The Battle of Haven has been won. But with the Relic of Knowledge now in the open, Nathan and the gang must now return to Atlas so that it can be secured there. However, with the ever present threat of the Grimm, and Nathan still very much one of the most wanted men on Remnant, that task will prove easier said than done.

Hey guys, this is T-Rock14 here with an update.

I should first apologise for the lack of updates in recent weeks, a holiday to Portugal and some rough shifts at work seriously jumbled up matters.

However, that's not the main reason why I needed to write this little message.

I hate coming to you with bad news, but sadly; that is the nature of this update.

A few days ago, my old PC finally stopped working. Making matters worse; it came before I could back up what I had written for this series, meaning most of my progress has been lost.

To say I am gutted is a gross understatement. Most of my progress for the latter parts of the story has now more or less been lost.

Now, I could try and make up for the loss by replacing those chapters. But; I'd sooner dive headfirst into a violent shootout than write rushed, subpar chapters that you won't enjoy.

As such; I am going to initiate a complete rewrite of this series, from the beginning, starting in the next few months, with Nathan now with a different romantic interest.

Thankfully, I have some of the earlier books backed up, so it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Once I've made some progress with it; I'll start uploading the new stories.

For now; I'm sorry I couldn't complete the series like I planned to. But life gets in the way sometimes and deals you a loathsome hand. So I'm going to play that hand and use it to my advantage.

This time, it'll be different.
