Ch 56 The Battle for Paris Pt 1
At the Final Front, Sefar was being bombarded by the two giant Cannons on the two Buildings. Being the Final Front, it was like a Warzone,
The remaining Resistance Soldiers were firing at the White Titian before them.
"Come! Keep firing!" Nikitich exclaims, raising her Axe to raise the morale of the Soldiers under her.
Every Resistance Soldiers, who was under the Rider, cried out. They aimed their NFF Services Weaponry aimed at the White Titian,
Nikitich rode on Burko, taking off in the air. "Burko, let's go!" The Rider commanded her Mount,
Burko nodded, racing in the air towards Sefar. "You got it, master! Oh hey, maybe after this Battle we can see some French Women? I'd like to have at least some kind of relaxation." The Cursed Mount said, thinking of some pervy thoughts.
"No, bad!" The white-haired Bogatyr slammed her Axe's hilt on the Dragon's Head. "If you think like that on the Battlefield, then all you wait for you after this Battle you'll get a full serving of a knuckle sandwich!" Nikitich scolds her Mount,
"Oh Baby!" Burko exclaims, obviously in favor of that.
Nikitich rolled her eyes at her Mount's response, "Ugh, just keep flying you idiot!" The Bogatyr said, ignoring her useless scolding.
"Alright!" The Dragon exclaims, roaring as he flies over to Attack Sefar.
Sefar defended herself from the onslaught of bombardment from the Resistance. She was about to strike Nikitich down from the Sky, however, her arms were restrained by bindings.
Ryuunosuke Akutagawa held his hand out, commanding his Mystic Code to hold the White Titian in place. "AAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!" The Berserker roared, using all of his strength to keep Sefar down. "I-I don't know how long I can hold Sefar down. My Mystic Code can only do so much." The Author said, unsure how long until she'll break free.
"You're doing great, Akutagawa!" Louis exclaims, looking at the former Inquisitor of the Empire. He may no longer be a master, but he can still provide moral support for everyone.
The young Boy turns to the other fighters on the Front. "All of you, keep doing what you're doing!" Louis exclaims, giving extra morale to the Resistance Soldiers. "If we keep working together, we can soon defeat Sefar!"
Everyone cheered, doing everything they could to defeat the Threat before them.
Nikitich flew on Burko as she reached the pinnacle in the air. "LET'S GO!" The Rider falls from the Sky, hurling towards the White Titian. "SEI!" She points her Axe at the White Titian and her Mount roars.
The Rider slams into Sefar, slashing and burning her to try and weaken her. Though it was small, it still raised the morale of the Lostbelt Humans.
Lugh held his Spear over his shoulders, seeing the Boy commanding the Soldiers. "Gotta admit, the Kid is a natural born Leader." The orange-haired Lancer commented,
Chat Noir and his Father looked at Louis, ordering the Soldiers around. The Hero of Destruction could see how similar Louis's Leadership is to Ladybug. "Louis is like Ladybug, her ability to lead others is unmatched." He said, remembering how his Girlfriend would inspire and easily lead others. "He truly inherited that from his Mother." He chuckles,
Gabriel nodded, agreeing the blonde Hero. "It still surprises me that me how Louis was a natural Leader." The old Man said, hearing some of the Soldiers yelling something.
"C-Careful everyone, the Enemy is preparing to Attack!" One of the Resistance Soldiers called out, informing the rest of the Front.
Everyone's eyes draw over to Sefar, readying her Attack. Ritsuka turns to the Berserker who was holding their Enemy. "Akutagawa!" He called out to the Author.
"Ngh!" Akutagawa clenched his fists, trying to hold the White Titian down. "I'm trying my best I can, master! Ugh, I guess I have to go all out then!" The Berserker cried out, about to use his Noble Phantasm.
"Akutagawa!" Ritsuka held his hand out to the former Inquisitor, giving him some Magical Energy to him.
The black-haired Berserker nodded, activating his Noble Phantasm. "My Madness is written in pages. My work will be forever stained with ink!" Akutagawa announced, increasing his Magical Energy.
"Oh Spirit who made their Home in my Story and took it's Name. Come to me…" Akutagawa's Mystic Code reacted to his words,
The black wrappings that held Sefar down splits. They went over to Akutagawa, engulfing him with black wrappings. They situated onto his Body, gifting him strength, and a tremendous amount of Magical Energy, transforming him into a Demon, a mindless Monster.
