As always thanks to my amazing beta, any mistakes are purely mine.

"I quit!" Felicity announced as Oliver and Diggle stepped off the elevator. "Not my old job in the IT department, but my new job as your executive assistant. The one that you were too scared to even tell me about." She exclaimed raising her voice as she followed Oliver into his office.

Tommy, who had been waiting for them in the office, took that as a sign that he needed to leave, got up and headed for the door, "Let me know when the dust has cleared, I'll be in my office." he said as he left.

"Did you know that I went to MIT? Guess what I majored in. I'll give you a hint. It wasn't the secretarial arts!" Felicity railed at Oliver.

"Felicity!" Oliver raised his voice to get her attention and to stop her diatribe. When she had quieted he said, "We all need to have secret identities now. If I'm going to be Oliver Queen, CEO, then I can't very well be traveling down 18 floors every time we need to discuss how we spend our nights!"

"And I love spending the night with you." As soon as the words left her mouth Felicity groaned and closed her eyes and silently cursed herself. "Three, two, one. I've worked very hard to get where I am today. It wasn't easy to graduate with honors with my master's degree while raising your child! And it wasn't so that I could fetch your coffee!"

"Well, it could always be worse," Diggle said from the doorway. "My so-called secret identity is his black driver."

Neither of them had a comeback for that.

"Right now, we need to figure out how the hijackers are getting the stuff for Glades Memorial." Oliver said, changing the subject.

"If we can figure that out, we can trace it back to the source." Dig added.

"Fine! I'm going to get some coffee. I'd ask if you wanted some, but I know the answer is no." Felicity said as she spun around on her heels and stormed past both men and out the door. Still steaming after getting her coffee she decided to go to Tommy's office to cool off before she did or said something that she regretted.

"Did you know?" She asked as she pushed into his office.

Startled by her entry Tommy looked up from his computer. "Know what?"

"About my 'promotion'?" She said taking a seat on one of the chairs in front of his desk.

"Oliver mentioned it to me last night, but I told him that he needed to talk with you about it before he went through with it. Judging from your reaction he didn't listen to me, did he?"

"Nope," She took a sip of her coffee. "It's just that I worked so hard at MIT to work in IT that being made a glorified secretary feels like a betrayal."

"Did he at least give you a raise?"

"Yes, the pay is way better, and so are the benefits. But it's the fact that he decided for me that really irritates me." Felicity said grudgingly.

Tommy nodded, "Felicity, I want you to listen to me. You are uniquely qualified to do this job. Not only are you his executive assistant, but you are also already halfway running the business. Let's face it, despite all the work that you put into turning Oliver into CEO extraordinaire and the face of the company he's going to have a difficult time for a while until he finds his footing, not to mention he has to figure out how to balance this life and his night life. Having you there is going to be a massive help. And on top of all that you are running IT for the Arrow and being a mom to Olivia. Being up here will make it much easier for you to duck out if you have to. No more Mr. Schultz giving you a hard time and taking credit for your work."

"Fine. You have a point." Felicity grudgingly admitted, and then sighed, got up and headed for the door before she turned and said, "But I still refuse to get coffee for him."

"You do know that you could probably get him to buy you a better coffee maker for up here, right?" Tommy said grinning up at her. "Maybe one of those fancy ones that you've always wanted?"

"I like the way you think Mr. Merlyn."

"Why thank you Ms. Smoak." In a much better mood, Felicity headed back to her desk.

After lunch Oliver came up to her with a white box which he placed on her desk. As she started opening it up he said, "I'm sorry. I should have discussed the position with you beforehand." As he spoke Felicity continued scowling at him until she had the box open and saw her favorite mint chocolate cupcake inside.

"Thank you, Oliver." Felicity replied already getting the cupcake out of its box.

"And I do believe that I owe you a date." He said, grinning down at her.

She arched an eyebrow, "Don't think that this means you're forgiven, mister. But I will take a reservation at Table Salt."

"Make a reservation that works best for you and then let me know." He said starting back to his desk.

