Chapter 5: Blood Red Rose from a Bride and Groom:
Sonic's POV:
"Next is blood ray-ed rose from bride 'n groom," says Bunnie.
We then entered that room.
Raven Shadowsoul's POV:
My broom woke me up. "What is it," I asked. My broom then pointed. "What? I thought they left!"
Sonic's POV:
We're in this creepy room with creepy music, but the creepy music stopped.
"Does anyone else get the feeling we're being watched," asks Big.
We then found two paintings, one of a bride and one of a groom... and their ghosts come out.
"Who are all of you," asks the Bride.
Antoine then screams again.
"Is he okay," asks the groom.
"He just gets scared when he meets... well, that ain't important," says Bunnie.
Then the door started opening. "Someone's coming," says Big.
"Hide," I said.
We then all hid and Shadowsoul enters. "There's no one here but you and me and this lumpy old rug," says Shadowsoul, "no one here, just the way I like it."
Shadowsoul: My brother I turned to a toad
My sister, I made her explode
Perhaps that's why I'm alone on Halloween
I boiled my neighbor in oil
Cast a spell so his veggies would spoil
Perhaps that's why I'm alone on Halloween
I try to make friends
But somehow, they don't enjoy me
Could that be because I curse them when they annoy me?
Scar: Does she have baseball player seeking missiles?
Shadowsoul: My boyfriend I turned into stone
I just didn't care for his tone
Perhaps that's why I'm alone on Halloween
They may tell you that friends are bliss
But, to me, it all comes down to this
There's no holiday I dismiss
Like Halloween
Just leave me alone on Halloween!
She then left.
"She's gone," says Rotor.
"That was close," I said, "now, where were we?"
"We steell need to get ze rahse," says Antoine.
"We might as well get another rose to break Shadowsoul's spell," I said.
"Be-fo-wah we run out of time," says Bunnie.
"Shadowsoul put one of her spells on you," asks the bride.
"She is not nice," says Big.
"We need a blood red rose to break it," says Sally.
"Would ya mind sparin' one," asks Bunnie.
"What do you say, Sweetykins," asks the Groom, "shall we help them?"
"Ho Pookie! How could I say no to helping such a nice group of friends... though, I am wondering why Shadowsoul also turned most of them into anthropomorphic animals."
"Oh no, that's natural for us," I said.
She then gives us the rose and we book it. "Thank you," we all said.
