In an alternate beginning to Reid being reinstated to the BAU after his time in prison, during his first murder case back, he tried to talk about unsub theories in his usual fashion and the rest of the team found it very hard not to show him just how much they've missed him.

Emily Prentiss returns to the BAU after two years working in London. Slowly she and Hotch begin to fall for one another, but matters are complicated by the fact that Ian Doyle isn't dead, and she's pregnant with his baby. Hotchniss

In Season 7's episode, "Epilogue" Reid and Prentiss had told the rest of the BAU team about what they've experienced the few moments that they were dead at the hands of the unsubs who had killed them. On the return flight from California, JJ and Morgan briefly talked about what they needed to do with the knowledge of that information.

After the lady killing unsub was caught, the BAU team flew the jet back to Quantico, Virginia. Because Garcia answered the phone saying "Talk dirty to me," before she found out that it was Chief Strauss, not Morgan calling her, Morgan and JJ did everything they had to not to laugh about it. Morgan decided to tease Garcia a little about that mistake and he included JJ in it.
