"That was dangerous, Lauren. Luckily she loves you too, otherwise, I don't think I would be in control so soon." Bo smiled as she played with blonde hair.

"Do you feel any different?." Lauren asked.

"Not maternally, no." Bo laughed.

"Then I'll keep trying. " The doctor lightly kissed the succubus.

Bo sighed and grabbed the woman's head in her hands. "Hey, we have all the time in the world. We don't have to always be having sex. We don't have to do this to show we love each other. I know I want a family with you but I know you want other things too. Like your career as a doctor. Your role as a wife has been wonderful as it will be for years to come." The succubus smiled at the blonde. She can't help but smile. Lauren is perfect. Perfect as she is. Perfect for who she is. The fact that she's Bo's forever is a story straight out of a fairy tale.

"I love you too. I don't know. After remarrying each other. I thought we should consummate it before something happens. Something will always happen in our lives. In the Fae world especially." Lauren rested her head on Bo's chest before raising back up and gently pulling away.

"That something will never be as important to me as you are, Lauren. Never." Bo put her hand under her head and played with her wet hair. She is sure they both need to shower. But who cares? They aren't entertaining anyone but each other. They are on their honeymoon. Theirs. Something that belongs to the both of them.

"I know." The doctor smiled.

"So, you must be starving. We can shower and grab a late meal or order something." Bo raised up and looked around the room. "If I can find my phone." She laughed.

"We can use mine." Lauren laughed. Bo threw hers once they hit the sheets again after round number ten.

"Something light for me. I am not that hungry. Not like I was hours ago." Bo cooed as she kissed Lauren's free hand. The succubus didn't remember passing out just after marrying the blonde again. She didn't remember how she got into their bed. But she does remember the blonde waking her up. Brown eyes rolled over blue when the doctor devoured the succubus right out of her slumber. She does feel a little different. A little happier. Hell, a lot happier. Her nature might indicate that she needs sex to live but it's the woman next to her that really gives her life. A purpose. Many, many goals.

King Keldon's chambers.

"There better be a damn good reason why you woke me this early!." The King growled.

"So sorry, Your Majesty but she's insistent on seeing you. She threatened to break a window if I didn't get you. That would have assuredly upset you too." The Royal Guard bowed.

"Who? Aife? That old girl is still sleeping too." Keldon rubbed the back of his neck.

"No, Your Majesty. It's Kenzi." The guard froze after saying the same.

"Tell her I said to kiss my ass and get her off of my property. She's lucky I don't allow Aife to put her foot in her ass." The King turned to walk away from the door.

"The King has given his word. The answer is no. Send the woman away and make sure security is tightened." The Royal Guard spoke into his phone.

Kenzi groaned as she was pulled out of the old castle and shoved halfway across the street. "You can't be this dumb. You couldn't have been my daughter's human and be this stupid. Nobody wakes the King this early. Nobody!." Aife spoke softly from her window.

"Bo has to come home sometime. When she does, I will be ready for her. Like you said, I was once her human. I will be again." Kenzi folded her arms and turned to walk down the long road. It was so early that the morning dew was fresh.

"I will slice your balls down to the last nut should she ever get this close to the King again. Do I make myself clear?." Aife stood in front of every Guard under their command.

"Yes, Your Highness." The group bowed.

"Good. Now get the hell onto your duties. Don't wake us again." Aife retired to her room again. Kenzi isn't worth staying up to worry about. She knows her attempts to reconcile with Bo will be a waste of her time and life.

Three hours later, Kenzi stood at Hale's doors waiting for someone to answer. She was eventually allowed in but the siren was still sleeping too. She cringed thinking he might have a guest in his bed. How could he think of dating anyone? They are getting closer. Were getting closer. As the Police Captain, he should be getting real rest. Not like the lazy nights he used to have before King Keldon surfaced and really turned the Fae on its ass. "You can sleep here." A man pushed Kenzi into a large room with a couch. She rolled her eyes. She doesn't want to sleep. She wants to be up and doing things. Productive things. She can fix things with Bo, if they can talk privately. But Bo's life isn't private anymore. She's surrounded by riches and guards and royal titles. She had tried to get Hale to move his ass before he had gone to bed. She thought if she got to the King early, early in the morning, he might soften enough to see her. If he can soften with Lauren or any human, he can soften with Kenzi. After all, they both want what's best for Bo. If she has to suck it up and accept Lauren, she can, for as long as the doctor lives.

"Kenzi, what the hell!?." Hale broke Kenzi from staring.

"I was close. I was this close, Hale." Kenzi motioned with her fingers. "I was this close to Keldon. He will help me. He has a soft spot for humans."

