Chapter 2: Fright Night (Reprise):
Sonic's POV:
So, now my face is as messed up as the real Michael Myers! Also, Tails' claws are real, Amy's an actual snake, Sally has to hide her face before she turns the rest of us to stone... I think you can see where this is going.
"We turned into our costumes," I said.
"Happy Halloween," says Shadowsoul, "and good riddance!" She then slams the door.
All: Oh no
Amy: We cossssstumed creaturesssss
With our made-up featuresssss
Now we're all too real
All: Uh-oh
Sonic: Our trick-or-treating
Left no candy-eating
Scar: This was not the deal
Amy: Now I can no longer walk
Tails: And these claws are too pointy
Bunnie: Yeah, but look at meh 'n mah sweety
All: On our fright night
A true night of fright
Rotor: I can pass through trees and headstones
But I can't hold up a light
All: That's right, it's fright night
What a sorry sight
Antoine: I tahld you we should've been runneeng
Scar: I thought Shadowsoul was funning
All: Is there an end to this
Night of fright!
"Singing is not going to help," says Knuckles, "we should go after Shadowsoul!"
"You wahnt us to go bahck to zat weetch?"
"We need her spellbook," says Sally.
"Or we could just go hahme ahnd try to live weeth ziss."
"No, we're going after that spellbook," says Scar.

Lucky for us, the door wasn't locked.
"We need to do this quietly," says Sally, "Espio, you're the stealthiest, get us the book!"
Espio was moving. Even in Ghostface's cloak, he's still got it.
Shadowsoul's POV:
I was getting ready for bed. I'm going to need my ugly sleep.
Sonic's POV:
"They-yur's the spell book," says Bunnie.
We then heard Shadowsoul sneaking by, so we had to hide. "I turned them into their costumes," says Shadowsoul, "good one." She then looks out the window. "Looks like they're gone. Alone again."
We then fell through a secret passage with the book.

We're in another room. "Bunnie, is there a spell that can change us back," I asked.
"It says to collect these ingredients en order, foot of bay-ehd en witch's room, strip of cloth from mummy's tomb, blood ray-ed rose from bride 'n groom! Into the cauldron, chant the spell, by the last stroke of midnight, all ends well."
Big checks the clock and then counts. "We've only got one hour," says Big.
"If ya fail to complete the task, forever after the curse will last!"
"We gotta hurry," says Knuckles.
"They-yur's more! to help ya know which way to go, spirits will light a door aglow!"
"I hope they're friendly spirits," says Big.
