Edwin only had moments to decide how to handle the situation in front of him.

"Avo, take out Loki! Don't let him take anyone else! Pharaoh, work on getting that bay closed down so they can't get in here or escape! NONE, be ready to take on Hawkeye if he decides to get involved!"

"Why do I get stuck with Robin of Locksley?" NONE complained. "I can wipe them off the face of the Earth with just a snap of my fingers!"

"No snapping!" Slash shouted as she continued to fight with Natasha; it was only thanks to being morphed that she was actually surviving.

"What? Like a clap? I Dream of Jeanie arm cross and nod? Wiggle my nose like Samantha? Hey, who wants me to turn them all into Dick Sergeant and Dick York?"

Edwin rolled his eyes at that. "Let's save your powers for if we need them! Thor-"

Tony chose that moment to blast Thor right off the Quinjet.

"-okay, that works. Goku?"

"Yeah?" the Saiyan said.

Edwin pointed at the Hulk who was being held back by SHIELD agents that were firing at him… and that was only making him more angry. The green man let out a savage roar, slamming a foot down and making the metal of the hanger floor dent.

"Smash."

Goku smirked before launching himself at the Hulk, the green hero letting out a roar as he was hit, punching Goku hard in the side and back as he tried to get him off. But Goku just kept pounding on him, sending a flurry of kicks and punches at the Hulk and forcing the brute to shield himself.

"And that leaves you and me, Cap," Edwin said as he spun his staff. "So I know this isn't you and I won't blame you after we fix you up but I have to admit… after Secret Invasion?" Edwin smirked as he summoned his helmet, snapping it on. "I'm gonna enjoy punching all the perfect teeth out of your face!"

Captain America responded by sending his shield at Edwin, who easily dodged it before launching out Gleipnir, using it to wrap around the shield and throw it right back at Cap who caught his weapon… and drew his gun, firing on Edwin who quickly turned his Duel Band into a shield.

"I don't know what you are talking about but I'll make sure that Loki takes control of this world."

"Man, he really has you twisted around his little finger," Edwin muttered before cracking Gleipnir out again. Cap was saved from being struck by the Helicarrier shuddering thanks to Goku and the Hulk pounding each other. Edwin glanced over, watching as the Hulk managed to slam Goku down and begin stomping on him, Goku grunting in pain as he tried to rise to his hands and knees. Goku grit his teeth before letting out a warrior cry, his aura bursting out and causing the Hulk to topple as he was hit. That allowed Goku to get to his feet and deliver a sharp uppercut to the Hulk's jaw before he began to pound him-

Edwin's distraction cost him as Steve suddenly appeared in front of him, grabbing him by the throat and slamming him into a wall before punching him hard into the side.

"You think you're a leader?" Cap asked. "I'm not seeing it."

"Look more carefully," Edwin said even as Cap slammed his head against the wall. Thanks to his ranger outfit he was protected but he knew that wouldn't last forever; too much damage and it would shatter off of him and that would leave him far more vulnerable.

The problem was he had no idea what to do to end the madness they found themselves in.

"Loki Odinson…" Avo Kayos said as he stared at the smug looking Asgardian. "A good man who decided to turn his back on everyone because his father was an ass."

"Your brother said the same thing," Loki said as he pointed his staff right at Avo's chest. "But appealing to my better nature won't-"

Kayos waved his hand and used a blast of magic to send Loki's staff flying out of his hands.

"Oh, was I supposed to let you try and take over my mind?" he said tauntingly. "Talking isn't a free move."

"Well, I was-" Loki suddenly lunged for the staff but Kayos spun around and thrust out his hand.

"White Wall!" He roared, forming multiple barriers around the staff, enclosing it in a glowing box. "I don't think so…" he warned, wagging his finger. "I'm smarter than the aver-age bear."

Loki considered him for a long moment before forming several duplicates. "And just like one of those beasts I'll simply skin you and wear your flesh as a cloak."

"Come now, Loki," Kayos said and with a puff of smoke he took the form of Odin. "Did you really think that would startle me? As much as this startles you?"

