It was a few minutes after seeing the sign did the two girls continue to push the brothers far away from it. The others suitly followed behind them.
"What gives Kairi. What's wrong?" Asked Sora.
"It's nothing Sora. Just drop it." Said Kairi still angry.
Ash then stops before alerting the others to why he stopped making everyone else stop. "Okay spill it. What was on that sign?"
Serena couldn't lie to him but thankfully Froakie came to the rescue and hopped on his shoulder. "Froakie, Froakie(the sign means will always be a better trainer)

"meow(same with Sora) said Litten purring in Soras arms.
"thanks guys" said Ash before he said something to Sora who then agreed petting the fire cat in his arms, "wait a minute….you can understand what they are saying!" Said Brock seeing the interaction.
Ash and Sora look at each other before Ash said, "guess it's time for me to come clean."
Pops were heard behind them as Heartless appeared. It consisted of Shadows and Soilders. The Soilder heartless is a noble knight-type warrior appeared. Its muscular form is clad in a bluish-black body suit bearing a symbol that is a fleur-de-lis at its base. It is typically black with a red outline and spiked "X" crossing through the heart in the symbol. And it has purple inverted emblems trimmed in gold on the knees. It wore black, silver trimmed shoes that end in spiral toes, silver wristbands, and a silver knight's helm decorated with two angular, eye-like spirals on the front and a yellow stripe at the base of the curled silver plume. It also has fierce blue and red-tipped claws, and their shadowed faces with bright yellow eyes and toothy maw.
"monsters!" Exclaimed Brock.
"Heartless!" Exclaimed Sora before he and Kairi summoned their Keyblades taking Brock by surprise.
"Lets make quick work of them Kai!" Said Sora,
"right! gather!" Said Kairi using Magnet. The spiral orb of magnetism started to gather the Heartless up spinning them around the orb, Sora and Kairi then slashed the heartless that were gathered up by the spell. "Silver use Swift" said Riku, silver jumped from his shoulder before firing swift by his tail. Sprigatito fired Leafage and Litten used Flamethrower. The three attacks wipe out the majority of the heartless leaving just one left. One jumps right towards Serena but thankfully Riku summoned Braveheart and slashed the shadow in half. The creature vanished into black smoke. Sora and kairi take down the last ones before seeing no more. "We're clear" said Sora before they dismiss their Keyblades. They then see Brock's shocked face before they knew it was time to reveal their secret.
"Ash you go first" said Sora.
"okay." Said Ash before the group continued on the path to Cerulean City. "See. I was born with the power to manipulate Aura." Said Ash.
"Aura?" Asked Misty.
"Aura is the life force of everything in the planet. Some people are born to wield it and they come Aura Guardians. Defenders of peace. My Ansestor is Sir Aaron. The Greatest Aura Guardian to ever live" said Ash.
"you mean the very same Sir Aaron who died to stop a war between two nations" said Brock.
"yep, he is a legend in the Kingdom of Rota. My mom takes me there every now and then to see the Queen of Rota who welcomes us with open arms. Sir Aarons Staff is kept with the queen. I am training to be an Aura Guardian and to be like my ansestor before me" Said Ash.
"what about you understanding Pokemon? Is that also an ability of Aura?" Asked Lillie,
"It's a rare and powerful gift but at the same time. Some see it as a curse for if anyone discovers you can understand Pokémon. It makes you feel like an outcast." Said Ash.
"unfortunately that happened when Gary spilled the beans to most of the kids in pallet town and saw Ash as a freak. Since then. We just stuck to hanging out with Serena, Riku, Leaf and Kairi since they saw it as a gift," said Sora. Brock, Misty and the Alola five were shocked to hear that ash was bullied when he was younger,
"if I ever meet Gary I will give him a taste of Inferno Overdrive." Said Kiawe with his eyes forming fire.