"I know how you can continue to make it up to me." She called after him and smiled when she saw his worried expression. "Three words, fancy coffee maker."

His expression changed to resignation, and he sighed, "Fine, order which one you want."

Grinning, she ate her cupcake and ordered the fanciest coffee machine she could find before making the reservation and getting on with her actual job.

On the night of the date Felicity was a nervous wreck. She stood in front of her full-length bathroom mirror in the Queen mansion. Thea was going to treat Olivia to an Aunt T and Livy night, so the little girl was super excited about what all that would entail. Looking at the prescription bottle she held in her hand she debated about how many benzo's she should take. Her prescription allowed for up to two pills, but three made her actually sociable, but if she only took one then it would be just enough to take the edge off and she would be safe to drink a little bit as well. The ability to drink won out and she popped one pill in her mouth with a good swig of water, and with that out of the way she went out into her bedroom where Olivia was laying on her bed and playing on her tablet.

Felicity peeked at the tablet screen, "What are you on?"

"Codemonkey, Mommy." Olivia said not looking up from the screen. Smiling Felicity went to her vanity where all of her make-up and hair paraphernalia sat. After moving into their own house she had tried to save money by bringing things back and forth, but she had quickly given up transporting items between the two households and would simply buy duplicates of the items she liked to use so she would have it no matter which house they were staying at. Looking at her reflection in the mirror, she decided to pull out all the stops and go full glam for the evening. After all, it wasn't everyday she went on a date with a billionaire. Except for that fact that she worked for him, lived in his house, and saw him every day. Her life was complicated. She had just finished her eye makeup when Olivia clambered up on the bench beside her.

"Wow Mommy, you look really pretty!" She exclaimed in awe.

Felicity pressed a kiss to her daughter's blonde hair, much like her father's. "Thank you, sweetheart."

"Will I be as pretty as you one day?"

She had to laugh, "You are very pretty right now."

"Thanks you. Will my boobies look like yours?" She pulled up her shirt to examine her chest.

Felicity quickly pulled Olivia's shirt back down, "They might someday. Everyone is different though."

"Lily's sister has what's called a training bra and she's nine! Lily was telling us all about it at lunch today."

Groaning in her head, Felicity hoped that was as far into boobies that Olivia wanted to go at this time. She knew she would have to have the talk with her eventually, but she was not looking forward to it and she definitely didn't want to have it anytime soon. "What else did you talk about at lunch?"

Olivia babbled about this and that while Felicity finished putting on her make-up and doing her hair. She was glad to spend this time with her daughter. She had fond memories of sitting beside Donna while she got ready for work. Finished with her make-up, she walked over to the closet and slipped on the form fitting blue dress that she had picked out. It had a modest front, but when she turned you could see the low back and side cutouts.

"Mommy!" Olivia gasped, "Are you a princess? Auntea says that when she's all dressed up like that, she's a princess."

"No Baby, I'm just me." Felicity smiled, if their daughter was anything to go by, Oliver would love the outfit. She just had to put on her heels and then she would be ready to go. As she was sitting down a knock sounded at the door and Olivia ran to open it.

"Daddy!" She exclaimed, grabbing his hand and pulling him into the room "You've got to see Mommy, she looks like Barbie!"

"She does looks quite stunning." Oliver said smiling at Felicity. "I'll take her down to Thea, and then I'll meet you in the foyer?"

Felicity nodded as she finished buckling the strap on her shoe, "Sounds good, I'll see you downstairs."

Walking out the door Felicity could hear Olivia telling Oliver, "Daddy, guess what! Mommy said that one day I'm going to get boobies! I hope they're big like hers." She took a deep breath, looked up at the ceiling and resisted the urge to facepalm.

On the drive to the restaurant, Felicity had managed to keep calm, but sitting across from Oliver Queen in a fancy restaurant was making her all sorts of nervous.

"Nervous?" He asked gently, his hand caressing the one she had resting on the table.

"Frack yes," She sighed. "And I don't know why! What do I have to be nervous about? We work together both day and night. We've seen each other naked and heck you already knocked me up once." She bit her lips to keep from rambling on and looked at her lap, but when she glanced up at Oliver she saw that he was smiling fondly at her.