Loki stared at the recreation of his father and adopted an aloof look. "The man you admitted was an ass?"

"I am a massive ass, Loki," Kayos said in Odin's voice; he was rather happy that whatever magic allowed him to transform into a person made it utterly perfect, able to mimic the voice completely. He just had to get the mannerisms right. "I treated you terribly, my son. I allowed my… foolish and stupid fears to color every interaction with you. I should have seen your cunning and intelligence as grand things… wonderful things. The makings of a great king. Perhaps not Asgard… but a land of your own, one where you would not be the next in a long line of kings… but the first of a grand dynasty."

Loki stared at Kayos in utter shock.

And then his face hardened. Each duplicate's as well.

"Was that supposed to startle me? Make me rethink my actions?" Loki took a step forward. "All you have done is give me a chance to finally give my father all he deserves."

"If that is supposed to be a threat of violence…" Kayos said as he puffed back into his normal form, "it worked about as well as me trying to trick you. Because you see… I know you love your father, Loki. You hate that he treated you as he did, that he lied to you and always favored your brother and never saw the good in you. So like any child you are lashing out because you just want his attention. Have him come to you and go, "I'm sorry, this is my fault." Maybe you rub it in his face…" Kayos poofed into Loki himself. "All this, father? Everything that has happened? Its because YOU didn't trust me! Didn't love me! They might hate me but at least you'll know it was all YOUR fault!" He turned back into himself. "But even then, if he walked away from you and was never seen again… it would still haunt you, Loki. Now, I know what you're thinking: 'How dare this fool from Midgard think he understands me!' And you're right… how dare I? But there is something you didn't consider… I needed to waste this time so I could see which of you was the real one. WHITE LIGHTNING!"

Loki had just enough time to widen his eyes in shock before the crackling beam of magic struck him, causing him to shake and seize even as his duplicates shattered.

"For a supposed magic user… you really are shit when it comes to magic," Kayos commented with a smirk, watching as Loki tried not to bite off his own tongue. "Seriously… learn to throw a few spells, maybe summon a fireball. You're like a orc who thinks he's a wizard! Or better yet a rogue. A piss poor rogue." Loki opened his mouth but Kayos just blasted him again. "Yeah… where I come from I've learned it is a dumb idea not to take out your enemy hard. You don't and they come back stronger. And I'm lazy… I don't need to fight a battle over and over." He charged up a third blast. "Say goodnight, Babs-"

And that's when the ship lurched to the right.

Kayos was flung into a wall, causing him to cry out in pain when his shoulder hit it hard. He shook his head and rose up, floating in the air and allowing the natural barrier that formed around him when he used that kind of flying to protect him. But when he looked around he cursed.

Loki and the staff were gone.

"What the fuck just happened!?" Slash shouted as she dangled from a railing. It wasn't that far of a drop, only 10 feet, but natural instincts from spending much of her life being less than 5 feet tall had her clinging on even as the Black Widow vaulted over her and began to run towards the Quinjet. The Hulk, who had been grappling with Goku, growled but broke off, giving Goku a hard punch that sent him flying across the hanger and crashing into a plane. The Hulk looked ready to pursue but turned back when Cap barked at him to move, the three supposed-to-be avengers joining Hawkeye. Loki after a moment appeared beside them and the Quinjet began to back off, Thor pulled back up by Loki's magic.

Goku blinked, startled by the fight suddenly ending, only for Loki to thrust his staff at him and fire a bolt of energy that Goku just managed to dodge. Edwin snapped Gleipnir but the Hulk moved to block it, taking the lash across his body.

"Kame…" Goku said, pulling his hands back.

"Uh, so everyone?" Tony's voice called out over the intercom of the Helicarrier, causing Goku to stop his attack. "Thor just blasted the engines on this thing… we're going down." The entire ship lurched violently to the right, nearly sending everyone off their feet. Hawkeye banked the Quinjet away, Loki giving them all a mock salute as they flew off.

