap towards the source, their hearts pounding with anticipation. Emerging from the dense foliage, a figure appears - it's Katie.

Relief washes over them, and Carlos rushes forward, enveloping his sister in a tight embrace. "Katie! Where have you been? We've been so worried!"

Katie's eyes are filled with tears as she pulls away, her voice trembling. "I'm sorry, guys. I didn't mean to scare you. I just needed some time alone."

Logan steps forward, concern etched on his face. "Katie, what happened? Why did you run off?"

Katie takes a deep breath, composing herself. "Kendall hates me. After that argument during breakfast I felt like he didn't love me anymore."
