It was a nice sunny day in the city of Petropolis. Birds were singing, bees were buzzing, and the citizens of the city were going about their commutes without any interference from villains at all. Sitting at the edge of the city was a large red brick four-story building that looked like a fortress, with the main building having large spotlights on its flat roof. Below the spotlights was a white sign with black letters on it that read "Petropolis Prison," with barbed wire running from the sides of the sign to the four towers at its corners, with each tower having a large birdhouse housing a sniper inside it. Surrounding the prison was another fence made of barbed wire and electrical wire, with a large parking lot outside it.

Inside the prison, the cells were made with reinforced metal bars and shaped like cubes, with every one having a window, bed, pipe organ, and light bulb, except for the solitary confinement cells. A fingerprint security system sat outside the cell door, each one coded for the prisoner inside it and making escape rather difficult, as it would automatically go off if an officer's print wasn't put in at the same time as the prisoner's.

Walking down one of the hallways were two male German Shepherd prison guards holding black batons and having yellow tasers on their belts. Walking between them, held by her arms, was a female cat. She stood 5 foot 7 1/2 inches tall, and had short tan fur on her body. A black and white striped prison uniform that covered all of her limbs sat on her body, complete with a black and white striped cap that sat on her head between her ears. A long fluffy tail twitched behind her, while black and white striped sleek boots sat on her feet. One of her eyes was covered by a black eye patch, with her visible eye being a dark green color. Her nose was black and her mouth was in the shape of a frown, while wavy black hair ran from her head down to her neck with a dark purple hairband keeping it together.

"Here you go, Madame Catastrophe!" One of the dogs barked as they reached a cell that had the number "18" carved in the stone above it. "Enjoy your new home and roommate!" He continued as he put a finger on the scanner, while the other dog forced her to put her thumb on the scanner as well. The scanner hummed quietly for a few seconds, before the blue screen turned green, and the door swung open, prompting them to roughly push her in and slam the door shut behind her.

"Now be a good kitty and play nice!" The other guard said teasingly to her as he and his friend looked at her. "Who knows, perhaps you'll get out in fifteen years if you're good!" he continued with a laugh, before he and his friend walked away, prompting Madame Catastrophe to growl with anger as she watched them leave.

'Oh, I'll get out much sooner than that, fuckers!' She thought with anger and a chuckle, before she turned to see who her roommate was. Her eyes swept across the room, taking note of the bunk beds against one wall and a shredded poster on another wall, before she spotted the other occupant of the cell.

Said occupant was a cat who looked exactly like her, except she was about an inch shorter, and had darker green eyes. Her hair had a long jagged white stripe running through the middle of it with a white hairband holding it in place, and no cap sat on her head, while a matching prison uniform sat on her body. A pair of white high heels sat on her feet, with sharply pointed toes and heels.

"You!" Catastrophe growled at the cat, baring her claws while her fur stood on end. "How come you're here, Kitty Katswell?!" She exclaimed, before she leaped at the cat.

"Ugh! Don't compare me to my stupid sister!" The cat replied as she jumped to the side, dodging the claw swipe from Catastrophe. "I get that every single time I go to the showers! My name's Katty, not Kitty! I don't need my room mixing me up with her all the time!"

"Wait, sister!?" Katastrophe asked in confusion, stopping her attack as she stared at the cat. "She's your sister?!"

"Unfortunately," The cat growled with frustration, dragging her claws across the concrete wall as she spoke. "She's my goody-two-shoes twin sister who's a T.U.F.F. agent and always stopping my plans!" She continued angrily, before she looked at Catastrophe and arched an eyebrow. "You know, you look a lot like her and I, minus the eye patch."

At that, Catastrophe furrowed her brow. "I do?" She questioned, prompting the cat to nod. "Huh, I never noticed," She continued.

"So, what'd they bag you for this time Catastrophe?" Katty asked with curiosity as she finished scratching the wall, knowing of the reputable villainess in her years in the crime business.