/maybe people can see the gift as a blessing/ thought Ash before Brock asked "what's were those things and why did you three have giant keys"
The weapons we wield are called Keyblades and the monsters are called Heartless." Said Sora
"The Heartless?" asked Brock now intrigued by their story. Sora and them told her that they were warriors chosen by the Keyblade. A mystical weapon that has existed for more than a thousand years.
The darkness in the hearts,of both people and Pokemon " Lillie continued,. "That's what attracts them."
"And there is darkness within every heart" Riku finished.
"Except for the Princesses of Heart. Maidens born with hearts full of light." said Sora looking at Kairi.
"and i am one of the Princesses of Heart. My heart is full of pure light. No darkness." said Kairi putting her hand on her chest.
"There's not many wielders left to keep the heartless in check. That's why so many people and Pokémon are disappearing is because they already lost their hearts to the heartless" Said Riku.
"that's terrible" said Brock.
They didn't realize by talking they had finally arrived at the outskirts of Cerulean City. "We're here. Cerulean City." Said Sora holding his egg,
"Our next gym battle is within sights." Said Ash holding his egg. Misty looked at her hometown before the group started to walk down. "You coming Misty?" Asked Lana.
"yeah" said Misty despite not wanting to go but slowly followed after them.

after entering the city, Misty immediately disappeared much to the confusion of everyone else. "Hey where did Misty go?" Asked Riku.
"I've been noticing she's been acting strange since we mentioned Cerulean City. You guys think this is her hometown?" Asked Lana.
"possibly. We can ask her when we see her." Said Kiawe before they see several police officers in front of a wrecked store. The others approached Officer Jenny, "excuse me Officer Jenny but what happened?" Asked Lillie.
"Some thieves broke into the store and stole a bunch of machine parts." Said Officer Jenny. "why would they do such a thing?" Asked Mallow.
"their thieves. They don't care for anything except for themselves." Said Riku.
"so did you get a transfer from Viridian City Officer Jenny?" Ash asked.
"Viridian City? Oh, you must have met my little sister there," Officer Jenny said.
"Little sister?" everyone asked.
"Yes, I have a photo of us," Officer Jenny said, taking out a photo and shows it to the gang. She points to one. "That's my little sister, and that one there is me" She points to another.
"First Nurse Joys, Officer Jennys. Just what's going on here?" Sora asked.
The gang then left officer Jenny alone and headed for the Pokémon center. .
So any idea what the gym leader uses here?" Asked Kiawe,
"The gym leader uses water types and I have Pikachu and Butterfree for this battle" said Ash.
"I'm using Beedrill and Bellsprout for this battle." Said Sora.
"Hm?" he looked at the two, "What is it?"
"Wow, you two really did look up on all the gyms." Brock said in astonishment, this might be the first time he's seen two rookie trainers prepare so well, even though that's not exactly true since he already knows Gary, Leaf and Red another rookie trainers.
"We might as well tell him since he's traveling with us" said Sora…"our dad is in fact the Champion of Kanto."
"Wait a minute..your the sons of Ryo Ketchum, the Kanto Champion!" Exclaimed Brock. That's why he thought he knew the name Ketchum.
"Yeah. That's our dad." Said Sora.
"Oh I have something I need to do so I will meet you guys at the gym" said Brock before he took off. The team arrived to the Pokémon center to get their Pokémon looked at. Sora already exchanged Spearow and Bulbasaur for Beedrill and Magikarp, he figured he can do some training with them before the gym battle.
"excuse me….is there a Sora and Ash Ketchum?" Asked a voice. The group turn to see a boy being accompanied by an older version of Misty. "That's us" said Sora pointing to himself and Ash. "The Gym Leqder of Cerulean City has been notified of your arrival and accepts your challenge…you presence is required at the gym" said the older Misty,
"Say you look like a friend of ours.." said Lana.
"Oh I am Mana Waterflower. I can take you all to the gym " Said Mana. The group then follow after the woman,
Finding the gym wasn't that hard especially with a giant Seel that adorned the building, you'd have to be blind not to miss it. They looked at each other opening the door to walk in, but what they saw made them be completely dumbfounded.
