Darkness Rising Part 3 of 5

Previously on Transformers Prime Shattered Glass

Megatron:It is best that you three remain under our watch.

Optimus Prime:Gaze upon Dark Energon.

Bumblebee:It is also said that it holds the power to...raise the dead.

Wingthing:Megatron, Wildspark's life signal has appeared back online!

Megatron:Let's find Wildspark.

Airachnid:Wild!

Knock Out:What is this?

Airachnid:I don't know Knock Out but Wild was covered in it and he was leaking it too.

Ratchet:Optimus, wait! Not your spark chamber! Dark energon has never been fully studied, its properties have never been unlocked. You don't know what it will do!

Airachnid was at a stop sign, Jack was riding, helmet on.

"Hold tight, Jack." Airachnid suddenly warned.

Jack barely registered the words when Steelstrike suddenly accelerated, taking off up the road while performing a wheelie.

The boy chuckled, noticing a change in the two wheeler's behavior. "Whoa, what's with you, Airachnid?"

The Decepticon stopped performing the wheelie. "Thought you might actually enjoy the ride if we weren't getting shot at." Airachnid explained.

Jack smiled underneath his helmet. "Oh, bring it." He said with determination.

Not too far away, Ravage was at the top of a rocky hill.

"Ready, set…" Miko eagerly began.

"Uh, Miko, I'm supposed to be protecting you, and I'm not sure this qualifies." Ravage said.

"Ravage, I'm holding onto a robot jaguar with moves which means that I'm protected." Miko assured the female Minicon.

"Okay, if you said it, here goes nothing." Ravage said as she began to run down the hill.

The only thing that came next was Miko and Ravage screaming in excitement. Meanwhile a bit away, Breakdown, with Raf inside, playing a video game. He was winning, but at the last moment Breakdown pulled up in front of Raf and won.

"Awww." Raf groaned in defeat.

"Yeah, I won. I'm the best driver on the field and in video games." Breakdown exclaimed.

Raf chuckled. "No fair, Break. You've been driving a lot longer than I have."

Meanwhile at the Nemesis, this time, it was Knock Out who was studying the purple ooze. He had managed to convince Shockwave to take a break, for the scientist had been analyzing it for quite a while.

"As much as I like our new little friends, it is nice to have some peace and quiet." Knock Out confessed as he looked into the microscope. He then heard metal clatter onto the floor. "Huh?" The medic said before he looked around for the source of the noise. When he saw nothing, he went back to studying the purple substance. But he heard another noise, this time being a rapid metallic tapping. Once again, Knock Out looked away from the microscope. "Guys?" He said, but then gasped in shock when he saw a small metallic spider-like creature making a bee line for him. "By the Allspark!"

It jumped at him, but he was quick to throw it out of the way. But it went for another try again. He changed his hands for buzz saws and tried to slice the creature, but it avoided the saws swinging, it hid behind the microscope and cut it in half.

"HEY, I JUST BUFFED THAT!" He yelled.

The creature leapt into the air and prepared to attack him again, but a laser bolt blasted the creature out of the air. Knock Out turned to the shooter and his savior was Shockwave. "Nice shot." The medic complimented, while Shockwave nodded. Knock Out turned back to the little creature and saw was getting up, so he quickly stomped down on it. "And stay broken."

It was at that moment Megatron, Starscream, Stinger, Steve, Soundwave, Laserbeak, Rumble, Frenzy, Ratbat, Buzzsaw, Garboil, Wingthing, Howlback, Glit, Enemy, Flipside, Overkill and Slugfest came rushing in. "We heard a shot go off, what happened?" Starscream inquired.

"That." Knock Out pointed to the now destroyed metal spider.

"It seems the substance we found on Airachnid brought this equipment to life." Shockwave said.

"What kind of substance could cause that?" Starscream questioned.

"I have an idea." Megatron began. "Dark Energon." He was then met with nineteen shocked faces.

Meanwhile inside the Hyperion, the Autobot leader had finished absorbing the dark substance, and was still in his normal state except that his body color changed from purple and blue to black and blue and his optic color changed from blood red to toxic green. Optimus growled in satisfaction. He had long since stopped twitching and grunting. The blood of Unicron now flowed through him. The power was intoxicating and potent. He felt like he could take on all the Decepticons at once. Yes, he now knows what to do.

