Kazuki raised his eyebrows;Kazuki looking at a file on a Hideyoshi Nagachika, a college student who didnt look the part of a criminal and Rei staring boredly at a ghoul known as Eyepatch to these CCG people. White hair that looked like Kugi's if the bangs grew out. This was a ghoul that looked human? Eyepatch huh?
"Eyepatch looks like Kugi if he had longer bangs." says Rei staring at the name.
"Hideyoshi is me but brown eyed and less crabby." says Kazuki setting the file down.

Kaneki's best friend, who he calls by his nickname, Hide, has been Kaneki's closest friend since childhood. Although Kaneki would lack the assertiveness to speak to others, Hide would often speak in his place as his 'voice'. Kaneki is willing to fight for his friend, and Hide is able to perceive Kaneki's emotions. The strong connection between Kaneki and Hide earns Kaneki the capability to refrain from human meat even when driven by by ghoul instincts. He cares for Kaneki immensely and did not hesitate to help him even after finding out about Kaneki's transformation into a ghoul.
Before his first fight with Arima, Hide encouraged Kaneki to eat him for strength, showing how selfless he can be for his best friend.

Biography:
Kaneki calls Hideyoshi by the nickname 'Hide', and they have been best friends since childhood. Hide seems to care greatly about Kaneki and had been watching him carefully after the incident with Rize(ex girlfriend?). If Kaneki was in trouble or danger, he would do his best to support him. Her cares for Kaneki immensely and did not falter to help him even after finding out about Kaneki's transformation into a ghoul. When asked by Amon why he was willing to go so far for Kaneki, Hide outright declared that he loved Kaneki and didnt need any other reason.

