Hey there!
First of all, I would like to say thank you for taking the time out of your day to read my content. I don't use this website quite often, although for the sake of this story I put a lot of love into it simply for the game Fusionfall. I was obsessed with it when I was a kid and sometimes I get this urge to come back to it. Every time I work to improve my writing, something within me longs to come back to this fanfiction idea I had and complete it once and for all simply for little 11 year old me.

If you like it, or are wanting to see more, please message me and leave reviews. I understand Fusionfall is a quiet and nearly dead fandom, however I would like to know if it's worth it to keep posting chapters and keep going. I really have been wanting to finish this for a long time and am now finally getting around to it; I would like to share this fun experience I have with you in the form of a novel, something long and filled with narrative satisfaction for you!

Keep in mind, the current story is slightly altered and is not 100% accurate to the original Fusionfall game. Although the game is an inspiration, this is slightly modified into a fun take, like a director's interpreted remaster of an original movie. If you read and remember something from the game, although slightly changed, then you'll know. For example, did you know in Fusionfall Retro they completely removed Chowder from the Cul-de-sac? You couldn't do the Chowder quests to get some neat gear.

Following the genre of this novel, Fusionfall has a lot of characters. In some chapters, unique characters might appear. In others, they might not. If you want to see them a lot more often, send a post and ask for them to make an appearance again. For example, Boo from Foster's Home might be fun and you'd like to see him come back for another chapter. Here are some old touchstones which will be included in the story:

I am so happy to announce that this fic across the board has hit 1k reads! To everyone who has been a part of Niles' journey, thank you so much for your support! I hope you've enjoyed it, as I think I'm far from it being done. In the meantime, as a celebration for hitting this threshold, I will be working on a collection of one-shots that I initially intended to put in the fic but didn't. To everyone again: thank you so much, and I hope you continue to enjoy this fanfic.
