For the remainder of the honeymoon, Leonidas and Lucinda had all the fun and relaxation they desired and even learned how to fish for ocean fish during that time. On the morning of the day they were to head back to Hyrule Castle, the couple packed their things, thanked the people of Gryo Village for the hospitality and went in a carriage that arrived shortly after to pick them up.

"Well that was an enjoyable honeymoon," said Lucinda, feeling full of energy after a little while of riding.

"I agree," replied Leonidas, who felt relaxed, "I can't wait to tell Mother how it went.

A couple of hours later, Leonidas and Lucinda both noticed someone who appeared to be a male child looking like he was hurt running toward them.

"Someone please," asked the child in desperation, "Save my village!"

Leonidas told the carriage driver to stop the carriage and once it stopped, both he and Lucinda got off to talk to the child.

"What's the matter," asked Lucinda to the child with worry, "Why are you alone, hurt and seeking help?"

"Bandits are attacking my village, Apago," said the child, "They came out of nowhere and are causing destruction and hurting everyone."

"I can't believe it," said Leonidas in shock, "Bandits in this peaceful time?" "How could this happen?"

"We'll wonder about that later," said Lucinda, "For now we should go to Apago Village and save as much of it as we can." "It's a good thing we brought our swords with us."

"Agreed," said Leonidas.

"You should find Apago Village easily by following the smoke over there," explained the child, "By the way, my name is Mack."

"Thanks for the info Mack," thanked Leonidas, "Please stay here until we deal with the bandits."

"I was wondering what that smoke I saw was about," said Lucinda right after she and Leonidas grabbed their swords and followed the smoke to the village.

After a few minutes of running, Leonidas and Lucinda arrived at Apago Village where they saw right away lots of people running for their lives. A second later, a bandit showed up and noticed them.

"Well it seems that two heroes think they can save the day," said the bandit while charging to Leonidas and Lucinda with a sword in hand, "No way you will put up much of a fight."

The bandit then tried to attack Lucinda but she quickly swung her sword with lots of strength which disarmed the bandit.

"Tell us what we need to know about you and the other bandits and you'll be spared," demanded Lucinda while pointing her sword at the disarmed bandit.

"There are twenty of us," explained the bandit cowering in fear, "The boss is in the main area of the village."

"Then in that case, we should go to the main area and take down the bandit leader," said Leonidas with Lucinda agreeing

The bandit then ran away once Lucinda lowered her sword and right after, Leonidas and Lucinda went right to the main area of the village where they noticed someone they assumed was the bandit leader commanding six other bandits until he noticed them.

"And who are you supposed to be," asked the bandit leader to Leonidas and Lucinda, "Seeing as you're armed, you must have somehow learned of us and thought of stopping us."

"We won't let you harm this village," said Leonidas in anger, "We will beat you and then take you into custody at Hyrule Castle."

"I don't know what connection you have to the castle but it won't happen," replied the bandit leader, "Get them!"

The six other bandits brought out their swords and attacked but Leonidas and Lucinda however were able to fight back.

"Leave these guys to me," said Lucinda to Leonidas, "Get the leader!"

Leonidas then left Lucinda and went to the bandit leader who was mad that a girl was handling so many of his underlings. Leonidas then ran toward the bandit leader at full speed while pointing his sword at him. Before the bandit leader could dodge or block, he was stabbed in the chest and collapsed from the wound.

"Just so you know," said Leonidas to the defeated bandit leader, "I am Prince Leonidas of Hyrule and you are finished here."

Right after the bandit leader was defeated, the twelve remaining bandits showed up only to surrender once they found out their boss and allies were down.

"That was so cool," said Mack who showed up back to the village out of worry and saw what Leonidas and Lucinda did from a hiding place.

"I thought you were to stay where we found you Mack," said Lucinda while she and Leonidas gathered the now captured bandits which included the first one they encountered.

"I was worried and didn't want to be left behind," explained Mack.

After the twenty captured bandits were all accounted for, A woman who looked like Mack showed up.

"We thank you both for saving us," thanked the woman, "To be honest, when I made sure my son would escape, I didn't think he'd come back with any help let alone the prince and his wife."

"You know of us," asked Lucinda to Mack's mother.

"I'm sure most in Hyrule would recognize you though most would usually only do so if you were in different clothes," answered Mack's mother.

"Well anyway," said Leonidas "I'll inform my mother about this and you should expect some knights to come here soon to take these bandits into custody."

"Hey Mom," asked Mack to his mother, "What happened to Dad after I escaped?"

"I'm afraid your father, the mayor, was among the first of the casualties we had from this mess," explained Mack's mother to Mack.

"In that case," said Leonidas who heard what the mother and child were saying, "I'll also ask Mother to arrange a funeral for those we couldn't save." "For now, I think it's time Lucinda and I return to the castle."

Leonidas and Lucinda then left Apago Village and headed back to the carriage that was waiting for them to return. They then got on and resumed the journey back home with news about what had happened.