"Optimus, are you alright, my liege?" Bumblebee asked.

"I can feel it; it's as if the blood of Unicron flows through my veins. As if I hear his very thoughts. Now I know what I must do, but I require a testing ground. Fortunately, I know where to do that." Optimus said, taking another shard.

"And what can we do to assist you, master?" Ratchet asked.

"Remain in your posts. Continue energon recovery and await my commands." Optimus said as he went to the ship's hanger and jumped to Earth's surface. Just before landing, he turned into a new vehicle, an Earth heavy semi-trailer truck with the same black and blue colors.

Inside the ship, Ultra Magnus was watching Optimus drive off through the monitor and believed that this was his chance.

"Autobots, I fear that when Optimus has reached from the stars, he came down with a touch of madness."

"Do you believe that Dark Energon has affected his mind?" Bulkhead asked.

"From my point of view, Optimus Prime has not been in sound judgment since his return. We must increase global surveillance." Magnus answered.

"Remain in your posts. Continue energon recovery and await my commands." Blaster replayed Optimus's last words.

"I heard him!" Magnus stated firmly. "But, if Megatron lives, I believe it's in our master's best interest that we ensure her enemies' destruction." He finished, clenching his servo.

"Optimus didn't order us anything related to that, we have our orders." Bee replied.

"Consider this an extra duty, and if we do it fine maybe our master will reward us properly by our service. So, begin the proper operations to find our enemies."

"Well, we lose nothing by trying." Prowl added.

"Fine, but don't say we didn't warn you." Ratchet said before returning back to his laboratory.

Meanwhile inside the Nemesis, the Decepticons were placing the dead creature inside a container cylinder to dispose of it.

"If the residue Airachnid found on Wildspark brought your broken equipment to life, it would stand to reason that the very same substance brought Wildspark back from the dead." Megatron deduced.

"That could explain his signal coming back online." Laserbeak theorized.

"Indeed." Starscream agreed. "But Dark Energon?" Before joining the Decepticons, the Seeker had been a scientist, studying the various varieties of energon, including the supposed blood of Unicron. "It's so rare it can be considered nonexistent. What would it be doing on Earth?"

"It was transported by Optimus." Megatron answered.

"For what logical purpose?" Shockwave asked.

"To conquer this world, and every other planet, with an army of the undead." Megatron answered.

"Well, Prime will need to break quite a few toaster ovens. I mean, besides us and his own soldiers, where on this world would he find that many cybertronian dead?" Starscream questioned.

Before Megatron could answer, Soundwave opened the groundbridge and the 3 other Decepticons returned with the 3 children, all of them very cheerful.

"That was awesome." Jack said to Airachnid.

"Can we go again?" Raf asked Breakdown.

"Sweet!" Miko shouted.

"Decepticons, prepare to…!" Megatron began until he saw the humans.

"Rise up?" Airachnid concluded.

"Remain here." Megatron corrected. "Starscream, Shockwave, you'll come with me. Soundwave, we'll be outside of communications range for some time. So I'm putting you in charge." He concluded as Soundwave nodded.

"Megatron, with all due respect, playing bodyguard is one thing but babysitting is another. Besides, Shockwave hasn't been on the field since the fall of the Nemesis." Airachnid protested.

"My combat skills may be lacking, but my auditory skills are sharp as ever!" Shockwave shouted.

"It seems that for the moment it will only be reconnaissance." Starscream added.

"Then why do I hear an edge in your voice?" Airachnid questioned, noticing said edge.

"Airachnid, much has changed in the last 24 hours, and we all need to adapt. Soundwave, bridge us out." Megatron said while Soundwave opened the ground bridge portal. The 3 Decepticons went through it and disappeared.

"Ok chief, so… what's on the activities list?" Jack asked to Soundwave.

"(Knock Out, Stinger, Steve the three of you will go on patrol)" Soundwave chattered as he opened up a groundbridge portal.

"Understood." The three Decepticons said as they transformed into their alt modes and went through the ground bridge and disappeared causing Soundwave to close it and turn his attention back to Breakdown, Airachnid and his minicons.