"He does. But it's Lauren and everyone else but you." Hale shook his head. He can feel Aife's heels digging into his boxer shorts now. He must get on his phone when he thinks the Princess is up and taking calls. Otherwise, he's screwed.

"Hale, I can do it. I can reason with him. Reason with Bo. Someone close to her." Kenzi leaned against the wall. His furniture doesn't look comfortable at all.

"Lauren, Kenzi. Lauren comes with both of them. Then there's Aife. You can't reason with her. She doesn't give a damn about you or anyone not among the four of them." Hale noted the time. Hours. His call is hours away. He mentally screamed screw the call and sat down to write a note instead. They have to know he didn't put Kenzi up to disturb them.

"Bo might trust her. But I don't. However, I can fake cordiality." Kenzi finally took a seat.

"Fake being nice. Surrounded by two aura reading succubus? Yeah, that's a good idea. Lauren will know just by her instincts and your voice tone. Which has been stuck like a needle on a broken record." Hale signed his stationary.

"I knew Bo before anyone. Anyone. I have tenure on Lauren. Hell, I had tenure on her grandfathers. The only one that can beat that is Aife since she's her mother." Kenzi laid it all out there.

"You said it, Kenz. She's her mother. A real one this time. She isn't a baby in her arms anymore but that motherly bond is there. Aife gives zero fucks about anything outside of blood and Lauren. While your intentions in your head may be pure, hell I don't know myself, but they will know. If you are sincere, let it happen naturally, if it ever will. You saw what happened to Dyson. He doesn't remember Bo. If they can wipe a fae's memories, yours would be swiss cheese." Hale sealed his letter and stood. He grabbed his phone and summoned a butler. "Send this to the King Keldon immediately but don't wake His Majesty."

"Yes sir." The butler bowed.

"Now. Find something else to do besides bleed my kitchen dry. I have to go to work. While I still have a job." Hale walked out of the room and up the stairs he went.

"Do you need a secretary?!." Kenzi screamed.

"I have one!." Hale replied over his shoulder.

Kenzi walked back and forth. There is nothing to do. She still can't find work that's acceptable to her schedule. Dyson's out there. She could use his skills to trick people into hiring her on a Monday to Friday shift. That's if she can get him away from whomever he's bedding. It's sad that he can't remember Bo, that would really be helpful right now too. It's all chaos. Bo was his mate. She was all but done with Lauren and the universe had other plans. One that left them both without Bo in their lives. She yawned and walked towards Hale's doors. He had already left out the back and the butler looked like he was tired of her, too.

Bo and Lauren

Bo licked her lips as she held the blonde on her lap. They sat on the balcony staring out. They spoke when something popped into their heads but other than that, they were just happy being together. Being wives.

"Lauren? Are you ok?." Bo whispered.

"I'm wonderful." Lauren nodded.

"Just checking because we have been like this for a long time. I don't want you to feel like I'm holding you here doing what I want to do." Bo licked her lips again.

"Ok." Lauren stood and pulled Bo onto her lap.

"I feel like a little girl." Bo laughed.

"I wanted you to know that I am not bored. Not like this. Not with you." Lauren squeezed her and stopped.

"Lauren, I have to admit. It's intimidating loving a doctor. You deserved riches like this long before you met me. You could have had riches like this before you discovered the Fae." Bo looked out.

"You are right. I could be sipping on some expensive wine anywhere else in the world. Everything I ask for would be immediately brought to me. But fate brought me to you and you to me. I could go out and have that life. With my doctorate and military history, I could have let Nadia die and disappeared. But I didn't do any of those things because I belong right here. Yes, your grandfather is spoiling me but my most precious riches as you call it, is you." Lauren moved Bo's hair and kissed the back of her neck.

"Wow." Bo gasped.

"Just telling the truth." Lauren smiled softly.

"That's probably, no, I know that's one of the things I love about you most, Lauren, I can be one way. I can bring up something and you can and or will take it in a completely different direction. I love it." Bo grabbed both of the blonde's hands and kissed them.

"What do you want to do next?." Lauren pulled Bo's hair over her shoulders.

"Mmm. I am not sure. The jet stays fueled. The crew should be good and rested." Bo rubbed her chin. Lauren smiled. She thought it was so cute how the succubus had recently picked up that habit of rubbing her chin when she was in deep thought about something. "New York?." Lauren suggested.

"Ooo, nice." Bo nodded.

"Then let's get packed, the crew and get out of here." Lauren pushed up and Bo jumped up excitedly. She's happy that Lauren is picking places to go, too. It shows she's not ready to go home and back to the bullshit that awaits them.

