Mara and 26 had been right about the lecture that both John and Albagon were going to give the friends since they were in the middle of giving it to them all for sneaking out in the middle of the night even though Anna and Kex had told them that it had been their idea to leave in order to find the sapphire sunstone. "You all went together which means that you'll share the punishment." John responded sternly, Anna, Kex, Mara, 26, Spazz and Shanise looked remorseful while Rhoga and Thudd just listened to this speech like they had when they'd been in jail even though they felt guilty like the others. "We're really sorry." The eight of them said as guilt filled their tones, Albagon then put his left hand on John's shoulder in order to get him to calm down. "What you did was dangerous, but I had a feeling that it would happen." The wise old dinosaur told the young ones, the three humans and five dinosaurs looked at him in shock as they processed what Albagon had just told them. "You knew that we'd sneak out?" Anna asked in disbelief, she honestly couldn't believe that the elder dinosaur knew that she along with her friends would journey to the world beneath so they could bring back the sapphire sunstone once they'd found it. "Yes. It seemed like the logical thing for you to do as you Anna, would be drawn to the sapphire sunstone." Albagon replied with a wise smile on his face. "Even though Albagon warned me that you would, I had hoped you would've at least waited until morning." John added in, this made the others look at the adults in disbelief again before they all heard the cries of the skybax riders.
"Everyone! Get to the safety of Waterfall City!" The leaders of each skybax teams called out, Kex looked outside the window to see Ogthar on his newly fixed scorpion stutter and his army of robotic dinosaurs heading their way. "It's Ogthar!" Kex shouted in alarm, everyone sprang into action by loading up some carts filled with the eggs and baby dinosaurs from the nursery. "We have to leave now!" John ordered everyone, they left the hatchery and followed everyone else to the largest city on the island. "We can put the eggs and babies in my house." Shanise told John, since she lived in Waterfall city, it made sense to leave the eggs and babies in Shanise's house since she'd sometimes help watch them when John, 26 and Mara would visit the city. "We need to hurry!" 26 called out in fear, she may have faced off against Ogthar once, but she didn't want to have to do it again while the eggs and babies were with her and the others as Ogthar would use them as leverage to gain the sapphire sunstone. "We'll try to slow them down!" The leader of skybax told everyone, this made Anna glance behind her as she saw the skybax teams doing their best to help everyone get to safety only for their partners to get hurt. "I have to help them!" Anna thought as she felt the pain from the dinosaurs in heart, then the feeling of wanting to help the skybax riders welled up in Anna's heart which led to the sapphire sunstone to start glowing, this made her take the sunstone out of her backpack before she turned around. "Anna! What're you doing?!" Kex shouted in worry, he fought against the crowed to get to his best friend. "Helping them!" Anna shouted back, holding the sapphire sunstone out before her, Anna gave a silent prayer. "Please! Help me save them!" Anna prayed, her prayers were answered as a beam of dazzling sapphire light hit the robotic dinosaurs causing them to break apart. "YES/NO!" Anna and Ogthar shouted at the same time, the two glared at each other before Kex pulled Anna away from the fight while the rest of the skybax teams followed them back to Waterfall City.
Once inside the city, the gates closed while the people got help from those who already lived there. "That was incredible!" Thudd said with a smile, Anna and Kex were trying to regain their breath as humans and dinosaurs gatherd around to meet Anna. "Yeah, if you mean incredibly dangerous!" Rhoga said as hit Thudd on the head, she didn't like the idea of Anna going up against Ogthar and his army of those robotic monsters alone. "They needed help!" Anna argued back, she couldn't just stand there as Ogthar hurt the skybax riders and their partners with the power of the ruby sunstone at his disposal. "Warn us next time." Kex told Anna, he understood where his best friend was coming from, but he would've liked it if Anna had warned him of what she was going to do. "Noted." Anna responded before seeing the crowed, she wasn't sure of what to do. "Um...hi?" Anna said though it was more of a question, everyone greeted her back since she's a newcomer. "Now what do we do?" Spazz asked as tugged in Mara's sleeve, before she could answer him, the gates to Waterfall City were blasted open. "Open sesame!" Ogthar said evilly, he and his army waltzed right in as everyone screamed in fear before running in panic. "What do we do?!" 26 shouted in fear, the eight of them watched as the adults helped the skybax riders try and slow down the mad man's army of robotic dinosaurs. "That isn't going to work!" Shanise replied in fear, Anna looked around as people and some dinosaurs ran while others tried to help stop Ogthar, but she knew that there was only thing left to do now. "Everyone! I need your help!" Anna called out, Kex and the others knew what they needed to do while the panicking humans and dinosaurs stopped as Anna lifted up the sapphire sunstone as Ogthar did the same with the ruby sunstone. "You're finished!" Ogthar said with a cruel laugh, beams of sapphire blue and ruby red collided with each other. "We can do this together!" Anna told her friends, they looked at each other before showing their determination. "Together!" Everyone shouted, their love for the island, and their friendship began to well up enough to where everyone could feel it as the sapphire beam grew brighter and brighter.