"I am too," He admitted.

"Really?" She asked but was interrupted by the waiter before she could continue.

Oliver ordered an expensive sounding red wine, and she seconded it knowing he had excellent taste in wine. "I noticed that you were limping a bit when we came in. How's the ankle?"

"I've had worse." Oliver shrugged, his face void of any emotion, and the only indication that he gave that he was in any pain was a slight tightening around his eyes. The night before Oliver had been stabbed by his ankle and had stitched it up himself much to everyone's chagrin.

Felicity sighed and dug around in her clutch, to find the pouch where she had put the pill she had gotten from Diggle. "Here," she said as she handed him the pill. "It's one of Dig's special aspirins." With a roll of his eyes Oliver popped it into his mouth and swallowed, while Felicity tried not to gag, "How do you do that?" she asked when she got her gag reflex back under control.

"Practice." He shrugged.

Once the wine came and they both ordered, the conversation flowed freely between them; the topics ranging from Olivia to plans for QC and everything in between. They were just finishing up the main course and were discussing what they wanted for dessert. Felicity was internally debating on ordering her favorite dark chocolate mousse when her mind drifted to what would happen after dinner. She wasn't sure if Oliver wanted to go back to her house and have dessert there or if he had plans on going out later. Before they had left for their date Thea had told them that they didn't have to come back until the next day and that she would take care of Livy until they got back. If she had dessert here then Oliver might want to have dessert back at her house, but if they got dessert to go, they may end up back at her place and things might progress from there. It was then that Felicity realized that she hadn't put her pretty underwear on. Due to the style of her dress all she had on was the sticky support cups, which weren't sexy at all and her shapewear undies. Again, so not sexy. If they went back to her house, she might be able to slip into the bedroom to remedy the situation… however, her thoughts were interrupted by the ringing of her phone. Looking at the ID she realized that it was Thea, and all thoughts of adult sexy times flew from her mind as she quickly answered the phone.

"Thea, is everything alright?" At her words, Oliver looked at her, concern evident in his face.

"Hey, I hate to break up your date with my dumb brother, but Olivia is sick." Thea said. "And she really wants her Mom and Dad."

"How's she acting? What happened? Does she have a fever?" the questions flew out of Felicity's mouth as concern for her daughter grew. Motioning the waiter over Oliver quickly asked for the check and an order of the mousse to go, since he could tell that something was very wrong.

"Everything was great until she upchucked while we were doing her nails. She feels a bit warm to the touch, and she says that her stomach hurts, but that's all that she's complaining about. I'm trying to find the thermometer to see if she had a temp."

"There's a thermometer in my bathroom in the top right drawer. Go ahead and have her change into her nightgown and grab her stuffed cow. We should be home shortly. We just have to pay and then we're leaving." She paused, "There should also be some Pedialyte in the fridge and the children's Tylenol is with all of the other household meds in the kitchen, see if she will drink that and keep it down. We'll be there soon."

"Is Olivia, okay?" Oliver asked when she hung up.

"She's not feeling well and has already thrown up. Thea's going to grab the thermometer from my room and check her for a fever. Thanks for going ahead and asking for the bill. This isn't how I imagined that our date would end." Felicity said, smiling shyly at him.

The waiter interrupted them, giving them the dessert and bill, which Oliver quickly paid. The mousse was packaged in a cute container with a spoon tied to the top. Once they were in the car and on their way back to the manor Oliver asked, "So how did you imagine this date would end?"

"Knowing us, I wasn't sure. I'm just glad that we didn't get blown up or have anything Arrow related pop up." Felicity sighed and put her hand in Oliver's free hand.

As Oliver drove, Felicity received a text from Thea saying that Olivia didn't have a fever, but that her stomach was still upset, so she gave her a dose of Pepto . An hour later saw both Oliver and Felicity dressed in comfortable clothes sitting at the head of Olivia's bed with her stretched across their laps, all three of them watching the Disney animated classic Robin Hood. Olivia was just dozing off, and Oliver was still watching the movie, when Felicity reached up and touched his cheek to get his attention. When he looked at her she smiled and said, "Thanks for a wonderful date." She then gave him a very soft and sweet kiss before cuddling up to his side.

