ARC-567

Safety Level: White
Procedures: The main point of the procedure is heavy therapy and deep care for ARC-567. ARC-567 is to be emotionally stable (mainly and suggestedly, Happy).
Psychology stable and mostly positive worker are to work with ARC-567. No psychology unstable and negative workers are to be in the same area as ARC-567.
ARC-567 is to be placed in a room at Area 7 with the following things:
A couch
A TV
Multiple Nintendo Video Game Consoles (NOTE: This is due to the fact that Nintendo is mostly a Family Friendly company. No third-party/inde games are NOT to be in and/or downloaded on the consoles unless it does follow the 'positive' ideas for ARC-567)
A sketch book
Multiple art instruments use to draw (Recommend Markers, but others art instruments will do if needed.)
A Blu-Ray Player thay also plays DVDs. (NOTE: Like the video games, only movies must have at least a 'positive' flow. Anime movies are recommend.)
A Wi-Fi monitor (Usual ARC WiFi Protocol still applies and as usual, YT videos watch by ARC-567 are to apply to 'positive' rules.)
ARC-567 is to be left alone unless for check-ups once a week. If a Black Alert or any any other emergency happens, ARC-576 is to gently and carefully calmed down alongside doing the usual ARC Area 7 Protocol.
No blood is to be near ARC-567. If blood is near by, workers are help guide/carry ARC-567 away from it. Therapy involving ARC-567's fear of blood and PTSD is on going. If ARC-567 is hiding in one of Area 7 buildings' vents, Dr.Sakura is to be called admittedly.
All corrupt copies of medias that ARC-567 makes are to be studied on for any signs of traumatic memory, odd behaviors or anything unusual. All medias, including the corrupt copies, are to maintain in ARC-567's room until monthly cleaning or until ARC-567 wants to. Under no circumstances should ARC-567 be asked to make a perfect copy of a media.
The ARC-567's pasts and possible origin of creation is on going. The SCP Foundation and MIB are to be working together on recovering counterfeit artworks made by ARC-567 being sold on the black market and to look into connects between WP-87 and OUW-350.
Any requests or questions involving ARC-567 is to through Dr.Sakura, Dr.Pallit, Dr.Teddy, or Dr.Jackson.
Description: ARC-567 is a white and blue clock with a red zigzag 'mouth' and blue bat wings. The 'mouth' is able to move to show a smile or a frown and it able to fly with said bat wings. Despite it's body shaped, which is shaped like a house, ARC-567 is confirmed to not be a cuckoo clock nor a chime clock. However, ARC-567 still functions as a clock.
Beside the ability to fly and show emotions, ARC-567 is able to use ESP like powers involving technology and as shown throughout studies, art. Mainly, ARC-567 is able to make art without having picking up the art instruments, though they still showed to be used. Alongside this, ARC-567 is able to make warped copies of artworks and recording of video media. Finally, when upset, scared, angey or emotionally unstable, ARC-567's abilities to warp reality is greatly powdered, though once calmed down/knocked down, reality would change to normal. Even then, the warping of reality will not have any true effect on people, instead them having feelings of being in a dream.
ARC-567 psychological thought process is as of an 15-Year Old Autistic Teen with PTSD. Because of this, ARC-567 is extremely sensitive to emotional distress and would either be unresponsive or hiding. This was most likely due to ARC-567's past, which is still being investigated. Despite this, ARC-567 is shown to be friendly when gently handle and after being transferred to Area 7, shows emotions through is abilities.
History Log (Discovery)
ARC-567 was first discovered by the MIB while looking into another case involving alien activity. However, when they got there, they could only find a group of dead bodies and a couple of things including ARC-567. The R.I.P.D and Collectors of I.I. were called in to remove said objects from the building.
During the process, a R.I.P.D officer notice ARC-567's moved to hide and a copy of painting that wasn't there. ARC was quickly called to do a Apollyon test and discovered 567.
567 was quickly studied on through the tests, it was confirmed to have sapience and due to it not having evil will, it was quickly shipped to Area 7.
History Log (Start of Communication/Event-567)
ARC-567 at first wasn't responding to many of the other ARC workers or other ARC subjects, however it would change on the the TV monitors in the main lobby area and would occasionally make duplicates of pictures in said lobby.
The start of communication would truly began on 3-19-23 when an unrelated incident happened involving an attack on ARC from a presumably an OUW. After the attack, ARC-567 was discovered to be hiding in the vents of the lobby. After difficult attempts to get 567 out of the vents, Dr.Sakura, with the help of Dr.Pallit, crawled in to calmed down 567.
