A/n in regards to ages Around this time Tsunade would be around 36-37 since I'm assuming she's the same age as Jiraiya and he's 50 when he first meets naruto so 50-12 =37. Also at the beginning of Boruto Sasuke is 32 I believe :) also I'm going to try and be accurate as possible with upcoming events without weighing too heavily into it because it would be drawn out.

The air was calm as it was another day within the Leaf Village. Inside a certain house within town a pair of brown eyes stared intently at a red-haired woman to deliver important information. "Kushina, there is something I must explain to you about giving birth." The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, addressed Minato and Kushina. His voice held a mixture of concern and authority as he spoke, his words echoing the gravity of the situation.

"It happened to Lady Mito, the previous Jinchuriki, too. During her labor the Nine Tails' seal was nearly broken." Hiruzen began, his gaze focused intently on the red-haired woman before him. Minato stood by her side, his expression serious as he listened to the Hokage's words.

As Hiruzen explained the dangers surrounding Kushina's childbirth, Biwako, his wife and a skilled midwife, sat nearby, her features drawn with worry. She waited patiently for her turn to speak, knowing the weight of the information she was about to impart.

"I'm sorry but as a precautionary measure we're going to ask you to deliver the child somewhere away from the village inside a barrier." Sarutobi explained addressing Kushina directly. "We will need to relocate you to a secure location outside the village, accompanied by Minato and Anbu Black Ops. Also I will send my wife, Biwako, to be with you. This is to be done in utmost secrecy. Naturally, I will assign bodyguards, but they will be Anbu Black Ops under my direct orders."

Minato, sensing his wife's apprehension, reached out to her, offering a reassuring touch and a supportive smile. "I'll go ahead and make the necessary preparations," he promised, his voice steady despite the underlying concern.

With Minato's departure to prepare for their relocation, Biwako turned her attention back to Kushina, her expression compassionate yet resolute. "Kushina, we must act swiftly," she urged, her tone conveying the urgency of their situation. "I will ensure your safety throughout this process." Kushina, though visibly unsettled by the news, nodded in agreement.

Biwako and Kushina stepped out of the apartment, as they embarked on their journey to the secluded location where Kushina would give birth. As they made their way through the bustling streets of the village, Kushina's eyes lit up with recognition as she spotted a familiar face holding a baby.

With a warm smile, Kushina approached the ebony-haired woman, her excitement evident as she admired the tiny bundle in her arms. "Oh my… you had a girl?!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with delight.

The woman chuckled softly, correcting Kushina with a gentle shake of her head. "No, it's a boy," she replied, her own eyes sparkling with pride as she cradled her newborn son.

Kushina's smile widened as she leaned in closer to get a better look at the baby. "He's so cute. What's his name?" she asked, her tone playful as she addressed the infant, knowing he wouldn't understand.

"It's Sasuke," the woman replied proudly, a hint of reverence in her voice as she revealed the name she had chosen for her son.

Mikoto's declaration sparked excitement in Biwako, who recognized the significance of the name. "Oh! So he was named after the father of the Third Hokage!" she exclaimed, her eyes alight with enthusiasm.

"Yes, so that he will grow up to be a strong and fine shinobi," Mikoto affirmed, her gaze tender as she gazed down at her son.

Kushina, her thoughts drifting to her own impending childbirth, felt a surge of affection for her unborn child. With a soft smile, she reached down to gently rub the baby's head, her touch filled with maternal warmth. "You'll be giving birth soon too, right Kushina? You should pick a name in advance," Mikoto suggested, her words prompting Kushina to share her own choice.

With a serene expression, Kushina revealed the name she had already chosen for her son. "I already have. His name will be Naruto," she announced, her voice filled with conviction as she spoke the name that held deep significance for her. "You two will be classmates Sasuke, so be friends, okay?" Kushina said as she put her wish out into the universe.

The hideout was filled with the echoing screams of pain as Kushina endured the agony of childbirth. Minato stood beside her, his hands pressed firmly against her swollen stomach, his gaze filled with concern as he focused on maintaining the integrity of the Jinchuriki seal.

"I've never seen Kushina in so much pain. Is she alright?" Minato's voice trembled with worry as he turned to Biwako, who was positioned in front of Kushina, assisting with the delivery.

"She's fine, never mind that. Just stay focused on the Nine Tails seal!" Biwako's tone was firm, her attention fully devoted to the task at hand as she guided Kushina through the birthing process.

Minato's heart clenched with anxiety as he watched his wife endure the excruciating pain, his thoughts swirling with concern. Before he could voice his fears, Biwako interrupted, her words cutting through his apprehension.

"You are the Fourth Hokage, act like it. A man would have dropped dead from such pain long ago, but women are strong." Biwako's reminder steeled Minato's resolve, reminding him of the incredible strength and resilience of his wife.

Even as Minato grappled with his own fears, he felt the Nine Tails seal strain against his touch, its power threatening to break free. "Hang in there, Kushina," he silently urged, his mind racing with the urgency of the situation. "Hang in there, Naruto," he murmured aloud, his voice a mixture of reassurance and determination.

Unbeknownst to them, a masked figure lurked outside the hideout, his presence concealed beneath a hooded cloak. With silent precision, he approached the massive rock where the hideout was situated, walking on water before phasing through the bottom of the structure like a ghost.

Inside the hideout, amidst the chaos of childbirth, Biwako's voice rang out with encouragement as she guided Kushina through the final stages of labor. "I can see his head, you're almost there, Kushina!" she exclaimed, her words infused with a sense of urgency.

"Naruto! Come out quickly! Nine Tails, you stay out!" Minato's voice rang out, his command a desperate plea as he struggled to keep the seal intact.

