Ever since Ciel Phantomhive the young girl had become an enigma to the public. As she sat in her own little corner of the game room, her so called "guests" catered among themselves as they continued to play their game of pool. Just outside the door though was the commotion of her. servants attempting, but failing glorify to capture a couple of rats that had managed to sneak into her family home. A older man with dark hair glared out the door as her servants continue to give chase to the vermin. "Quite a commotion out there." He turned to the young lady as he turned the pool stick in his hands. "It seems even the Countess of Phantomhive is experiencing a rat problem as well." Ciel merely smiled at the man as she passed her turn at the game once more. Another man on the plump side sat in a plush green chair, eating a tray of sandwiches that had been provided. He swallowed the last bite of the one he had been snacking on and wiped his mouth and hands before he spoke to the girl. "Speaking of which, how long do you plan on letting these "vermin" run wild, someone should take care of them don't you think?"
Before she could speak, Lau spoke. A man she had met not to long after she had returned to London and took the title of the Queen's Guard Dog. The man himself was more of a mystery to Ciel than she would like to admit. Not to long after acquiring Baldroy the chief always seemed uneasy with the man. Glaring at him every time Lay as much as spoke or placed a hand on Ciel's shoulder. Yet the man had his uses so she allowed him to stay in her vicinity. She turned to him. Ran- Mao in his lap. A rather beautiful woman that rarely if she ever spoke. Ciel believed that the young woman was mute. Never once hearing the lady speak outside of something like a grunt of affirmation when spoken to. Though is eyes ewjhere closed. Ciel could still feel him staring at her. "And someone will. She's just waiting for the perfect moment to strike. As a lady should."
"Indeed. She always has preferred to settle things with one blow." A woman in red said. Her Auntie Anne turned to her. Ciel simply. crossed her legs the black petticoat under her redress shifting with her. The black bow her butler and placed upon her that morning sitting delicately around her throat. Ciel propped her elbow upon her chair, letting her head rest on the top of her hand as her Aunt spoke to her. "Will you pass on this turn to Lady Phantomhive." She purred. Ciel let out a bored sigh. "I think I'll pass." The young girl's tone bored as she continued to speak. "It it my policy not to shoot if I know I'll miss." That's all well and good but when will you handle the problem?" Ciel's gaze turned to Arther Randell, the police commissioner. It was no secret the man could not stand her and how she handled her orders given to her by the Queen. The commissioner would not have even been here if he had not been ordered so by Lady Victoria herself to keep an eye on the Aristocrats of Evil. To make sure they did only what they where ordered to do to maintain England's underworld. Honestly Ciel could not stand the man either.
She hated how he looked at her. Like she was something weak. Fragile. Like she was a piece of glass that would shatter if you didn't handle it just right. She shrugged. "Anytime you'd like, after all the rats will soon come looking for their forbidden cheese. And I hold the key to the store house." Ciel's voice was soft as she spoke. Azzurro Vanel glared at her as he took his turn at the game of pool, making a poor shot the man Italian mobster scoffed. Ciel observed him as she continued on. "Even so. Locating the nest and eliminating the vermin promised to be a rather. Tedious task to say the least." The girl leaned forward. "You should concentrate on preparing me a suitable reward." Her blue eye landing on the commissioner. A smirk on her face. "You're a vulture."He hissed. Ciel glared at him. Of all the things. She thought. Did he really expect her to do him a favor without expecting something in return. Yet here he was insulting her. "Sir Randell I would be carful with how you speak of me and my family name." She narrowed her good eye at him. "After all. It is you coming to me to solve problems that your precious Scotland Yard can not.
Azzurro Vanel chuckled "Your in trouble now Randell." He said. His accent thick as he spoke. He turned to the pretty little thing seated away from him. "What now. Lady Phantomhive?" Ciel placed her pool stick on the ground using it to pick herself up from her chair. "It is time to put an end to this worthless game don't you think?" The Lady walked to the table. Commissar Randell scoffing at her as she approached him. "How soon do you think you can accrue the payment." She asked The older man sighed in defeat. "Tonight. I will have it by then." He felt sick muttering the words. Never did he think he would go as low as willing working with the Queens Guard dogs. Or to even to go as low as to ask for ones help. Ciel turned to him. A satisfied look in her eyes. Sometimes he couldn't help but wonder what had happened to the innocent girl that the former heads of the house had once raised, now something unrecognizable in her place. He watched as the girl sat in the edge of the pool table, crossing her legs as she prepared her to make her shot. "Then I shall send a carriage for you later." She leaned down reading her pool stick in hand. "We can even prepare some light entertainment for you, does that sound good?"
The plump man gawked at the girl. "You passed your turn three times and now you're after them all in one go?" Ciel felt a sense of satisfaction and the mans shock. "Naturally." She purred. Randell glared at her. "Carful or your greed will undo you." Ciel laughed as she made her shot. Managing to land each ball in the pockets of the table. She straighten her back and turned tilted her head to look at her guest. Her gaze once more landing in the commissioner a single question living her lips.
"Have I become undone?"