He landed down and whispered in her ear, "The date ended exactly where I'd hoped," He paused, "In bed with you."

***ARROW***

"Do you see her now?" Oliver asked Felicity over the comms as he ran across a rooftop trying to catch sight of the blonde vigilante who had appeared while he was healing from the injuries he had sustained while trying to stop Merlyn and the Undertaking.

"No," Felicity said, sounding annoyed. "She's disappeared again."

"Damn it!" He cursed. "I've been trying to find her and talk to her since she helped me save the Lance's."

The previous week an escaped inmate had taken both Laurel and Officer Lance captive, blaming then Det. Lance for his incarceration. The inmate had intended to kill Laurel before Oliver and the masked woman had saved them both. After making sure that the Lance's were okay, Oliver had tried to find the new vigilante to speak with her, but she had disappeared. Oliver was more determined than ever to find her and get some answers, but it looked like it wouldn't be happening tonight.

"I'm headed back then." Oliver said before clambering down a fire escape and making his way back to where he had stashed his motorcycle. Pulling up to the club he noticed that Sara's car was parked beside Felicity's. Since they had broken up, Sara didn't come by as much as she used to unless it was to get in a workout or if one of them had an injury that they needed help with. Coming down the back steps Oliver saw that Felicity was packing up her stuff and that Dig had already left.

"Hey," he said pulling her close to him and giving her a kiss. She smiled up at him and gave him another kiss.

"Hey, yourself. I'm headed home. Don't forget to take Livy to karate tomorrow." To Oliver's delight Felicity had signed Olivia up for karate while he was still in the hospital, and the little girl had taken to the sport like a duck to water, and he was proud of how hard she worked at it. Oliver and Felicity had worked out a schedule to make sure that Olivia got to all of her extracurricular activities and so they each got a bit of one-on-one time with her, so Oliver would take her to karate on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Felicity would take her to gymnastics on Wednesday and dropped her off at Girl Scouts on Mondays.

"Got it, is Sara here?" He asked, looking around and not seeing her.

"She came in a few minutes ago and is either currently restocking the med cart or maybe beating up a dummy." She smiled back up at him and gave him one last kiss before she left the Foundry, or the Arrow cave as she'd come to call it.

It was nice being able to kiss Felicity. With their busy schedules they hadn't gotten a chance to go on a second date yet, but they had both made more time to have supper together as a family. Stripping off his Arrow gear Oliver quickly changed and went to find Sara who was slowly hitting a training dummy.

"Come to check on your favorite patient?' He asked, leaning up against a table.

She pretended to look around him, "Where's Tommy?"

"Ha, ha, what brought you down here?"

She shrugged, "Just looking to get a workout in." Picking up the escrima sticks she tossed Oliver a pair.

He could tell there was something that Sara wanted to say but that she wasn't quite ready yet. Instead, they worked out. Sara had been practicing what Oliver had taught her and since he still wasn't 100% recovered they were evenly matched, and there was no clear winner to their sparring. With sweat pouring down his body, Oliver finally called a halt to the bout and both of them sank down to the mat breathing heavily.

"You're getting better," he said, complementing her.

"Thanks, but I can tell you still aren't back up to your normal speed."

Oliver shrugged a shoulder, "I'm getting there though." He took a minute to look at her. "So, what is it that you want to tell me?"

She stared at him for a moment and then asked, "Who says that I want to tell you anything?" Oliver just looked at her steadily and didn't respond. "Fine." She hesitated for a moment, then sat up straighter and took a deep breath. "You know the blonde vigilante that you've been trying to find?"

"Yes." Oliver said flatly, holding himself still, almost afraid to hear what Sara was about to say.

"It's me."

They both sat there quietly digesting what she had just said until Oliver broke the silence. "Why?"