At the end of the song, Anna and her friends gave one final push of power which caused the sapphire sunstone beam to become bigger and brighter. "YOUR REIGN OF TERROR IS OVER!" Anna shouted at Ogther, thanks to the power of love and friendship, the power of the sapphire suntone was too powerful and much stronger than the ruby sunstone which shattered into millions of tiny little pieces before becoming nothing but dust. "NOOOOOOOO!" Ogther screamed out, the power of the sapphire sunstone turned Ogther into a rock solid statue for the rest of his life while all of the robotic dinosaurs began to break down without the ruby sunstone to help power them. "Did we win?" Spazz asked his friends,the humans and dinosaurs of Waterfall City were stunned by what they had seen, before Anna and Kex broke the silence. "WE DID IT!" Anna and Kex shouted in happiness as they hugged each other, everyone else in the city began to cheer as they realized that Ogther was finally gone for good as Anna and her friends saved Dinotopia from the threat of a dangerous mad man as well as the ruby sunstone which was no more. "The nightmare is over, thanks to you my friends." Anna said to her friends as they all smiled to each other, even though the rest of them knew that it was a team effort.
"No. We did it together." 26 replied to the humble girl, Anna blushed a little as she was pulled into a group hug, and she was happy that Dinotopia was safe at last. "We are grateful to you all." Mayor Waldo said as he and his daughter Marion walked over to the group, the eight of them humbly thanked him. "But how did you get into the Diamond Cave without using a submersible?" Zippo asked in wonder, Anna and her friends explained that there was another way to reach the world beneath without disturbing the guardian. "Astounding. You even heard young Erica's voice?" Zippo asked amazement, the eight nodded as the Troodon quickly wrote that down. "What're you going to do with Ogthar now?" Rhoga asked as eyed the rock statue warily, stone or not, Rhoga and Thudd didn't like that Ogthar was near them, Mayor Waldo, Albagon and the rest of the council talked in hush voices before reaching a verdict. "We shall seal him away in a place where no one will ever find him again." Mayor Waldo announced to the citizens, everyone cheered in happiness as the skybax riders took the statue of Ogther away to the secret location that had been decided on.
"I believe that we should get cleaned up before the celebration." Marion suggested to everyone, the humans and dinosaurs began to work together to clean up the rubble of the large gates along with Shanise, Rhoga and Thudd helping them while John, Mara, 26, Spazz, Anna and Kex returned to the hatchery with the eggs and babies since they needed to get their home back in order as well even though it hadn't been ruined by Ogthar's army. "Good thing the hatchery is still standing." 26 said with a smile, she was happy that her home was still safe since it meant that her family with included Kex and now Anna had a home to return to as it was the only home she'd ever known. "Let's get to work everyone." John told the kids, with them all working together in the nursery, the eggs were back in their nests while the babies were in their cradles fast asleep as the scares they had from the day were over. "I think it's time for a break." Mara said with a sigh, everyone agreed with her as they quietly left the nursery so as not to wake the little sleeping dinosaurs, so for the the rest of the day. John and the kids did some quiet actives as they rested up for the big celebration tonight that would be held in Waterfall City. "Dinotopia really is a great home." Anna thought as she and Kex read the first Jurassic Park book together.
New chapter done! I don't own the song in this chapter or Mayor Waldo, Marion and Zippo. I had to look up some stuff about the world beneath to remember some specific things.
