CS S3 Canon Divergence: Hook had first heard the tale as a lad. A legend about a soulmark that appeared on those who shared the truest of love. He had listened to the stories with the wide-eyed innocence of youth, wondering if such a mark would ever appear on his skin. Though the details were altered with each telling, one remained fixed. The mark only appeared on the left hand.

Here's how I think Season 7 will turn out. Please correct me if I got anything wrong! When Season 7 actually starts I'll re label it as an alternate universe.

I wrote this as a New Years fic, but for Rumple, they year begins at Samhain (our Halloween). I decided to base this celebration on Hogmany, the Scottish New Year, and have it be a conclusion to the Yule celebration. Set in the Fae verse.

AU: Emma was a foster kid in Storybrooke and at 17 years old ended up falling in love with Regina. Unfortunately, complications of life made Emma run. 10 years later someone shows up on her doorstep wanting her to come back to the life she left behind. Will Emma run again or will she stay and fight for the family she always wanted and who wanted her in. This is a G!P Emma story.

This is the 2nd of two stories I've started that both developed from the idea of taking Emma out of her new magical comfort zone and making her rely on her wits instead. Here, Emma and a wounded Killian find themselves dropped into the middle of an unknown wilderness when a stranger opens up a portal in the middle of Storybrooke and getting home is more difficult than planned.
