I've been debating whether I should give Phillip more power since it is proven that the Entity does limit their powers or change them. I was also debating whether I should make his power grow even stronger. But I'm not too sure. So, I'm setting up a poll on my PAT-RE-ON. Don't worry. It's open to the public so you don't have to buy any membership. Pat-re-on . c-o-m/ Cocothedodoberd. P.S. I don't own Nier or Dead by Daylight. I only own any OC's I may or maynot introduce. And another thing I'll try making these chapters contain either 1.5k to 3k words.

When Phillip awoke, he found himself in a forest. Confused, he slowly got up while checking his surroundings but saw nothing. Growing wary, Phillip began walking around to see where he was. But as he moved around in the forest, Phillip saw something the made him freeze. In front of him was a meat hook, the same ones he would commonly see during his trials.

"No... No, no, please!" Phillip walked backward, trying to deny what he was seeing. But as soon as he walked away, a black fog began surrounding him, suffocating his form. "You can't make me kill for you again! I won't do it! I am your slave no longer! I would rather die than kill for you again, you piece of shit!" Phillip kept swiping at the fog and cursing the Entity controlling it. But soon, Phillip's legs would be grabbed by spider-like appendages. Falling hard onto the floor, Phillip stared in horror as the appendages began to drag him into the fog. Phillip began desperately clawing at the floor, desperately trying to avoid being taken by the Entity again. "Help, please! ANYONE! PLEASE KILL ME! DON'T LET IT TAKE ME!"

But the only sound he heard was the Entity's crackling, and Philip was pulled deeper into the dark fog. All that was heard was Phillips screams and pleas not to be taken. Then... silence.

Phillip awoke screaming and frantically tried moving his feet away from the non-existent appendages of the Entity. But once he realized there was nothing, he began to calm down. Then, Phillip began to sob uncontrollably. He was still so afraid that this was all just a cruel lie. That he was never free, to begin with. And he would rather die than return to that hell. With a deep breath, Phillips finally calms down again.

"Might as well continue my work." Getting up, Phillip inspects his momentary living quarters. He was staying in one of the many apartment buildings in the ruined city, and one of the rooms was a bit special. It had a bed and one free of mold. But it was quite dirty, but beggars can't be choosers. However, a negative aspect of this place was how open it was. So Phillip had to sleep in the spirit realm. Not that he really minded. His invisibility did help avoid hostile machines very easily.

Looking at the corner of the room, he saw his makeshift broom and bow—well, an incomplete bow. He was still trying to find a proper string that would not break and more materials to help strengthen the bow. He had already made arrows using dead machine bodies he'd found. Still, the bow was necessary to catch bigger prey and feed himself properly.

As Phillip was getting ready to grab his bell, he paused and noticed something odd coming from his hand. White wisps were coming off his hand, almost like steam. Phillip was alarmed by this but kept his calm. He didn't feel any pain from it, and it felt... alive. Soon, Phillip realized that his whole body was emitting these wisps. Phillip held his arms out as these wisps continued to emanate from his body. He was confused as to why this was happening. But seeing as it wasn't harming him, he decided to ignore it and continue to explore the abandoned city for more materials.

(Random resistance trio)

"I don't get it. Why are we so invested in finding the source of this ringing bell?" Complained a female android who was accompanying a trio.

"Anemone has a feeling that these bells are being used by machines to communicate in a sort of code or maybe bring in a bigger mass of machines." Explained another android, this one male.

"Sounds to me like we don't have a fucking clue what this ringing bell is." Replied the female android, crossing her arms.

"Look, we were ordered to do so, so quit complaining. This is one of the least difficult missions we have been assigned." Said the second male android in the group.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever. It doesn't make it less boring." After a moment of silence, the female android spoke up again. "That building would make a good place to get a good viewpoint to pinpoint where the bell might ring." She pointed towards a large building surrounded by big roots.

"Hm, good eye." The trio then went inside the building and began moving toward the roof. Once there, they stood watch and waited for a bell to ring. An hour passed with nothing happening, and they were about to call it a day when they heard a bell ringing and a familiar woosh accompanying it.

Peaking over the edge, they gasped at what they saw. It was a tall male black android. They wore a poncho on their upper torso and bandages covering their bottom area. They had white smoke seemingly coming out of their body. At first, they thought he may have been overheating. But, seeing as he wasn't acting strange or hindered, they crossed that out. But what else they saw made their inside boil in anger. That being their choice of weapon and bell. One was a skull and spine of a human fabricated into a makeshift weapon, and the bell held a skull as well.

"How dare they!" Hissed the female android, and her companions thought the same thing. This android defiled their creators and used them as makeshift weapons and bells. It spotted them as they were preparing to head down and teach the android a lesson. All three of them froze as the android stared at them. Their eyes... It was white, so white. It was like they were staring at a phantom. As the android stared back at them, it lifted its bell and rang it with its weapon as they saw them burn away and disappear.

They all stood there in silence until one of them said, "I think we now have something to report to Anemone." Still in shock, they nodded and continued to stare at where the android disappeared.

(Phillip)

Phillip continued to stare at the trio in the spirit realm. There were others, other people! He wasn't alone! If they exist, then there must be a encampment nearby. So, when he saw the trio begin moving, he followed closely behind.

An hour of walking passed when he finally saw the trio enter what looked to be a hidden camp of sorts. Entering with them, he saw the number of people there. Phillip couldn't believe it. There was a whole camp full of people. And by the looks of it, he is well-armed and sees some with guns and many types of melee weaponry. But he suddenly stops admiring other things when his eyes catch a peculiar pair of red-haired twins. They were beautiful, but their hair color was what caught his eye. He has already seen some mixed hair colors, brown and blonde, but never that beautiful red.

Shaking his head, he continued exploring the area and checking out the vendors. 'There is some stuff I can use to finish making my bow. Do they use a type of currency? I'll ask when I return.' As much as Phillip wanted to uncloak right there, he didn't want to spook them. He doubts they'll like him having a skull as his weapon. They might mistake him as a soul eater. Phillip chuckled a bit at that and left the encampment. He was excited to return and finally interact with people again.

(Anemone)

"And you're sure it was an android you saw?" she said, questioning the trio's report. When Anemone heard that they had found the source of the bell, it instantly got her interest, and she began to listen to their report. But as they explained what they saw, she began to question whether they didn't get a virus or if their CPU was malfunctioning. But when they mention the choice of weaponry the android was using. She was quite angry, as was any nearby android overhearing their report. "I'll put them up as a wanted android for defiling our creators. Overall, good work out there. You're dismissed." The trio saluted before going off somewhere into the encampment.

Whoever this android was, that defiled their creators. She'll make sure they suffer for it.