At once Goku was floating in the air. "I'll see if I can help stabilize it! Someone find Kayos-"

"I can-" NONE began to offer.

"DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE!" Slash said, dropping down onto his shoulders, causing None to slam down onto the ground, Slash willing her butt against his face. "You burn all your magic and you might not be able to hold yourself together."

"I can!" NONE whined, though it was muffled.

"There's no time, Goku!" the Pharaoh declared, eyes glowing black and gold as he looked at all their options at once. He saw all that had happened, how the helicarrier was built, what they had seen when flying in… the power of the puzzle put together everything and came to one solution. One that would allow them all to live. "Edwin, lock it in place!"

"I… what?"

"Lock us in place. Defy gravity."

Edwin stared at the Pharaoh in shock. "I… I don't know if-"

"Edwin," the Pharaoh said, giving him a long measured look, "the mind is the only limit."

At once Edwin rallied, a look of raw determination flashing across his face. "The mind…" his eyes began to glow as the Millennium Key appeared around his neck. He raised his hand, golden energy gathering around it, flowing down his arm and then across his entire body, so bright it was near blinding. "…is the only LIMIT!"

He slammed his hand down.

At once the Helicarrier shuddered and everyone but Edwin and Goku were sent crashing, the Pharaoh nearly flung out of the bay before Goku managed to snag him. Slash drove her sword into the ground to keep herself from flying about and NONE, with a growl, turned his hand into bone and clawed into the steel to keep himself in place.

"What the fuck is-oh," Kayos said as he flew in only to stare at his doppelganger.

The Helicarrier. For all that Howard Stark had made, and there was much, it was probably his crowning achievement. The impossible vehicle, able to do what so many fantasy writers had dreamed of. It was Captain Hook's ship given flight by Tinkerbell. The great galleon floating overhead as it soared towards the horizon and all that it held.

1,400 feet long. The length of nearly 4 football fields.

115,000 tons. A weight that boggled the minds of those that tried to consider it.

The weapons and machinery it carriedwere greater than the armies of many nations.

Within its structure 1,500 SHIELD agents worked to maintain the helicarrier as it gathered intel and sought to protect the world from threats that no single nation ever could.

All of this impossible vehicle was being held aloft not by its engines. No… helicarrier and all the lives within and all those that might have perished down below should it crash into the Earth were held aloft by the will of a single man.

"Agent Coulson," Kayos said, holding out his hand to the SHIELD agent. He had just arrived via a Quinjet after waking up in Germany, having been knocked out and replaced. He had been utterly startled by the state of the helicarrier and left despondent at Natasha, Clint, and Steve being brainwashed by Loki but had quickly pulled himself together. It would do no good for those taken over by Loki if he fell apart. "I'm glad you're safe."

Coulson glanced at Fury who nodded, confirming that the stranger was someone he could trust. "Glad to be safe. I'm sorry for what happened… Loki got the drop on me."

"He does that…" Kayos said, refusing to let go of Coulson's hand.

"Uh…"

"One moment, Goku is sensing your energy."

"My… what?" Coulson turned towards the Orange Gi-wearing man who was focused on Coulson though his eyes were shut.

"It's not Loki," Goku finally said. "Energy signature isn't the same."

"Same with magic," Kayos agreed, finally letting go. "Sorry Coulson, we had to be sure."

The agent though merely nodded. "No, I get it… smart idea." He glanced at his boss. "Don't suppose we can learn that trick?"

"We can't, unfortunately," Fury muttered. "I tried… it takes months to master and we don't have the time to do that."

"I heard we've lost more people," Coulson said as he took a seat at the conference table. It wasn't the main conference room, as that had been destroyed in the fight against Loki, but rather one in a small side room. Seated around the table were mostly strangers. Three men that looked to be triplets, a Japanese teenager with VERY wild hair, the Gi-wearing man with a monkey tale, a 20 something woman, and Tony Stark.

"Yeah… Fury has been doing a bang up job getting is little crew together," Tony snarked. "Tell me, when you said that I wasn't going to be considered for the Avengers because I was such a screw up… was that because you see screwing up as being competent? Or am I actually the best of a bad bunch."

