It Was You (Sasuke x Reader)

Chitsuki Tsugime was a broken child. Her family was torn away from her, and she was left all alone... So alone. That all changed, however, and it started on her last day of the ninja academy. She now has the chance to find friends, a family, and maybe something a little more than that in the shape of Sasuke Uchiha. Rated T for violence, some gore, and some suggestive scenes.

5. Chapter 5

Naruto and Animal_Genius: BE NICE.

Naruto: Review Please!

The next morning I went to class, a little more nervous than usual, as today we would be picking out groups, and I just hoped I wouldn't get anybody too annoying.

When I entered class, I was pleasantly surprised to see Naruto sitting there too.

"You passed?" I said excitedly, "Great job!"

Naruto nodded, proudly adjusting his headband. "That's right. I passed. Believe it!"

I grinned a little bit and went to my usual seat.

"As you all know," Iruka-sensei announced, "Today we'll sort you all into teams. Because there is an uneven number among you guys, one team will have four people.

"Team 7 is Naruto Uzumaki."

Naruto beamed proudly.

"Sakura Haruno."

Naruto cheered while Sakura spirits visibly sank.

"Sasuke Uchiha."

Sakura cheered loudly while Naruto slumped down on his desk.

"And Chitsuki Tsugime."

I turned to see how the other three reacted to me being on their team. Naruto looked happy enough, Sakura was analysing me, probably to see if I was any competition to her "dearest Sasuke," and Sasuke just appeared uninterested. Per usual.

As I kept listening, I fidgeted with the cloth around my neck, a habit I had gained.

Iruka-sensei continued on with the teams, Team 8 was Kiba Inuzuka and Amakaru, Shino Aburame, and Hinata Hyuuga. Team 10 was Choji Akamichi, Ino Yamanaka, and Shikamaru Nara. Soon, we will be meeting our squad leaders.
