Disclaimer: I do not own Naruto; it is owned by Masashi Kishimoto. Supergirl is owned by the CW, CBS, DC COMICS, and Warner Bros Discovery. I own nothing. I am just a humble fan.
Author's Note: Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I am just getting out another idea before life becomes hectic again. Please read and review. I hope you like it. This one I am basing off of Season 3. An AU where the Daxamite Invasion changed many things. I am not sure where the story will go, but I hope to give a good effort. For this one, I am sticking to a single, maybe a max of two people for a pairing and that is it.
We are going to start with a Prologue that explores some viewpoints and the eventual future battle that will occur. I am thinking of Reign to be the enemy here… but if you have another one, feel free to share. Without further ado, let us begin.
Prologue- The Plots in the Shadows
The Daxamites came for the planet. Their Queen Rhea was motivated by revenge and glorious purpose. She desires to take over Earth and rechristen it as New Daxam. If not for the efforts of National City's hero, Supergirl, and her allies, the Earth would have been lost to the invaders.
The heroes were not without their losses. The one known as Supergirl lost the love of her life, the Queen's son, Mon-El. You could say they were a pair of star-crossed lovers, unable to get along with one another in the beginning due to bitter pasts and monumental differences.
Time had allowed the two of them to see each other in a different light. Slowly but surely, the pair managed to change for the better. The two of them grew closer and eventually fell in love. Despite the lies and Mon-El's mother trying to tear them apart, they chose to stand by one another.
It had hurt Supergirl, otherwise known as Kara Zor-El, to make such a personal sacrifice. There was only one way to defeat the Daxamites. The Daxamites were weak to lead, and Kara's friend Lena Luthor was able to reverse-engineer a Kryptonite dispersal device into a lead one and reluctantly used it to save the planet. Though Rhea had died, she was forced to send the man she loved away. She had no idea if he made it off the planet or whether or not he was still alive.
The Daxamite Invasion had changed things for the worse, for aliens. Another full-scale invasion of Earth had put fear into the hearts of the people. Anti-Alien sentiment had grown considerably in the wake of the invasion. The D.E.O. was given new powers to police and to protect. And Alien and Human coexistence was starting to once again look like a pipe dream.
As for Kara, the loss of Mon-El had left her depressed, cold, bitter, and angry. She had quit her job as a journalist and had decided to devote her time and effort to being a better hero. The more she made being a hero a priority, the more she cut off contact with her friends and family.
She no longer wished to be Kara Danvers. She viewed Kara Danvers as weak and worthless, a woman who sat in a dark corner in her loft and sobbed over her dead boyfriend. She wanted to be Kara Zor-El, the Kryptonian. She did not want to be human and to feel emotions. It hurt so much to feel and be weak. However, she had no idea how long she could keep this façade up.
Her sister Alex and her friend Lena meant well, but they could not understand the misery she was going through. With her own hands, she had sent the man she loved away. She had no idea if he was alive or dead. And if he was alive, did he miss her? Was he trying to get back to her? Her mind was a mess.
The only thing she had left that did not cause her pain was being a hero. How long could she maintain that sentiment?

Undisclosed Location- Fortress of Sanctuary-Underground
The Fortress of Solitude was hidden somewhere deep within the Arctic. This new Fortress was hidden in a sunnier place. It was hidden from the world, waiting for when its master arrived. In the meantime, underground, some lay hidden within the fortress plotting and planning. These individuals had evil intentions for the planet. Their purpose was cruel, grand, and evil.
Selena, clad in dark robes with her face hidden, sat on a stone chair as she was lost in thought. Sitting opposite her was a woman who worked for her, a dark priestess who was wondering where the woman's mind was gone.
The woman named Selena was full of anger and bitterness. Her polytheistic culture was slowly erased in favor of monotheistic worship. She was once part of a coven called the Children of Juru, who worshipped old Polytheistic Kryptonian deities, especially one known as Yuda Kal. When the old ways were supplanted, Selena and her allies had gone underground and had planned their revenge.
Selena had spent time researching and planning. She had desired to create Kryptonians equal to or greater than Bertron's Doomsday. Genetic Engineering and Dark Magic would greatly aid her as she would create beings more powerful than any living Kryptonian.
Initially, there was much failure. She had secretly kidnapped children on Krypton and subjected them to rituals and procedures. None of the children survived and Selena realized that their methods would need refinement. However, fate and luck had shined upon her as she gained access to power, unlike anything she had ever seen before.
From outer space, a seed had impacted Krypton. The seed had grown into a considerably sized tree. The tree was immediately destroyed once it was determined that it was draining life from Krypton. However, Selena made sure she sent agents to collect a sample before the tree was destroyed.
The tree had matured somewhat in record time and produced a small fruit. They had taken a sample of said fruit and studied it intensely. It radiated power, power that felt familiar and yet different all the same. They had refined what they had discovered and after much experimentation, had found children who were compatible with the sample.
The Unholy union of Kryptonian Genetics, Dark Magic, and the Fruit of a God Tree had created a future nightmare; Worldkillers. Selena and her allies had succeeded in creating four Worldkillers with incredible abilities.