Fury just shot him a dark look. "Stark… it has been a long day and I have no problem asking NONE to throw you out the airlock."

NONE nodded. "I do need some armor if I am going to deal with Loki…" He stood up and moved towards Tony, lifting his arm up. "I could use a bit of my power to change my size to get it to fit…"

"No!" Slash said, pulling out a spray bottle and squirting NONE with it. "No! Bad Eldritch horror! Down… down…"

"…seriously?" Coulson said only to see Edwin and Kayos bother shuddering. "You too?"

"Wet clothing… it clings to your skin," Edwin said.

"Eewww," Kayos added.

NONE tried to shield himself. "Aw, just a little bit of tossing?"

"No!" Slash demanded. "Down… down… good boy." She began to itch the top of NONE's head, the Terror of Kanto purring and leaning into her touch. "Sorry, we're working on his interpersonal skills. He still needs a few more lessons."

Fury glanced at Coulson. "Yes, this is what I've been dealing with."

"Who… who are they, sir?"

"We," Kayos said, cutting Fury off before he could say a word, "are travelers from different alternate realities. We were brought here to help you guys out."

"And doing a bang up job. Really… just amazing." Tony clapped his hands. "So impressive."

"People that let Thor bitch-slap the helicarrier do not get to judge," Edwin complained. "Seriously, did you do more than just go "Oh Thor Sempai, split me in two!""

"You know, for someone claiming that you know what is going to happen you sure do let bad things happen," Tony snarked.

"Coulson died," Edwin countered.

THAT got Tony to clam up.

"What we saw had Loki captured, he tricked Thor, Hulk went on a rampage, and Coulson died. Yes, the Avengers are under Loki's control right now and that sucks donkey tits but death is FAR more permanent."

That caused Fury to lean forward. "Right now? What Loki did to Agent Romanoff and Barton… it can be undone?"

"Yes," Kayos replied. "Easily. Requires a hard direct blow to the head. Near concussive force. That restarts the brain and breaks them out of the mind control."

Edwin nodded. "I am pretty sure that I can use my Key to undo it as well… and lock out other people's minds so they can't be affected. I was going to try it out if we managed to capture Clint but that failed so…"

Tony frowned. "I'm sorry but what is this Key and how can it do that? And how did you manage to stop the helicarrier from crashing?"

Willing the Key out Edwin explained that it was an Egyptian artifact and all it could do. He knew what was coming though…

"Yeah, right. Magic." Tony rolled his eyes. "That's just something lazy people use to explain simple scientific principles."

NONE raised his hand and snapped his fingers, Tony suddenly finding himself with a purple body, green hands, his head turned into a daisy, and a flag with a screw and a baseball sticking out of his ass.

"Explain that jackass," NONE said even as Slash's gauge chimed.

"That was another 5%!" she snapped, glowering at her best friend.

"I vote that its worth it," Edwin said with a smirk.

Goku merely giggled at the sight of Tony while Coulson slowly pulled out his phone and snapped a photo.

"Do NOT send that to Pepper!" Tony shouted.

"I'm not… not at all," Coulson said.

"…you're sending it to Rhodey, aren't you?" Tony said with a groan, Coulson not saying a word.

"As… amusing as this is…" Fury said, "we still have to deal with Loki? And he now has Captain America, Thor, the Hulk, and Romanoff and Barton."

"Don't worry," Kayos said casually, "it gets SO much worse."

"Do I want to know?"

"Alien army invades New York, your Council wants to Nuke New York, and oh yes, half of the Council including Pierce are Hydra." Kayos stared at the Spy Master. "Congrats, Fury… you are working for the Nazis."

Slash smirked at that. "Cool… we get to kill Zombies? Something Americans and Brits can always agree on!"

"You're British?" Kayos asked, confused by Slash and her VERY unpronounced British accent.

"Fuck you!" Slash snarled.

"Still not hearing it."

