CHAPTER 13

The Final Battle: The Climax

Battlewinner was keeping Meliodas and Arthur hostage. "Hah hah!" laughed Battlewinner. "There is not a single chance you can get your scavengers back." she said. Diane was not having it anymore. She attempted to pick up Queen Battlewinner, but she was not strong enough to lift her up as she was too heavy.

"Preposterous." said Darkstalker. "You have lost your strength, Serpent's Sin of Envy."

"Darkstalker?!" asked Arthur Pendragon.

"Yes, it is me." said Darkstalker. "Shall I have not know you were going to be in the hands of the NightWing queen, perhaps I should have backed out of everything."

"Darkstalker, you and Battlewinner need to be imprisoned." said Moonwatcher.

Starflight zoomed in to rescue Arthur and Meliodas. Once they were put down, Starflight later fought Battlewinner and Darkstalker. Glory then used her deadly RainWing venom to end Darkstalker's life, but not Battlewinner's. Glory decided that it would be best to sentence the living soldiers of Scarlet to prison.

"Can we include Hendrickson and Gilthunder?" asked Arthur.

"We should." said Meliodas.

Peril later growled at Hendrickson and Gilthunder. Soar, on the other hand, snatched both of them.

"Bye, Hendrickson!" yelled Elizabeth.

"Goodbye, Mr. Gilthunder!" yelled Tristan.

"Hmph." said Battlewinner. "Now what to do…"

What Battlewinner didn't know was that a branch was attached to her tail. Peril later set the branch on fire, causing Battlewinner to flee. The battle for Britannia was finally over.

As everyone headed back to Britannia, Bartra, Elizabeth's father, decided to make the announcement of Queen Scarlet's death, saying that Pyrrhia's enemies shall not threaten Britannia again. As Meliodas thanked the king, Liones wondered why Hendrickson and Gilthunder were imprisoned in Pyrrhia.

"We figured it would be best for them to be executed by RainWIng venom." said Glory. "I…have decided that while we were traveling here."

"Well, the victory has come clear! Britannia has won the war, and Pyrrhia's tribes have become allies of Britannia." said King Bartra Liones.

"All hail Pyrrhia!" yelled Britannia's people.

"Glory to Britannia!" yelled Britannia's allies from Pyrrhia.

"But….who's going to become the SkyWing queen now?" asked Clay.

"It certainly will be someone who can support Britannia." said Arthur. "After all, maybe someone in Ex-Queen Scarlet's family can trust us."

And so, Pyrrhia and Britannia were united as allies. Some of Pyrrhia's dragonkind, including Glory, Coral and her family, and Sunny and Stonemover, returned to Pyrrhia. Clay and Peril on, the other hand, went out into Britannia's unknown with Meliodas, Elizabeth, Tristan and Arthur Pendragon, with the four exchanging stories about their homelands.

Back in Pyrrhia, a SkyWing named Ruby was declared Queen of the SkyWing tribe following Scarlet's death at the hands of Arthur Pendragon. While the NightWings were, in fact, without a proper queen, Glory decided to step foot into the NightWing domain and rule them with Deathbringer. Moonwatcher continued to attend Jade Mountain Academy, with Tsunami now adding the Britannia-Pyrrhia war in the history books.

And that was the story of Briannia and Pyrrhia's heartbreaking war.

THE END

CONCLUSION/ENDNOTES

And that is the end of the story. To be quite honest, I apologize for most minor appearances in the story; most of Britannia's inhabitants were not supposed to be involved in the war with Pyrrhia, Hawk the pig included. Only the main Sins and Arthur were involved mainly. I would like to do more Wings of Fire crossover stories and other stories again, but the amount of poems I wrote is just backing everything up at the moment.

But, I hope you enjoyed the story; there will be a sequel story where Britannia meets Pantala's dragon tribes. Thank you so much for reading and supporting the story, and I am definitely looking forward to the sequel!
