"My name is Ralph, but you already know me. In the last few weeks, my life has improved by a lot. I am not living on a dump anymore, the Nicelanders are being nice to me and Felix and Calhoun gave me the honor to be the best man on their wedding. Vanellope, the first person who ever appreciated my work, made me a sign of friendship after I helped her to become a real racer. It always makes me proud of myself to see it, because this was the first time in my life I haven't been just the bad guy who wrecks the building. I also had a medal from Hero's Duty, but I gave it back. Calhoun said I can keep it if I want, due to my willingness to sacrifice myself to save Sugar Rush from Turbo and the Cy-Bugs. I appreciate it, of course, but I don't need a medal anymore, because I have got something more valuable: Friendship."
"I am president Vanellope von Schweetz and a racer with a really cool superpower. One moment I am here and the next moment I am over there. I am glitching through walls and into the air. But until a few weeks ago, nothing of this was the case. The jealous and selfish racer Turbo has kept me from being a racer for fifteen years. I also couldn't control my glitching or leave the game. But then I have met stinkbrain Ralph and he made me a real kart and taught me how to drive. When I crossed the finish line, the game has reset and all of Turbo's modifications have been undone. Glitching has become part of my code and the players love me for it."
"I am Fix-It Felix, Jr., from the game Fix-It Felix, Jr. Thirty years have I been fixing everything that Ralph wrecked. The Nicelanders always admired me for doing it, but all this time Ralph had to live alone on a dump and I never considered how he felt about it. As he left our game a few weeks ago, I just thought that he went Turbo, but it had nothing to do with attention or jealousy. He just wanted to be a good guy and I can't blame Ralph for it, after we rejected him again on our 30th anniversary.
"Now listen up, because I will only say this once: I am Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun and my mission is to protect the arcade from the Cy-Bugs. A few weeks ago, Wreck-It sneaked into my game, Hero's Duty, and accidentally brought one of those viruses to Sugar Rush, but in the end he was also the one who caused the beacon that stopped those monsters. Since then we guard the entrance in shifts to make sure that this will never happen again. Now I am also married with Fix-It Felix Jr., and I am very lucky for it, because it helps me to cope with my trauma.
"So these are your friends you have told us about, Ralph", Saitine touches his shoulder and says: "I'm happy for you, Ralph." Ralph replies, "Thanks, Saitine." Ralph, Felix, Calhoun and Vanellope wanted to drop by Tapper for a drink, before the arcade opens. After Ralph saw how Saitina and Sorceress were sitting there alone while everyone looked at them frightened, he wanted to provide them company.
Sorceress looks at Felix, Calhoun and Vanellope and says, "Then you are the first ones who ever wanted to be friends with a bad guy. Everyone else just doesn't want us around, but, of course, we have come to terms with it." Vanellope replies, "But it's still unfair. It is just the job you have got to do." Felix continues, "Yes. They should also realize how important you are for the games." Saitine replies: "Thank you, Felix, but as Sorceress already said, we have come to terms with it."
Calhoun looks at her watch. "I have to interrupt you, guys," she says. "The arcade is about to open. We have to get to our games now." Felix says, "Tapper, payments please!" They pay their root beer and set off to their games. As the bad guys stand up, everyone is suddenly in a hurry to go to their games. Their group is the last one who gets to Game Central Station. As they arrive, Sorceress is waving goodbye and she and Saitine set off to their games.
As always before they go to their different games, Ralph kneels down before Vanellope and she jumps into his arms. "See you in the evening, General Fat-Neck," she says, and Ralph replies, "I'll watch you racing from the roof, Lady Candy-Brat." Calhoun lifts Felix up and he kisses her on her cheek. As Calhoun places Felix gently on the floor, she says, "Now go to your game and make the players happy." "Ma'am, yes Ma'am!," Felix replies and salutes. As soon as Calhoun is out of hearing range, Felix says with honey glow in his cheeks, "Oh, she is my dynamite gal."
While Sorceress is floating to her game, Quest Of Taylon, she encounters the two angel kids. "Bad guy coming!" the boy screams and they run away in fear. She smiles for a second, because she was programmed to enjoy it when people are afraid of her, but every time it happens she also feels lonely. As always in moments like this, she recites the Bad Guy Affirmation, "I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be than me." Normally, it makes her feel better, but this time she can't stop thinking about how very lucky Wreck-It Ralph actually is for having good guys as friends.
Saitine stands in front of the outlet to his game with the lava river and his castle. "Home, sweet home," he mumbles and goes into the outlet. Suddenly, an alarm blares and a blue glowing pain shows up. "Step aside, Sir. Random security check," says the Surge Protector. Saitine replies, "And randomly you are checking bad guys much more than others!" "I'm just a Surge Protector doing my job, Sir. Name?" Saitine rolls his eyes. As if he hadn't told him his name hundreds of times before. "Hellboy!" "Name!" "Saitine," he replies annoyed. "And where are you heading to?" Now he was close to get very angry. "Err, Saitine's Hollow!" "Do you have any cargo with you?" "My trident and my hatred for you!" "I get that a lot. Anything to declare?" "Go to heaven!" "Thank you. Proceed." "Finally," Saitine snarls at him.
After the arcade has closed, Ralph, Felix and Calhoun cheer Vanellope on at the Random Roster Race, she is always one of the first nine racers to cross the finish line. Together, they go to Game Central Station. Calhoun says, "So what game shall we visit this evening?" Felix suggests, "What about Musicmania? They make really good music there." Calhoun replies, "We could also once more rock the dance floor in Dance Dance Revolution or go to Street Fighter II. You could smash that car again, Wreck-It, and I could watch Zangief crushing man skull like sparrow egg between his thighs again." Ralph replies, "Good idea, I definitely want to do this again sometimes, but we could also go to Tapper. What do you say, kid? Do you want to drink alcohol-free root beer the whole night again?" Vanellope replies, "I am more thinking of challenging Sonic to another race, he is a really great racer, even without a kart."
Then Felix has a new idea. "Why don't we go to the game "The Clark Family" this time? Not even I or Ralph have visited it in the seven years since it is plugged in." Calhoun asks, "What do you know about this game?" Felix replies, "Well, a family has to chase a thief. They pursue him on a playground, in a tavern, in a forest and on many other places." Vanellope starts to jump around and says excitedly, "They have a playground there. Yes, let's go there. It will be fun, it will be fun, it will be fun. Come on, guys." Ralph and Calhoun look at each other and then nod, so they set off to this game.