"Enough!" Fury snapped, getting them all to quiet down. He stood up and pressed his hands against the table. He slowly swept his gaze over all of them. "I will deal with Hydra. I have some… associates that can help. We need to worry about New York. I was going to use the Avenger Intuitive to deal with that but unfortunately I am left with all of you."

"Don't sound too upset there, Fury," Kayos said. "We can deal with it. Goku alone is the greatest fighter on Earth."

Goku chuckled at that, rubbing his head sheepishly. "Well, I mean… I am pretty good but I wouldn't say I'm the greatest…"

"Don't short change yourself," Edwin said. "From what I know you are an amazing fighter and Loki's army doesn't have Ki-users. You'll have a massive advantage."

Goku's smile faded into a more determined grin. "You're right. This isn't my world but I'm not going to let someone like Loki win." But then he gestured at Kayos. "But you're also really powerful!" He turned to Fury. "He's an amazing mage! Can wield magic almost as good as I throw around Ki."

"And Edwin has access to many powerful weapons that will be able to assist us," the Pharaoh said.

"Slash is amazing!" NONE declared. But when everyone turned to him he merely pouted. "You weren't complimenting her. That's mean."

Slash leaned over and stroked the back of his head. "Thank you. Also I can summon Pokemon."

That made Tony raise an eyebrow. "Like… a Pikachu?"

Slash idly sent out her Alolan Raichu.

"Or not," Tony admitted.

"We have seven people," Fury said. "Had it just been Loki's army maybe… just maybe… you'd have stood a chance. But we have Loki, Thor, Cap-"

Edwin though cut Fury off. "We have more than seven."

Tony made a show of counting. "I think you are… okay, seriously, could you undo this?" He gestured at his altered form.

NONE though merely rested his chin on his fist. "What? Can't undo it with your science?" When Tony merely glowered at him NONE snapped his fingers, undoing the transformation… and draining more of his magic. "Worth it."

"Yeah yeah, yuk it up, Q," Tony complained before looking at Edwin. "If you're talking about the SHIELD agents I'm with you on that. I mean, come on Fury, our tax dollars are paying for all this and you guys can't do this without us? I mean, what, you spending that money on Natasha's-"

"I'd be VERY careful the joke you make," Kayos warned him.

"-cookie habit?" Tony said finally.

"While they would be a big help…" Edwin said, "I was referring to the other heroes and powers of this world."

That made Fury frown. "What other heroes?"

"Well, you have Skrulls available, right?" Edwin asked. "They are supposed to be good fighters so they can help. Then there are the Sorcerers the Ancient One is training… we just need to find a way to contact her."

"Hank Pym?" Kayos suggested.

Edwin nodded. "We offer help getting Janet back. Never underestimate what a man will do if you offer them their family back. Sure you could wizard up some size changing stuff, Avo. Black Panther would be a good pick…"

"Black Panther?" Tony asked.

"Leader of Wakanda. Turns out they have super advanced tech."

"Any way we can contact the Guardians?" Avo asked.

"I think its too soon. And they wouldn't reach us in time." Edwin rubbed his chin. "But… I have an idea of someone else we can contact…"

Fury looked between the two. "What are you talking about?"

"You think your avengers are the only heroes out there?" Edwin said mockingly. "You've just stepped into a bigger world, Fury… you just don't know it yet."

"Okay, now today is a good day," Tony said with a smirk as Fury looked at Edwin, startled as his words being thrown back at him.

"There is something else we need to consider," NONE said, getting everyone's attention over how serious he was acting. "The Chaosverse."

"The… the what now?" Tony asked.

"The Chaosverse," Slash stated. "Universes all connected because they contain a 'Chaos', a person who has been pulled from their home reality to a different one. Edwin, Avo, NONE, and I are all Chaoses."

"Is that what I am?" Kayos said, surprised.

"I keep forgetting you missed out on us fighting Wyatt and Enigma," Edwin stated.

NONE nodded. "And Wyatt is who I wanted to bring up."

"…fuck no!" Slash shouted, whipping around and glaring at her friend. "You want to bring fucking WYATT here?!"

