Hey, this idea popped into my head and i couldn't stop thinking about it. Surprised this crossover has NEVER had a story as far as i could find as of writing this up. it just... made sense and clicked for me. I will be taking bits from the comic for the w.i.t.c.h. girls but mainly the cartoon as thats what i grew up with mostly. I will be writing as if you know about w.i.t.c.h. and what happened and only really explaining some things if needed like when they meet the bots for example.
*important*
For this, Sam, Transformers, W.I.T.C.H. it allll takes place in the same town. So 'Heatherfield' was supposedly New York side of America when i googled it. Sam's town was supposedly around LA. So Heatherfield is basically now for purposes of this story, in LA.
The girls might be aged up a tad Cornelia and Will are the same age and classes with Sam. The other 3 are a year below. I believe from memory in the show and comics the 3 younger are 13 and the older 2 were 14 when they become guardians and then in Transformers Sam is supposed to be 17 or so? so yeah the girls will be aged up.
! I do not own anything you recognize !
Peculiar Meetings.
~~dream~~
"We do not have much time. You are a Guardian of the infinite dimensions, if i am right you are the leader, the keeper of the heart of Kandracar correct?" A voice called out, all Will could see was a bright light a slight giant shadow behind it and a metal blue glowing floor all around.
"Who are you? And so what if I am? What's it to you?" Will asked trying to understand what was going on.
"I need your help, my children need your help. Your powers as keeper of the heart, are to do with life force and Energy. As is the heart of Cybertron. It gives my creations their life, and fuels Cybertron to continuously create Energon, their life blood. It is on Earth, your home. It was safe but now it is in danger, please, help my children, return the heart to its home." The voice pleaded with her as everything swam to blackness again.
~~end dream~~
Will woke to find she had fell asleep in class again. They had just got done kicking Nerissa's butt half a year or so ago and her sleep schedule was still out of wack. The other guardians had mostly adjusted. But this reoccurring dream? What did it mean? Well, someone asking the guardians for help that much was obvious. Will was glad Mr Collins hadn't caught her sleeping. At least he didn't bring it up. He would tell her mom since they were dating and that was probably a problem if there was a new guardian issue to solve.
'Taranee can you hear me?' Will called out mentally, knowing the Telepathic friend of hers was now and then checking in on the others.
'Hey, Will what's up?' Taranee took a second to respond but was there as always.
'Can you patch in the others?' Will asked quickly pretending to write in her book for class. She glanced over to the only other guardian her age that was in class with her, who felt the telepathic connection and glanced over curious.
'I am in the middle of gym class this better be important because I have a lot of climbing to do and standing around because I got caught up in this conversation wont look good.' Hay-Lin's voice worriedly rang in their heads her concern for their grades obvious. All of their grades had dipped slightly when dealing with Nerissa. The other two guardians the same age as the air guardian, were also in her class being that this was a small school in a small town.
'After school we are going to Kandracar, I'm still having that dream. I'm starting to think its a call for help, something dangerous might be coming. Only reason I want you guys to come because of the chance I might happen to be right about this.' Will told them clenching one fist with both worry and annoyance. Whoever this being was that kept contacting her, something felt different this time. She could feel the urgency when she woke. The worry, and some odd powerful surge. He mentioned her powers this time, which hadn't happened before.
'Alright, it does make sense I mean, the oracle will know if the heart of See-by-what's-it is a real thing after all.' Irma cut in not really sure what the name for it was as she didn't remember truth be told Taranee as smart as she was, was probably the only one that had taken note. Will herself took a few times having the dream to remember its name. They had all thought the whole Guardian thing wasn't going to have a break so the worry had transferred to a dream of someone calling for help.
'Cybertron Irma, Cybertron.' Cornelia was the one that corrected the other guardian which had caused Will to look over in surprise. She was usually more interested in drama, boys, fashion. Though as of late was certainly showing a more caring almost being a mother of the group. It really suited her element of Earth. Perhaps she was just growing to the role more? Besides its not like she didn't care for the other things anymore.
'What? I pay attention.' the Earth Guardian rolled her eyes, but that was the end of the telepathic call.
Classes went on for what seemed like forever. Will almost fell asleep a further 3 times. But they all suffered through their classes and met in the hallway by their lockers. Will opened her locker dumping all that she didn't need and paused feeling someone stop behind her. She turned to see Sam a kid from her year frozen staring at, ah Mikaela. The so called hottest girl in school, besides Cornelia of course. The fellow Guardians were along side her at the lockers confused but gossiping among themselves until they noticed him. Will closed her locker shaking her head and tapped his arm which made him flinch with a surprised shock.
"You know, I don't think staring will get her to date you Sam." Will stated and pat his back, Sam had spent half of their last class staring at the girl as well.