Sara sighed and looked down at the mat before looking back up and meeting Oliver's eyes. "When you were in the hospital, I felt so helpless. I couldn't work on you or Tommy, but I wanted to do something to help. It wasn't until one of the kids that I mentor mentioned that since the Hood had disappeared things were getting bad again and crime was rising. I knew then that I was meant to help and if you decided not to come back maybe in some way I would take your place. Are you mad?"

Sara's confession had a ring of truth to it, and Oliver nodded, "I'm not mad really, just worried and concerned. After everything that you guys said to me you killed the Doll Maker."

Sara's eyes hardened, "I knew that he could come after them if he escaped again, and I couldn't let that happen. I also don't know if Laurel could stand the trial." She shrugged then sighed. "Laurel's been pushing us away. She won't even talk to Tommy, having to go to trial would really hurt her."

"I can't let you become a killer like me." Oliver said, worry for Sara overriding everything else.

"Too late." She scoffed bitterly. "Better I have another blimish on my soul than Laurel lose hers."

"Sara?" Oliver asked horrified.

Looking at her watch Sara said, "Look Ollie, I've got to go. Maybe I'll tell you later, or maybe I won't. I don't know yet." She then stood up and walked out without looking back.

Oliver left the lair and went out through the nightclub where he ran into Thea. "What are you doing here?" She asked, surprised to see him.

"Just making sure that you haven't run my club into the ground." he said, smiling down at her.

Thea rolled her eyes, "Hey, we're doing way better than when you and Tommy were running the place."

"Does this mean that you are after our jobs at QC next?" Oliver joked.

Thea pretended to think, "I think I'll pass." Then with a glint in her eyes added, "for now. Besides the office here offers so much more privacy."

"Do I need to have another talk with Roy?" he teased her.

"Please don't. He wouldn't touch me for a week after your last 'my baby sister' talk." Her eyes shifted as she looked him over, "What did you say to him at the police station a couple of weeks ago?"

"Nothing much," Oliver said, shrugging.

"Yeah, right." Thea turned to leave then turned back around, "Oh, don't forget we have the meeting at the jail in the morning for Mom. Please try to be on time."

"I'll be there," Oliver promised her and then Thea left to deal with running the club.

Oliver had a lot to think about, it all circled through his head as he drove back to the mansion. He went to his room where he took a shower and then got ready for bed. He tried sleeping but his mind was racing, and he was too restless to settle down. He kept thinking about what Sara had told him. Giving up on falling asleep, he went to check on Olivia and to make sure that she was okay. He quietly slipped into her room and found that she was curled up in a small ball with her thumb in her mouth and the covers all twisted. He gently pulled her thumb out of her mouth and straightened the covers back over her and then softly pressed a kiss to her hair, whispering that he loved her. After checking on Olivia, he then checked on Felicity, hoping that she was still awake so he could talk to someone else about Sara's revelation, peeking in her cracked door he saw that she was fast asleep. He knew Tommy would be out cold, and Thea wasn't back from the club yet, not that he could talk to her about this because she wasn't a part of what Felicity called Team Arrow.

Resigned that he wasn't going to be able to fall asleep, he made his way to the kitchen where he grabbed an apple and went to the living room to see what was on. He was lost in his thoughts while a sports channel droned on in the background when he heard footfalls coming down the steps. Looking up he saw that it was a not quite awake looking Felicity .

"Can't sleep?" she asked past a wide yawn and curled up on the couch beside him.

"Nope, you?"

"I was asleep then I had this really weird dream. I can't remember everything that happened, but I think that there were kangaroos involved and spaceships… I don't know. Anyways I couldn't get back to sleep. Came down for the Smoak family cure all, warm milk." Seeing the face that Oliver made at the mention of warm milk, Felicity poked him and said, "Don't knock it till you try it, buster. I don't know where I went wrong with our daughter, but she prefers her warm milk to contain chocolate."

"I have no idea where she got that from." Oliver said, giving her a small smile.

"Probably you," Felicity stated as she laid her head on the back of the couch and looked over at Oliver. "You look like you've got something heavy weighing on you. Wanna talk about it?"