A Monster known as…
Akutagawa roared, releasing a powerful and Demonic aura. "Rashomon!"
The Berserker growls, his eyes are now bloody red instead of his black ones. His face and body were all covered in black wrappings, enhancing his Madness Enhancement.
Many Soldiers stumble back from the immense aura Akutagawa released. "W-What happened to Akutagawa?" One Soldier asked, seeing the Berserker in a more berserk form.
Ritsuka could feel the Magical Energy rising from the Author, -ZZZ- Director Fujimaru! -ZZZ- Ginny called out to the Magus. -ZZZ- Ryuunosuke Akutagawa's Magical Energy is increasing by the second! -ZZZ-
"What happened to Akutagawa?" Chat Noir asked the master of Chaldea,
"His Noble Phantasm increased his Magical Energy and Madness!" Ritsuka explains to the Hero of Destruction and others who were questioning what was going on.
Everyone watches as the berserk Author leaps into the air, he then releases more wrappings. This time, they were Demonic and ready to restrain Sefar from doing anything. "AAAAAAAAGGGGGGGHHHHHH!"
The Demonic wrappings wrapped around the White Titian, ensnaring and preventing her from moving.
Akutagawa landed behind the Enemy, creating a crater on what was left of the ground. "DO IT NOW!" The Berserker cried out, allowing everyone to Attack.
Nikitich loops around with Burko, going to Attack Sefar, "Keep going Burko! We have to drain the Enemy's strength!" The white-haired Rider stated
"Got it, got it! I better get some kind of reward later," Burko said, flying through the ammo and flying past them.
"Nikitich!" Lugh called out to the Bogatyr, gaining her attention on her Mount.
The orange-haired Lancer was running alongside them, "Can you give me a ride?" Lugh asked the Rider,
Nikitich took a moment to ponder before seeing the Counter Force Servant pointing in the air, The Rider soon understood what the Divine Spirit was implying, "Alright, get on Lancer! You got one shot at that before I release my Noble Phantasm too." She said,
"Got it, we'll deploy our Noble Phantasm together," Lugh explains, quickly devising a plan for the two of them.
"Wow, talk about a good plan. Fine, we'll go with your plan, Lugh." The Divine Spirit hops onto the Cursed Mount, Nikitich holds her Axe forward as the Dragon flies higher in the air.
Both the Dragon Rider and Divine Spirit flew high in the air, reaching the peak. "Hey, master! This is the highest I could go!" Burko informed his rider, "Better get going when the goings good!"
"Right," Nikitich turns behind her, looking at the Father of the Hound of Ulster. "This is the highest we could so far." The Rider informed the Divine Spirit,
"Roger that, this is probably the last time we see each other." Lugh stood on top of Burko's back, spinning his Golden Spear ready to strike. "Wish me luck!" He leaps off from Burko, diving at the White Titian's Head.
"Ibar, Athibar, strike my opponents down!" Lighting sparks around the Golden Spear as Lancer grips it tightly.
"And return to me once pierced their hearts!" The Lancer held his Spear forward, diving at great speed.
Sefar was preoccupied with defending herself from the countless barrages from the Resistance Soldiers and the NFF Services Weaponry.
'Sefar's distracted, a perfect opportunity." Lugh grins, thrusting his Spear forward. "Gae Assail!" The Lancer cried out,
Sefar heard someone crying out above her, she looked up and saw the Lancer hurling down straight for her. The Titian moved her arms, about to counter the strike when sensing a powerful Magical Energy surge above past Lugh.
"My true covenant, my true vow..." Nikitich raises her Axe before leaping down from her Mount, dismissing Burko before being engulfed by a strange smoke around her.
"Awaken...O Three-Headed Dragon!" A low growl came from the smoke, soon Blue Flames lightened through the dense area of the Sky.
"Zmei Gorynych!"
Emerging from the smoke was the very Three-Headed Dragon the real Dobrynya Nikitich slew in Russian Folklore.
It roared in the air, flying as the Mount for Nikitich.
The Rider raises her Axe in the air, ordering the Dragon to Attack the Enemy. "And then...My finishing blow!" Nikitich cried out,
Zemi Gorynych's mouths began to produce electricity, and they all hurled straight down for Sefar.
