The cold wind flowed through his fur as he ran deep into the forest coverd by the dark of night , on the run from those who killed his pack he could not afford to get caught.
Running for what seemed like hours he body burning like wild fire , his grey fur stained with blood , paws bleeding from running , not knowing where he was or if they were still after him he continued to walk his body moving from sheere will power alone.
Six Hours Later
winston and eve are walking thier teritory border performing thier daily duties , the path narrow vibrant green trees surrounding them , the birds singing early morning songs and the dew making thier paws damp as they walk along the path.
During the last part of the border patrol on the north side of the border winston and eve were conversing about the pack while finnishing up the patrol when they could hear something in the distance , it sounds like a voice calling out.
The unknown voice was calling ''left , right , left , right ,left ,right''. curious the two alphas approches the strained voice with caution.
walking past the shrubbrey and foilage the were able to verify the source of the voice it was a small pup with grey fur , coverd in blood and looking severley dehydrated among many other injuries, winston and eve were shoched at what they seen , as he walked with every step he left bloody footprints in the moist dirt. winston shook spoke ''Dear god what happent to him , eve we need to help him he will not make it much further''. eve replied ''i do belive you are correct dear , lets get him to the den''.
winston approched the young pup carefully and grabbed him with little to no resistance from the pup and took off at a brisk pace to the alpha den the pup still muddering '' left , right , left , right , one more left , right''. eve spoke up to winston ''im not shure what happend but he is really bad off , yet somehow he is still trying to continue on he definitly has spirit''. winston replied while picking up the pace to a light run '' he is a tough one i just hope we are not too late to help him''.
Once the alphas arrived at the head alpha den they both got to work trying to help this mysterious pup , winston went to get a log filled with water while eve prepared some herbs to bandage his wounds and ease any pain he might be feeling.
Several hours later
After hours of hard work the pup was now bandaged and cleaned up , unfortunately he was still dehydrated as they could only get a small amount of water in him.
kate and lilly sat quietly at the back of the den watching how thier parents had saved the mysterious pup life.
it was now getting dark so winston suggested everyone get some rest and they would talk about what this in the morning.

humphrey open his eyes in pain as he lay there trying to recall what happend after a few minutes everything came back to him , worry and fear setting in , his body starting to shake from fear and adrenaline , did he get caught ? where was he ?
Taking a deep painful breath he thought to himself ''ok humphrey calm down , you need to acess the situation , ok its dark , im alive , i can feel some type of substcnce on my body possibly bandages ? im not biund up so i can move''.
humphrey was snapped out of his thougts when he heard somethin growling or snoring behind him , hats good he has not been spotted yet
humphrey pov — i nedd to get out of here , i try to stand up but im ins sever pain all over my body , ive made ut this far i cant die here not now , with a new determination i stand up legs shakey , gritting my teeth trying to stay quiet , i start to limp my way to the entrance of the den quietly taking a small break to catch my breath
five minutes later
the alphas were still sleeping and humphrey was now trying to get past the entrance of the den and away from his captors when his front left leg gave out , he fell to the ground with a yelp waking up the other wolves in the den
eve and winston now awake and on alert scanning for any danders notice the pup had moved and is currently trying to hobble off into the night so they walk up to him with concerned looks on thier faces.
winston spoke in a stern tone '' and where do you think you are going hmm''. eve nodded in agreement. humphrey yelled in a angry bitter tone '' you are some sick fucks you hear me , you murder my pack chase me for days then keep me alive , grrrrrrr why huh? why not just finish the job do it! kill me! finish what you low lifes started fucking do it , send me home! ". eve stood speachless unable to belive what she was hearing , kate and lilly were now awake and watching the scene unfold . winston calmed himself and spoke to humphrey softly '' look boy we have done nothing of the sorts , we found you beaten , bloody , exhausted and severley dehydrated wandering the boundaries of my pack and i decided to help you , we are not here to hurt you in any way.'' humphrey sat quietly for a while thinking of his next move when a howl rang out from the distance.
