"Welcome Mileena. When we received news that you were coming to Outworld with…gifts…we wanted to see for ourselves."

"I left that life behind a long time ago," Kitana interrupted.

She quickly closed the lid hoping no one noticed her reaction.

"That will not be necessary. Everything seems to belong to me and I doubt Mileena would risk treachery at this moment. Bring the contents to my chambers."
The guards obeyed and Kitana walked back to Mileena and Sindel.

"Very well Mileena. You wanted a private discussion with Kitana?" Sindel asked.
"Yes, but, I would like to speak with your ambassador Tanya first. I would like to deliver her an invitation to a pre-wedding ball that will be held in Outworld. To celebrate my marriage. She did bring my soon to be husband to you." Mileena explained.
"Very well. But your soldiers will remain at the portal." Sindel obliged. She suspected that Tanya was colluding with Mileena and may have a chance to act on this.
"Of course, mother."
Sindel glanced at her guards and four of them formed around Mileena and escorted her to the Grand Hall. Kitana and Sindel were left alone together.
"This proves that Tanya is conspiring against us!" Kitana said.
"Perhaps. Or she is merely an informant for Mileena, Reiko, and Shao Kahn," Sindel countered.
"Still, she must be questioned!"
"I will question her in due time. What did you see in that cargo that upset you so?"

Kitana walked off, leaving Sindel more concerned.

Rain and Tanya took the scrolls and opened them. They verified what Mileena said.
