Lusamine still had one question left. "Not to change the topic so quickly master, but what's with the change in suits, where did you find that?" Andre mentally slapped himself, he completely forgot to tell them right when he returned. "Of course, how could I forget? Thank you Lusamine. I felt like it was time to ditch the old group, Team Rocket doesn't really suit us anymore. So girls, I would like to introduce you to our new group. Team Hypno!" With a snap of his fingers, the girls' uniforms all changed, it still had the black color, however, they quickly realized that the logo in the middle had a complete makeover. No longer was there a giant red R, instead it had a purple swirl with two Hypno ears poking out the top. There was also a pendulum on a string at the bottom of the swirl, but it could be interrupted the wrong way from a distance. "So, what do you think ladies?" Serena was the first to respond "You were right master, this just does feel right, no longer will we be tied to the phony Giovanni." The others nodded to agree with the statement, Andre smiled before looking to see where Arceus went, that was when he realized nothing had changed around the base. "Silly me, I'm still getting used to these powers." With a couple claps, the changes were made to the rest of the island, with the symbols being added to equipment, banners, and uniforms of other grunts. Andre looked satisfied, knowing that there was one thing left to hear. "Alright ladies, let me hear you loud and clear, who are you?" All the girls smirked, timing it just right, they saluted while saying in unison "We are part of Team Hypno! Our loyalty and bodies belong to our great and powerful master! All hail lord Andre!" He smirked at what he just heard "Very good girls. Now I think it's time we go global with our reign."
Three weeks later
Team Hypno began to make its way through the rest of the regions. Most of them, already down all of their top trainers and champions, quickly surrendered and acknowledged Andre was the true leader. However, that didn't stop the newly appointed God from using his powers, putting them entirely under his control. At this point: Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, Unova, Kalos, and Alola were all under the rule of Team Hypno. That left only one region, while the others gave up, Galar was not willing to lay down. After hearing about the loss of his brother, Hop was going to make sure the region he grew up in was not going to go down without a fight. However, Andre was looking to make a statement, deciding to do a live stream of his invasion of Galar. "To anyone that has escaped my grasp and is looking to revolt, your attempts will be futile. For I am the ruler of this world, and all will bow to my power!" And with a simple downward motion of the arm, almost a quarter of the region was blown to bits. Soon after, Galar waved the white flag, making Andre the official emperor of the pokemon world.
But with all these regions to tend to, he would never be able to satisfy all of his loyal subjects, so he needed to delegate the roles. Each region would get their own ruler, someone the people could look up to. Luckily, Andre had a group of dependent slaves he knew could be up to the task. With that, each girl would be given a region: Dawn her home region of Sinnoh, Serena had Kalos, Cynthia was given Johto, May had the rights to Hoenn, Lusamine took control of Alola, Lillie was sent to Unova, and for their punishment for resistance, Galar had to deal with the wrath of Arceus. But that left one region, Andre didn't really have anyone he trusted enough to take over Kanto. While pondering what to do, Dawn came to him with a recommendation. "Excuse me master, but I have an idea. Do you remember the girl I fought during the battle at Alola?"
Two months later

They were currently in the middle of listening to Lillie talk about the updates in terms of a recent breakthrough. However, she was cut off by the door being slammed open, Misty made her way inside walking to her chair. "I'm so sorry master! I completely lost track of time and then I had to run over here. Pl-" Andre put his hand up, making Misty stop in her tracks, shaking at how afraid she was "Misty, please have a seat, we can talk about your tardiness later." Misty nodded and sat down while taking her files and pen out. "Arlight Lillie, you may continue." Lillie smiled before she began speaking again "Like I was saying, me and my scientist are close to finishing a brand new machine. With this machine, we believe that it will allow us to travel to different universes. Think about it master, why stop at being the ruler of this universe when you can control them all." Andre's interest peaked at what Lillie was saying at the end, he did feel a little bored at the moment, still he had some questions "So will I have the ability to go back and forth between this universe and others with no issues?" Lillie scratched her head "We're still figuring out the details master, but that is our hope, we wouldn't want you to be stuck with no way back." While that wasn't the answer he wanted to hear, he still liked the overall concept "Very well, continue your work on that and keep me updated as soon as possible." Lillie saluted before sitting back down, allowing the next person to speak.
Eventually, everyone updated Andre on what was going on in their region, most had nothing new except for some small revolts that were quickly destroyed. Once it got back to Andre, he spoke "Alright, does anyone have anything else they would like to say?" He waited a couple of seconds to see if anyone would speak, once he got no response, he continued "Sounds good, now ladies, I think you know what time it is?"