With one final, agonizing push, Kushina screamed, her cries echoing through the room as the sound of a baby's first cry filled the air, signaling the arrival of their son.

Kushina's chest heaved with exertion, her breaths coming in ragged gasps as she lay on the delivery table, tears of relief and exhaustion pooling in her eyes. Minato stood by her side, his expression a mixture of shock and awe as he whispered softly to himself, "He's born."

A tearful smile tugged at Minato's lips as he reached out to wipe away his own tears, a sense of overwhelming joy and disbelief washing over him. "I'm a father today," he murmured, his voice choked with emotion as he marveled at the miracle before him.

Meanwhile, Biwako carefully cradled the newborn in her arms, swathed in a soft blanket, as she approached Kushina's side. Minato's heart swelled with longing as he reached out to take his son into his arms, only to be met with a stern glare from Biwako.

"Don't touch him," Biwako's tone brooked no argument as she asserted the mother's right to see her child first. Despite his eagerness, Minato complied, understanding the significance of this moment for Kushina.

With gentle steps, Biwako brought Naruto closer to Kushina, her eyes shining with tears of joy as she pressed a tender kiss to her son's cheek. "I finally get to see you," she whispered, her voice filled with overwhelming love and wonder at the precious new life they had brought into the world.

Biwako stepped back to give them space to clean up the newborn. Minato's worried gaze softened as he turned his attention back to his wife, placing a comforting hand on hers. "How are you feeling, Kushina?" he inquired, his voice laced with concern.

Kushina managed a weak nod, her energy depleted from the ordeal of childbirth. "Okay," she whispered, her voice barely audible as fatigue began to wash over her. Minato's heart swelled with emotion as he looked at his wife, gratitude shining in his eyes. "Thank you," he murmured, his voice filled with sincerity and love.

But before Kushina could respond, Minato's expression shifted, his determination resurfacing as he made a decisive gesture. "Minato...," Kushina began, her voice trailing off as she sensed his resolve.

With a determined look in his eyes, Minato clenched his fist and placed it over Kushina's stomach. "I know you've been through childbirth, but I'm going to completely seal the Nine-Tails," he declared, his voice firm and resolute. However, before Minato could complete the sealing process, a sudden cry of alarm echoed through the room, causing him to tense up. "Lady Biwako!" he exclaimed, turning towards the source of the disturbance.

Standing before them was the masked man from earlier, cradling Naruto in his arms with a menacing air. "Fourth Hokage Minato, get away from the Jinchuriki," the masked man commanded, his voice cold and authoritative. Minato's eyes narrowed as he assessed the situation, his mind racing with questions and suspicions. "How did he get past the barrier? Who is this guy?" he wondered silently, his thoughts consumed by the gravity of the situation.

Meanwhile, Kushina's screams pierced the air, the Nine-Tails seizing the opportunity to exploit the chaos and strain the already weakened seal. The masked man's menacing aura filled the room as he summoned a kunai from his sleeve, his eyes fixed on the baby in his arms. "Get away from the Jinchuriki. Don't you care what happens to your son?" he growled, his voice dripping with malice.

Minato's heart raced with panic as he reached out, his hands trembling in desperation. "Wait! Calm down," he pleaded, his voice tinged with urgency.

"Speak for yourself, Minato. I'm as cool as can be," the masked man retorted, his tone mocking as he tossed Naruto high into the air, kunai aimed to strike.

In an instant, Minato's instincts kicked in, his mind focusing with razor-sharp clarity as he seemed to teleport. With lightning-fast speed, he appeared across the room, snatching Naruto out of the air and landing safely on the other side.

A smirk played on the masked man's lips as he observed Minato's swift movements. "Well, I must hand it to the Yellow Flash, but I wonder about the next one," he mused, his voice laced with ominous intent.

Suddenly, Minato's acute senses picked up the faint sound of a burning paper bomb, his instincts screaming danger. Without hesitation, he activated his Flying Raijin, teleporting away with the imminent explosion. Teleporting away from the place of birth and into building where one of his Kunais were placed. Throwing the blanket that Naruto was wrapped in to the back of the building and jumped out of the building just as the explosion went off.

As the blast engulfed the room, Minato shielded Naruto with his body, his heart pounding with relief as they emerged unscathed. "Thank goodness, Naruto isn't hurt," he murmured, his voice filled with gratitude and relief. "He forced to use the flying Raijin jutsu. His target was Kushina and he succeeded in separating us...gotta hurry." Minato said as he took a wood splinter out of his foot and teleported once more.

Kushina stood on a small boulder, her arms stretched out and restrained by a black chakra seal. The fatigue from giving birth and the effort of holding back the Nine Tails were evident in her weary posture and labored breathing. Her red hair clung to her damp face as she mustered the strength to speak. "What do you want?" she asked, her voice trembling with exhaustion and fear.

The masked man, standing a good twenty feet away, looked at her with cold detachment. "I'm going to extract the Nine Tails from you and crush the Leaf Village," he declared, his voice calm yet menacing.

Kushina's eyes widened in shock and desperation. "No, you can't!" she cried, her voice filled with disbelief.

The masked man continued, his tone almost taunting. "Minato's teleportation jutsu allows him to move instantly between locations marked with jutsu formulas. Those markings are incorporated into this sealing formula, ensuring he can protect you at all times. But now, he's far away, and the Nine Tails seal has weakened due to childbirth. Do you have any idea how long I have waited for this moment?" His Sharingan glinted ominously through the single eyehole in his mask, the red and black patterns swirling with malevolent intent. It was time for his plan to commence, nothing would be able to stop him at this point.
