Chapter Two
Washington, D.C. F.B.I. BUILDING
It's been five years since Walter Skinner had felt at ease with the reopening of the X Files and the funding given to them by Congress and the White House.
He was walking into his office on the fourth floor. He will stop by the desk of his secretary Maryann working for the last four plus years. She had been typing up the last case report on the kidnapping of a little girl named Margie in Maryland and with Fox Mulder to find her safe and sound. Skinner had sent Fox Mulder and another agent John Doggett together to be working on the case.
He will say to Maryann. "Is there anything I should know about?"
Maryann looked up from her laptop finishing up the typing on Mulder's notes as with Doggett's to find out that it was the Grandparents behind the kidnapping of the little girl Margie.
With the shake of her head with closing down the laptop. She will say the following to her boss. "Sir, Knowie Rohren is here to see you about something important."
"I am sure he does Maryann. I will go see him now and see what is going on with him and his friends." Skinner needed to say with taking off his bifocals with rubbing the top of his bald head now completely gone.
Walking over to his door of the office. He knocked twice to let the man inside know that someone was coming in. Skinner walked in to see the clone Rohren sitting reading some type of a report. He looks up with his glaring eyes to have Skinner stop in his tracks. "It's about time you're here Skinner!" he remarked to have Walter Skinner hating the man.
"How dare you Rohren! I had other work to attend to with the finished reports from Fox Mulder and John Doggett." he cried out with his response.
Moving up from his chair. He will say. "I heard all about it from my sources Skinner. Besides I have this report to be given to you coming from the organization." he will hand Skinner the vanilla folder with eight pages of a report on the recent activities of UFO'S wishing to land on Earth in order to settle living a free life." he responded with sitting back down into his chair to wait for Skinner.
Skinner turned to face him completely. "Do you really think it's going to happen Rohren with these aliens coming from deep space?" Walter Skinner had to say with a slight lump developing in his throat.
"All I know is the fact the aliens that had made contact with the White House and the President of the United States agreed to have them come to Earth and hoping to be free of the violence." he motioned with wiping his face briefly.
"I sure know all these facts Rohren. The F.B.I. is making sure to keep it under wraps for now until they arrive." Skinner had to say with grabbing the water pitcher that was sitting behind his desk. "Is there anything else that I need to know?" he sips the cold water from the small clear glass feeling slightly better.
Knowie Rohren gets out of his seat to have one last thing to say to A.D. Skinner. "Not at the moment Skinner. But I do know that the organization will be keeping quiet once these aliens finally land on Earth." he smirks before heading out of his office.
Skinner felt a chill moving down his back before Rohren finally walks out of office and passing Maryann on the phone with another agent.