Sefar began to retaliate from the two incoming Noble Phantasm. She continued to struggle within Akutagawa's Noble Phantasm, with both being restrained and being bombarded,
Lugh hurls straight down at Sefar, piercing and causing her to cry in pain. While Zemi Gorynych released three white Flames at the White Titian, burning her as it came down to do a finishing blow.
Ritsuka held his arm, covering his eyes from the debris. "That should deal some damage to Sefar at least a little." The Magus said, looking up at the smoke created by Gorynych.
"Nobody should survive three Noble Phantasms!" Louis exclaims, hoping that they did some damage to her Body.
Gabriel steps forward, peering through the smoke. "No, their Noble Phantasms did hit her. However…" The retired Villian could see things clearly,
Nikitich and Lugh landed on the ground after using their Noble Phantasm. "Did we get her? I believe I felt my Spear thrust into something." The orange-haired Servant said, still holding his Spear at the ready.
Gorynych was still materialized, Nikitich didn't dismiss her Mount. Her Warrior side was itching her to keep her Noble Phantasm active. "Sefar isn't defeated just yet, Lancer." The white-haired Woman said,
Suddenly, Akutagawa was thrown back to the Front. "Gah!" The Berserker slid across the Front's ground,
"Akutagawa!" Chat Noir and Ritsuka rushed over to the Author, helping up.
"Are you okay, Akutagawa?" Ritsuka asked his Temporary Servant, worried after he held the Calamity down.
The black-haired Berserker grunted, sitting up with the help of his master and Ally. "M-Master, Chat Noir…everyone…I'm sorry." Akutagawa spoke, trying his best to make up his deeds as an Inquisitor of the Eternal Empire. "I can't hold out for long, I'm sorry." He said as Charlie helped him.
"Take it easy, you were awesome out there." Charlie smiled, putting his arm over his shoulders.
-ZZZ- Sefar's damage output is less than ten percent! -ZZZ- Ginny exclaims, relaying information to the group of the Data.
Chat Noir gritted his teeth, hearing what the Witch said. "That's barely anything. We hardly did anything to it." The blonde Hero said,
"I understand how you feel," Gabriel said, looking at his Son. "However, we must not let our fears sink in." The former Villain said,
Charlie nodded, hearing what the retired Fashion Designer said. "Yeah, even if the moment is bleak. There's always something waiting on the other side." The former King said to his former Subject, giving him a bit of hope that they'll make it out of this mess.
In return Chat Noir nodded, holding out hope for a successful defeat of Sefar.
Everyone watches as the White Titian emerges from the smoke. Bunnyx quickly turns to the Soldiers, needing them to continue their bombardment. "Everyone! Keep firing, don't stop!" the Hero of Evolution exclaims.
The Soldiers immediately return fire, doing everything they can to hold out as much as they can. The Cannons activated once more, firing at the Single Enemy.
Ritsuka turns to his Rider Servant, needing her assistance once more. "Nikitich, can you-"
The white-haired Bogatyr didn't need any more Commands. She understands the situation and already made her way to her Mount. "I'm on it, master!" She raised her Axe, Commanding the Three-Headed Dragon. "GO! Zemi Gorynych!"
Gorynych's Heads roars, taking off in the air at a moment's notice. The Dragon flew in the air, its mouths began to produce more white Flames before releasing at the White Titian.
Sefar saw the incoming Attack, prompting them to retaliate against it. She roared, releasing a powerful wave of Magical Energy throughout the air.
"NGH!" Ritsuka and the others felt the increased Magical Energy from the White Titian.
BB sensed the powerful reading from the Enemy, "D-Did Sefar's Magical Energy increased tenfold!?" The Moon Cancer asked the group.
-ZZZ- I can't believe it! Sefar's Spirit Origins has been stabilized! -ZZZ- Ginny exclaims, reading the Data they have collected on the Battle. -ZZZ- Sefar's Spirit Origins is a Foreigner Class! -ZZZ- The red-haired Witch relays the information to the master of Chaldea.
"I figured that much," Ritsuka said, assuming that was Sefar's Class. Considering Sefar's Origins, it was the perfect Class for him. "Ginny, how much longer until the Humme Barrel is ready for use?" He asked, needing it right now.