"I don't think she even knows I exist." He half mumbled sighing and shaking his head, clearly assuming he will never get the girl.
"Sounds like Irma and Andrew." Cornelia input from the lockers making Irma look around for said boy. The others giggled a little behind their hands as the water guardian pouted upon not seeing the boy. Sam glanced as if just noticing the other girls.
"I'm getting a car today." Sam grinned suddenly bursting with energy, he was certainly more relaxed now than in class a moment ago.
"Hey well, make it a good one maybe she will start to notice you." Hay-Lin pitched in grinning and winking at Sam, who seemed to daydream about that for a moment the girls smiled slightly at how cute he was being with how much he liked this girl. After the moment he snapped out of it as if remembering something important.
"I'll see you around Will, uh nice to meet your friends." Sam was shy once more and quickly ducked into the sea of students leaving.
"That boy is so adorably shy." Hay-Lin grinned and pushed up next to Will. "How exactly do you know him again?"
"He's just in our class Hay-Lin." Cornelia waved the airy girl away and they all began to walk out of the school.
"Well actually, he helped me out with history, Mr Collins made it happen. We sort of became friends after that. He's trying to get a car soon, says his dad told him if he got all A's he would pitch in. I think he just needed the presentations grade. He had his today and probably tried to get a grade just now. Which is why he said he is getting a car today. He must have gotten the results. I wonder if I can get mine." Will laughed slightly as they turned into an alleyway, she really was curious about her grade now. Had Sam really wormed his way into getting his grade early?
"The one for Mr Hosney?" Cornelia cringed, shaking her head. "Good luck with that."
"Yeah, Sam seems kinda shy, I doubt that will be taken into consideration with his grading." Irma complained stretching slightly just as they stopped. The girls hid their bags at the side of the alley and glanced around.
"Alright, seems clear to me." Will half muttered reaching into her top and pulling out the shining necklace taking it off her neck. Will waved the glowing necklace across the air creating a fold to Kandracar. All girls hopping through, Will had gotten a bit better but still almost folded them off a balcony. All of them yelling and panicking trying to balance as they didn't fancy the fall down.
"Maybe Elyon can teach you or something?" Hay-Lin suggested the girls laughing a little.
"Or maybe we should have transformed first?" Taranee suggested pushing her glasses up the ridge of her nose a little.
"Noted. You'd think after everything I would have it down by now." Will grumbled slightly, she hated messing up when it came to the guardian business. School? She didn't really care so much for. What was school compared to saving peoples lives? They didn't have to walk far to find the Oracle, which at this point had changed since they became Guardians.
"Grandma!" Hay-Lin cheered running ahead to hug her grandma. After the Guardians had defeated Cedric, who had swallowed Phobos, and everyone broke out of Nerissa's seal. Hay Lin had 2 grandmas. The plan had been to have Yan-Lin say her Altermere was her sister, but there were complications. Yan-Lin seemed to know it was her time. The girls still treated the Altermere like Yan-Lin, she was a full living copy of her after all. But the real Yan-Lin wound up in Kandracar and became the new Oracle.
"Girls, what brings you here?" Yan-Lin asked after hugging Hay-Lin. The girls all looked at Will who fidgeted a little realizing she had brought them all over what could be nothing.
"I've been having these dreams. Do you know about a Heart of Cybertron?" Will asked and Yan-Lins face instantly grew serious, worried even.
"Cybertron is a planet that was plunged into a war. This was long ago now, the Cybertronian's still fight but most of them have scattered across the universe. What was your dream?" Yan-Lin asked and the girls all seemed to freeze as they realized, there might be an alien threat incoming. Not that fighting monsters, or aliens would be any different, but the fact it was in their home town, on Earth. What if they got revealed to the world?
"There was a voice, it knew who I was, that I'm a Guardian. It just said that the Heart of Cybertron is in danger. It said to help his children or something? Whatever that means?" Will rubbed the back of her neck a little unsure of the last part. The whole thing was a little hazy but it did keep reoccurring which helped solidify some of the dream.
"His children? Think he called the wrong kind of Guardians on telepathic facetime." Irma joked slightly rolling her eyes at the idea of having to look after a planets worth of children.
"His Children? Hmm, Perhaps you have spoke with Primus, you see the planet Cybertron is technically a living being. He had a great power and created the heart of Cybertron. It brings life to all Cybertronian's, helps create more of them since they don't reproduce like a human would. He may have sensed the heart being in danger and whatever consciousness he has that's still alive reached out to you for help." Yan-Lin seemed to think aloud but also aimed to educate the Guardians on the Cybertronian's.