"(The seventeen of us will look after the kids)" He chattered but then the green lighted alarm blared.

"It's the short range comms. Hide!" Breakdown said.

The kids hurried and hid behind the scottish Stunticon's leg. The groundbridge opened and out came a furious Fowler.

"Megatron!" He shouted.

"Agent Fowler, Megatron's not here. Nobody's here, except me, Airachnid, Soundwave and the minicons of course." Breakdown said.

"Well, where is he?" Fowler demanded. "Don't tell me he went to pancake a mini mall." During this, Breakdown subtly shifted in his position, attempting to conceal the children. "Now, I don't know what language you Cons speak on your planet, but Megatron said he would handle the Autobots under the radar, and blowing up a carter sky high in the middle of British Columbia is not what the word handle means in English, so you tell Megatron…" Slade pointed a finger at Breakdown but trailed off when he noticed that the Scottish Stunticon was hiding something behind his leg. "Ok, what are you hiding behind your leg?"

The seventeen Decepticons optics widened. Knowing that they've been made, Jack, Miko, and Raf emerged from their hiding spot. "Hey. How are you doing?" Jack waved.

"CIVILIANS! CHILDREN! WHAT, BY UNCLE SAM'S STAR-SPANGLED-HAT, DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!" Agent Fowler shouted very angrily.

"Oh scrap." Breakdown dreaded.

"Now I don't know what 'KEEP A LOW PROFILE' or 'DON'T ATTRACT ATTENTION' means on your planet either, but here on Earth, that means AVOIDING CIVILIANS, NOT 'LET'S GIVE THREE CHILDREN THE RUN OF YOUR TOP SECRET ALIEN BASE'. So what's your amazing explanation? What possible reason do you have for endangering three children?!" Fowler questioned.

"We're not children! We're interns." Jack made up.

"Student interns." Raf added.

"Earning extra credit in auto shop." Jack continued.

"And robotics." Miko finished.

Fowler wasn't buying it. "Okay." He began walking towards them. "All three of you are coming with me. Protective custody, it's for your own safety."

But Soundwave stomped his foot between Fowler and the kids. "(THEY'RE STAYING. THEY'VE BEEN ATTACKED BY THE AUTOBOTS, AND PAST EXPERIENCE TELLS MEGATRON THAT MAGNUS IS HIGHLY LIKELY TO TARGET THEM AGAIN. WITH US THEY AT LEAST HAVE OUR PROTECTION, MEGATRON DOUBTS YOUR PEOPLE COULD PROVIDE THE SAME LEVEL OF SECURITY. MEGATRON CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE LEAVE THEIR FATE IN YOUR HANDS, FOWLER.)" Soundwave chattered but Fowler could not understand him.

"What did he say?" Fowler questioned Laserbeak.

"He said 'they're staying. They've been attacked by the autobots, and past experience tells Megatron that Magnus is highly likely to target them again. With us they at least have our protection, Megatron doubts your people could provide the same level of security. Megatron cannot in good conscience leave their fate in your hands, Fowler'." Laserbeak translated.

"So that's how it's going to be is it? We'll see what the pentagon has to say about this. Open the bridge, I've got a report to make." Fowler demanded.

"(LASERBEAK, DO AS HE ASKS)." Soundwave chattered.

"Okay Soundwave." Said Laserbeak as she pulled the lever that activated the groundbridge.

"You haven't heard the last of this, Cons." Fowler said as he went through the groundbridge and then it closed.

"Scrap." Breakdown said, knowing what would come next.

Meanwhile Megatron, Starscream and Shockwave were in the middle of a deserted canyon.

"Lord Megatron, what exactly do we hope to find here?" Starscream asked.

"This canyon houses the sight of the largest and fiercest cybertronian battle in this galaxy." Megatron's answer surprised the others. A previous battle between Decepticons and Autobots with Earth as its battlefield?

"Here on Earth? Seriously?" Starscream inquired in disbelief. There were other planets that were more connected to Cybertron than Earth, or so the Seeker believed.

"Do any of you remember when we began to hide our energon supply off-world, with the Autobots doing the same?" Megatron asked them.