Instead of walking into a gym they walked into an underwater show surrounded by a big crowed. The gang didn't know what to think, sure every gym has a different style but this seems a little ridiculous. Mrs. Waterflower was angry for her face was turning red. / those three are suppose to be taking this seriously while Their sister is learning more about water types! Ohhh their gonna get it from me this time!/
After the performance was over they went backstage and found the three women.
Ash knocked politely getting their attention, "Excuse me."
The blond one answered, "Yes? Oh are you here for autographs? Sorry we're not taking any right now."
"No we're here for-'' he was cut off by, "We want a gym battle not an autograph!"
"Like sorry but we're not exactly interested in gym battles anymore," the blonde one said, "Besides we got beaten three times already so some of our water pokemon are at the pokemon center."
"Say what?" Said Sora
"Hold on I know what you guys want," the blonde who's introduced herself as Daisy called out a Seel that had two badges that were in the shape of a teardrop in its mouth and gave it to Daisy, "Here you go, two Cascade Badges!"
Okay now Ash was about to let these three have it, but before he could a new voice appeared one he knew all too well , "What do you think your doing?"
They say Misty with Mana with her arms crossed and both were very unhappy.
"Uh oh…mother!" Exclaimed the three girls.
"You three are suppose to be the Gym leaders while your little sister is off traveling! I come home to find out your neglecting your Gym Leader duties and instead are focusing on shows. Your also not to give out badges….they are to be earned!" Said Mana giving the three an earful
"Wait so your the Gym Leader of Cerulean City Misty?" Asked Sora to the orange haired girl.
"Yes…my mother wanted me to travel a bit and learn a bit more about water types before I took the position permanently and as the Gym Leader…I Misty Waterflower accept your challenge ash and Sora…it will be a two vs one." Said Misty.
"We accept your challenge Misty!" Said the Ketchum twins unknown that Jessie, James and Meowth were on the ceiling "time to steal some water types" said Jessie.
"right" said James and Meowth,
At the battlefield which was a giant pool with several floating platforms. The others sat in the stands to watch the battle
"This will be a one vs. two battle between gym leader Misty Waterflower and challengers Ash and Sora Ketchum! The challenger will only send out one pokemon each while the gym leader will send out two pokemon! Do both sides agree?" the referee asked.
All three nodded
"Battle Begin!"
"Hey Misty you don't mind if i let out magikarp out to swim right?" Asked Sora.
"Sure" said Misty before Sora released magikarp who then went for a swim in the side pool. Stars swirled around him. "Enjoy the swim magikarp" said Sora.
"Karp!(Thanks Sora)" Said magikarp going into the water
Misty made the first move pulling out two pokeballs; "Misty calls Staryu and Starmie!" out came a golden-brown with five appendages with a red gym in its core. Out came another similar like pokemon but it was purple with ten appendages..
"Ow wow a starmie…such a beauty" said Lana seeing starmie.
Sora scanned both water types.
[Staryu. The Star Shape Pokémon a Water Type, The core of this Water Pokémon shines in a rainbow of seven lcolors, a core that is valued by some as a type of jewelry.]
He then scanned the purple one.

"We can do this Ash!" Sora said with determination.
"That's right, I've got your back and you've got mine….go Butterfree!" Said Ash releasing Butterfree.
"And I'll go with Beedrill!" Said Sora sending out Beedrill. The two bug types flew above the pool ready for the first command,
Misty made the first move, "Staryu, use Water Gun on Butterfree! Starmie, use Hydro Pump on Beedrill!" both water pokemon fired both water gun and hydro pump at the two bug types.
"butterfree use Silver Wind!" Said Ash.
"Beedrill use Pin Missile!" Said Sora. Butterfree flapped his wings creating a strong Silver wind attack just as Beedrill fired green projectiles towards the Hydro Pump. The four attacks canceled each other out. "Now Beedrill use Twin Needle on Starmie" said Sora.
"Beedrill!(Twin Needle!)" said Beedrill forming green energy on his two stingers before going straight for Starmie.