"So this Primus, is like, their god? He just, created them and then became the very planet they live on?" Cornelia asked seemingly they all were struggling to comprehend this. It was one thing to visit and know of other worlds and creatures on them. But the entire planet itself being a living being? This was totally new.
"Became the planet, but yet still alive and conscious enough to reach out to Will." Taranee seemed to be thinking as she crossed her arms and lifted one hand to her chin.
"No offence to Mr All-Powerful-Planet-God. But how do we help, when we don't even know what to look for?" Hay Lin asked putting her hands on her hips. They all looked to the Air Guardians grandma, Hay-Lin was right, they don't even know what these things look like. Yan-Lin however just smiled.
"All I can do to guide you along this journey, is to tell you to be careful, maybe stick around with that new friend of yours Will. What was his name? Sam?" Yan Lin smiled but slowly walked off smiling the whole time, leaving the girls a little stunned.
"Stick around Sam? That's all we get?" Cornelia complained her long golden hair being swung in the air as she turned to face her friends.
"What's Mr SecretlyInLoveWithMikeala got to do with aliens?" Irma spoke her thoughts aloud as they all somewhat huddled together.
"Well its still something. Maybe Sam is connected to one? Or is one? Or knows one?" Will began listing off possibilities.
"Oooh! Maybe he is one and he's using a glamour to fit in!" Hay-Lin grinned as she pitched in.
"We have no idea if Cybertronian's are even magical, we cant just go up to Sam and say 'we know you are from Cybertron' just to see if he reacts." Taranee rolled her eyes at such a dumb idea where as Irma and Hay-Lin immediately thought it was a good idea, grinning at her. Will shook her head at the two girls who were grinning.
"Taranee is right, we can't just go up to him and start babbling nonsense. I'll try to stick by him and hang around with him for a bit. I will call if something seems suspicious or if anything happens." Will decided, that seemingly the end of it. She had made her decision after all. She folded the girls back to the alley they had left, successfully, but 2 ft off the ground all of them tumbling to the ground.
"You are so taking lessons from Elyon soon." Cornelia stated dusting herself off as she stood up. The girls all stood dusting themselves off, Hay-Lin using air to just scoop up her bag, dust herself off and jogged to the end of the alley way.
"Uh, guys." Hay-Lin called back to them. The girls looked between each other before stopping dusting the dirt off and just grabbing their stuff instead running to Hay-Lin.
"Is that Sam? I thought he was getting a car not a piece of junk." Irma frowned but was kind of harshly joking, as they all looked across the road at a small car dealership that, well, a lot of the cars were all old and dusty and very well used. Sam was stood looking extremely annoyed and was arguing with what must have been his father.
"Will, now's your chance, go ask him to hang out or something." Cornelia elbowed Will slightly as they all stared across at the cars, to Will however, something didn't feel right.
"Yeah, I just have to walk over there act like I was just passing by and see if I can get him to hang out. No big deal." Will worried aloud there were lights just down the road so she used her magic to make the lights change so she could cross safely. Once over she glanced back at the girls who were all waving and grinning. Will took a deep breath and began walking over. Sam however was very quick to spot her.
"Will! Save me! My dad is going to make me a 50 year old virgin if I get a car from here." Sam somewhat pleaded with her and she laughed.
"I am not buying you a big fancy thing for your first car Sam, now who's this? Got a girlfriend you haven't told us about?" Sam's dad grinned at Will then Sam as both heavily began denying it. A man came out of the dealership and Will backed up a tad.
"Tell you what I will go see if there is anything I think looks cool." Will suggested backpedaling into the area where all the cars were on show.
"Yeah good luck with that." Sam grumbled rolling his eyes as he chased his father down. Sam clearly doubted they would find anything good and to be honest Will didn't think they would either. Will glanced around the parking lot of cars and could just feel something off in the air. She couldn't tell what but she was almost drawn towards two little yellow cars. Will wasn't sure how long she stared at the yellow cars trying to figure out which one was causing the feeling.
"I've been doing this a long time, kid that first enchilada of freedom's just waitin' under one of these hoods. See, drivers don't pick their cars, nossir - cars pick their drivers. It's a mystical bond between man and machine." Will heard and turned to see some guy talking to Sam and Sam's Dad just kind of watching. Will knew of one mystical bond between herself and anything with a current, but that was highly unlikely to be what the man meant. Will had missed something however, whatever it was she wasn't about to ask, but she could sense it. Sam however walked straight to the yellow cars, firstly to the longer of the two that Will didn't know what kind of car it was. Sam traced his hand along the black stripes of the car, probably trying to look cool.
"This ones got racing stripes. That's not bad." Sam half mumbled opening the door and checking out the cars interior. Will stepped closer, something certainly felt off. There was two yellow cars the strange feeling coming from one of the two cars. That was as much as she could narrow it down.