"Of course, it is the reason why energon deposits exist on planets such as this one." Shockwave replied.

"The same reason conflicts have been waged on said worlds." Megatron said. "And I fear that Optimus's memory is as long as history." He finished grimly.

Agent Fowler in his helicopter slowly ascended into the sky. He briefly and angrily glanced back down at the lake where the Nemesis sat before flying off. This new development would not sit well with his superiors at the Pentagon. Not at all. It could potentially cost Fowler his job, and the agent was not okay with that.

He tapped a button on the control console and got connected with his boss. "Sir, this is agent Fowler. We have a situation. I'm en route from the Nemesis. I'll brief you in person." He said, flying off toward his destination.

Unbeknownst to Fowler, his transmission was being intercepted by Blaster. "This is agent Fowler. I'm en route from the Nemesis. I'll brief you in person." The brother of Soundwave replayed the words to Ultra Magnus, whose interest peaked to its highest.

"The Nemesis, huh?" Ultra Magnus said, chuckling. "Humans." He then pulled Ratchet up on the monitor. "Ratchet! Have Sundor bring me this agent Fowler, so we can have a conversation about our mutual friends."

"Fine." Said Ratchet.

"Go Sundor and abduct that human." Ratchet said as he released Sundor from her cage and she flew off to find agent Fowler.

Speaking of which, Fowler continued the rather peaceful flight… that is until the helicopter's radar picked up something. "Huh?" He muttered. He looked ahead and saw Sundor flying right at him. "What the hell?!" Fowler shouted.

He had just barely managed to avoid a head on collision with the bird like Minicon. "Seems like I got a bogey on my tail." Fowler mused.

He accelerated his speed and flew throughout the canyon, swerving around the large rock pillars. Sunder caught up and nicked the side of Fowler's helicopter, causing it to spin. Fortunately, the agent was able to stabilize the aircraft. He was not only a hardened soldier, but an experienced pilot as well. He flew toward a rock wall, before pulling the throttle, allowing him to ascend the wall before continuing onward, Sundor following.

Fowler smirked as a plan formed. He had an advantage over his enemy; he could slow down better. So as soon as he was on the other side of the wall, Fowler dropped his speed, and just like he planned, Sundor flew over him. The chase has now reversed itself, with Fowler now pursuing Sundor.

"The prey has now become the predator." Fowler smirked. "And here's my early Christmas gift to you, Struct." He finished before using the helicopter's chain gun and opened fire on Sundor. The chase went on, and although Fowler managed to land some hits on Sundor, it seemed the bullets did nothing to affect the Minicon.

Eventually, the helicopter's chain gun overheated. Sundor took her chance and flew upward before diving back down and sliced off the helicopter's tail.

"Where's a Decepticon when you need one?" Fowler asked himself.

Sundor approached the falling aircraft and deployed her talons. Fowler was attempting to hit the SOS button, but the turbulence was making it quite difficult. Adding to that, Sundor's talons broke through the windshield, and Fowler did his best to fight them off, but it was no use. Sundor pulled Fowler out of the helicopter, but the agent managed to hit the SOS button at the last second.

With her mission complete, Sundor flew back to the Hyperion with her captive, so Ultra Magnus can have a chat about where the Decepticons dwell.

Back at the Nemesis, things have been rather quiet since Fowler's tense departure. Then another alarm went off, breaking the silence.

"My ears!" Raf complained.

"It's an SOS. From Fowler." Laserbeak said.

Soundwave tried to see what was happening, but the alarm went off very fast.

There was a brief silence, then Raf broke it. "Did Soundwave trace it?"

"The location scan was incomplete." Said Laserbeak.

"Tough luck." Breakdown shrugged.

"Tough luck? Seriously, Breakdown?" Jack demanded, surprised that Breakdown would let something like this slide.

"Fowler is a jerk." Airachnid retorted.

"Whoa, look whether you guys like that guy or not, the Autobots may have him." Miko shot back.

"And Agent Fowler knows your location." Raf said, then gulped when a horrible realization washed over him. "Our location."

"And did you not see how fast Fowler backs down from a Con? The Bots will totally make him squeal!" Jack added.

