Bolt and Rhino were just watching people flush things down the toilet on TV when there was a sudden power outage. Just then the Agent busted through the previously broken door with a battering ram.
"I hate it when a brown out happens. Oh wait, no I don't" said the Agent.
"I guess we will have to reenact it out for entertainment now" said Bolt.