"Ugh! Me and my partner-in-crime Dr. Rabies had a great plan to steal every single yarn ball and bone in the world to then sell on the black market for a lot of money, and we almost succeeded!" Catastrophe said with a frustrated grin. "We just needed to steal the world's largest ball of yarn and largest bone, and then we'd be set, but that accursed Kitty Katswell and her idiotic boyfriend Dudley Puppy sprung a trap on us and stopped us!" She continued, growling with rage as she thought of the two T.U.F.F. agents.

"Heh, I was planning on robbing a jewelry store, but my hideout got raided and my plans were discovered before I had a chance to pull them off," Katty replied in annoyance. "I was so close and my goody two-shoes sister had to ruin it!" She continued, scratching the wall again with fury. "Ugh, I want to teach her a lesson so bad that she'll never bother me again!"

"You and me both," Catastrophe added as she slumped to the side in annoyance. "I especially want to make that boyfriend dog of hers squeal with pain!"

"You mean that dumbass Dudley Puppy?" Katty asked her with an arched eyebrow. "My sister's dating him?"

"They must be! She seemed to care so much about how he was doing during our fight, even more so than a normal T.U.F.F. agent," She replied. "Although I have no idea what she'd see in him, as he is the stupidest being I have ever had the displeasure of meeting!" She growled with annoyance. "Yet he was the one to lead the ambush on us and take me out!"

"If you said that he's stupid, how was he able to do that?" Katty asked him with an arched eyebrow, crossing her arms as she spoke.

"I have no idea, but he did it, and I want revenge!" Catastrophe replied with flames in her eyes. "I want to crush him and Kitty Katswell, even if it's the last thing I do!"

"That makes two of us Catastrophe," Katty said with a smirk. "I think you and I can get along just fine."

"Maybe, but how exactly are we gonna get out of here?" Catastrophe asked.

"Wait for an opportunity," Katty replied with a grin. "One will come along soon. One always does here," She continued as she gestured to the walls of the prison.

"How so?" Catastrophe asked her with curiosity.

Before Katty could answer, a large "Boom" rang out from the far end of the building, shaking the walls a bit and catching their attention. Catastrophe turned her head to the door upon hearing the sound, and heard the sound of footsteps running towards them.

"Dammit Frank!" A guard yelled as he ran past the cell. "I thought the Boss told him no more experimentation with the food!"

"Well he obviously didn't listen!" Another guard said as he ran after the other guard, with four more guards following him. Then, the fingerprint system sparked on every door on the floor that Kitty and Katty were on, causing the doors to quickly open. "Dammit! He tripped a fuse! Call for backup!" He continued as he jumped onto a boar prisoner with a chopped-off tusk and wrestled him to the ground.

"Here's our opportunity!" Katty replied with a grin as she reached over to her pillow and pulled out a small knapsack from inside it. "Follow me!" She continued as she ran out of the cell, prompting Catastrophe to shrug before she went after her.

The two cats quickly ran in the opposite direction of the guards, their cell being the first one on the floor, and leaped down the stairs before entering a secure doorway that had been affected by the tripped fuse. Katty led Catastrophe through a couple hallways, destroying cameras with small rocks she'd carved in the shape of mice heads as they went, before running into a room that had a sign outside it that read "Laundry Drop-off."

"Come on! We gotta get in one of these!" Katty said as she ran over to one of the large bags of laundry sitting next to a conveyor belt leading into a large white pick-up truck. She then pulled out two clothespins and tossed one to Catastrophe, before she leaped into a bag with the other on her nose, disappearing from sight and causing Catastrophe to shudder with disgust.

"Ugh, well at least it's not a bag of dirty diapers," She muttered as she put the clothespin on her nose and jumped into another bag seconds before the door opened again, revealing a large Rhino with thick glasses.

"Alright, I just gotta put these two bags in my truck, and I'm good to go!" He said with a somewhat nasal voice as he walked over to the bags and grabbed both of them with ease. He then tossed them into the truck, completely ignoring the convenient conveyor belt, and walked over to the driver's side of the vehicle.

Two minutes later, the vehicle left the building and headed towards the fence, whose gates were wide open from the tripped fuse. "Now, make sure to jump out when I do," Katty half-whispered/half-shouted to Catastrophe as the truck went down a busy street, passing by several cars and citizens walking about. "We need to stick together if we want to exact revenge on my stupid sister and that boyfriend of hers!"