"But we lost the transmission, Fowler could be anywhere." Breakdown reminded.

After Miko pulled out her new laptop, she began. "Maybe I can narrow it down." She then sat on the floor. "About five years ago, the government started microchipping their agents, you know, like owners do with pets." When there was silence, the teenage girl looked up to see nineteen surprised faces. "What? I saw it on TV. Anyway, if I can hack into the Fed's mainframe, maybe I can pinpoint Fowler's location."

"You know how to hack? But you look like… nine years old." Jack said, impressed.

"Fifthteen." Miko corrected.

Meanwhile, Fowler was in the worst place of all: in the interrogation room of the Autobot warship.

"One Decepticon ally, as you requested, commander." Prowl said as he dropped Fowler to the floor.

"Welcome aboard the Hyperion, Agent Fowler." Ultra Magnus began. "You should be honored. You're the first human to be on this ship."

Fowler sat up and brushed off his sleeve. "You treat all your guests this way?"

Magnus chuckled before turning around to face Fowler. "Any and all friends of the Decepticons."

"Decepticons?" Fowler asked, pretending he had no idea who they are. "Oh, you mean those new next generation arcade games?"

Magnus raised an optic ridge before growling in annoyance. "Let me be crystal clear about something, fleshing. I have no tolerance for human humor." He diverted his attention to the Vehibot. "See to it that our guest is made comfortable." He commanded before walking away.

Fowler turned around and gave the approaching Vehibot a glare.

Meanwhile at the Nemesis, Miko was in the process of triangulating Fowler's location. "Latitude thirty nine point five. Longitude hundred sixteen point nine." She said as she typed away on the laptop.

Soundwave then opened the groundbridge for Airachnid and Breakdown to go and rescue Fowler.

"Come on Breakdown! Let's go!" Said Airachnid.

"Sure, sure, why ah you in sucha rush?" Breakdown said.

"Keep the comms open Soundwave." Airachnid said as she and Breakdown transformed into their alt modes and disappeared into the groundbridge to find Fowler.

"Cool." Jack said as he ran for the groundbridge.

"Jack!" Raf said as he ran after him.

The two boys disappeared into the vortex and then it closed but Miko, Soundwave and the Minicons didn't know.

"Guess the fifteen of us will have to look after you three." Ravage said but then noticed that only Miko was there. "Wait, where are Jack and Raf?"

Then they looked at the groundbridge and that's when they realized. "Oh, scrap." They all cursed.

The ground bridge portal opened up, and Breakdown and Airachnid came out of it and transformed into their robot modes. "Fowler?" Breakdown called out, but froze when he and Airachnid saw a familiar vessel. "Oh scrap." Airachnid murmured as she and Breakdown hid behind some rocks. "The whole Autobot shebang. This is gonna be messy."

They saw at least a dozen Vehibots on the ground, patrolling for potential trouble. Then they quickly moved and hid behind another large rock. Breakdown followed a Vehicon with his optics. He was about to make his move, until…

"Alright!" A familiar voice shouted, causing Breakdown and Airachnid to widen their optics and look to where the voice came from. To their dismay, they saw Jack and Raf. "What's the plan?"

"Jack! Raf!" Breakdown said shocked. He gave them a signal to remain quiet. But it was too late; an Autobot tank discovered the two human boys and aimed his weapon at them.

"Halt in the name of Optimus Prime, you worthless insects!" he said.

"Oh, unwise." Raf said.

"Jack, Raf, run!" Breakdown yelled.

The two boys managed to evade the shot, and before the Autobot could fire again Breakdown and Airachnid tackled him. The three robots began fighting, Breakdown using his fists and the Autobot trying to immobilize him and shot him with his cannon on the back. Finally, Breakdown managed to control his enemy and stay away from the cannon.

Jack, with a rock in his hands, came toward the pinned Autobot. "Hold him still!" He proclaimed before raising the rock high into the air and brought it down on the helm of the Autobot, but it bounced off. Airachnid grabbed Jack and slid him behind a rock where Raf was hiding behind.

The three mechs stood up and a contest of strength ensued, neither willing to give in. "Jack, Raf, look away!" Breakdown shouted, not wanting them to see what he's about to do.