She frowned thinking about how most of the bullshit is of her own doing. She had slept with Lauren and then when she learned about the Ash, she practically tattooed property of the wolf on her ass. She didn't give the woman the chance to explain and with Lauren there is always, always good intentions behind everything she does. She suddenly felt her wedding rings and looked at her hand. It was orange around them. I know. I know. We've never had anyone like her. We thought we never deserved riches like that. A love like that. She doesn't think we are a monster. A two headed one to be exact. She wouldn't touch us if she did think that. She knows it is her succubus talking to her. She knows she killed the others because she didn't love them. With Dyson, it was just sex. Bo didn't want him killed and they struggled with that decision in case Lauren didn't work. She thought about that time thoroughly. She had to sleep with him as a pick-me-up because she was ready to sleep with the doctor. Then she did and Lauren was still warm and alive in her bed and the rest happened. She felt rejected as if Lauren thought her succubus nature could and should be used her against her. As if she was just another notch in her own bed. As if the thing she thought she was, was unlovable. Like she'd throw up in the bathroom afterwards after having to follow his orders. But that is not Lauren. Bo is not that monster. She knows better now. Her succubus knows better now. They are married to Lauren. That's forever.

"Bo, honey, are you ready?." Lauren asked gently. She had watched the succubus seem to have an inner conversation with herself. To a doctor's eye, it looked deep.

"I'm sorry. I kept you waiting? I am so, so sorry, Lauren." Bo stepped forward.

"No. Don't be sorry. There is more to you than there is to me. You have another person inside of you. Another side to you. You looked like you were talking to her. That never needs an apology from you to me or anyone else. If you let her go, there's no telling what she would do to anyone else." Lauren shook her head and held one hand out to Bo.

"Lauren, I swear, I just fell in love with you again. Not that I don't twenty times a day as it is." Bo smiled.

"Only twenty?." Lauren teased.

"Stop it, Lauren." Bo laughed.

"I will never stop, Bo. I will never stop observing what a wife should. I will never stop worrying about if you need to feed. If you need something else. If you want something else. I am not saying I expect you to want someone else. But I know there are things. Material things that you may need to keep you content, happy and possibly healthy but I am a doctor. I knew what you were doing just now because I am a doctor. That has always helped us long before we became lovers. When you came to me and needed something to help control your hunger, I immediately knew treating you with the serum that I had been treating the Incubus that turned out to be Keldon with, would help you. It's just wild and almost makes me a mad genius that he's your blood." Lauren walked slowly with Bo. They were anxious to get into the air, but this time is for them. They don't have to rush like they are headed for a domestic flight.

"Oh boy." Bo sighed.

"What is it? A baby?." Lauren stopped and turned to check on Bo.

"No. I was just responding to everything that you just said." Bo laughed. "You will never not be a doctor slash scientist and I will never not be yours."

"Bo." Lauren stopped. "You don't carry everything back there. I carry some of it too. There are things that need to be said to certain people and my lips have to be the one that says them. I know we don't have to worry about Dyson but I can handle Kenzi. She needs to know that she can't walk all over me. I know she's not immediately in our lives but she's still out there. We are bound to run into each other on the street. She has to know I am my own person and not just your kept wife."

"Lauren if you are worried about Kenzi. That's a meeting that needs to happen. One that needs to be arranged so that the three of us are there. I won't have her disrespecting you like you are shit on her shoes. No. I will be there. I will make the arrangements myself. We won't do it at the castle. We'll do it privately somewhere else. That way she's not embarrassed, causes a bigger scene and most importantly that you are not embarrassed." Bo gripped the blonde's hand a little harder.

"She's not an enemy of mine. She never deserved to be. But she's still out there and as long as we are married, she will think I'm weak. She will think wrong, too." The women waited for the stairs to the jet to come down.

"If you want to see her, we will see her. If you don't, we won't. I can't control everything that she does but I can control who is allowed around you. To be there, should you actually run into her. Or I can set her straight once and for all. Either she accepts you or she doesn't accept my choice. My vows. She's the bad times that the humans have often put in their own vow spiel." Bo allowed her wife to walk up the stairs first and enter the cabin of the jet.

"This is our honeymoon. We've spent enough time talking about her." Lauren pulled Bo into the seat next to her. "The next thing we will be talking about is if my ass looks fat in all the clothes that I am about to try on in the big apple." Lauren rubbed her hands together.

Bo laughed and couldn't stop. She's about to attend a fashion show and her wife will be the only model on the catwalk. Good times. Good times.