Oliver sighed and shifted on the couch, so he was facing Felicity, "After you left the lair, I found out who our mysterious masked vigilante is."

Felicity was suddenly more awake and sat up straight, "Who?"

"Sara."

"Sara Lance, member of Team Arrow Sara? But she fills the medic role not the vigilante role."

Sighing Oliver ran his hand through his hair, "I was surprised too. And now I don't know what to do."

Felicity frowned, "What do you mean?"

"Should we let her just keep being a vigilante? Or do we accept her as a full member of the team and not just the emergency medic?"

"Shouldn't that be Sara's decision, not ours?" Felicity asked. At Oliver's frown she continued. "Sara's been in on it longer than I have. She knows the risks and what could happen, shouldn't she be the one making the decision about if she wants to put on black leather and go parkouring all over the city?"

"I just don't want her to turn out like me," Oliver explained, sighing. "When I first got back, I was so angry and filled with the need for revenge. I realize now that that wasn't good, and I've learned that you can't live that way. You, Tommy, and Dig have all shown me there's a better way, not to mention Livy showing me hope for the future."

"Let me ask you this. If there had been another vigilante in town when you came back who told you the same thing, would you had taken that advice when you first came back?" Felicity asked.

Oliver thought about what Felicity has just said and decided that she had a good point, "Probably not." He admitted.

"Then invite her onto the team, make sure that she knows the rules that we are operating by now, and if things get out of hand, we'll deal with it then." Felicity said with a jaw cracking yawn. She glanced at her watch, "Okay, I need to get at least a couple more hours of sleep or you'll be down one executive assistant tomorrow. I still haven't forgiven you for that yet by the way."

"I guess I better try to get a few hours too, or I'll fall asleep at my desk, and you'll let Isabel in to murder me in my sleep to get your revenge." Oliver teased as the two made their way back up the stairs towards their rooms.

When they got to door of Felicity's room she paused for a moment before taking Oliver's hand, "Would you mind me sleeping with you tonight? Not in a naughty way, just sleeping sleeping. There's something about kangaroos that just wig me out with all those muscles and the jumping'" she shuddered, "all the jumping."

Smiling Oliver linked their fingers, "Of course."

Once the two of them were cuddled together they both fell into a dreamless sleep almost instantly the worries of the day were swept away.

***ARROW***

"Mommy. Mommy. Mommy." Felicity could hear Olivia calling her name and her warm little hands on her face, but she didn't want to get up. She was too comfortable, then she felt the warm body behind hers and realized that she was in Oliver's bed, 'Frack.'

"What baby?" Felicity asked her voice raspy from sleep, she cracked her eyes open and startled from how close Olivia was to her face.

"Why are you in Daddy's bed? Did you have bad dreams? I like to sleep with you when I have bad dreams, but you told me big girls sleep in their own bed. Are you not a big girl yet Mommy?"

Felicity could feel Oliver's quiet laugher behind her and he snaked an arm around her middle and pulled her to him.

"Mommy!" Olivia squawked.

Oliver flung back the covers in front of Felicity, "Scoot in Sweetheart, Mommy can cuddle you, while I cuddle you both."

"Okay!" She chirped happily and wiggled her butt into Felicity's stomach. Oliver threw the covers back over the three of them and it was peaceful for about five minutes. "Can we go to the playground today?" Olivia asked as she wiggled to face Felicity accidentally jabbing her in the breast.

"Why do you always gotta hit the boobs?" Felicity muttered. "They gave you nourishment now you use them as punching bags."

"Sorry, Mommy." Olivia apologized, then asked again. "When are we going to the park?"

Oliver leaned around Felicity to look at his daughter. "Tell you what you lay here quietly for thirty minutes then we'll take you to the park, but you can't talk."

Olivia pondered for a second then asked, "Will you set the timer?"

"Yes," Felicity answered her hand going for her phone.

"Okey dokey." The little girl agreed as she got comfortable again. Felicity sighed and enjoyed the feeling of being in Oliver's arms with Olivia in hers.