"I know that!" Catastrophe snapped back at her in annoyance. "When do we jump out?"

"Mmm, right about…now!" Katty replied as the truck turned down a narrow one-way street that had a few alleys and abandoned buildings alongside it. She leaped out of the laundry bag as fast and hard as she could, sending her flying directly through a broken first floor window in a nearby building.

"Oh fishsticks!" Catastrophe cursed with annoyance, before she leaped out of her laundry bag and flew through another window sitting next to the window Katty had gone through. She landed with an "Oof!" on an old musty sofa that had several springs sticking out of the back, causing the sofa's legs to break from the force of her landing.

"Oh good! You made it!" Katty said to her as she got off the old mattress she'd landed on and started to stretch, while Catastrophe sighed as she slowly got up on the collapsed sofa. "Now then, any ideas as to what we should do to them for revenge?" She asked the fellow villainess as she popped her back and stretched her legs behind her.

"Mrrow, how about we kidnap them separately and torture them to death?" Catastrophe replied as she got off the couch and started to stretch her arms, flexing her claws and making sure none of them were broken. "Make them scream for mercy, and tease them with the idea, before taking it away permanently!"

"Hmmmm, not a bad idea, but there's a few problems with it," Katty said as she popped her shoulders and knuckles. "Mainly, we can't kidnap them separately. If we do, one of them will certainly take us out or break the other out. I've heard so from other villains who've gone to the prison," She continued. "No, what we need to do is to take them out at once, swiftly, and without hesitation."

"Mmm, and how do you suggest we do that?" Catastrophe asked her with an arched eyebrow. "It's not like you have some sort of super serum or something that'll make us powerful beyond our wildest dreams or something!" She continued as she swatted at the sofa, slicing off part of its wooden arm and sent it flying through the air with frustration.

The wooden, moth-eaten piece of wood flew through the air for several seconds, before smacking into the side of a dust-covered TV that sat on the floor, its cord plugged into the wall. The piece of wood then landed on the floor, knocking up a tiny puff of dust, while the TV turned on with a loud burst of static, catching the cat's attention.

They turned towards the TV, and saw that it had the local news on it, with the tower of T.U.F.F. being on screen. "Stacy Jabbers here with an important update from T.U.F.F. inventor and scientist Professor Keswick, Jr," a female capybara said into a microphone as she stood in front of the building. "According to the Professor, he has been hard at work developing a special serum that will do great things to whoever drinks it," She continued, causing the cat's eyes to widen. "We tried to press him for more details, but he managed to escape-I mean, he had an appointment to keep, and would not be delayed for it," She said quickly, her eyes shifting about slightly while a drop of sweat ran down the side of her head. "We'll update you with more details as he continues to develop this serum. This is Stacy Jabbers from Petropolis Main News, signing off!"

The screen then changed to show the forecast for the week, while Catastrophe and Katty stared at it for several seconds, before turning to look at each other with large, shit-eating grins.

"So, the freak's making a serum," Katty said, shuddering as she remembered what Keswick looked like.

"Mhm, and it's supposed to do 'great things' for the drinker," Catastrophe added, before she rubbed her hands together with an evil grin. "I think that we just found our perfect way to defeat Kitty Katswell and her stupid boyfriend Dudley Puppy once and for all!" She exclaimed with glee.

"Indeed we did!" Katty replied with a nod. "Although I do wonder what this serum will do?" She questioned. "Oh, could it give us superpowers?!" She exclaimed with excitement.

"Either that, or perhaps it's some sort of horrific bio weapon that we can use on the T.U.F.F. agents, especially on your stinking sister and her boyfriend!" Catastrophe exclaimed with flames in her eyes. "Now then, since we've worked together to get out of prison, how about we work together to defeat them?" She asked her, holding out her hand to the naughty Katswell sister.

"Heh, that sounds like a perfect idea to me, Catastrophe!" Katty replied with a matching evil grin and flames in her eyes, before she reached forward and grabbed her hand, shaking it hard. "Here's to our new alliance!"

"To our New Alliance!" Catastrophe replied as she shook her hand as well, before both cats started to cackle evilly, lightning striking outside as a thunderstorm rolled into the city.