Once the children reached adulthood, their abilities would manifest and they would be ready to execute "justice" and transform the Earth into their ideal version of Krypton. However, there were many hiccups once the children had reached Earth.
For some reason, once the children had become adults, their abilities did not manifest. Something had stopped them from realizing their true purpose. It was as if they had forgotten their true mission and had become "corrupted" and "tainted" by Earthly life, choosing to live normal lives instead of being conquerors.
However, her greatest disappointment was Reign. The child known as Samanthas Arias had grown and matured into a beautiful woman who could not manifest her abilities. She too had forgotten about her true purpose in life. In Serena's eyes, Reign had corrupted herself by cavorting with humans and had a child of her own.
Serena was incensed when she learned of this information. This child had delayed the manifestation of what Samantha Arias should have become. This child, this error, was the reason her mission was delayed. She had desired to kill the child, but she was not sure if Reign would awaken if she did.
All that she could do was bade her time and wait. She plagued the Worldkillers with her image in their dreams to urge them to awaken. The Daxamite Invasion had changed things, perhaps in their favor. With Alien hate at an all-time high, perhaps the humans would also turn against the daughter of Alura.
She would be patient and wait. That is all they could do for now. It would be no good for them to throw away decades' worth of planning for nothing.
She was shaken out her musings when a Worldkiller Priestess spoke to her.
"You sit here and brood day and night. You made lofty promises… and you have yet to deliver on any one of them. Perhaps, you are growing complacent and are weak."
Serena smiled nastily. "Patience, my dear. These things take time, and you should reserve name-calling and insults for the humans. We are beyond such petty things.
"I do not care what you think! We… want results! We have languished underground in this fortress for three decades! You sit and brood while decades of planning have turned to ash. You were lucky Serena that we all were able to escape Krypton's doom. We were lucky and nothing more."
Serena scoffed. "Where is your faith, my dear? Is our faith so weak that we cannot handle a few setbacks? Perhaps… you are not a true believer."
"I warned you, Serena! I warned you about that tree. The fruit we found that day was not normal. It was exhibiting power I had never felt before. You put us and decades of planning in danger. We do not know if the Worldkillers gained any abilities from the fruit because their abilities have not yet manifested!"
Serena smiled. "That fruit is the reason our project turned out to be a success. I will admit, that power is an unknown quantity still. After all, it came from the stars. It is not something that was found in the archives. There is much we do not know yet, but I am confident in our work. I hope you can have some faith."
"We were lucky Serena, nothing more. We took a risk in kidnapping children."
"Their lives belong to us. All Kryptonian lives belong to us to do as we please. I have spent too much time and far too much effort to give up now. I will ensure the awakening of the Worldkillers once the time is right. I have not lost track of them…"
"Really? Then how do you explain Reign's offspring? That child is an error. To think that a male was able to impregnate a Kryptonian Worldkiller, is unheard of."
Serena narrowed her eyes. The male who had impregnated Reign, she had no idea who accomplished such a feat. She had searched far and wide to find this male, and she was unable to. It had infuriated her, but it was not something to worry about in the interim. She had bigger things on her mind.
"I assure you that child will not interfere in our plans. I will see to that eventually. This world is ours. Humanity will bow before us. Jor-El's son and Alura's daughter do not have the power to stop us. What we have done is create beings more powerful than any living Kryptonian. If I daresay, Reign will be as powerful as Bertron's curse and feared greater than that mindless beast was."
The Worldkiller Priestess scoffed at such a notion. Bertron's Doomsday was a weapon of destruction that was difficult to destroy. The original Doomsday was responsible for shattering one of Krypton's moons. It had killed everything that day and had defeated the Dark Lord of Apokolips in Single Combat. Not even the Omega Force could conquer that beast.
"And should you fail?"
"Hmph, I will not. As I have said, there is nothing that can stop us. There is no force in the universe that can defeat our plans. You must have patience. Soon enough, the war will begin. And we will be the victors of a new age and a new Krypton.
"And what about the one they call, Maelstrom? What if he chooses to intervene?"
The Worldkiller Priestess looked at Serena and shivered as her smile sent a chill down her spine.
"Let us hope he interferes. I hope he sincerely does."

Chapter End
That is the chapter everyone. Please read and review generously. I hope you all enjoy it. We will see where this one goes. Share your thoughts and ideas. This one will be shorter and primarily focused on Season 3.
I apologize if the chapters are short. That is all I have time for right now. I am sorry for that.
A God Tree had impacted Krypton in the past in this AU. It was destroyed but a piece of the fruit was stolen and used to enhance the Worldkillers. A few of them gained access to a form of Sage Transformation, while Reign has gained access to some kind of Sage Mode mixed with Sage Transformation. I look forward to showing some great battles.
If you have questions, please ask them. This will be a single pairing, maybe. We will see Naruto soon enough in this story. He has a link to Samantha Arias… and he and Kara Zor-El are going to have an interesting relationship.
Life is busy and the job is heating up. I am just getting this out there so I do not forget. Stay safe and well wishes. See you in another story update.