"Butterfree use Tackle on Staryu!" Said Ash. Butterfree flew towards Staryu for a tackle attack.
"Staryu you use rapid spin attack and Starmie use Psychic to stop Beedrill in his tracks." Said Misty,
Staryu spins very fast before clashing with Butterfree while Starmie stops Beedrill in his tracks by psychic before slamming Beedrill down really hard into a platform. The sisters were impressed by their sister. "Her traveling is done some real good." Said Mana.
"beedrill! Are you alright?" Asked sora.
"Drill(I'm fine! It will take more than that to beat me)" said Beedrill
"great use Pin Missile again!l said Sora. Beedrill then fired more green Projectiles towards Starmie. "
"use Hydro Pump again Starmie and Staryu use Swift on Butterfree!" Said Misty. Starmie fired Hydro Pumo and Staryu fired Swift towards butterfree. "Butterfree use Psychic to stop that Swift and Hydro Pump!" Said Ash.
"Free!Butterfree!(I got you Ash! Psychic!) said Butterfree using psychic to stop both attacks before canceling them allowing Pin Missile to land a direct hit on both Starmie and Staryu., "now Sora!" Said Ash. Beedrill was behind Starmie and Staryu. "now Beedrill use X scissor!" Said Sora,
"Beedrill( X Scissor!)" said Beedrill who then hits Starmie with the super effective move who then crashes into Staryu. Magikarp does a jump in the pool happy to see his trainer doing well.
"Oh no!" Said Misty.
right before another attack can be shouted. A loud boom interrupted their battle as glass was flown everywhere, "What's going on?!" Kiawe yelled.
Laughter was heard as the smoke cleared, "Them again?" Ash sighed.

"That's right little girl we're here to take all the water pokemon!" Jessie smirked.
"That's right." James said.
"So lets get to it!" Meowth activated the vacuum and it began sucking all the water pokemon from the pool into the long pipe.
"Oh no! The pokemon!" Daisy yelled. The water becomes rough that it knocks Sora and Ash into the water with Starmie, Staryu and Seel. "Oh no! My Pokémon" said Misty. magikarp seein his trainer in danger jumped into the water. "Wait Magikarp!" Said Kairi but Riku stopped her from jumping in.
magikarp swims towards the Ketchum brothers as a glow comes over him. Everyone looked at the light just before it went away. A Red Gyarados jumps pout of the water with everyone on his back. He then smacks rhe machine with his tail destroying it. "Uh oh. The Twerps Magikarp evolved!" Exclaimed Team Rocket, "magikarp…you just Evolved!l said Sora on Gyarados head. Gyarados nodded before Sora then ordered. "Use Hyper Beam!"
Gyarados opened his mouth before firing Hyper beam that struck team rocket sending them flying.
"Looks like Team Rockets blasting off again!" shouted Team Rocket, as they disappeared. Gyarados takes them to the side of the ring before lowering himself to allow Sora to stroke him. "You evolved to save our lives Gyarados. Thank you"
He nuzzled against his trainer making the boy laugh. "Hey easy boy" he laughed. /to think magikarp has a soft side to him once evolving. Maybe I can get over my fear of a Gyarados./ thought Misty.
"so should we continue our battle Misty?" Asked Ash,
"no. You both saved our water Pokémon and as the Gym leader. I want to give you both thee cascade gym badge." Said Misty taking the badges from her mother who agreed with her daughter and handed the two brothers the badge,
"thanks Misty," said the twins taking the badges from her. Outside the gym after recalling their Pokémon. They were all ready to leave with Brock who came back from his errand.
"you still are traveling Misty?" Asked Mana to her youngest daughter. Her older daughters are behind her to see Misty off.
"I am. There still so much I need to learn before I can about Water types." Said Misty,
"well you just leave the gym to me until you return. That way Daisy, Lily and violet can focus on their water shows" said Mana.
"right" said Misty before the team left the gym waving goodbye to the Waterflowers.
