The next day, Jax was getting ready for his date with Bonnibel when suddenly, he heard a loud crash coming from outside his room. Curious, he went to investigate the source of the noise and found himself staring at none other than the infamous Springtrap! The animatronic rabbit was standing in front of him, looking menacing as ever.
"Springtrap?!" Jax gasped in surprise. "What are you doing here?!"
"Hello, Jax," Springtrap said in his deep, raspy voice. "I am here to offer you a deal."
"A deal?" Jax echoed, still trying to wrap his head around the fact that he was even having this conversation with an animatronic rabbit. "What kind of deal?"
"One that will allow you to become an actual animatronic," Springtrap replied. "Just imagine it - no more worrying about collapsing or being found out. You could be free to live your life as one of us forevermore."
Jax stared at Springtrap in shock, unable to believe what he was hearing. "B-but how?" he managed to stammer out.
Springtrap chuckled darkly. "Simple, my friend. All you have to do is activate the Scalable Creation of Ulterior Presence - also known as SCUP for short. Once activated, it will convert your body into a true animatronic form."
Jax felt his heart pounding in his chest at the mere thought of becoming an actual animatronic. "And...and what exactly does that mean?"
Springtrap smirked. "It means that you will be able to move freely without any worries. You won't have to worry about anyone finding out about your secret anymore. And best of all, once activated, the SCUP cannot be deactivated."
Jax hesitated for a moment before speaking up. "But...but what would happen?"
"That's a bit complicated," Springtrap shook his head. "But I can tell you this, it's gonna hurt. A lot."
Jax swallowed hard, feeling a wave of fear wash over him. But then he remembered Bonnibel and how much he wanted to spend time with her. If he became an animatronic, he could finally live his life openly without having to hide anything. Plus, he wouldn't have to worry about collapsing or being found out anymore. It sounded too good to pass up.
"Alright," Jax finally said after a moment of consideration. "Let's do it."
Springtrap grinned widely, clearly pleased by Jax's decision. "Very well then, follow me."
With that, the two of them headed towards the backroom of the pizzeria, where they noticed an empty room. The room consists of two large windows, a camera hanging on the left side, and a square-pattern floor. In the middle of the two windows lies the scooper. Through the entire time, lights go in and out.
The Scooper itself, sometimes referred as a robot arm, is an articulated robot that moves only in one line of direction, simply designed as a two-jointed structure. This is usually referred to for systems with ten or more interacting joints and materials. A coil runs from the base of the scooper into the scoop, possibly for administering Remnant.
"Woah, there, kiddo!" a feminine voice exclaimed. It belonged to Bon-Bon, Funtime Freddy's hand puppet.
Jax gasped in shock, accidentally pressing the "on" button. The Scooper violently lunged forward and scooped in a straight line, then retracting quickly and repeating the action until all salvageable parts, or human insides in the case of Jax, had been scooped out before coming to a rest.
Springtrap glared at Freddy, who awkwardly looked down at Jax. "Sorry about that, Jax. He's new, so he's still learning the ropes."
Jax weakly attempted to stand up, his midriff now bloodied and filled with holes, his eyes widening in horror at the sight of his innards spilling out onto the floor. "Uh, what's going on?"
Springtrap smirked, his voice deep and raspy. "Oh, Jax, my dear boy. You're about to become one of us."
Jax struggled to comprehend what was happening. "One of you...?"
Freddy chimed in, his voice cheerful and upbeat. "Yup! We're gonna make you into an animatronic, just like us! Isn't that exciting?"
Jax blinked in confusion. "An animatronic...?" he weakly said to himself. "But...I'm not supposed to be an animatronic. I'm supposed to be..."
He collapsed to the ground, his eyes losing focus as he drifted in and out of consciousness.
Springtrap crouched down next to Jax, his voice soft and soothing. "Shhh, it's okay, Jax. Everything's going to be alright. Just relax and let us take care of you."
Jax nodded weakly, allowing himself to be carried away by the comforting words of Springtrap. He closed his eyes, letting the darkness consume him as he drifted further and further away.
At the Digital Circus, Pomni began to get worried. Was Jax and Bonnibel's date usually this long? Did he get hurt? Is he alive?
Zooble walked over to Pomni, noticing her worried expression. "What's wrong, Pomni? Are you okay?"
Pomni sighed, shaking her head. "I don't know. I've been waiting for Jax and Bonnibel to return for hours now, and they still haven't shown up. I'm starting to get worried."
Zooble frowned, his expression mirroring Pomni's concern. "Maybe we should go check on them?"
Pomni nodded, standing up and heading for the door. "Good idea. Let's go."
The two of them stood up and headed over to the pizzeria, eager to find out what was keeping Jax and Bonnibel away for so long. They reached the pizzeria and went inside, searching for their missing friends.
When they entered, however, they were met with a horrifying sight. The place was littered with blood and gore, and in the center of it all lay Jax, his body torn apart and lifeless. Bonnibel was crouched over him, her hands covered in blood as she desperately tried to revive him.
"Jax!" Zooble cried out, rushing over to his friend's side. "What happened?!"
Bonnibel looked up at him, tears streaming down her face. "I think something happened involving the SCUP."
"Oh, the SCUP," Circus Baby entered the room, her face serious. "It's a very powerful tool, capable of tearing a human apart."
Pomni took one good look at Jax and fainted, but was caught by Ballora.
"Thank goodness," Ballora said, sighing in relief. "I was afraid she might fall and injure herself."
Circus Baby approached Bonnibel, putting a hand on her shoulder. "Is there anything I can do to help?"
Bonnibel shook her head, wiping away her tears. "I don't know...I've never seen anything like this before. I don't know how to fix him."
Circus Baby nodded sympathetically. "I understand. Don't worry, we'll figure something out."
Zooble turned to Lolbit, who was standing nearby. "Do you have ANY idea what the actual fuck is going on-?! Do you?!"
Lolbit shook his head, his voice timid and unsure. "I-I'm sorry, but I don't know either...I'm just as lost as you guys are..."
Zooble growled in frustration, turning back to Jax's body. "Well, this is just great. What the hell are we supposed to do now?!"
Circus Baby stepped forward, her voice firm and decisive. "We'll figure it out together. Eventually."
"I might have an idea," Ballora said. "Jax has mentioned something about wanting to become one of us. Why don't me and Willie here—" She put an arm around Springtrap, affectionately smiling. "—build an animatronic and see if his spirit possesses it?"
Circus Baby nodded, agreeing. "That's a good idea, Ballora. It might help."
Ballora smiled at her husband, giving him a gentle kiss on the cheek. "Thanks, honey."
Springtrap blushed slightly, returning the gesture with a small peck on Ballora's lips. "Anything for you, my love."
Funtime Freddy glanced to Bon-Bon, then to everybody else in the room. There was a heavy silence excluding the humming of the vents.
"You know, I think it's time for us to go." Pomni said.
With that, Pomni and Zooble left the room, leaving everyone else behind to continue discussing what to do next.