"Yea, its got racing... where did this come from?" The man that Will didn't know but assumed owned the car dealership's owner muttered. This sentence worried Will and she traced Sam's steps walking round to the driver window as Sam was comfortably sitting into the seat.
"What'cha thinking?" Will grinned leaning in the window slightly, she had to ignore the slight static she got off the car when she touched it. She couldn't exactly start just acting weird out of nowhere.
"Yeah its pretty cool, look at this symbol on the wheel. Think it means anything?" Sam asked and Will looked down at the steering wheel immediately feeling a tad dizzy. Will could practically feel the same energy she could feel in her dream. Was the car? The Cybertronian?
"How much?" Sam's Dad asked the man, which took both Sam and Will's attention from the car. The man seemed nervous as he had to talk to someone else about the car and they still had no idea where it came from.
"Well, uh... considering the semi classic nature of the vehicle, Five grand." The guy gave an alright price for a decent looking car to be honest. But wasn't Sam's budget 4?
"I'm not paying over 4." Sam's dad confirmed, Sam seeming super bummed about it but what could Will do she certainly didn't have a grand lying around. But some kind of urgency flushed through her. Will just, knew Sam needed this car who knows why she just knew.
"Alright then, kid outta the car." The man which Will by this point had to assume was called Bobby due to the giant sign saying Bobby behind him.
"Hey didn't you just say cars pick the drivers?" Will attempted knowing she had some kind of sway with anything with a current. Maybe she could sabotage the other cars?
"Well, sometimes they pick a driver with a cheap ass father, cmon out of the car." Bobby seemed annoyed they were in the car that he didn't even know they had a moment ago. Will crossed her arms as Sam got out. "Now this is a classic engine right here, this ones 4k too, right in your budget." Bobby smiled over at them all Sam and his dad were muttering about a fiesta? Wills glare was apparently unnerving Bobby however.
"Hang on though, you didn't even know you had this car." Will argued now watching the man fuss over the other yellow car now a tad nervous. He climbed in as Sam climbed out and Will almost burst into laughter at the sight she witnessed. As Sam closed the door, the other opened and slammed into the other yellow cars door denting it. Bobby climbed out the opposite side window which was rolled down, seeming a little freaked. Will stepped over to the first car again looking it over next to Sam and his dad once more.
"Holy cow." Sams dad was staring at the scene that had unfolded baffled. Heck both of them seemed baffled. Will however was just amused. This car being Cybertronian was starting to make a lot more sense than anything else at the moment.
"Hey hey, no worries, got a sledgehammer that'll knock this thing right out." Bobby was trying to save himself from drowning at this point in all honesty. Will reached out to touch the striped car once more as Sam and his dad began to walk round a little. Bobby yelled for someone to bring some hammers out and awkwardly laughed at Sam and his dad trying desperately to keep some kind of sale. Sam and his dad had their full attention on the man as he began to walk forwards probably trying to find another car that was 4 grand in his lot.
"Greater than man... go." The car's radio buzzed and Will frowned looking down to the car as she just managed to catch it. Then Will was in awe for a moment as she felt the energy surge build before the car's alarm rang but super off pitch, everyone had to cover their ears including her. The energy surged out with the noise and all the windows on all the other cars immediately smashed raining glass down on all of them.
"Wow. Nice one." Will muttered patting the hood of the yellow car without a second thought or doubt in her mind now after feeling that surge, the car was the Cybertronian. This was only the beginning, who knows what could happen from here on out.
"4 Thousand." Bobby's voice cracked as he was in so much shock as he turned to the other two boys that were equally as in shock. Will was probably the only one of the group used to seeing the odd abnormal thing's happening. Sam and his dad headed after the man to sort out some of the boring paperwork, give him the money etc. Will hesitated side glancing the car that was behind her.
"You... know." The car's radio was questioning her pat on the car, the congratulating it on a job well done.
"Maybe, it's complicated, talk properly later ok?" Will spoke softly to try not get attention from anyone nearby. Will also looked down at her phone seeing multiple missed calls and messages from the girls and her mom. Will walked forwards towards Sam and his dad as she replied to message after message, informed her mom she ran into Sam and helped him pick out a car on her way home. Which of course her mom was NOT happy about. The girls had interesting input on the car being the Cybertronian. Was it a form it was taking? Were they mechanical creatures? Could they be any device?
"Hey Will, need a ride home?" Sam offered dangling the keys to the car and grinning as his father was heading to his own car shaking his head. This snapped Wills attention away from her phone and back up to look at the boy. Things were certainly starting to get exciting again.
Thats all for the first part :P Let me know your thoughts
