Beneath The Waves
Chapter: 6
It was the sound of someone clapping, which caught their attention. Abruptly, they turned to confront it.
"Oh my! This is like fishing in a barrel!" The stranger spoke.
"CLAY!" Harmony disclosed through clenched teeth.
Dean gently shoved her behind him, this performance resulted in Clay to laugh.
"That's correct, Sugar! It's so nice to see you again!"
"Again?" Dean spouted, perplexed.
Harmony whirled to Dean and answered. "This is the monster that, well…"
Dean's orbs hardened and angry flashed within him.
"I take it you chaps are acquaintances. I am surprised by you being jointly with her that you still protect her. Considering what she has informed you," Clay remarked slyly.
"Why would we be?" Sam quizzed and had forgotten that Dean didn't comprehend Harmony's classified intel.
"Ahhh! So, she hasn't shared it with you. Well not you." Clay stated, as he peered at Dean and concluded. "All about herself, including her deep secret?!"
In doing so, he gave a devilish and dangerous smile.
"Harmony? What are you not telling us?" Dean questioned.
"CLAY! DON'T!" Harmony pleaded and stopped herself.
"Oh, Sugar! Why keep it hush-hush? I, personally, find it very exquisite."
"It's only attractive for money in your wallet!" Harmony hissed.
"Harmony?" Dean inquired, while Sam released a heavy expiration.
Harmony wheeled to the fellas and in a beseech voice uttered. "Guys, please! I-"
She couldn't finish her sentence, for a cool saturated substance splashed onto her legs.
Briskly, Harmony tumbled to the ground with all her strength, and she held herself in an upright position. She glimpsed the bucket that Clay stationed before her. Inside, there was a red-watery mixture still swirling in the kinesics
"You're a Mermaid?!" Dean cited, befuddled as he viewed her blue tail. It sparkled when light bounced off her scales. Harmony tried to shield her tail by folding it underneath herself and covering it with her arms, despite the effort she failed. Harmony's elegant azure tail peeked through the creaks of her forelimbs. She was so ashamed.
Sam observed the scene take place and doing so left him to feel remorseful.
Harmony leered down sadly with distaste in her enunciation, and she mumbled. "Yes."
Sam bent to her level and in a soft tone asked.
"Are you okay?"
"Yes." Harmony whispered.
"We need-" Sam verbalized, except he ceased himself.
Harmony didn't hear anything else, for someone from behind had hit her and darkness had sequestrated.
The Winchesters were shocked, and in the midst of trying to come up with a plan to depart from there. Neither one of the lads distinguished Harmony collapsed completely to the terrain, such that they were comatose too.
Clay Gray had kidnapped Harmony and stored her in a shady venue. When Harmony awoke, she noticed a black net surrounding her. In contrast, she was floating in midair and also in water.
Harmony's skull ached, as she realized what happened. Subsequently, Harmony cussed herself. She scanned around and found two mastodonic males tied up standing.
"Sam? Dean?" She implored, audibly towards them.
"Oh, don't worry about them." A familiar accent announced.
"CLAY!" Harmony expressed in repulsion, while he grinned evil-ish at her.
Clay Gray was a tall and stern man, which you couldn't divulge by his overlapped belly. The lanky stubble of hair indicated he hadn't shaved for weeks. At that instant, he scratched his chin. Mer-folks knew about him! That he was the most vicious poacher under the sea.
Clay hunched to her ear. Swiftly, she could smell the alcohol on his breath, as he inhaled her scent. Clay closed his eyes and opened them and put forth.
"They can't save you now!" He chuckled, and added. "You both fooled one another."
"What is that supposed to mean?" Harmony demanded.
Clay looked straight at her and in a serious inflection vocalized.
"Sam and Dean are not the real FBI. They are just impersonating someone. Their actual names are Sam and Dean Winchester, and hunting the supernatural is their game."
Harmony's optics widened, as tears fell as she commented.
"No... Wait! They said-"
"That they would help? Oh, don't believe that nonsense. The Winchesters aid themselves and no one else! It's just how they are."
Harmony had heard of the Winchesters, but that part was never mentioned.
"Anyways." Clay rejoined, retrieving her once interest. "The reaction they displayed when your marvelous tail was revealed. That should be proof for ya of how they truly felt."
"What?" Harmony rasped imperceptibly.
"I forgot, you were stuporous. The Winchesters are nauseated by you. What was it they said again? Oh, yeah. How could a ravishing woman transform to be a ghastly fish! Their words, Sugar."
"You're lying!" Harmony shouted. She didn't believe it. The Winchesters seemed to support her. Was she fooled?
"Believe what you want, Sugar. I will say this and these are facts, told by me. Whoever stays in their company, doesn't live long, because of the Winchester's greed."
"What?!" Harmony imparted, not trusting his words.
"So, Sugar, I didn't capture you. I merely rescue you. I'll take good care of you. I'm not in any way 'disgusted' with your tail."
"I would rather take my chances with the Winchesters," hissed Harmony.
Clay went to the cupboard and unlatched the door. He brought some items and put them on the counter.
Harmony distinguished the small, gloomy and cold site.
'Must be his hideout and where he-' Harmony shook the sediments away.
As her glaze continued, she spotted a brown oval benchtop, plus a chair. There was a compact refrigerator and beside it was a rangy, white chest freezer.
Harmony squinted in search of the boys. The lights above her were bright and the shine off her tail made it difficult to see. The boy was subsisting in an unpleasant stance; their appendages were shackled against the wall, and with no activity. Upon that, she started to worry.
Clay filled a syringe up with some kind of liquid components. From the corner of her eye, Harmony saw something swash.
'What is he up to?!' Harmony wondered.
"Now, Sugar. This is going to hurt me worse than it will you," Clay asserted.
Harmony's first thought was- 'No, not Sam and Dean!'
She gaped in the vicinity at them, expecting Clay to walk towards them. However, the maneuver didn't transpire. Instead, she endured a puncture into her skin. She glanced at her shoulder and cognized what had occurred. Harmony's mind raced in worrisome, and she was compelled to shift, yet couldn't.
"That should keep you from escaping." Clay responded.
Then, he took her limp body externally off the mesh and set her laying on her back onto a sodden dirty shallow table. Next, he restrained her wrists up high. Thereafter, he secured the base of her tail at where her fins meet.
'This was it! They all would die a horrible death,' Harmony ruminated.
Her expression changed when she heeded a shaking auditive of something, followed by a slight tickle sensation. Harmony peeked at her tail and directly was petrified at the sight in front of her.
Clay had sprinkle salt on her and assembled to use his tongue to lick upward on her tail, tasting her. At that moment, Harmony was nauseated.
'Just great! I'm gonna to be eaten alive,' she speculated.
"You know it's too bad you're a siren. We could have been a cute couple."
"You're SICK!" Harmony attested, repugnant.
Harmony watched him retrieve a plate, fork, knife from the same cabinet as before. She desperately sought to leave this gruesome area.
Clay obtained the garrulous, sharp blade and began to carve into her beautiful delicate tail.
Immediately, Harmony yelled in pain, liquid descended her face from her peepers. The droplets of blood cascaded towards the bottom of her tail. Even though she couldn't move, she wasn't completely numb. As a consequence, Harmony's screams had awoken Sam and Dean.
