Animal_Genius: I AM SO SORRY THAT THESE CHAPTERS ARE SOOOOOO SHORT. I WILL TRY TO MAKE THEM LONGER IN THE FUTURE.
Sasuke: Just admit it. You're lazy.
Animal_Genius: AM NOT.
Sasuke: ARE TOO.
Gaara: Guys, break it up. Please review!
I woke up, feeling nervous. Today was the day of the exams deciding whether or not we passed this school. I needed to get out of this torturous place, I don't think I could survive if I didn't. I got ready for the day by first wrapping a cloth around my neck, and tucking my dark brown hair into a ponytail.
My nightmares were becoming less and less frequent, and I was relieved by that fact.
I rubbed my sapphire blue eyes to get rid of any leftover weariness from yesterday's more intense training, and walked to The Academy.
As soon as I walked in, Ino Yamanaka and Sakura Haruno came racing in.
I stepped back to avoid getting trampled over and watched them in confusion. They were always competing.
I just internally shrugged and went to find a seat in the corner, away from people. I really didn't know how to interact with people that well; I just preferred not to. That didn't mean I was weak. Anyone who challenged me would find out.
As soon as Ino and Sakura got into the classroom, they started fighting about who would sit next to Sasuke.
"Sasuke this, Sasuke that," I mocked them underneath my breath.
I really didn't know what the appeal was. I mean sure, he had his looks going on okay, but he was an A-class jerk! He was emo, had no reaction or emotion to anything at all, and thought other people were beneath him.
In other words, he was an arrogant emo robot, and the only girl, other than me, who didn't like him was Hinata, though she seemed to have a thing for Naruto, a hyperactive boy with spiky blonde hair that liked to blow away my eardrums with his yelling.
Speaking of the latter, Naruto was right now on top of Sasuke's desk, staring down at him, competition in his eyes.
I sighed. Poor Hinata. Naruto seemed to like Sakura, although I had no idea what he saw in her,—Hinata had a much better personality—and was completely oblivious to Hinata's feelings towards him.
My thoughts were suddenly cut short when a loud gasp came from Naruto and Sasuke's direction.
I looked up just in time to see someone, accidentally, push Naruto straight into Sasuke, and I saw their lips press together in an accidental kiss.
"NARUTO!" Sakura screeched, "You are so dead."
I couldn't help but let out a quiet chuckle, it was hilarious.
I watched in amusement as Sakura and the rest of the girls beat Naruto up and Sasuke as he tried to get rid of the germs in his mouth.
Suddenly, Iruka-sensei walked in, and the room went silent.