-ZZZ- I'm sorry, it'll be another few more minutes, director. You need to hold out for a bit more! -ZZZ- Holmes said, coming over to the Comms to relay the information.
Chat Noir helped his Son to his feet after falling from the outburst of Magical Energy. "Louis, are you okay?" The Hero of Destruction asked the blonde Boy.
Louis nodded, able to stand on his feet. "Yeah, thanks, Dad." He said, looking at Sefar recharging after that surge. "I heard what the Chaldeans said, Sefar's Spirit Origins is stable now." He said, feeling the pressure now that Sefar is complete.
The blonde Hero looks back at Sefar, listening to his Future Son speak. "How can we defeat Sefar now with her power?" Louis asked, wondering how they could defeat her.
Chat Noir looks around, seeing many of the Resistance Soldiers were down due to what happened. He looks at Ritsuka counseling with Charlie and the other Servants on what to do,
Bunnyx was helping Gabriel to his feet and the others helping each other up.
Suddenly, an idea came to his mind and he decided to act.
"Dad, what can we do?" Louis asked, only to have him place his hand on his shoulder. "Dad?" He watches, looking at his Father approaching the recharging Titian.
"Louis, help your Grandfather up. I'm going to buy us a little more time." Chat Noir said, walking forward to slow Sefar down.
Louis's eyes widen, realizing what his Father said. "No, you can't be serious!" He cried out, unaware that some People heard, including Ritsuka and his Servants.
"Senpai," BB points to the Father and Son duo,
Ritsuka turns his Head, seeing Louis trying to stop Chat Noir from doing something. "Ah," He quickly went over, trying to calm the situation down.
Chat Noir saw his Son trying to stop him from slowing the White Titian. He couldn't help but chuckle at how he was trying to stop him from doing what he said. 'Heh, Louis is a lot like me. I tried to stop many Servants from sacrificing themselves for them and now my Son is doing the same thing.' He smiled, looking at his Son.
"Louis, I understand that you don't want me to sacrifice myself for the betterment of everyone." Chat Noir said to his Future Son. "However, for us to save Humanity, risks must be taken." He explains what being a Hero meant to be.
Tears were forming in his blue eyes, Louis looked at his Father. He has seen his Father and Mother sacrifice themselves so his Aunt Alix, Aunt Kagami, and Uncle Luka can live. He had seen many Servants Summoned by the Counter Force fight and die for the Resistance's survival.
Even his Servant, John Wilkes Booth sacrificed himself after their failed Assassination attempt on Karl der Grobe. Louis didn't want any more People he cared for to sacrifice themselves,
"Louis," Chat Noir spoke, kneeling down quickly to say something to him. "I understand how you feel, but sometimes you need to let People do what they need to do. I learned that no matter what I said to them, they're still willing to stand for what they believe in." The blonde Teen said,
"The only thing you could do for People sacrificing themselves for the greater good is to support them," Chat said, hearing his Son crying as he listened to his words. The only thing he could do for his Future Son was pull him into an embrace.
Louis cried loudly as his Father hugged and soothed him. Chat Noir looks up, seeing the Magus standing behind them as the two talk. "How long have you been standing there, Ritsuka?" The Hero of Destruction asked,
Ritsuka remains quiet, just as Chat Noir released Louis from his hold. Seeing that, Ritsuka spoke, "Just long enough to see the end." He said, walking up to the two. "Are you certain you want to do this Adrien? You're a Human and not your Servant self,"
"I know," Chat Noir said, looking down at his Hand. "But I have to do something, and this is it." He said, hearing Sefar beginning to start to move.
Everyone looks up, hearing the White Titian ready to continue her way to the Present. "And not a moment too soon," Chat said, ready to use the power that his Servant entrusted to him.
Chat Noir began to make his way towards Sefar, going with the plan he devised. "Take care of Louis for me, Ritsuka!" The blonde Hero said, entrusting the care to his Ally/Friend.
"You can count on it, Adrien," Ritsuka said, standing next to Louis who watched as his Father save the Day.
Louis sniffs, "Good luck Dad,"
Chat Noir ran, he ran faster than he ever ran. With the power his Future Self gave him, he began to say what he said when he stopped Chat Blanc's Attack from before. "A power granted to me by a true friend!" He activated his mental trigger, and his newly acquired Magical Energy flowed through his awakened Magical Circuits.
