Hello everyone, I have some news to share with this update. The good news is that the break is almost over and I am steadily making progress on the new chapter that will be the official start of Volume 7. Unfortunately, it is still far from finished and Aura of the Azure isn't the only story I'm working on.

So I figured that I should give a scene that will be in the upcoming volume and since at the time of this update its LGBT month. I should include a chapter involving a certain couple.

Also regarding the concerns that's come to my attention since the previous update. I will address them properly in the next update which will be the proper start of Volume 7. Though I will give a brief heads up to what you guys can expect.

Volume 7 will be when the story divert a LOT of things from canon. A lot of the characters will be tested in several ways and there are going to be moments that will be intense for the characters, both for Blazblue and RWBY characters. But there will be a lot of heartwarming moments in the story as well.

(The Party Lion Club)

Once Yang and Makoto arrived at the club. They saw that the place was as lively as it was hoped. Once they took in the sight of the club goers. Both Yang and Makoto proceeded to immediately go to the dance floor and danced wildly and passionately. Every movement that the two have made were done with smiles on their faces. Along with a shared laughter between the two. As the music changed, Yang and Makoto's dance moves have changed too and their joy remained. This lasted for a significantly long time, until they proceeded to get some drinks and sit down at a nearby table to rest.

"Ha ha ha ha, that was fun, shame you couldn't match my dance moves." Yang boasted to Makoto

"Are you kidding me, my dance moves were classy and incredible. I'll be happy to give you some pointers. Since your style is simplistic and predictable. Don't worry, its natural to brush up once in a while." Makoto responded

"Please, its clear you were copying some of my moves. Besides it looks to me that you couldn't keep up with me or handle your own moves. Admitting I'm the better dancer is nothing to be ashamed of." Yang told Makoto

"Says you, I have plenty of moves and style. But if you want to admit I'm the better dancer. I won't hold it against you." Makoto told Yang before the two shared in a passionate laughter

"HAHAHAHAHAHA." Both Yang and Makoto laughed at their brief banter before drinking their soda

"This is a great idea, just me and you spending some quality time together. A chance to just unwind that doesn't involve fighting anything. We really needed this, especially with everything we went through." Yang told Makoto as she caressed her hand.

"Thank you Yang, I know that this isn't exactly ideal for a first date. Especially since this club serves as the perfect cover for our relationship. But this means a lot to me and I really want you to have a good time." Makoto told Yang

"I understand, being a Faunus is tough and given Atlas's reputation regarding the treatment of the Faunus. I can only imagine that you went through a different kind of hell. So its safe to assume that being in Atlas mut be tough for you. The fact that we're actually out on a date is something I'm grateful for. This is something we both needed." Yang told Makoto in an understanding tone

"At one point, everything was unbearable. If it wasn't for Noel and Tsubaki I never would have made it. But being with you is giving me the strength I need to stomach being back here. Sure my friends are also helpful in the motivation department. But your giving me a special motivator." Makoto told Yang

"I know that being with me hasn't exactly been easy to deal with. Especially with the situation involving Ragna, my mom, and so many other things. What I want to say is thank you for sticking by me." Yang briefly explained to Makoto in a grateful tone

"I understand, you went through a lot yourself and you do need a lot of support. Speaking of, how has things been going with you and Ragna? I doubt you two will be the way you were anytime soon." Makoto asked

"Me and Ragna talked about a few things. We made some progress on fixing things between us. But there is still a ways to go and a lot for us to deal with such as his sister Nu." Yang answered

"Where do you stand regarding her?" Makoto asked causing Yang to have a thoughtful look on her face before speaking

"I can't let go of the fact that Nu cut off my arm. But to make things worse, she killed a lot of people in Argus with her semblance. We don't even know for certain if Jaune's sister and her family are still alive. I get that Nu went through hell, but that doesn't excuse the things she's done. I don't know how to tell him this, but Nu is too far gone. But at the same time, if it was Ruby that went through what Nu did. I would stop at nothing to protect my sister. I get why Ragna wants to save her, but he doesn't even know how he'll do it." Yang explained to Makoto

"From what Ruby told us, General Ironwood has a solution regarding Nu. But if Ragna doesn't go for it then I can't imagine what he'll do." Makoto responded before the two caresses each other's hand

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get into one of the big problems we're dealing with. This is supposed to be our quality time together." Yang told Makoto in a regretful tone

"I was the one who brought it up. Besides we still have the whole night to ourselves and I plan to make the best of our first ever date." Makoto said in an eager tone

"That makes to of us." Yang said sharing in the enthusiasm

The chapter this scene will be in will be much longer. There are a lot of details I want to tease but it will be a surprise. The next update will be a proper chapter that will be the start of Volume 7. I just ask that you all be patient, I am working on multiple stories and I need to get my personal affairs in order.