She noticed how 567 seems to involved itself with drawing, so she brought a paper and pencils to communicate with 567.
The Following is the conversation they had from the piece of paper:
Dr.Sakura: Hello there 567. Why are you up here?
567: A fride
Dr.Sakura: Afraid?
567: Yes. Must hide so I don't hurt.
Dr.Sakura: You don't have to be afraid. ARC won't hurt you. I promise we'll take care of you.
567: Do I have to copy art?
Dr.Sakura: No, Try to make something new. I promise you'll be happy if you express yourself more.
After the discussion, ARC-567, with the help of Dr.Sakura, was able to get out of the vents and started commuting with some of the workers, which leads to finalizing it handling procedures.
Data Log (567-RFs)
The following are some of the corrupt copies of vidoe media/artworks made by ARC-567. While 567 had made many of these, the one in this document have interesting information alongside facts about the mental state of 567.
RF-1
Original Artwork: The Starry Night
Background: Dr.Teddy and Dr.Jackson ask 567 kindly to do another copy of The Starry Night to see how accurate it actually could copy one media. Once 567 did so, it also made another copy that was RF-1.
Corruption: While nothing completely noticable involving any corruptions, the artwork was made with markers that was in the room and most of the more complex details weren't there.
NOTE: Both Doctors double checked if 567 was alright and it confirmed it was and just wanted to make an unique copy for it self. RF-1 is now hanging in it's room and this confirms it's love for markers. Also, this confirms that 567 is able to truly make full blown copies of art, including actual details and even the same quality of said artwork.
RF-2
Original Film: Rudolph the Red State Reindeer
Background: Also know as SCP-6221-24, was an cognitohazarded version of Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer film that OUW-234, Vikander-Kneed Technical Media, gave to the SCP Foundation as an attempt of an attack on the Foundation.
Dr.Jackson was able to get the tape by himself with permission from SCP Foundation, but not from Big Boss. Despite this and the 'more adult' content, 567 enjoy the film do to it's ridiculous plot. Also, Dr.Jackson and Dr.Teddy made sure the tape was tested during the summer.
As instructed, 567 was able to make perfect copy of the movie on DVD without the cognitohazar property. Afterwards, 567 made RF-2.
Corruption: The film's plot remains the same, but several changes were made. For starters, all animals were anthropomorphic in film, a characteristic trait only given to Rudolph in the original. The 'Christmas Platform Campaign' and 'War on Christmas' were replaced with more up to date with modern politics.
The most noticable changes was the removal of the 'Naughty List Zone' plot, alongside the assassination of Hermy; instead being sexually seduce by Clarice in pulling out of running.
Finally, the parody of the Rudolph poem could actually be transcript, as the original part of the film couldn't be transcript due to the effects of the original.
NOTE: After, testing, Dr.Jackson was able to give the non-dangerous version of the movie and the original back to SCP. Unfortunately, the uncorrupted cody of the movie's ending couldn't have been transcript. Instead, the transcript would instead say "This is a Pirated Copy. Destroy it you (CENSOR)er!", confirming a new part of the cognitohazard that wasn't discovered, but was predictable.
Dr.Jackson also deeply requested that ARC-567 not be labeled and used as a ARC-Tool. This was due to worry of how the power could be used wrongly and while 567 was truly okay, he noticed that 567 was deeply uncomfortable while doing it's requests. Big Boss agree and ARC-567 was lable to permanently stay at Area 7.
RF-3
Original Game: P.T. (Silent Hill: Playable Trailer)
Background: During a different procedures involving a different ARC Subject, 567 accidentally flew in and began watching. 567, be interested, began playing the game in front of the ARC Subject. Despite being Jumpscares, 567 was generally fine and later created RF-3 in a PS5 disk. This was interesting as P.T. wasn't available in psychical media.
Corruption: While the game is mostly the same, the ending, Jumpscares and blood where removed. Also, the radio messages were changed to the main music used in the main building of Area 7.
NOTE: After the creation of RF-3, Dr.Sakura requested that ARC-567's room have Nintendo Consoles, a TV, a DVD player and a WiFi monitor to help express itself. It was improved.
RF-4
Original Game: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
Background: Dr.Tsvetok wanted to do a simple test to see how multiple Psychic ARC Subjects to control a video game. This included ARC-567, who passed most of the tests. After the test, ARC-567 produced RF-4.
