Shifting back to Sakura yet again, the street fighter seems lost in thought while sitting in crouching position with her back leaned against a tree in the woods. Faced with a difficult decision, Sakura doesn't know if she'll have enough time to give Star Lord an answer.

Time she is currently losing; as it is already 7:45 PM. The schoolgirl's gloomy mood is momentarily put to ease when the soft voice of a young fox startles her.

"Hey."

Tails says as the adorable fox hovers down near Sakura, joining her in her difficult time of conflict. The schoolgirl responds with a soft "Hey" back at Tails before going completely silent. Though they haven't known each other for too long, Tails can already tell there's something wrong just by posture alone.

"Can't decide?"

Right on the money, Sakura smirks and says-

"NOPE…And I know, I need to hurry..."

"What time is it?"

Tails checks his his watch hidden inside the wrist part of his gloves and informs Sakura that it's-

"7:46."

"I know Quill-San showed us proof of them earlier, but it's not concrete enough to me, especially using those hologram thingies." "Those could be fake for all we know."

"I use a similar device back home, but I don't blame you; you can make fake info on them EASILY."

With that being, Sakura raises a brow and turns her head to Tails.

"Then why go with him?" "You and Naruto have been going on the right path so far and could simply ask him to drop you off."

Tails nods, understanding Sakura's curiosity and simple solution to his ongoing travels, however…

"True…but, not only did he save my life, he kinda reminds me of Sonic and a little bit of me." "He loves adventure and he's been desperately searching for his friends and family; that part CERTAINLY wasn't a lie." I bet my gut on that."

"Not to mention it's much safer than traveling by regular plane in case we get attacked by another dragon or whatever else huge roams the skies."

Sakura finds Tails' reasoning to be quite fair and logical.

"But still, it's kinda like Dragon Ball Z, there's no way they'll grant what everyone wants, right?"

"I don't know what that is…But I thought about it too and just chalked it up to crossing that bridge when we get there."

Sakura chuckles, making Tails' head tilt.

"You're so mature for your age, you remind me of my little brother." "He lectures me on being lazy at my chores, comes up with creative ideas, AND he helped me with my math homework once…"

Sakura's mood is now completely calm, even her posture has changed from a feeble position to having her legs stretched forward with her hands behind her head.

Tails begins to chuckle.

"Heh, my kinda guy." "Is that why you're traveling?" "You're looking for your family too?"

"No, surprisingly Japan is still intact, only it's merged with Korea, creating all sorts of political issues."

"But I want to find my teacher; I heard he was attacked 2 weeks ago, so I set out to look for him." "But so far, I haven't made much progress; you could say I've just been wandering around aimlessly with just a picture of him and going off from every little rumor I hear."

With Sakura's common goal revealed, makes Tails come to the conclusion that all of what transpired today is-

"Wow, I guess it really is fate then."

"Hm?"

"What said earlier; it's as though fate brought us together and we all just so happen to share the same goals of finding the people dear to us and returning home."

Sakura takes the time to think about that for a second, and yet again, the genius fox is right. Like with Quill, Sakura is not much of a spiritual person either, but it all makes sense when she puts it into perspective.

Tails checks his watch again and stands up.

"We should head back, it's almost time to go."

Sakura nods and stands up, wiping the soil off the back of her skirt.

"Oh, and Sakura, despite what I said, that doesn't mean I'm urging you to come or anything. "Whatever decision you make, we'll be fine."

Sakura scoffs

"Well whether I go or not, can you promise me to stay out of trouble?"

"Heh-heh, yeah, no promises there."

Sakura picks up Tails and gives him a big squeeze.

Then that settles it; call me your new partner in crime, cause' I'm staying!

Back moments later, we're back inside the ship, a LIVING ship.

"REALLY?" Quills asks Sakura with his arms crossed

"Of course, I can't trust you guys yet to look after Tails; plus it'd be hard to travel with the thought of him being stabbed again, worse happening to him without me being there."

"Well technically I was the one who contributed to his safety while you and anime Bart Simpson were fighting canon fodder"

Is what Quill wants to to say, but he instead he says aloud-

"Fair enough, welcome aboard!"

After shaking hands with Quill, Sakura scans the room for someone.

"Where's Naruto?" Sakura asks.

"Oh, he'll be out for the rest of the night; a certain SOMEONE had to overdose the kid with microbes!"

Says the annoyed Quill, who walks his way to the pilot seat, preparing for liftoff.

Meanwhile, Naruto is seen in his room, foaming from the mouth with his body twitching in bed. There's even a ridiculously large bandaid on the side of his neck.

"I have done nothing of the sort, what I did was give him double the microbes due to being an animated character with an irregular blood flow as well as nerve system." So claims Ship.

The flabbergasted Star Lord scoffs at…Well, I can't say for certain, but it does sound like BS to the spaceman.

"So you admit it AND you're a liar, sweet."

*ZAP!*

"AH!"

Ship once again uses her taser ray and nearly zaps Star Lord.

"Oops." Ship said deadpan.

Finally off the ground, the ship rockets out of the forest and into the sky. Souring through the dusky sky, Sakura and Tails are quite amazed, especially Sakura, who has never experienced being in a ship before, a LIVING ship at that.

Star Lord then begins to show off when he reaches the stratosphere and back to the clouds at unbelievable speed. Unlike earth made aircraft, the pilot and passengers receive no repercussions such as blackouts or suffocation from soaring so high near the atmosphere. Not only that, but the ship doesn't even need air to burn fuel for generating the thrust that carries them forward!

The now awakened Naruto has witnessed all the action from his room, left completely speechless. To this day, the blonde ninja wonders how he got into this mess, but he can't help but find enjoyment in experiencing a whole new world.

As the ship flies back down to regular altitudes, a mix of several characters from both Naruto and Sonic the hedgehog are seen looking up at the sky, one character per location ranging from day and night with only their backs off the ground, the ship rockets out of the forest and into the sky.

The rear sides seen are; A red pointy tail,a black cloak,purple tail,a green vest,red shirt,red and white dress, and beautiful long dark violet hair.

With a four man crew now assembled, what awaits our them in their journey before possibly reaching their destination?

All I can say is, the journey won't be a very smooth sail from here.