"Your best bet is to search for the blonde. You won't get lucky with the ghoul unless he sees you as a threat." says Kugi.
"Like its that easy spotting shoulder length blonde hair and brown eyes." says Kazuki opening the folder.
"This isnt the usual assassination. Its kill or be killed with no easy way out. Endless possibilities on how ghouls go about their day. Be smart about it Kazuki." says Kugi eyeing the blonde.
"Ghoul eyes at random yet seemingly human." says Rei looking over the photos of Eyepatch.
"Can we prove both eyes are demon if one is covered? He has to be called Eyepatch for a reason." says Kazuki scattering the small amount of images next to Hides.
"Say your goodbyes to Miri. You have a week to gather your belongings. Its all Im granting." says Kugi.
"A WEEK!?" wonders Kazuki.
Miri stopped singing and ran back up to her favorite people to see what was up with Kazuki.
"Kyu-chan, can I have juice?" wonders Miri looking at Kugi.
"Miri, your other family has to go away on business so you will have to stay with your mommy." says Kugi frowning at Miri.
"Business? Papa and Rei papa are fine where they are." says Miri.
"It involves Rei's dad in a sense." says Kugi.
"Grandpa? I've never met him but Rei papa is always dressed up when returning to the apartment if I spot him." says Miri.
"How can we put this lightly? Papa and Rei papa were called by Kyu-chan to do something suuuper important for Grandpa Suwa and kids are not allowed to take part in it. This is nothing like Papa's comedian goofiness and Rei papa's oil tycoon places." says Kazuki eye twitching while trying to smile.
"Dad's line in work is really dangerous and its bad enough a 4 year old knows we have guns on us." says Rei.
"So the guns arent just for protection against bad guys?" wonders Miri.
"Yes, you need protection from strangers but bad guys are who we need to keep an eye on even if we have to go away for a while." says Kazuki.
"A very long while." says Kugi.
Kazuki turns his head to growl at Kugi who wasnt fazed.
"You are better off sticking to squirt guns. Kids cant have police guns even if games seem real." says Kazuki grumbling.
"We should be on our way. Dad is impatient when it comes to this kind of job." says Rei standing up after putting the pics and files in their rightful folders.
Soon Kugi and Miri were the only ones in the cafe leaving Miri wondering if her love for her mama hurt their feelings which was why Kazuki was strangely gloomy.
"Is mama destroying family life? We're not official but they make great dads." mumbles Miri.
"You have your mom in your life. Be as excited as you've always have." says Kugi.
"Yet Papa was sad." says Miri.
"Hes not your real daddy." says Kugi.
"Pa-Kazuki and Rei felt like parents." says Miri frowning.
Once classes were over clubs began yet Hide wanted to get away from the occult club for risking his life regardless of how sorry they were. It was really hard to keep his usual smile with Cain around. That snake looked anything but sincere. Taking a deep breath, Hide headed for the entrance yet just as he made it to the tree Ken and Hide used to hang out under, there was a sound coming from the leaves as if someone or something was in it.
Hide didnt think to much of it until a certain white haired half ghoul landed infront of him.
"Ka..neki? But how? Didnt the CCG take you away?" wonders Hide glancing around.
"CCG take me to Cochlea? You were pretty injured when the white reaper took me on. I was in their grasp yet I managed to get away. Thank you rinkaku." says Ken flustered.
"Why are you here?" wonders Hide.
"To check on you. I practically ate your whole body yet miracles seem to shine down on you more than me or maybe I'm reading into it wrong. Just glad you can attend school unlike me." says Ken uneasily.
"Arima wouldve dragged my demon dude's ass to cochlea with how Anteiku went down! I was gearing up to chat while you were in the cell insanely chatting to yourself." says Hide.
"My centipede days are over and Im now dubbed demon dude?" wonders Ken weirded out.
"Ive never been able to give you a demonic nickname with lack there of sightings at my house and here." says Hide frowning.
Ken went quiet turning his head.
"What? I never got to claim a new nickname." says Hide.
"Dumbest nickname ever." says Ken sweat dropping.
"You are a half ghoul so half ghoul dude would be more appropriate." says Hide.
"Oy...I show up as safe as you are and the first thing you chime in with are cheesy nicknames? Maybe you should look the part of a zombie." grumbles Ken.
"I was pretty much half dead if not for CCG's hospitality." says Hide.
"No nicknames. Stick with Neki." says Ken.
"Itd make things more fun if we made up new nicknames." says Hide.
"I have enough from the doves as it is." says Ken.
"Eyepatch is a given mr Pirate. Centipede came with the trauma." says Hide.
"Pirate huh?" mutters Ken.
"Come to my house and tell me how you evaded capture when cochlea should be a ghouls version of a human jail. CCG doves are the ghoul police." says Hide.
"Shitty ghoul police if they are dense about my situation." says Ken.
"Very dense if they only know white hair massacre you." says Hide chuckling.
"They should be searching up Ken Kaneki not Eyepatch." mutters Ken.
"When they do they'll be staring at black hair and remind themselves of adorable yet moody face." says Hide.
"Hmmm...they only know murder happy senile." says Ken.
"Right. Adorable yet moody is reserved for besties only." says Hide.
"And what morons with your job status would be friendly? Ones that havent attempted to butcher me." says Ken.
Hide shrugged at the annoyed expression.
"New recruits?" wonders Hide.
"We need humans who love people who are themselves." says Ken.
"If there are new faces, theyd force the ghoul out since they dont know us. The idea of new doves is slim to none. Your file hasnt been leaked right?" says Hide.
"Not to my knowledge. Doves leak wanted posters not files." mutters Ken.
"We have all the time in the world to chat at my place. So long as you dont wear your mask." says Hide.
Ken briefly smiled then muttered to himself about how to portray what went on after Hide's unconscious body was left on the paved road. What was there to say besides the fight? He couldnt let the country know his face yet he may as well have.
"When will my calm meter rise higher than my rage meter? Not just as a human-not that showing kagune is humane..." thinks Ken.
Before the friends knew it, they were inside Hide's house with Ken wondering how humane he was now compared to his black haired days. Ken was to into his thoughts to know if the club followed though Hide would've picked up on the trio.
"Instant black coffee?" wonders Hide heading to the kitchen.
Ken never made a noise as he sat on the couch.
"Stupid question, need to eat part of me? I mean, yeah, you're well nourished thanks to Centipede yet monthly feedings are still a thing." says Hide.
Still no response.
"What will it take to get a conversation going?" wonders Hide.
"The fight was a blur. Centipede instincts and all. How I never went to Cochlea is a mystery when the highest ranked ghoul killer was in sight. Does white reaper or Arima as hes named know something I don't? Yet with Aogiri disbanded due to the killings..." mumbles Ken.
"The most Arima knows from my persistence... Before Arima exited the building I told him your name and that friends don't become traitors to eachother despite you having no choice. To look into the ghoul called Eye patch not as an enemy but as Ken Kaneki. The case that never got a reasonable answer in the end...treating you as dead despite you being of the living." says Hide.
Ken turned to face Hide with wide fearful eyes and mouth agape.
"He saw you with his own eyes treating me as a comrade more than a meal." says Hide.
"So only the white reaper knows or all the ghoul killers?" wonders Ken.
"Only Arima, maybe some higher ups but Id rather not get hopes up." says Hide.