"He nearly defeated all of us," NONE reasoned. "And I'd have enough magic to deal with him if he turned traitor."

"He tried to jail you!"

"Tried being the key word." He rolled his eyes. "I went with him willingly. To study the Chaosverse. Hell, let you finally get your true body."

"True body?" Coulson muttered.

"Normally I'm stuck as a trans girl," Slash said before focusing once more on NONE. "We can NOT get Wyatt involved!"

"Who, exactly, is Wyatt?" Fury asked.

"The Chaosverse?" Tony said dismissively.

"Someone is mad there is not Starkverse," Kayos taunted.

"Wow, its weird seeing someone more snarky than Kayos!" Goku declared, the Pharaoh nodding in agreement.

Edwin looked to Fury. "Wyatt Chaos is another version of us-" he gestured towards himself, Kayos, and NONE, "from a reality where the world was divided up into kingdoms controlled by the rich and powerful. He killed one of the rulers and created The Millennium Revolver, a mystical firearm. He used it to grow more powerful before he finally ended up escaping into the Multiverse."

"He's also a psychopath!" Slash declared. "He was capturing Chaoses and didn't mind who he killed to do it."

"He's also a mercenary," NONE argued. "We pay him and he's on our side."

"With what?" Slash argued. "He's not going to want Stark's money."

"I didn't agree to this," Tony said.

"Even if we gave him everything and let him finally let Pepper has an orgasm-"

"I'm sorry, what?" Tony said.

"Exactly," Slash said. "He's-"

"That's… that's not what-"

"-not going to side with us!"

"We give him the Cosmic Cube," NONE argued. "And introduce him to Pepper."

"I am sitting RIGHT HERE!" Tony exclaimed.

"You've never given your wife an orgasm?" Goku asked, tilting his head. "Wow… that's really bad. Would you like some tips?"

Edwin shared a look with Kayos, the latter just nodding his head.

"There is this one thing I do that Chichi really likes. First I-"

"We are NOT discussing orgasms!" Fury snarled. "We are trying to save the world!"

"What world is it if women don't know sexual release?" Edwin asked.

"He has a point," NONE said.

Fury just took a breath before turning to glare at NONE. "What is the Cosmic Cube?"

"The Teserract. I know, I think that's a shit name too-"

"You want us," Tony said, "to steal the Teserract back from Loki only to hand it to another version of yourself who you admit is a multiversal bounty hunter?" He looked at Fury. "So, when you came up with this Avengers idea…"

"They weren't considered," Fury muttered.

"Yes, I do," NONE stated. "Because the Cosmic Cube only works in this universe. Take it to another one and it stops working. We give it to Wyatt…"

"…and we stop Thanos," Kayos said slowly. He frowned though just moments later. "Wyatt will know what we know. He'll know it won't work."

"Then we give him the cube, Pepper, and something else!"

Tony frowned. "Please stop trying to sell Pepper to him."

"I'm not selling her I am suggesting hooking them up. I think she'd do well as a cowgirl assassin."

Tony began to sputter.

NONE let out a huff when he saw no one was going with his plan. "Then we get someone else! Female us, medieval us, Booster Gold-"

"That's actually us too," Edwin said, causing Kayos to flashed a very delighted grin.

"Robot us!" NONE finished. "We get them to come and help us."

"We can't," Edwin said. "I don't have the Millennium Ring with me and that's the only way I know how to travel the multiverse."

Kayos though was frowning. "You mentioned your Key can open doorways…"

"Only in this dimension," he stated. "I've tried."

"Have you tried with me giving the Key a boost?" Kayos asked, holding out his hand and causing Good and Evil Magic to swirl around his fingers. "If I pump it up with magic we might be able to open a doorway and yank some reinforcements here."

"…it could work," Edwin admitted. He was thinking that it would be nice if his brother and father were there. Or Edna. Honestly another Chaos would be great. "We can try it after we get the first recruits I want."

"And who are they?" Fury asked.

"People that will be able to help us deal with Thor."

