With the days passing by, Santana looks out the window in hopes that maybe someday she can walk again. The doctors bring Quinn and Puck into the room in hopes they will recover faster by having each other in the same room.
Puck, I am so sorry. I know that I used you to get pregnant to keep up appearances with Finn and I was wrong. Is there any way you can forgive me?
I do forgive you, but with everything that has happened I don't know if I can trust you. We had a baby together and we lost the baby. I did have feelings for you, but now I just don't know.
I totally understand, I just hope we can start over.
You think it is just that easy! Look I wanna forget this ever happened, but sadly can not. You hurt many people with this silly fantasy you had. I am sorry this is a bad time to ask me if we could start over!
I know you are mad, but please I lost a baby too. You don't think I get that! I am sorry.
Silence hit the room, no one talked. It was not long before a 6 month pregnant Rachel came in.
Hi, guys, how are you doing? I know it is dumb for me to ask, but how are you guys feeling?
I want to go home! I want to get out of this hell hole! Puck was mad. Rachel could tell he did not want to be in the same room with Quinn. Puck started to cry. It was not long before Rachel got up and gave him a hug.
Puck things will get better trust me! Think positively, you have a lot to look forward to. Your birthday is coming up and I am sure that you will come home soon.
Rachel can see in Pucks eyes that he wanted to believe her. He wanted to hug her. He wanted to say something but he did not know what to say. 10 minutes later a knock is heard at the door and it is the whole glee club with a song that they wanted to sing for them. Everyone starts singing.
Um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, yeah
Um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um
Um, um, um, um, um, yeah
Sometimes in our lives
We all have pain
We all have sorrow
But if we are wise
We know that there's always tomorrow
Lean on me
When you're not strong
And I'll be your friend
I'll help you carry on
For it won't be long
'Til I'm gonna need
Somebody to lean on
Please (please)
Swallow your pride (pride)
If I have things
You need to borrow
(For) for no one can fill
Those of your needs
That you won't let show
So just call (call) on me brother (hey)
When you need a hand (When you need a hand)
We all need (need) somebody to lean on

When you need a hand (when you need a hand)
We all need (need) somebody to lean on (somebody to lean on)

We all need somebody to lean on

If (If)
There is a load (there is a load)
You have to bare (you have to bare)

Yeah
Thanks guys I think we needed that, said Puck. This has been hard for us to deal with and I thank you guys for checking in on us.
Mr. Schue, I don't think the physical therapy has been working, said Santana. The doctor said it is more likely I will be in a wheelchair the rest of my life. No Cheerios, no dancing in glee club, nothing.
Santana it is ok we will be here for you and Artie can show you the ropes. Does Sue know?
I don't think so. I have not wanted to see her. What am I going to tell her? I can't tell her. I am scared!
I will talk to her if you would like, said Mr. Schue.
With that being said the doctor comes in to check on his patients.
So how is everyone doing? I see that you guys will be released from here soon, but you still need to take it easy. Santana we are gonna get the paperwork started for your 504.
Maybe you will have the same 504 as I said Artie. That means you have 20 minutes to get to class and extra time to use the bathroom and use the ramps on campus.
This is all too much, said Santana!
Puck, we are still working on physical therapy and you have made great strides. I say you will be functioning at normal capacity in a few weeks. Quinn, your brain looks good. We will set you up with a neurologist and a proper OB to make sure things are good and you will be released in a week. You will have a broken leg but other than that you are perfectly healthy.
Finn we better go. We have a big appointment in the morning.
With that the club leaves and heads home to get ready for regionals.
