"Whoa there's a new kit in class, what's her name." Casey asked softly. It was mid morning and she and Branchie were in preschool but they noticed an new kit in class but wondered where Yoko was not knowing she and her dad along with her big sibs, Juilet and John had moved back to Tomyo in their dimension which she didn't know yet because Rocket hadn't told her yet. "I am Groot, I am Groot." Branchie told her. She'd told her the new kit's name was Oreo and she had piwers just lime Casey making her surprised. She'd no idea there were other super-kits in the Galaxy but she could asj Rocket when he came back from his mission hoping he'd be okay.
"I am Groot." Branchie asked her. "Yeah just thinking about something I wanba ask Rockie when he comes back." she said to her unaware Oreo was looking their way as other kids had told her that like her, Casey had powers too so wanted to meet her seeing her becone unseen through her cloaking-power making Oreo get it as she got shy meeting new kids so would let her take her time as Branchie remembered this morning, with Papa Marshmallow even thoughhe'd explained to then he wasn't an intruder pkus he'd let them help make pancakes hoping Casey wouldn't di that to Oreo seeing Casey shake her head reappearing relieving Branchie.
"S-Sorry Oreo. I take my tine with new people kys doing that with my Grandpa Marshmallow this morning." she mumbled feeling Oreo hug her which was helping her relax sending the other female-kit get it surprising Casey so the three of them were playing Guardians one of Branchie and Casey's favourite imagination games they liked playing impressing the teacher, that Casey was making friends with Oreo which was good sensing Rocket was on a mission as her grandpa had dropped her off this morning.
"Yeah Grandpa Marshmallow is taking care of Branchie and me until Rockie gets back." Casey told her making Oreo smile at this as it was lunchtime plus Papa Marshmallow had made Branchie and Casey lunches as Rocket had left instructions for the chunky, armoyr wearing male raccoon in case but things were okay.
"I am Groot." Branchie said making the female-kit relax eating lunch plus Oreo was sitting beside them and hanging out.
Later at home, Branchie and Casey were having a snack and telling Rocket Senior about their day and majihg an new friend in Oreo which the big, fluffy raccoon male was impressed by knowing how shy she was hearing Casey ask, if Rocket was okay making him nodding. "Yep, he was asking if you were okay but he'll be happy when we tell him." he replied to her. Thus relieved her but she was surprised they were ordering in seeing Branchue agreeing as they were playing in their room hoping Rocket might call later on video-chat so they could talk. "Maybe I should do some art, as that normally helos when I feel a lil moopy when Rockie goes on a mission." Casey told Branchie