Jane Foster stared at the three duplicates, almost vibrating as she took them in. "Multiverse theory is real!" she squealed. "Its real and you three are literal proof of it. Starting as the same person but because of a simple change in where you ended up became vastly different. Even your energy manipulation-"

"Magic," all three Chaoses stated at once.

"-are different. You chose to manipulate energy but in different ways! This is… amazing! It confirms so many theories but also changes so much as well! Opens up so many possibilities! Are the laws of physics the same in your world? Does gravity work the same… does it have the same pull? What about weight? We'd need to find something of yours that we could measure against something here… oh, do any of you have an extra shirt? I could get a tailor to make an exact duplicate and then weigh it!"

"Well, I'd offer you mine but all my clothing is weighted." Goku pulled off one of his wrist bands and let it drop down into the hard packed soil they were standing on, the cloth making a suitable dent and kicking up some dust.

"That… wow. Okay, I wish I was recording it. Do you feel any differences here compared to your earth? Does the gravity feel different?"

"Not… really?" Goku said, considering what she asked. He began to hover in the air, Jane's mouth dropping at the sight. "Nope, not really… but now I kind of wish it was pulling me down harder. That would be like training in weighted clothing! Would let me get stronger faster!" His eyes lit up as he turned to Kayos. "Hey, maybe Bulma could make some sort of gravity chamber to let me train in higher gravity!"

"I… bet she could," Kayos said slowly.

The Pharaoh decided to speak up. "Thank you for helping us with this, Dr. Foster."

Jane's excitement instantly disappeared. "After what Loki did to Thor and Dr. Selving… how could I not?" She shook her head in annoyance and frustration. "He needs to pay for the lives he ruined."

"He will," Edwin said, looking about the farmland they had selected to meet up on. Jane had been brought from the safehouse to a nearby abandoned farm house, Edwin using his Key and a photo of the SHIELD hideaway in order to nab her. Jane had been at first startled but then gone into overdrive about him 'being able to make wormholes'.

"You sure we couldn't do this on the Helicarrier?" Fury asked.

"Even if it were operational?" Edwin asked. Work was being done to repair the Helicarrier, still suspended in midair above the Atlantic by Edwin's magic. "No, we need plenty of space. And speaking of… Dr. Foster, will this work?"

"It will… but are you sure that you can get him to hear you?"

"He's just waiting for us to call, I'd wager." Edwin looked up at the sky. "HEIMDALL!" he shouted. "OPEN THE BIFROST!"

Nothing happened.

"…so what exactly is supposed to happen?" Tony asked with a cocked eyebrow.

"Give it a moment," Kayos said.

"No, seriously, do we need to say 'Abrakadabra'?"

"Please don't make that joke when we find the Ancient One," Kayos complained… just as a beam of light suddenly shot down from the sky, carving Nordic runes into the ground just to their left. Everyone tensed but after 10 seconds the beam disappeared, leaving four figures standing there.

"Warriors 3… Lady Sif," Edwin said politely. "I am Edwin Chaos. This is Avo Kayos-"

"Spelled differently."

"NONE, Slash, Son Goku, The Pharaoh, Director Fury, Agent Phil Coulson, and Tony Stark."

Sif nodded as she looked them all over. "Heimdall has informed us of how Loki has bewitched Thor."

Volstagg thumped a heavy hand into his palm. "I wish I could say that I was startled but Loki has always been a jealous little brat. Always holding onto grudges."

"Charles Schultz syndrome, got it," Kayos said. "We're glad you are here to help us. We're gathering up a few others who will be joining us hopefully soon… if not we hope that at least they are willing to hold the line should we fall."

"Ah, I don't think that will happen!" Fandral said with a smile. "We know well how both Thor and Loki fight. And Heimdall informed us that you know how to undo the spell. We shall break him free and then we shall deal with Loki."

"You forget," Hogun chimed in sternly, "that the same holds true for us. Loki knows how we battle… and he has studied us more than we did him."

"Little snake did love to watch us rather than join in," Volstagg muttered.

