Coco had gone up to Trixie's room and saw that Stephanie had fallen asleep on Trixie's bed. Coco smiled bittersweetly.
Coco asked her cousin, "When did she pass out?"
Coral answered, "Just a bit ago. I could really use more help on this one, though."
Coco raised a brow, "How come?"
Coral pointed out, "You and I both know that you are the genius in the family."
Coco replied, "Yeah but when it comes right down to medical science, you beat me everytime." Coral looked down for a minute before Coco caught on, "This has nothing to do with that, is it?"
Coral admitted, "I just want to give them comfort but how can I do that when Trixie is going to go blind? And how will they react when we have to cut most of her hair?"
Coco came over to her and gave the brown haired girl a hug. Coral returned it, sobbing onto her shoulder. The two stayed like that for a while before Coral finally stopped crying.
Coco said, "There is no need to compare yourself with me. You are the best you that you can be. And that's all we need right now. We will take things head on - one thing at a time."
Coral sniffled, "T - thanks Coco. I - I feel a lot better."
That's when Ellison and Timmy came in. Coral had dried her eyes, giving Timmy a smile. Timmy smiled back a bit. This was going to be a long stretch.
…
Trixie had gotten up hours later, trying to figure out why she couldn't see. She was panicky and thought that she was dead.
Trixie stammered, "N - no, I don't want to die!"
"Trixie! It's okay! It's mom!" Stephanie tried to reassure.
Trixie sniffled, "M - mom…? W - where are you…?"
Stephanie took a breath before answering, "I'm right next to you, sweetie."
Trixie tried to look, to open her eyes but it was extremely hard to do. They ached, they burned. Trixie cried out in pain. Stephanie placed her hand on top of Trixie's hand, gaining her daughter's attention.
Trixie questioned, "W - what happened…?"
Stephanie answered, "Try and remember sweetie."
Trixie thought for a minute before she answered, "F - fire.. Terrible fire…"
Stephanie stayed near her daughter for the rest of the night. She didn't realize that Trixie had fallen back asleep after she had said that.

Timmy had walked with Ellison to the hotel that they had found on Timmy's "phone". It looked more like a bed and breakfast than a fancy hotel.
Ellison asked, "You sure this is the place?"
Timmy answered, "Mhm, I know the owner."
Ellison was surprised, "Oh really? How convenient!"
Timmy and Ellison went in. They saw that it was bigger on the inside. There was Nacey behind the reception desk. She turned to Timmy.
She smiled, "Hey Timmy!"
She went over to him and hugged him gently. Timmy returned it, smiling back. They broke out of their hug.
Timmy replied, "Glad to see you, Nance."
Nacey turned to Ellison, "And I am guessing this is Mr. Tang?"
Ellison responded, "Yes, I am."
Nacey offered her hand and the two of them shook hands.
She stated, "I am the owner of the Rose Hotel, Nacey Cortex. And there is no need to pay me. As long as you are willing to work for room and board then I'm okay with it."
Ellison nodded in understanding, "I'm more than okay than working hard. I have a feeling I'm going to be here longer than I think."
Nacey commented, "I hope not."
Ellison admitted, "I hope not either."
…
As Ellison was looking around the hotel, Nacey and Timmy were talking in her office privately. The fairies appeared.
Wanda asked, "The Rose Hotel?"
Nacey admitted, "The only thing I could think of on the fly."
Cosmo shrieked, "Aah! I hate flies!"
He poofed himself into a fly swatter.
Poof pointed out, "I don't think that's what Nacey meant."
Timmy told them, "I do appreciate everything you guys are doing for Trixie and her family."
Nacey roughed up his hair a bit, "We would do anything for you, Timmy."
Timmy laughed a bit as he turned to his fairies, "But how are we going to tell everyone at school about what happened?"
Wanda answered, "Best leave that to Principal Waxelplax. You can tell her once the weekend is up."
Timmy asked, "How am I going to do that?"
Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. The fairies disappeared and returned to Timmy as his objects. Ellison came into the office.
Ellison told Nacey, "Hello, I hope I'm not interrupting."
Nacey replied, "No, not at all. Timmy was just telling me about what happened earlier today."
Timmy added, "Yeah and she's trying to help me figure out how to tell Principal Waxelplax about what happened."
Ellison paled, "Oh dear. I forgot all about it."
Nacey pointed out, "And there is probably nobody at the school right now. Since it is the weekend."
To that, Ellison nodded. He then turned to Timmy, "Can I give you a lift to school on Monday? Maybe we can tell her together."
Timmy agreed and Ellison left the room. Timmy knew that he was going to have to tell his parents and his friends sooner than later. And it was late as it was. Sooner or later, Timmy yawned.
Nacey stated, "I think you better get back home, sport. Nina should be there for you already."
Timmy responded, "Yeah, good idea. Goodnight, Nance. And thank you."
He got up and gave his guardian a hug. He then left the office too. Nacey watched him go, sighing a bit. He was going to need all of their help through this one.
…
True to her word, Nina was at Timmy's house. The Turners were at a concert before the whole fire happened. They had no idea what was happening in Dimmsdale. So before they left, they asked Nina to keep an eye on Timmy. Nina couldn't say yes fast enough. She didn't want Timmy to deal with Vicky right now. Speaking of whom, Timmy walked in, exhausted.
Nina teased, "Long day, huh Chosen One?"
Timmy shot her a look, teasingly as the fairies appeared.
Wanda asked, "Did your mom really predict this?"
Nina confirmed, "Ahuh. She said that Trixie and her family were going through a hard time. She nailed it."
Cosmo blinked in confusion, "Nail? I thought it was a fire!"
Poof raised a brow, "Ignoring dad, what happens now?"
Timmy asked, "Yes does it mean that Trixie might be blind after this?"
Nina questioned, "Would that change your view on her?"
Timmy quickly defended, "Of course not. I'd still have a big crush on her!"
Nina smiled. She knew that but she wanted to hear it from Timmy.
Wanda added, "Well either way, Timmy needs to get into his pjs and his bed."
Timmy agreed with his fairy godmother, heading towards his room.

Wishmaker1028: Well this ends chapter 2. Now the timeline for the Crash Bandicoot universe is as follows: Crash 1, Crash 2, Crash 3, Crash 4, Spyro Orange/Crash Purple, and the Wrath of Cortex. It was during the Wrath of Cortex that Nina had decided to switch sides. Since she sensed something bad was going to happen to her uncle, she decided to stay with her mom. Unlike another of my fanfictions, Nacey was involved with taking care of Nina. So with that aside, we're going to end it here before I do another rant haha. Please read and review! And always think outside of the box!
