Beacon Academy...This school is one of the four major institutions to train future Huntsman, the protectors of humanity against the creatures of Grimm. Only the best and brightest are allowed to attend Beacon Academy, with many spending years of training in other academies or outside the kingdoms just to get a shot into Beacon. Unfortunately, Beacon Academy was losing one of its students because of a ridiculous reason... that was that he was never meant to be there in the first place.
Currently packing his stuff while everyone was out was first year student and leader of team JNPR, Jaune Arc! The reason he was leaving is because he learned that there was going to be a mandatory overhaul of the school's paperwork, which would include the transcripts everyone submitted when they entered Beacon Academy. Jaune knew that his fake transcripts wouldn't pass a closer inspection, so he decided to do a preemptive strike so to speak.
He decided to formally resign from Beacon Academy!
Now it wasn't because he the school was too hard, or because he was bullied... anymore. No, the reason he was leaving was because he knew as soon as his transcripts were revealed to be fake, he would become a pariah in the school! Not only that, anyone associated with him would also be suffering from his bad reputation, and that is the last thing he wanted.
Ruby Rose, Pyrrha Nikos, Nora Valkyrie, Lie Ren, Yang Xiao Long, Blake Belladonna, and eve. Weiss Schnee would end up getting harassed, and possibly bullied by the rest of the student body just because of him. Now he knew they could easily handle it, especially young and Nora. But they did not deserve to be harassed just because of him.
He cared about them like they were his family, and he would not let his sort of family suffer just because he didn't get into Beacon the right way!
"Okay, I already sent my letter of resignation to professor Ozpin through the mail, and it should arrive by tomorrow. Everyone is busy doing their own thing, so they won't be around for the next couple hours as I leave Beacon Academy. Haaa... I really don't want to take the cowards way out, but I don't want to face my friends. They would probably discourage me from leaving, but I don't want them to suffer because of me. They are the ones that deserve to be here, they are the ones who will protect humanity against the Grimm. It is hard to give up my dream, but if it means protecting my friends, so be it."said Jaune, while packing what was left of his stuff into a suitcase.
He knew none of his friends would be around for at least an hour, which would give him plenty of time to leave. Ruby and the rest of her team was busy going out to a fancy restaurant that Weiss insisted they had to go to as it was the latest trendy restaurant on social media. Pyrrha had a late night interview with Vale Action News. And Nora and Ren were out treasure hunting... because Nora insisted she found a treasure map... on a box of pumpkin Pete cereal...
"Pyrrha, Ruby, everyone else... I'm sorry for being such a coward and not properly saying goodbye to any of you. But I know in my heart you guys would discourage me, and that's the last thing I want. You guys all worked hard to get into Beacon Academy, I didn't. So it makes sense for me to leave...And take all the battery reputation with me."said Jaune before picking up his suitcase and taking it out of the dorm room.
As he was leaving the dorms, he made sure to head to the bullhdead bay as quickly as possible. As he was making his way to sad place that would take him to the kingdom, where he would take a flight to Argus, he suddenly noticed a strange pink light flying through the air.
"Huh, never seen a pink light before... and why is it FLYING TOWARDS ME!"shouted Jaune at the top of his lungs before he was hit by something small and pink.
The creature in question was some kind of pink cat kangaroo creature. It was a pink, bipedal creature with mammalian features. It has a rounded, wide snout; triangular ears; and large, blue eyes. It has short arms with three-fingered paws and large hind paws with oval markings on the soles. Its tail is long and thin with an ovoid tip.
"Ow...!"said the creature as it was getting up before looking down and seeing the unconscious human he just knocked out.
"Oh no...Oh no...Oh no! What am I going to do now? I promised Arceus that I would not touch anything when I came to this planet! And now I did exactly just that! No, no, no, no, no! I am in so much trouble if he finds out that I accidentally knocked out a human! Oh, what am I going to do?!"said Mew, the new species Pokemon and ancestor of all mortal Pokemon to himself.
Mew was it being who was thousands of years old, but it had the mindset of a child. The reason it was on the planet of Remnant in the first place is because it was exploring the cosmos, and wanted to see if there was any new interesting creatures out there in space. His father, Arceus, made him swear not to mess with anything in other worlds, otherwise he would be in big trouble! That is exactly why Mew is panicking at this moment.
"Oh, I got to hide the evidence! But I just can't destroy this human, that would be cruel! Oh, I know! I'll put him in the Pokemon world, wipe his memories, and make him think he's always been there. Arceus will never think to look for my mess in the Pokemon world, so it's perfect! I'll even sent him to the least suspicious looking place of all, Kanto! Yeah, that will work! Now to teleport him to the Pokemon world to hide my big blunder!"said Mew to himself before he began using his powers to create a portal.
Jaune was still out cold at the time, just as a pink portal that was exactly his size appeared just in front of him. The Dork Knight had no idea what was happening to him, just as the new species Pokemon used his powers to float Jaune into the portal.
"I'll leave the name of your friends, your name, and most of your memories. But you will not remember what happened here."said Mew before he began messing with the young man's brain.
Jaune could feel his mind being wiped of certain information, including the memory of Mew tackling him! He could also feel his mind suffering a complete memory wipe, before it was restored with only essential memory staying behind.
"I'll put in the information of the 151 species in the Kanto region, that way you can go on a pokémon Journey or whatever. At this point, I don't care what happens, as long as Arceus doesn't discover what I did."said Mew, just as Jaune look like he was waking up.
"Off to Kanto you go!"said Mew before using his psychic powers to throw Jaune into the portal.
The young man not realizing what was going on as he was flung into the portal, with it dissipating a few seconds later.
"Phew... I managed to get rid of the evidence, now to have some fun in this world before I have to go back to the Pokemon world eventually."said Mew with joy before he flew around, leaving the suitcase Jaune was carrying behind.
Jaune on the other hand landed in front of a huge building with a windmill in the Kanto region. A few minutes later, a man who look like he was some kind of professor came out of the huge building to see if the young man was okay.
"Are you okay?"inquired the old man to Jaune.
"Who...Who are you? Who..Who am I?"said Jaune to himself, not remembering who he was at that moment due to the mythical Pokemon's messing up his brain.
He would eventually get some of his memories back a few days later, and he would later learn that the man who was helping him out was none other than Professor Samuel Oak, the leading researcher on Pokemon!
What neither Mew or Jaune would realize at the time, but this cover up would not only send Jaune Arc down the path of coming up Pokemon trainer, but he will soon go down a path that will help him save Kanto from a great threat!
How one may ask.
One will just have to continue the story and find out!
I decided to give this story a second shot, but with a different outcome as the first one left a bad taste in my mouth.
The starter Pokemon will be Eevee, because that is the one everyone voted for when I first tried to put up this story the first time!
Do any of you have any suggestions for a pokémon team revolving around Eevee? I have most of the team picked out, but a few suggestions here and there won't hurt.
I plan to give Jaune more than six pokémon for his journey. Now he won't carry more than six, but he'll have more than six options for his journey as he takes on the Gym Challenge.
Next chapter should be out in a couple of days, since I feel like this storyline makes more sense than the old one.
Jaune will end up meeting his starter Pokemon, which will be Eevee, in an unexpected way. How unexpected you may ask, well you would just have to read the next chapter to find out.

Again, the reason I took down the first one was because it did not sit right with me, but this one is much better, and I plan to keep it!
