80s Gambit
This Gambit was plucked out of the timeline at the end of Uncanny X-Men #179 - years before he'd even made his first appearance in the comics, and also well before the Morlock Massacre happened, but after his disastrous wedding day.

80s Rogue
This Rogue was plucked right out of the end of Uncanny X-Men #179 (Full story #177-179).

90s Gambit
This Gambit's universe still exists. It was visited by Reaper Prime during the events of Uncanny X-Men #350

AIB Gambit
Comes from a variant of one of my fanfics, The Air That I Breathe. His Rogue died around chapter 14. It's been many decades past that point for him, and society is well into space colonisation, exploration, and interstellar warfare. He's well over 100 years old, and has multiple kids and grandkids.

Amalgam (Prime)
The original Amalgam made her first and only appearance in Uncanny X-Men Annual #16. It's hinted that this is a future version of Rogue. Amalgam would time travel and find mutants on deaths door to offer to absorb them, but only the ones who didn't have more to do, and they had Destiny to verify if this was the case. In the short story in the Annual, Amalgam appears to Warren Worthington, and he remembers that he actually met them first during the Morlock Massacre.

Cabin Girl Rogue / Jean
Pirate prompt. 16 years old. Recently permanently absorbed Jean Grey, but Jean's stronger personality and mind took over Rogue's body. She was the Cabin Girl aboard the Mystique in her original universe. Her Gambit died before they could ever meet.

Coffee Shop Gambit
This is an older variant of the Coffee Shop Gambit from The Soul Matter. He's well into his 50s, has two kids, and his wife has passed away.

Dazzler Gambit
This Gambit was plucked out of the timeline during Dazzler #24 - years before he'd even made his first appearance in the comics, and also well before the Morlock Massacre happened, and before his wedding and the flashbacks in X-Men #33 concerning his first encounter with Sabretooth.

Dazzler Rogue
Straight from the pages of Dazzler #24 printed back in the 80s. (Full story #22-#24).

Deathbit
Gambit as the Horseman of Death, courtesy of the comicverse. They have a cameo in this story.

Elder Gambit
Story original. In his 80s. Comes from a non-specific universe. His Rogue passed away in a car accident some years ago.

Story original. In her 80s. Comes from a non-specific universe. Her Gambit passed away in a car accident some years ago.

Famine
Fun fact, Rogue became the Horseman of Famine in the MAA (Marvel Avengers Alliance) game. There was a whole Special Operations about it (#16), and Rogue & Gambit got a whole subplot. You can read more on the wiki. Also, MAA is being recreated (see MAA Redux), so one day we'll be able to replay it. Hurrah! Famine cameos in this story.

Hatred Gambit
Comes from a variant of one my my fanfics, Hatred is for the Weak. Timeline wise, he was picked up from the opening scene of Chapter 28.

Comes from a variant of one my my fanfics, Hatred is for the Weak. Timeline wise, she was picked up while still wrestling with her feelings a couple of months after The revelation.

Leverage Gambit
Robin Hood prompt. Comes from a Leverage TV show crossover universe. He's the Thief on the crew.

Leverage Rogue

Legacy
Comes from the same universe as New Sun Prime, which is a variant of the universe that New Son/Sun was from in Gambit's 3rd solo series. They've been travelling the multiverse for sometime, mostly as tourists these days.

Mer Rogue
Merfolk prompt. She's a 40 year old mermaid, and regarded as a sea witch in her original universe. Her Gambit disappeared from her life a long time ago for reasons unknown while her universe was still in operation.

Mer Gambit
Merfolk prompt. He's a 16 year old merman.

New Sun Prime
Comes from the same universe as Legacy, which is a variant of the universe that New Son/Sun was from in Gambit's 3rd solo series. They've been travelling the multiverse for sometime, mostly as tourists these days.

New Sun Junior
A younger variant of the New Sun that visited Gambit in his 3rd solo series.

Nightmare Gambit
Comes from a variant of one of my fanfics, Gambit's Nightmare, which is based on X-Men Evolution canon. Is in a coma. Doesn't know he's the father of twelve.

Nightmare Rogue
Comes from a variant of one of my fanfics, Gambit's Nightmare, which is based on X-Men Evolution canon. Accidentally put Gambit into a coma, now has a 5 year old son.

Pirate prompt. This scallywag joined up with Captain Xavier's crew of Privateers aboard The Blackbird.

Pirate prompt. The notorious Captain LeBeau of the Lucky Lady looks younger than what he really is thanks to the Fountain of Youth.

Pirate Legend Rogue
Pirate prompt. Age? Lost track. Appears to be in her 20s thanks to the Fountain of Youth. Captain of The Mystique. At a young age she permanently absorbed Jean Grey. These were but the first of many, many, many powersets she permanently stole over the decades, just like any power-stealing pirate would do! She never met her Gambit.

Pirate Queen Rogue
Pirate prompt. The notorious First (and only) Mate of the Lucky Lady looks younger than what she really is thanks to the Fountain of Youth. At a young age she permanently absorbed Jean Grey. These were but the first of many powersets she permanently stole, just like any power-stealing pirate would do!

Rainbow
This is a variant of the Soulverse Rainbow from The Soul Matter. She's pretty much the same, only she comes from a universe where Mystique succeeded in cutting the soulmate bond. Her name is Rainbow, because she grew up in that universe's equivalent of a hippie commune.

Reaper (Prime & Junior)
Comes from a variant of one of my fanfics, The Air That I Breathe. Her Remy was killed by Apocalypse, and Rogue in her anger and grief killed him and his followers. Sadly, others saw this mass murder and immediately assumed Rogue would be after them near. It didn't end well.
After the destruction of her universe and the absorption of the M'Kraan Crystal, Rogue changed her name to Reaper, and has been alone ever since.

Rockstar Gambit
Comes from a variant of one of my fanfics, Rock 'n' Evolution. He's a rock star, heart throb, the lead sing of a band called Thieves Guild, and he charges guitar picks instead of playing cards. His Rogue was killed by an obsessed fan.

Soulverse Remy
This is a variant of the Soulverse Remy from The Soul Matter. He's pretty much the same, only he comes from a universe where Mystique succeeded in cutting the soulmate bond.

Witness (Prime)
Witness is a part of Bishop's backstory and made his first appearance (in flashbacks) in Uncanny X-Men #287. He also answers to the name LeBeau and it's theorised that he is a future version of Gambit. He exists at the confluence of all the timelines, as noted in the Gambit & Bishop mini series. The version of Witness in this story doesn't strictly fit in with canon as I needed to 'reinterpret' things to fit in with the lore. But given Witness's nature, I think this is one case where I can get away with it.

X-Baby Gambit
X-Baby Gambit doesn't have an official X-Baby name and that makes me sad.