"A power that I swore to use for good." The Hero of Destruction gritted his teeth, feeling the backlash of using a Noble Phantasm meant only for a Servant.
Regardless, Chat Noir continued his way to the ground beneath Sefar's feet. He took a deep breath and continued, "For that, I shall use this power to destroy all that is evil. Begone! "
Everyone watches as Chat Noir leaps in the air, his Claws are emitting a black aura. His eyes fixated on the ground near Sefar, opening his mouth he called out his Future Self's Noble Phantasm.
"Cataclysm!" With a single punch to the ground, the pavement began to crack. Soon enough, the entire street collapsed onto itself, causing Sefar to scream as she fell into the hole.
Many cheered, seeing the White Titian fall, Ritsuka frowned seeing that near here was the Resistance's Base and Prometheus. "Now that Sefar's legs are stuck, we bought some more time." He said before continuing. "Only if Prometheus didn't have to be destroyed in the process."
Louis flinched, forgetting something important due to everything around her. "Right, Ritsuka I forgot to hand you something." The young Boy called out to the Magus, handing him a Flashdrive.
"A Flashdrive?" Ritsuka questions as Charlie and BB looked at him.
"Just before the whole Front thing, Prometheus Base is vacant. Grandma and the others all evacuated when Cas-I mean Abe-no-Seimei informed us about this." Louis explains to the Chaldean master, relaying Prometheus's message he wanted to give. "Prometheus said that it'll be a long journey and that you need the help of him and Hephaestus to resolve the Anomalies." The blonde Boy explains to him.
"I-I don't know what to say," Ritsuka said, dumbfounded that his assumption was wrong. "I expected Prometheus to disappear alongside you all when Sefar is defeated." He said,
"To be honest, that's his plan before. But after gathering Data on this Lostbelt/Anomaly. He said it's important that he helps you all." Louis said before hearing Sefar doing something.
"It's not over just yet," Akutagawa said, barely standing with the help of Charlie. "Sefar is trying to free herself," The Berserker stated,
BB scoffs, seeing all that hard work is for nothing. "Great, just great. Now what we're supposed to do now?" She asked, seeing Chat Noir joining them after his stunt.
Chat held his arm, feeling it numbed after doing something like that. "W-What are we going to do? I thought collapsing the Street would stop her." The blonde Hero said,
"And it did, thank you for that Adrien." Gabriel approaches with the help of Bunnyx. "The best we could do is to continue for another ten minutes or so."
"Well, in that case, Nikitich, Lugh! I need your assistance here and now!" Ritsuka called out to the Lancer and Rider, "I know you've been through a lot, but-"
"Say no more. This is probably the most honorable thing we could do as a Servant." Lugh said, not minding that his master was asking them to go beyond their limits.
Nikitich nodded, calling for Burko. "I can pull off another Attack, but-" The Rider paused, her ears flicked upon hearing something. "Wait, what's that noise?"
Everyone looked at each other before Ritsuka asked. "What noise, Nikitich?" He asked his Servant.
"it sounds like…someone flying over here," Nikitich said, searching where the noise was coming from. "It's not Lancelot, he's with Abe-no-Seimei…"
"I hear it too," Chat supported the Bogatyr's claims, hearing a familiar voice. A voice he'd never thought he would hear again. "It can't be! It's-"
Suddenly, a bright white light zoomed across the sky. Everyone looked up, seeing the white streak circled around and swiftly dashed above them. "Is that!?"
The white streak collided with Sefar, causing her to lunge back and tear the road apart. The white streak soon dismisses the mist around it, revealing it to be. "CHAT BLANC!"
"W-What is he doing here!? A-And did he just punch Sefar with ease!?" Chat Noir asked in disbelief of what he was seeing.
Chat Blanc floated in the air, staring at the White Titian now trying to stand. His eyes then shift to everyone below him, hearing the questions about him being here. As such, he responded and answered their question.
"I am the Alter Ego of White, Chat Noir Alter/Chat Blanc!" Chat Blanc announced, glaring at Sefar before him. "Being who came from the Sea of Stars, Being whose purpose is to destroy the World. Hear me now, as a Hero of Paris, I will end you before you destroy the World she lives in!"
Chat Blanc prepared himself, about to fight the Foreigner: Sefar.