"But…" Jack began.

"I said look away!" Breakdown repeated.

Jack looked away but Raf didn't as he witnessed Breakdown rip the cannon off the Autobot's back and nail it in its spark chamber.

"Whoa." Raf said, witnessing it all.

Breakdown and Airachnid allowed the Autobot to fall to the ground. "This is definitely not a two Con job." Said Breakdown.

Meanwhile Knock Out, Stinger, and Steve were still on patrol. Their time out had been rather uneventful and quiet. A few words have been exchanged every once and a while, but an actual conversation had yet to occur.

"Knock Out, Stinger, and Steve, do you read?" Came Breakdown's somewhat panicked voice through the com-link.

"Read you loud and clear partner." Knock Out responded.

"Airachnid and I are in a bit of a mess." Breakdown said.

"Breakdown, they're children, humans. Just do whatever." Stinger replied. However, Breakdown's next words caused all three Decepticons to slam their brakes. "WHAT?!"

Meanwhile at the Nemesis, Miko, Soundwave and the Minicons were still shocked that Jack and Raf followed Breakdown and Airachnid into an obviously dangerous situation. "What do we do? Breakdown and Airachnid may not even realize they followed them?" Miko was the first to speak.

"Jack is drawn to danger like a Scraplet to cyber-matter and Raf hasn't seen the Bots in action like you and Jack have. They have no idea." Ravage said.

Raf typed away on a nearby terminal and noticed that coordinates were still plugged in. "Those are the coordinates. Their destination's still locked in."

Then Soundwave opened the groundbridge. Then he opened his chest for his fourteen Minicons. Then Minicons except Ravage transformed into their cassette modes and went into Soundwave's chest while Ravage looked back at Miko.

"Miko, you're in charge." She said as she transformed into her cassette mode and went into Soundwave's chest.

Soundwave then closed his chest and walked to the groundbridge.

"In charge of who?" Miko yelled as Soundwave disappeared into the vortex and then it closed.

But unfortunately Miko had other ideas. Using all her might she was able to pull the lever and activate the groundbridge. Then she jumped off the console and ran to the vortex. As soon as she vanished, the groundbridge closed again just as Knock Out's voice came through the computer terminal.

"Knock Out to Nemesis, come in. Miko? Listen, we need Soundwave to bridge us back. Hello?"

"No answer?" Steve knowingly asked.

"Nada, it seems that there is no one at the Nemesis." Knock Out replied.

"What do we do now?" asked Stinger.

Knock Out sighed. "Boys, metal to the pedal." With that said, the three Decepticons revved up their engines and took off back toward their base at high speed.

Inside the interrogation room of the Hyperion, Fowler was chained up around the arms and hanging from the ceiling, accompanied by Ultra Magnus and a couple of Autobot soldiers.

"Agent Slade." Ultra Magnus began, circling around the man like a predator. "I have just one question. Answer it correctly, and I'll spare your family the trouble of grieving." The Autobot second in command then stopped and placed his hook underneath Fowler's chin, forcing the man to look into Magnus's red optics. "Tell me. Where are the Decepticons?"

"That won't be a problem, but I need to ask you something first." Fowler requested as Magnus removed his hook.

"What exactly?" questioned Ultra Magnus.

"I have an issue with the customer service around here. Can I speak to a manager?" Fowler asked casually, as if he's in a restaurant. This wasn't his first time being held captive. He knew how to stall an interrogation and buy time for a rescue he knew was coming.

"RRRRGGGG, I told you that I don't have patience with your games, and no one has more authority than me! Electrify the chains!" Magnus groaned.

An Autobot soldier turned a dial and the chains were covered with electricity, but it seems that they affect Fowler only a little.

"Is that the best that you got?" Fowler said, challengingly.

"Oh, so you are a very resistant human, the hardest to bow down, my favorite ones. Bring the energon prod." Magnus answered.

Meanwhile, Breakdown, Raf, Airachnid and Jack were still waiting outside the Hyperion for help.

"What's taking them so fragging long?" The Scottish Stunticon voiced his thoughts.