Corruption: The game play remains the same, but all the characters and kart parts are golden. Data mining and studying reviled that the programed texters for Golden Mario and teh Golden Kart Parts were copied in the files and replaced the other character's and kart's texters.
NOTE: When Dr.Tsvetok ask 567 about RF-4, it admitted that it was frustrated with the harder difficulty on the game. Dr.Tsvetok told it in was alright as some games are fun with challenges.
RF-5
Original Anime: Triage X
Background: The X-rated anime was accidentally mixed in box of DVD and Blu-ray of animes that were deemed fit for 567's liking.
Corruption: Plot mostly stay the same. However, the censorship of blood and violence were heighten. On the other hand, most female characters were completely naked, with the nudity not being censored.
NOTE: When RF-5 was discovered, ARC-567, in embarrassment, hid in the vents of it's room. Dr.Sakura was able to calm ARC-567 down and explain it was only natural.

RF-6
Original YT Video: SML Movie: The Secret Door
Background: While it's unknown how ARC-567 view this YouTube video, it's fully believed it was cause due to ARC-8452's attack on multiple ARC Areas including Area 7. When the attack was over, ARC-567 was found hiding in Dr.Sakura's office in the vents. ARC worker and some of the Doctors tried to get 567 down, but to no avail. It was only until Dr.Teddy suggested to get Dr.Sakrua on a Live Chat in order to calm it down. Dr.Sakura at the time was busy in Area 90 dealing with cleaning up after another unrelated event. After telling 567 that everything is ok, it slowly flew back to it's room. However, 567 would continue to fly into Dr.Sakura's and the other Area 7 Doctors' offices for a couple of weeks during it mental recovery. RF-6 was discovered by Dr.Pallit as a file on her own computer and it was soon discovered that multiple copies of RF-6 were put on all of Area 7 Doctors computers. The file has now been burned on a DVD for documentation.
Corruption: Unlike most of other 567's corrupted copies of media, including the ones that are not recorded in this document, this one was most different from the original.
The video began at a decorated door. This door is was the main point of the episode, alongside being a important plot point in SML's lore. However, the door was changed to look the door from the house that 567 was found in. This was further proven when entering as the room was model after the previous mention house including what appears to be a normal wall clock that is theorized to 567 itself.
Soon, five puppets appear. Two of the puppets are the characters know as Brooklyn T. Guy and Jeffy but are completely different designs. Brooklyn's apparents looks to be based off of WP-87 and Jeffy with the three other puppets looks to be based off the four dead bodies found during the discovery of 567.
Jeffy and Brooklyn began arranging, though the words are jumbled and hard to make out. The voices are also not done by the original puppeteers. Instead, the voices are closed to exact match of WP-87 and possible leader of the group. Brooklyn pulleds out a gun and fires at the group; killing them. During the killing, multiple pictures of the actual crime scene and the dead puppets from the original video flash on screen.
The final moments is the wall clock covered in blood, while three scenes play out overlaying the clock. The first was a scene of the clock being kicked by one of the puppets. The second was clock surrounded by artworks. The third is another puppet shouting 'You are worthless piece of (CENSORED)!' over and over again.
NOTE: After Dr.Pallit view the video, she reported to MIB and give them a copy of video via email. The SCP Foundation was later also given a copy when the connection to OUW-350 was discovered.
Data Log: Invagination
During the invagination of crime scene, it was discovered by the MIB that the four dead individuals were confirmed members of OUW-350, Are We Cool Yet?
Are We Cool Yet? is an group of artists that is know to use paranormal abilities to make 'there work of art'. While normally an enemy to SCP Foundation, the 7 Branches have recently declared them as wanted after their involvement with the A-27 Event.
What was also found was a list of deleted text messages from WP-87, unfortunately wasn't recovered. WP-87, who's true name is unknown, is a wanted half human alien that was involved with the A-12 Event.
Due to RF-6, it heavy believe that OUW-350 members used and abused ARC-567 to make counterfeit copies of actual artworks and had a deal with WP-87 to sell them. However, an argument happened and WP-87 killed the members. ARC-567 gain PTSD from the abuse and the accident.
UPDATE 1
As of now, it been confirmed ARC-567 wasn't made by OUW-350 nor WP-87. Also, 567's origins are confirmed to be from spiritual, not extraterrestrial.
UPDATE 2
After further therapy progress, ARC-567 has been more happy and responsive to workers, doctors and other ARC subjects at Area 7. Process on improving it's artwork and media making is on going, alongside handling it's trauma.