"And I'm sure it wasn't comments like that which caused Loki to turn against Asgard," Slash said with a roll of her eyes, causing the Warriors 3 and Sif to stiffen before glowering at the young woman.

"You have no idea what Loki has done."

"I don't," Slash admitted. "But I also know that if you keep calling a man a monster-" NONE chose that moment to move beside Slash and switch into his 'true' form, the skeletal abomination unleashing the 'static' sound that he had been working very hard to repress, causing all those around them (save for the Chaoses) to grab their heads in pain. "-they become one." She reached up and stroked the bone along NONE's bestial jaw and after another moment or so he returned to normal, the static disappearing.

"What… what was that?" Goku got out shaking his head like a dog.

"NONE," the Pharaoh stated. "He can… do that. It is connected to his transformation."

"Well, I hope he doesn't do that again!" He looked to Kayos. "Okay, ready to try and bring one of your friends here?"

"Well, not my friend since I haven't met them," Kayos stated. "But hopefully a friend."

It had been decided that while trying to barter with Wyatt was an option it was one that held far too many risks. As such their plan was to try and snag someone like Edna or Booster or King Edwyn. Someone that Edwin, the Pharaoh, and Slash had spent time around and knew they could trust.

Kayos walked over to the runic circle that had formed from the bifrost portal and began to focus. "I can feel the lingering magic… I just need to pump it up as much as I can." He turned to Goku. "Okay… give me a boost."

"Right!" Goku said before falling into an attack stance. "Kame… hame… ha!"

"White Flag!" Kayos roared just as Goku fired off his attack, his magic encircling the Kamehameha and absorbing it. "And now… Black Magic White!" His head flew up, eyes wide and glowing, as he began to tremble.

"What exactly is he doing?" Tony asked even as Sif gasped.

"That… that shouldn't be possible!" she declared. The others turned to her and she said, "He is converting energy into magic itself. Changing that man's power into magical strength."

"Ki to Magic," Goku stated. "Kayos figured it out recently. He can do it naturally but this allows him to speed up the process."

Finally Kayos lifted his hands, one cracking with violently swirling White Magic, the other oozing with Black. He thrust both his hands down at the runic circle and the symbols began to glow brightly. "Alright!" he called out to Edwin as a whining sound began to fill the air. "Open it up! And focus on help!"

Edwin nodded, his own eyes beginning to glow white and gold as he channeled the power of the Millennium Key into his hands. Through his mind a single thought repeated over and over: Help. Bring us help.

With a sudden thrust of his hand he sent the Millennium key's power into the runic circle… and it illuminated, a strong gust of wind filling the air as the magic began to swirl around them.

"Hold on!" Edwin shouted, everyone doing their best to try and stay on their feet. The winds went from blowing to howling as everyone attempt to keep themselves from being tossed about like ragdolls in a dryer. "Okay… I'm going to try and call for a Chaos… let's hope they-"

Two blurs, one gold and blue, the other black, launched themselves out of the portal… and then began to flail about as their momentum came to a stop and they found themselves hanging in the air for a single moment before plunging down. At once Goku leapt forward, catching them both as Edwin and Kayos ended the spell, setting the larger of the two down while still holding the smaller.

"Don't worry, I got you!" he said to the black figure, who was dressed in samurai armor.

The helmet shifted… and turned into a fanged mouth that roared.

"EEEEEE!" Goku exclaimed, dropping the black figure to the ground and leaping back before falling into a defensive stance. "That armor is alive!"

"We summoned a fucking Symbiote!" Edwin snarled as he summoned Gleipnir, Kayos charging his hands with magic.

"Enough!" the second new arrival snapped, getting to his feet. "Corrosion, its fine! I'm okay."

"Where are we, Chris?" the symbiote growled.

The figure, who the Chaoses realized was a Spider-Man, looked about before settling his gaze on them. "…apparently my Clone Saga," he muttered as he touched his mask, causing it to retract to reveal a face matching the other Chaoses (save for, of course, Slash). "Hi, Spider-Chaos. So… someone mind telling me what the fuck is going on?"