"Dude, the Bots could be putting the claims on Fowler right now. Let's just storm the joint." Jack suggested.

It was at that moment a ground bridge opened up nearby. "Ah, finally." Breakdown said in relief. But it was short lived when he saw it was not Steve, Knock Out, and Stinger who came out, but it was Soundwave.

"Soundwave?! What are yah doing here?" Breakdown said.

"(THE MINICONS AND I CAME TO HELP YOU.)" Soundwave chattered.

"And you left Miko back at the Nemesis?" Airachnid asked.

"(DON'T WORRY SHE'S FINE.)" Soundwave chattered.

But when they heard the sound of someone coming out of the groundbridge they looked and saw Miko.

"You were saying." Airachnid said as Soundwave facepalmed.

"Woau, are my bones vibrating?" Miko spoke about ground bridge travel.

The Japanese girl was shocked in front of her, the giant Autobot spaceship.

"You there, don't move!" The Autobot squad leader ordered.

Soon Miko's excitement became fear when she noticed the Autobot soldiers on the top of the ship aiming at her, some of them even controlling some outside turrets of the ship.

"Scrap/Scrap." Breakdown, Raf, Airachnid, Jack and Soundwave cursed at the same time.

Meanwhile, Fowler was still inside the interrogation room with Ultra Magnus.

"I will not ask again." Magnus warned dangerously as he approached Fowler. "Where are the Decepticons' location?"

"I'll tell you, pal. Right after you kiss my ass." Fowler sneered. Magnus activated the device in his servo and it cackled with electricity. He inched the device closer to Fowler and as soon as it made contact, the agent yelled out in pain.

"Just as I thought. Human nerves and energon don't mix very well." Magnus quipped darkly before he moved the device away from Fowler.

The agent spat on the floor and looked at Magnus in the optics. "Is that the best you can do?" He challenged.

"Oh, this is going to be fun." Magnus said menacingly.

Meanwhile in the desert canyon, the Decepticon trio discovered a giant mass of dead Cybertronians; there were about four-hundred seventy-six of them. Sixty-eight Autobot soldiers that looked like Sideswipe from War for Cybertron: Siege. Sixty-eight Autobot soldiers that looked like Mirage from War for Cybertron: Siege. Sixty-eight Autobot soldiers that looked like Ironhide from War for Cybertron: Siege. Sixty-eight Autobot soldiers that looked like Hound from War for Cybertron: Siege. Sixty-eight Decepticon soldiers that looked like Barricade from War for Cybertron: Siege. Sixty-eight Decepticon soldiers that looked like the Reflectors from War for Cybertron: Siege. And sixty-eight Decepticon Seekers from War for Cybertron: Siege.

"For the first time in my life, lord Megatron, I had hoped that you were wrong." Starscream expressed.

Suddenly, they noticed a driving sound coming from the top of the cliff. Right there, they saw a heavy truck which turned into the nemesis of Megatron.

"Well, well. Megatron, been well? I see you brought your blind loyal second in command and your rusty scientist. I believed that with his limited vision and only one useful hand he would be rusting in a scrapyard by now." The Autobot warlord said.

"You must know that cybertronian tanks don't break up very easily." Shockwave said, pointing his cannon at Optimus.

"Why don't you invite him down here for a check-up?" Starscream said, pointing his missiles at him too.

"I know why you're here, Optimus." Megatron said, taking a few steps forward.

"Hardly a surprise, Megatron. After all, you and I have been playing this little game of the protector and the conqueror for a very long time. But today, you shall meet your end!" Optimus declared before he threw his toxic green shard at the center of the battle field.

Soon the whole entire area was being consumed by the power of the Dark Energon.

"Rise, my unstoppable legion!" Optimus exclaimed as his body started glowing toxic green.

By his will, the corpses of the dead began to arise, displaying their weapons as if the battle never ended. They all groaned and hissed as they approached the three Decepticons.

"By the Allspark…" Starscream said terrified from the vision, the same as Shockwave while Megatron looked in horror at Optimus.

"He has revived them. It defies science." Shockwave said.

"BEHOLD, THE POWER OF THE BLOOD OF UNICRON!" Optimus roared as his new undead army continued their advance toward the three Decepticons.
